      The owner of the phone numbers ([protected], [protected]) is not responding to my calls. I would like to know his registered address, and his current location. He had agreed to finish welding a roof for my home, took an advance payment, and is now unreachable by phone. I would like to settle this without police assistance for the trouble it will cause him in the future over this.

        Even though i have requested airtel representative to stop porting my number from vodafone to airtel several time then also they have ported my number from vodafone to airtel without my knowledge.. If they want any proof then they i can give all call detail with airtel representation. All this incident i have intimated to the call centre representative..

          I bought 4g hotspot device plus sim on 16th august 2018 from airtel store. During purchase store person told me that the address verification would get completed by 18th august 2018 but no one called or visited my location yet.

          I got the device to do work from home to connect from my hometown to take care of some urgent work.

          When i called airtel customer care on 18th august the representative also said the verification would get completed on 18th august itself. But no one came to verify.

          I called customer care today and they said they don't have any information about the address verification. It's highly frustrating.

          Inform the customers properly on the dates. What do customers do for the emergency situation like mine? We cannot wait indefinitely keeping our home doors open and looking for address verification agent to come.

          Also, i'm using airtel prepaid and airtel broadband for the same location (I mean i reside in the same address which was used to provide fixed-line/broadband). So airtel should be reasonable enough in deciding address verification.

          Even in my case if it's important to do verification at least let me know the exact date.

          Airtel had activated icon services on 6 August
          For 0rs. Then deducted on 7/8 August 35Rs.
          Again deducted 35rs on14th August
          But after customer calling & complaning only 35 is refunded .
          Needs to refund remaining 35Rs.
          I m use my number in chembur mmrda colony but i m facing network issue in this area i m search open network on my airtel app but no tower in this area pls resolved issue as soon as.

            Hi i just landed and i got this message after a while "Dear Customer, Rs.99 have been deducted towards the International Roaming rental of Rs99 activated on 19-AUG-18." Also 30 was deducted immediately I landed by acc balance was 201 I need my money back else remove my no. From your international roaming "schemes" .

              I can't send SMS from my mobile. I'm using airtel sim card. I solved my smsc number problem. But I can't know why I'm facing this. Very sad. I mailed to airtel customer care many times. But still no response.

              Please take immediate steps to recover my problem. I can't understand what problem is there in my mobile. Because of that all my money is wasting.

                The airtel started namkeen pack service without my permission. I have received a massage that rupees 35 has been cut from your account because of activation of namkeen pack service. When i called in airtel customer care he said that you have clicked on any advertisement. So your 35 rupees had been cutted from your account but i do not click on any advertisement.

                Worst network I ever seen in account of 4g it works as 3G and worst as it
                Call automatically disconnect and connect another user
                I face this from last 2 months but till no recovery
                I hope my problem should be resolved as soon as possible
                I send some pics in which network seen .
                My mobile number deactivated on 21-july-2018. Please activate my number as soon as possible.

                  I ported my number from tata docomo bangalore circle to airtel mumbai circle and since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm or my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

                    From last 3-4 days, there is 5-10% of network connectivity in my area, wrote a number of emails and posted it to social media as well.

                    But there is not a single reply from those airtel guys.

                    Last to last month their network was doing the same problem.

                    Again it started.

                    Please help.

                    This time i would also look to get back the complete last amount recharged.

                          I can't recharge my mobile number online for almost two months now. Every time i try to recharge it comes as either recharge unsuccessful or failed. However, i am able to recharge from retail outlet mobile shop. I had approached airtel express shop twice with the issue and lodged a complaint. I even had emailed to to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should i approach again with the issue. I running out of patience. I feel like throwing the airtel sim in the gutter. Once again, before i ran out of patience, i request airtel customer care through this forum to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              Airtel internet tv new connections are by default provided with faulty remotes!
                              Case in point - this is the 2nd time in the last 6 months that i have raised a complaint for faulty remote. This time around the customer care rep told me that the remote will have to be replaced and the charges will be rs.150.
                              On visiting the place to deliver the new remote, their person has charged me rs.500 - rs.150 as service charge (Can't understand what service other than delivering the new remote) + new remote cost of rs.350!

                              Is this how airtel shows it's business ethics! Both mobile & dth connections are equally bad and as poor customers, we are suffering for lack of customer centricity!

                                I have enabled international roaming facility 149plan i have not used this number to call anybody or received any call. Even i have not enabled the data as well. Today i got a message saying below can you give me what is this for

                                Usage alert: as per the last update, approx. International roaming usage on your airtel mobile [protected] is rs 5065. Usage breakup: voice-rs. 5065, data-rs. 0. To stop the services, sms no to [protected]

                                How do you expect me to use my phone if i receive such horrendous messages from your company? Please send me an sms or email and please confirm that it's an error message. Otherwise how am i going to use your services properly?
                                Please provide me what is the reason for this amount

                                  Airtel Postpaid,

                                  I have purchased Airtel Plan for 6 moths data connection with airtel hotpots in December 2017.
                                  Airtel executive told me you are eligible for 6 months Data plan with 35 GB per month by paying cost of RS 3000 including 6 months rental and hotpots device.

                                  Aitel called me in middle of rental period and told me to pay of RS. 450 which is the tax you have to pay, this was not told by Airtel executive while taking plan and device, this way Airtel cheated me. I told to Airtel customer care this is invalid payment and not told me before purchasing.

                                  After 6 months I called to airtel to stop my connection because this is not affording me, still Airtel was sending me monthly rental bill of overdue payment which I have not used, this is invalid bill airtel sent me.

                                  Last month I got call from [protected] to force me to pay overdue amount, I told him all history from starting to end. Airtel person told me that your bill is generated incorrectly, to solve your query I need 2 more days. I told him to sent me an email that we have discussed and about the invalid payment by Aitel postpaid. But till now I have not received any official response, so I ma giving in writing now.

                                    Date of incident : 18/08/2018 please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with rs 99 for unlimited talktme. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I used paytm). But i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of rs 99. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time. So i am writing you this mail.                                       Airtel online store is a fraud. Airtel has stoooed so low now to fraudulent activities and is cheating hundreds of innocent custimers in the name of online sales of mobile phones from different brands. Government should take note of it and the mobile phone companies whose handsets are displayed for sale by airtel online should also take legal actions against this fraud.

                                        I am using airtel cellular phone service for last four years, but now a days when try to make a call i am hearing a sweet voice telling that "all the lines in this route are currently busy". I already given so many complaints about this issue in airtel but no response. According to the trai regulation (If am wrong kindly correct me) i don't think it is acceptable and i am ending up in wasting just trying....
