Please note my airtel sim [protected] was blocked on 21st july without any notification to me by email or message. As currently i am out of country, therefore plz advise how can i reactivate my sim. It's been 2 yrs but since the unlimited schemes came to light i have never got a proper continuous internet connection.

I have been charged rupees 35 for 'Games fort' subscription, which I've never subscribed to or even heard of.
Please give prior notification even if it's a matter of 2 rupees, Airtel has been my choice since years and I have faith not only in the brand but also the costumer service team.
35 rupees isn't much to lose, but the question is wether you want to lose your customers for that amount.

My query regarding on week network bandwidth signal in my room area. Whenever i am out from room the network is fine for me. Bu in specific in my room the network is gone out. I tried other sim like vodafone, idea, jio. All operator network are fully in my room or outside.

Since the last 6 days, Airtel is playing fraud with my Internet balance. In the afternoon, I use to get the sms that 90% of 1.4GB has been consumed. Today I tried to test it myself. They are very polite and clam while taking money and when they see that they have received the money the treat you as if you are not their consumer.
