    My name is yadvinder singh and my airtel dth id is [protected]-001 and 002
    Before 7 days i have only one airtel connection and i used to local tv cable connection for my 2nd tv. 7 days ago company called me and offer me a new airtel connection for my 2nd tv. The offer is 950 pay and use airtel hd tv for one month free. After month recharge is 175. But my connection is closed today. Due to low balance is showed on my tv screen
    Then i call to customer care, she asked me to recharge.
    Why i recharge my connection because 7 days ago i pay 950 rs. To my new connection where is your commitment for one month free connection???
    This is too much
    I want closed my connection
    Local cable tv connection is best for me.
    Airtel digital tv harassed me too much.

      Hello, there is an airtel junction box in front of my house. The placement of the junction box is such that it is right infront of the house. It causes a lot inconvenience to me and my family. I can't park my car in front of my house and the neighbors use it as a garbage dumping area.
      I request you to please remove this junction box at the earliest. Thank you.

        This month i've received a mobile bill of more than rs. 4400. My postpaid mobile plan is of rs. 399. I've no idea why this huge amount is being charged this month. I had activated international roaming for a month in june and called the airtel customer care twice to deactivate my international roaming once in month of june itself and once again in month of july but still they didn't deactivate it despite of telling them twice to deactivate it and now they have pasted a bill of more than 4400 on me.

        This careless service of airtel seems to be exploiting and making fool of the customers. I would like to discontinue this mobile service from immediate effect.

            The airtel has activated a service without my concern. The service is called icon service.
            They have charged ₹35 from my account. Its a harasment to the customer by activating different services without our concern. Such a poor service by airtel.
            They activate the services without our concern and charge us money. And we are helpless. They dont refund us the money. Only they can do is stop the service.
            They are cheating the customer by this practice always.

              I was paying rs 250 more per month for airtel secure. When my phone got damaged accidentally the airtel secure rejected my claim without proper reason and they are saying the accident is improper handling. It is purely airtel fraud. I want airtel to treat the customer fairly. Please do not fall into airtel secure trap from airtel they are looting the money and they are cheating the customers.

              Please do not take the airtel secure from airtel. I will change the service provider from airtel to jio. Jio is the best company in the market now.

                I have never ever activated any services called :
                1) airtel now flash
                2) super store
                But every time i recharge my number 35+35=70 rs gets deducted which is completely against my consent.
                Today, at 2:44 am 35 rs were deducted for something called supe store. Airtel, is this your another way of earning money?
                I want complete refund of my money or strict actions will be taken against airtel.
                And yes, airtel is definitely going to lose a lot of customers for these crimes.

                  I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                  This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                  Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                          I have been complaining about airtel gallery no. Of times.
                          They are showing their helplessness every time.
                          They asked me to mail their backhand office abt. The issue.
                          Their office sends me a mail to remove sim & follow elaborate instructions, which as a senior citizen of 71 yrs. Old cannot follow.
                          Why not they ask their gallery people to contact me & take corrective action?
                          I hear a lot of people complaining abt. Aitel services during my visits to their gallery.
                          Due to my frustrated & disturbed status now i am going all out to let people know about the situation with airtel
                          I am going to blow all media about the problems.
                          My complaint is as detailed below:
                          Sir,
                          This is to bring to your attention very serious problem with my airtel mobile connection.
                          I m not getting phone calls from any landline connection.
                          Porting has been done from vodafone to airtel 10 days back.
                          My problem is, my wife has very low vision.
                          She cannot connect me when i m out of the residence.
                          This is a serious situation.
                          Airtel gallery at borivli west, link road is helpless & are not able to help.
                          Urgent action is a must from airtel.
                          Request immediate action.

                            As i am paying my bills promptly before due date mostly i could not be charged the late fee. Sometimes net connection problem occurs and at that time i was unable to pay on due date. I request you not to add up the late payment charges in my next bill. Two months back really i forgot to pay and the next month i paid my bill with late fee only. Hope you will do the needful for me in this case.

                                  Hello,

                                  Today I was charged (for the second time in a while) for the AIRTEL GAMESWORLD service. Neither did I opt for such service nor was I notified before being charged for it. The given number, to stop the service, "isn't available at the moment" and when I text them they show it as an active service but I can't cancel it. Whenever i put 1 (the code for it in active service) it simply shows invalid. Can't call, cancel service. Even the activate/deactivate service section on my 'My Airtel' app shows "Please try again later."
                                  This is no way to take money from customers. Activating services without their consent, charging them and not allowing them to cancel. I want my refund as well as this service to stop immediately.

                                      This is regarding the delay in shifting of my connection. My broadband id is [protected]_kk. At each step of the process, i was misguided and given wrong information by visiting engineer and even after multiple escalation to floor supervisor on airtel customer care, there has been no resolution.

                                      First of all, the engineer who visited for setting up the connection did not finish the task and left the premises telling me the connection will be automatically activated after few hours. This did not happen even after 3 days.

                                      Then i was assured over phone that my router is faulty and it will be replaced I had already pointed out to the engineer to please check the wiring part as router was working perfectly fine in old premises. Next day engineer visited for some time and after checking with a new router told me the wiring is faulty and left the premises without providing any ETA or resolution or root cause.

                                      Moreover, i had been interacting with customer care supervisor for over 3 days and have not got anything other than empty assurances which are not getting fulfilled. It seems customer care has no clue even for an escalated case. i was assured a resolution will be done within 24 hours as the router is faulty and will be replaced. Next day it was a new story altogether. And there is no clarity on what is the root cause of the problem.

                                      So the bottom line is, it has been 6 days and my connection is not working. As a last resort i approached appellate authority but once again the same reply, we will check and get back to you. So finally had to discontinue my airtel broadband.

                                        I had requested for MNP on 7th August still my number has not been ported.

                                        Description : it is 4 days still the MNP is not done. It was
                                        from post paid to pre paid. The company is
                                        same, even then it is still not done. I
                                        opted for pre-paid because in last bill i felt that i
