Subject: my roaming recharge ₹1200 had been wasted because the plan has not activated

I had been your airtel customer since many years. Recently i have recharged for roaming to both china and nepal for ₹1200 (Unlimited incoming call and 250 min outgoing) in your airtel office and before recharging i have asked them twice they said that it will definitely work. After reaching to china the calls were not outgoing nor incoming. I had faced many problem since i couldn’t contact to india to my home so to inform i have reached there and ther very important calls to other people. Through other phone i have called to your airtel office who made recharge he said that if you add additional ₹500 main balance it will work again i asked them twice, they said surely it will work but the amount got deducted ₹100 for 1 min.
Now i’m in india i went to the same airtel office they are saying that they couldn’t help me. If i won’t get my ₹1200 + ₹500 back i will soon file a complaint against you people for cheating me in this way and because of no phone calls i had faced many problems there.
I request you to kindly return my money back immediately.

    We are getting repeated calls from this number [protected] demanding physiotherapists and nurses. This person is fake and harassing doctors he had enquired on just dial regarding physiotherapy and that's how they get our numbers. But all he is doing is repeatedly calling and demanding home visit for different addresses.

      Hi,

      Since 1 month, i stopped receiving calls/sms for my airtel number +91-[protected] without any notice. I am also not able to recharge my mobile. It is saying invalid airtel number. I was trying to call the customer support and not able to get a proper response. Currently i am not in india and will be back in next week. I need this number to be activated as soon as possible.

          At tiwala, haryana 127310. Here is 2g airtel tower but it is not working because in the tower area also my airtel number remains out of network coverage that is emergency calls only along with there is no 3g/4g tower in my villege. I camplained many times but there is no action taken towards this. How much time i am remained my airtel sim emergency calls only. I request to you firstly setup this 2g tower and either install a new 4g tower or upgrade this 2g tower.in haryana, airtel is tha last one network coverage among all the operators so imporve your coverage at my location and in haryana

            I forgot airtel mpin and i tried to reset mpin but it showing details mismatch. I am putting my details as per aadhaar card only. I have contact customer care service and they told me dob is mismatch and we cannot help you without dob, seriously i don't know how dob is mismatching and there is no other way to reset the mpin. Requesting you help me out for how to reset my mpin.

              My airtel mobile number is +91 [protected]

              I accepted the offer of rs.99 (For the offer o[censored]nlimited call and 1gb per day internet for 28 days) on 27-7-18 valid till 23-8-18. Suddenly the company stopped internet from 4-8-18.

              I claim compensation for my inconvenience.

              In the past the company deducted rs.80/- from this number for the service which i never asked for.

              I now claim refund.

                  My wife receives a call from airtel call center after she increased balance in our tv account that “mam you would have received a code, tell us that”. Since the call was from airtel call centre, she told the code during the call. On receiving the code, the call was cut by the call centre employee. They activated a channel called comedy gali on our tv and intimated same and gave a message that rs 45 would’ve deducted from my account.
                  This amounts to a fraudulent activity as the channel was activated without consent.
                  The company may like to look into the matter and should refund rs 45 being fraudulently deducted.

                    With reference to above mentioned subject i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service of airtel. I have recharged my mobile with rs 99 where i get 100 gb as special offer which is shown on my airtel app.

                    I have recharged the same and after some time that said data benefit is credited in my account but i am sorry to say after some time when i checked it is showing only 1 gb which is next to impossible.

                    I haven’t use any data so far then how can it is possible my all data will be consumed and only 1 gb is remaining.

                    I am sharing the screenshot for your reference and request you to please credit 99 gb in my account.

                    Moreover i have escalated this to many time to ceo but no one bother to revert moreover resolution is not yet given by them..

                      I've subscribed for night cashback offer two days ago. I was supposed to receive 50% of the data used between 12 am-6 am but i didn't. I've the sms confirmations that my night cash back is activated. I want to know why you send confirmation sms to a service when you're not able to give the service in first place. I want 50% of my used data back as well as per the plan. A quick response will be appreciated.

                        Dear sir/mam, i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile by ₹ 399/- through my airtel app on 26th july 2018. Which is an unlimited plan, but i cannot neither call anyone nor able to use data. I complained about this problem to customer service but they're said to wait for 24 hours since 27th july 2018 till today 5th august 2018.

                          I am using AIRTEL service with my mobile. I want to recharge with the amount offer of Rs. 399/- and my main balance is Rs. 407/- but they are not allow to deduct this new recharge from main balance. My previous service provider was telenor and now it has become AIRTEL. Telenor company was allow to do a recharge from main balance. This is unfair.

                            I have a postpaid connection @ monthly rental rs.200/- and call charges. I received a call and my plan was changed to plan infinity family plan 799. I used it for a month but i dont like this plan. I am a retired sbi official and can not afford this scheme. I want to revert to my earlier plan as monthly rental rs.200/-. I request yo to please revert to my earlier scheme. Confirm me in 1 days otherwise i shall be free to leave your services and take services of some other mobile operator. I wold expect a mail to this effect on my email [protected]@gmail.com yo should send the details plan on email and take consent to change the plan yo are doing this over mobile only which is not fair.

                              Your service is really worst i haven't seen such a poor service before... Your network is not at all available if i want to call some emergency number i'm unable to contact.. And even if no on can call me because of poor connection... Please improve it or otherwise i will change it... Please improve your service... The network is really poor and sometimes it doesn't shows the network i am really fed up of your service please improve it or i have to change it to another service it is really poor and weak...

                                Hello.. I was interested about broadband connection. So i submitted a request in airtel app.. And i got the call from them on august 2nd and i submitted the i'd and few docs and paid the amount of 999. They told me it will done with in saturday aug 4th morning and so i planned according to that.. But on aug 4 th i was kept on calling them. Not even a answer or not even a response from them. Simply spoiled my whole day and even after multiple texts i whatsapp.. Not even a response from them. I can see they have received and seen my texts. Are they fooling the customers and people's time and value. I will suggesy my friends and circle to avoid airtel hereafter. And i need proper refund immediately. My transaction i'd. I have restarted my mobile d checked all the settings of phone.. Also tried to contact via calls on 121 but not reached to any customer care executive.                                     This is regarding the activation of my new SIM card which is a replacement sim as I got my number blocked a week ago.
                                    On Monday, 30th July, I purchased a new sim from a local retailer. Airtel's support staff kept on saying that the SIM card will be activated in another 24hrs, 4hrs, 1 hour and so on; which never happened. Several calls were made by us during the period but to no avail. They kept on convincing the same till Friday, 3rd August; after which I was told to purchase another new replacement SIM from their Airtel store, specifically.
                                    There were no Airtel stores in close proximity, however, I took the pain to travel some distance to visit the Airtel store for the same. I got a new sim and completed the formalities there, after which I was assured that the sim will activate in another 4 hours, which of course never happened.
                                    I have called their support staffs innumerable times since then but still they failed to get my sim activated.
                                    Even now, I've been convinced that in an hour they'll get it done.
                                    They have no idea about the troubles we are facing. Contacting the customer care service for infinite number of times and still not getting the issue resolved.
                                    Because of their careless attitude, all my important calls and messages I've been missing since a week, which is causing a lot of inconvenience.
                                    Apart from all of it, I am unable to understand what is so difficult in activating a mere SIM card rather why are they making it sound so impossible?
                                    They better get this issue resolved and get my number activated right now, and if not, then I'm done with Airtel.

                                      I had lost my cell phone on 31st july 2018 and informed your call centre to block the sim card.
                                      On 2nd august, i visited for the first time, the airtel gallery at naupada, thane to get a new sim card. I was issued the same on payment of rs 25 and was informed that it will get activated in 4 to 24 hours.
                                      Since it had not got activated till today i. E. Even in 48 hours, i again visited the same office second time at 11.30 am today. The office issued me a new sim card stating that, due to some technical issue, the previous sim could not be activated.
                                      I got a message on my cell phone within about 2 hours that ` your services have been set. Please restart your hand set.`.
                                      However even second time, my new sim card has not been activated yet. I am unable to understand the failure of 2 sim cards to get activated.

                                        My airtel broadband connection number is 41134084. It is in the name of my son k. B. Ajit kumar who lves in the uk. On 1-3-2018 i requested airtel to put my broadband connection n safe custody as i left for the uk the same day. On[protected] returned back to bengaluru and asked to them to deactivate the safe custory. Now airtel has raised bill for safe custody (Rs. 500 per quarter) as well as another bill in april as per my regular plan and insisting on payment every day despite my explaining the facts.

                                        Instead of punishing the concerned for raising two bills for same period, asking me to pay it is ridiculous, foolish and beyond anyone's imaginaton.
