The correct tariff amount is rs 509.
I did this recharge today itself and the transaction id is 30674598.
I got the message of a successful transaction but until now where the balance is credited is not shown.
Please check this issue and resolve as early as possible.

    I had requested for extension on29/07 to airtel on 30th morning morning get message foe deactivation. On 30th afternoon iget message for activationfrom 30th. Again on 31st morning iget message for deactivation. Again on 31st afternoon i get message for activation after my interference. Again on 6th aug. I get message for extension from 6th aug. My previous safe custody period was to be over by 30th/31st july. No answer to my repeated complaints to ensure safe custody extension from 30th july.
    The bill upto 1st aug. Shows one time custody charges of rs 295/ it does not mention the period for which it is chaged and the services. Again no specific reply to my repeated complaints.
    Airtel seem to be sending only automated messages and their different messages are all contradictory thus creating nuisance for customers.
    Please help me get specific coordinated reply.

      Dear customer service,
      I am giridhari nahak, using airtel mobile no [protected], the sports video pack service was activated in my airtel no without my knowledge, and i did not activate from my side which costs 75 rs per 15 days.in this way total 375 rupees deducted from my no. Recharge was happening from hdfc credit card smart pay app every month.
      Service pack was activated im 22 may 2018, which i deactivated on 7 aug 2018, after i check my balance.

        I have been an airtel customer for nearly ten years. I use a mobile, broadband and dth from airtel.
        This month i got a shocker of a postpaid bill from them. They have charged me international roaming charges of 3000... Twice!!!

        I was travelling to europe. I was transitting through frankfurt. All i did was switch on my phone at when i landed and connected it to the airport wifi. These guys just load some international roaming and charge 3k. Not once... Twice!!!. I didn't even get a warning saying they are going to charge me!!! I was using a local simcard in europe. I didn't even use the airtel. I got a 6k extra on my bill.

        This is daylight robbery... I am going to tell me entire family to switch to some other network. Not that airtel would care... Aim sure they have a large enough customer base. Iam fine with these guys resolving my issue. I have spoken to the customer care twice. Each time they tell me they will resolve the bill in 48 hours. My bill due date was the day before. I paid the amount after deducting what i think is the disputed amount. Now i have already started getting a reminder when i make outgoing calls that my bill hasn't been paid... This is nothing short of extortion in addition to harassment...

        Airtel waived half the amount on my bill. I wasn't exactly happy with what they had to offer. But i had to take it as they wouldn't really care

          I'm using airtel dongle for the network connection. We are facing severe network connectivity issue in our are (Chennai - karapakkam). It is not at all crossing 20kbps. I am not able to work because of this. Kindly do consider this complaint and please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            I am using Airtel from last 4 years. I have also told the customer care centre for many a times to provide good network in our area but they are just ignoring me. There is network for dialing and recieving calls but not internet network not even for 2G. So please help me. Sir I have recharged with a plan of ₹400 where i get daily 1.5GB but i cannot even use 10% of it i have to go out of my house to find the network. Sir please help.

              I have done online payment towards recharge of DT amounting to Rs. 250/- around 7.30 am on 28 Jul 2018 for Digital TV ID [protected]. The transaction ID is[protected].

              However, could'nt view the channels and I called to customer care and enquired and was told that the recharge process was not complete and the recharge amount will be credited to account. Received mail giving reference of the complaint - Reference No.78248711.

              He asked me to recharge with min. amount of Rs.150/- again, which I did on 29 Jul 2018.

              When I called to customer care number, I am being told that they will solve the problem shortly. I Would like to know what is the time limit you have fixed for short in your policy. It is really pathetic to know Company of such repute is doing so cheap business.

              I would circulate this matter in the internet..

                Icon service has been automatically activated in my phone without any prior notification. I do not know what kind of service this is and i do not want any kind of services like that.
                The services deducted rs 35 instantly. Refund the money wrongfully deducted from my account.
                This type of service is not expected from airtel correct your mistake

                  Hi all,

                  From last 3 months i am receiving a bill for another airtel postpaid customer along with password. The worst part is the customer for whom i am receiving the bill is a female customer. I am so scared that if someone would have received the bill details they would have misused it. I am also scared that i also get an email all the time that my bill is due which is not the case as i pay my bills on time.

                        My account balance from my prepaid mobile - [protected] is deducted today, while i have not downloaded or used any services. When i checked my last five transactions i found that that my account is deducted at 1.28 pm, while at that time i was not using my mobile.
                        Earlier on sunday dated 5 aug 2018, i have not used much of my data but suddenly my free data of my service pack is exhausted.

                        It is completely strange.

                          I am getting miss cal's from international numbers starting from +357 etc, every time a different number is used for calling, from last 1month i am getting miss calls, pls take action, g getting miss call from russia latvia kyrgyzstan etc, once or twice i received cal but no one respond there, then getting miss cal's from +371, + 375 +92 i heard they can hack ph details pls take action soonaoye

                            I am a subscriber of airtel. I use the online payment mode. Every time the bill amount is rounded to the nearest higher value. If the amount is rs 478.89 it gets rounded to rs 479. Even if the amount is rs 478.05, it gets rounded to rs 479 and not rs 478. The additional amount does not get reflected in the next billing cycle. I had requested to change the plan to 399 plan. It took six months to get the new plan. Though they claimed it as their technical fault, they charged based on the previous plan which was very high. Every month i need to call the customer service and get the adjustment done.

                            Airtel has to make a provision to get the exact amount and not a rounded amount.

                            I am not able to get the detail payment receipt for the payment made online in the month of November'17 & january'18 . The various informations for the same made available in internet is also not supporting. Pl. help

                                This is regarding account [protected] airtel broadband took advance rental plan till now they didn't give connection and after 15 days they are coming and saying due to technical reasons we are not able to provide the connection we will refund in 9 days. Any transfer in india will be done in 24 hours but for airtel they are taking 9 days. When i said that why you didn't tell me before telling nonsense answers and when i ask i want my amount immediately then they turned into we will give you connection so means they have possibility and they don't give. Just think like this how many customers amount they take and earning interest on that amount and if we pay late they do late payment charges and now they can do any late but they don't give money on time what type of drama it is.. Don't take any connection from airtel they cheat people please help me to resolve the issue.

                                  I’ve recieved a call from an unknown number asking for my details and saying that I’m a mobile hacker. The person told that he’s an inspector his name is Sanjeev yadav and he knew my name and address. He sent my address on Whatsapp then he deleted the message after few minutes. His mobile number is +91 [protected].

                                    I transacted at airtel for the offer as per screenshots attached at 1:30am today (6-8-18) but after around 20 hours found the cashback was not credited to my airtel wallet account. I had written an e mail to the wecare e mail address but some naman verma replied absurd without even seeing the screenshots attached with the e mail. I am attaching the same screenshots for offer details and transaction details herewith for your perusal and am sure they are self explanatory. I called up airtel we care helpline on 400 and the executive rehim and later the supervisor ganesh modiraj said that i was not eligible for the cashback of rs.100 on minimum payment of rs.200 as per offer since the earlier offer which was running at the time of my transaction was discontinued now. This is called cheating since the transaction was done when the earlier offer was still running. Airtel has cheated me on two earlier occasions also once when they had offered a cashback of rs.50/- for kyc verification whereby even after follow up through e mails and long duration phone calls for 4 months they credited only rs.35. Why do they provide cashback offers if they are beggars and can't pay the cashbacks as promised-they are big cheats and lots of worthless follow up is required. Even the higher authorities like nodal and appellate are good for nothing.
                                    Please ensure the credit of my rightful cashback of rs.100. The airtel offers are badly worded and when customer transacts on that basis they discontinue the offer and insert a new offer on their app with a new wording and sy that they would not credit and thatt i am not eligible. I fulfilled all the t&c of the offer prevailing at the time of my transaction then how can they deny giving the cashback-is it not cheating customers?

                                    No the offer showing on the app when I transacted was as per screenshots which I had already sent -after I did the transaction you had modified the offer to suit your convenience and are arguing unnecessarily with me -see it again -you have a big cheating policies everytime and I would never bother anymore to transact through your wallet after my wallet money is exhausted-I always have huge wallet money which fetched you interest benefit which you would never acknowledge -nobody can afford to waste time with cheats-I have even written to the consumer forum -I hope you got the e mail complaint posted by me -you people are frauds and give offers but never give the benefits -no need to give any offers in future -and stop wasting our time for no results -cheats will always remain cheats -I had suffered earlier too at the time of offer for KYC updation but there too inspire of 4 months follow up you cheats never credited the balance amount

                                    What’s the use of complaining here when even after submitting all proofs no action is taken against the cheat company-consumer forum is meant to protect the interests of citizens but I find no action of effort is made by such a forum -the cheat companies are flourishing without any fear of action for their wrong deeds

                                    Still nothing done although customer service head team was informed -lots of follow up required for each matter.
                                    The complaints for network etc is raised around a month earlier than the helpline calls back the customer-very inefficient team
                                    Airtel did nothing inspite of lots of follow up through e mails and phone calls -instead they changed the wording of the offer the next day when i complained through e mail -Airtel wecare people are useless and help company to cheat customers-their answers are vague-they waste lots of time on phone and send hopeless irrelevant replies-height of inefficiency
