This is regarding my broadband bill in my Airtel connection... I have been using broadband since around a few months now... but later 2 months back I decided to disconnect my connection.. but the people at Airtel don't even care about it!!!, I had asked them during August to disconnect my connection, they took a notice and replied that they will disconnect it soon.. and I had also paid the bill for that month but now even after 2 months I found out that they haven't disconnected my connection and they are asking me to pay 2 months of bill without even upholding their mistake for disconnecting my connection and later today they gave me a call saying that I have to pay that bill at any cost!! even though I used none of it!!!, This is not acceptable...I mean it is my wish if I want to get the connection disconnected right??!!!, but they forcibly want me to continue their services adn pay bills for no reason!!!, I mean it is their fault for not doing so!!!, That is why I want the connection disconnected!!! Or else you guys are asking as a fraud!!!
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amount of Rs 20 deducted from my account.
