I have taken new airtel black connection with dth and fibernet i have rewards like ott apps in this plan but airtel is not providing ott apps for me if i raise a complaint on airtel app they willl automatically close the complaint at the end of the day i feel i was betrayed by airtel before joining they said you will get this ott apps after joining airtel no one even respond properly in airtel black they will be telling we have priority customer support trust me they will not even pick our calls properly i feel i was cheated my airtel

    I have subscribed to Airtel Xtreme premium services implicitly it gives access to Sony LIV OTT subscription but i am unable to access Sony sports channel. I have raised this concern with Airtel Xtreme on 14th July and following up with customer support on daily basis but there is no resolution yet from Airtel extreme. Everytime I get to hear below statements from customer support.

    We deeply apologize for the trouble it has caused you. Please be informed that we have already shared your details with our technical team and they are specially working on your complaint to make your experience better as our aim is to reach up to your expectations level.

    Request you to please allow us some more time while we are finding a permanent solution for your complaint.

    Your patience and co-operation would be highly appreciable.

    Kindly help me in getting this resolved.

      I have been trying to resolve a complain regarding extremely slow internet speed but my issue has not been resolved yet.

      This is not a first time and I am not even in the rural area where Airtel can't reach. I have surrounded with many cellphone towers but I guess Airtel is not bothering to their prepaid customers.

      I am totally dissatisfied as to use the internet I have to walk out to other place which is not acceptable. I want compensation for that.

        False and misleading information provided for taking services for Airtel Black Rs. 699/- package

        1. Was not informed that it is copper cable. but it is a fibre cable.
        when one says fibre cable, by default is means optical fibre cable. Once I dig a little deeper with him, that time he informs about it.

        2. He has informed that we can choose Rs. 350 worth channels excluding the free channels. When called up with the call centre they told I can only select Rs. 197 worth channels and Rs. 153 is fixed charges.

        4. The broadband guys who came to install the connected, had got an used router which is not acceptable. I have not paid for a 2nd second device. If that is so, then refund 50% of the charges what I have paid.

        5. He is ready to close the connection and told me that I will be refunded full amount. So I need not worry for that.
        So it seems, Airtel treats customers who questions them and avoids services for such customers.

        6. First day I met him to gather the information, then I gathered the information. 2nd day I went to him, and only asked him about the paid channels selection until what amount I can select. He again told me is it worth Rs. 350.

        7. I also enquired any hidden charges/conditions are there. Please clarify there itself. he said no hidden charges/conditions are there.

        8. It seems he is more interested in selling the product by giving false information and misleading the customers. He damn cares for the customers. He is interested in getting his target achieved.

          I’m using iPhone13 for last one year but my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number for last 2-3 months yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID and my jio number.

          I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.
          I’ve tried calling customer service but they are not able to resolve it.

          Please resolve this issue asap.

            I have recharged for a certain plan provided by an customer executive.
            After successful recharge the channel that customer support executive told me was not available. I contacted them many times, but they are avoiding me and doing some unnecessary add ons with the money that i have recharged.

              I had received a call from airtel they said they received a complaint regarding slow performance on xtstream, I thought my family members might’ve made the complaint and since the 5G wasn’t working that well i thought I’ll report that thing atleast. After telling my concern they said they will eventually transfer my feedback to airtel’s executives then they said have a good day and cut the phone. Am i safe from any kind of scam/hack? They even confirmed my name to which i said yes

                    The following information was provided to me by Mr. Manpreet regarding the recharge of one Airtel sim on 2022 January 20. Upon his advice, I mailed the Airtel nodal officer to activate the SIM. The issue has not been resolved since today and Mr. Manpreet said to gain recharge, so I followed up on the same, but have not received any reply. I was recharged with INR 1000. I lost my money due to his misrepresentation. Sim is not activated, which is the main problem. Due to this reason, all of my online transactions are pending. I would appreciate it if you could clarify this issue. For your reference, I have attached a short screen shot of the mail

                    I am very disappointed with the service that Airtel provides - it is terrible.

                      1. Where is my new SIM I had ordered from your app?
                      2. How does one change address on the app?
                      3. How to speak to a real human at Airtel for help?
                      4. When will your phone support stop sayin "This is a different department, please call number?
                      5. Why is every caller telling me your Airtel number is switched off?
                      6. Why is so hard to make and get calls using Airtel?
                      7. Why was there no response from nodal regarding the attached emails?

                      I am very happy more and more people are now dissatisfied with Airtel, because every unhappy customer brings down the value of Airtel

                      Keep up the pathetic service, you are doing a great job losing customers

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        The following information is to inform you that I was recharged around INR 1000/- for my Airtel sim with the assistance of an Airtel executive named Mr. Mantreep. However, I have not been able to activate my sim due to a number of problems I am facing right now. Since I am abroad, all of my OTPs, such as bank transactions and WhatsApp OTPs, are being sent to that number. So I have sent more than 70 emails to Airtel departments but they have not taken any action yet.

                          i have done a recharge of amount rs. 99, through g pay . Amount deducted from my account but service not stared by service provider. Upi transaction id[protected], google transaction id CICAgJDotczBRA, intermediary id HGA5P03d[protected], approval reference no [protected], recharge mobile no [protected].
                          Kindly take a look into the matter. Kindly start my service immediately or return my recharge amount.

                          Some one call me from the number [protected] & told me that he is calling from Airtel, He told me also that kindly download QS team viewer app from google play store & share the code with him. then he told me kindly open your G Pay account & scan Atm card there.                               I took a plan of Rs 239 for 28 days validity and 1.5 GB per day. It usually doesn't happen but last 3-4 days I am facing problem in consumption of Airtel data. I usually keep my phone switch off at night. The data is drastically disappearing just within 1-2 hrs after opening 2-3 sites and listening 3-4 songs. It's unbelievable the vanishing of data only few activities.
                              Do the needful.

                                I had requested to permanently discontinue my airtel broadband services to the customer care on the month of june, even after confirmation I was billed for the month of july, I paid the dues even without any internet connection. Again I made a new request for disconnection on the month of july, i was assured this time that I won't be charged for rental services. But I was billed again on 06/08/22 without using any internet services, i literally have no fiber connection with the company but I am still charged.
                                I have contacted the customer helpline on multiple occasions and have even sent them multiple emails but all in vain. I can't afford to pay the monthly internet charges every month without any connection, they are robbing me in complete daylight.
                                Please resolve the issue

                                  I know that airtel is providing good network but in our area the network is very slow. They confirm that the airtel had good network for india but not in my area . I recharge my sim every month . My money is wasting .i have contacted to coustmer care my time .they say we have done good network but nothing.

                                  OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND FILE CASE AGAINST AIRTEL

                                    My self Arunkumar, my Airtel Postpaid number is not working so I contacted Trichy Airtel Store "No.10 Periyasamy towers College Rd, Teppakulam, Tamil Nadu 620002" for a replacement card, as they mentioned "Regarding 3rd party SIM swap for your Airtel mobile number .
                                    kindly send your blood relative to the nearest Airtel store along with the necessary documents.
                                    Documents required:
                                    *Authorization letter in the desired format
                                    * Self-attested photocopies of POI & POA (Aadhaar / voter id/driving license) of customer
                                    * Copy of VISA(mandatory) & passport of customer
                                    * Damaged/Faulty SIM Photo in case of SIM is damaged/faulty.
                                    * POI of blood relative (Aadhaar / voter id/driving license)
                                    Video call to be done in Airtel store with you and your image needs to be captured for validation with Acquisition photo."

                                    currently, I am in Singapore and as per their advice I have sent all the necessary details and documents on May 24, 2022, 11:12 PM,

                                    I have follow up for 2 monthy no action thy said to wait.

                                    On Jul 31, 2022, 10:51 AM I have sent email to Airtel Nodal Officer,

                                    On Aug 1, 2022, 7:45 PM recived email from nodal officer to send my blood relative (Father ) to the nearest Airtel store along with the necessary documents.

                                    On Aug 3, 2022 My father visited the "richy Airtel Store "No.10 Periyasamy towers College Rd, Teppakulam, Tamil Nadu 620002" with all the necessary doumcnets on that day for the name shake they gave the replacement sim card to my father (but not activated till now), I wanted to know how come they can give the sim card on that day itself before that they mentioned two scenarios

                                    For 3rd party SIM swap for your Airtel mobile number [protected]

                                    Scenario 1: They mentioned it will take more than one month to process
                                    Scenario 2: After your call and email I asked my father to visit during that time they mentioned process now changed and asked to do the same process from the beginning

                                    The store representative gave the replacement sim card to my father on 3rd August around 5PM and said it will be activated within 48 hours, as now still the sim card is not yet activated.

                                    Today again my father went to the store and asked why it's not activated they just saying need to check with the manager and it will take some time.

                                    It's really making myself and my father also more uncomfortable by traveling up and down

Kindly provide from Jan2022 to April 2022 all text sms (incoming and outgoing sms) . Its requried for urgent work . Also i need missed record of Month April 2022 and May 2022 .
