    Hello,

    Today I was charged (for the second time in a while) for the AIRTEL GAMESWORLD service. Neither did I opt for such service nor was I notified before being charged for it. The given number, to stop the service, "isn't available at the moment" and when I text them they show it as an active service but I can't cancel it. Whenever i put 1 (the code for it in active service) it simply shows invalid. Can't call, cancel service. Even the activate/deactivate service section on my 'My Airtel' app shows "Please try again later."
    This is no way to take money from customers. Activating services without their consent, charging them and not allowing them to cancel. I want my refund as well as this service to stop immediately.

      I used airtel money wallet to pay fee of my university, the Rs.1011.66 amount of money is deducted from my airtel money wallet and transaction failed and money is duducted from airtel money wallet and fee not paid

      paid amount is Rs.1011.66
      please help me sir regarding this, this is a huge amount for a student

        This is regarding the delay in shifting of my connection. My broadband id is [protected]_kk. At each step of the process, i was misguided and given wrong information by visiting engineer and even after multiple escalation to floor supervisor on airtel customer care, there has been no resolution.

        First of all, the engineer who visited for setting up the connection did not finish the task and left the premises telling me the connection will be automatically activated after few hours. This did not happen even after 3 days.

        Then i was assured over phone that my router is faulty and it will be replaced I had already pointed out to the engineer to please check the wiring part as router was working perfectly fine in old premises. Next day engineer visited for some time and after checking with a new router told me the wiring is faulty and left the premises without providing any ETA or resolution or root cause.

        Moreover, i had been interacting with customer care supervisor for over 3 days and have not got anything other than empty assurances which are not getting fulfilled. It seems customer care has no clue even for an escalated case. i was assured a resolution will be done within 24 hours as the router is faulty and will be replaced. Next day it was a new story altogether. And there is no clarity on what is the root cause of the problem.

        So the bottom line is, it has been 6 days and my connection is not working. As a last resort i approached appellate authority but once again the same reply, we will check and get back to you. So finally had to discontinue my airtel broadband.

          I had requested for MNP on 7th August still my number has not been ported.

          Description : it is 4 days still the MNP is not done. It was
          from post paid to pre paid. The company is
          same, even then it is still not done. I
          opted for pre-paid because in last bill i felt that i
          was cheated. Still i have not been transferred to
          prepaid.

          I m unable to sent message to 1900 for MNP but message is sending fail.
          The problem is only for 1900.. messages to other number are sending successfully.
          Due to network problem i want ti port my airtel Number.
          I contact customer care also but have no solutions.
          What would be the solutions..?

              i have taken Airtel 4G hotspot on 28th April in the no allocated [protected] under SIM card no
              scan copy of the cover attached for your reference .

              My Hotspot is not working since then but bills are generated regularly despite of our request not to generate bills. i have paid the all three bills But my Hotspot is not yest started .

              yesterday also I have visited Airtel store where i surprise to know that this Sim no is not matching with Airtel record . i would like to know the following urgently before going to escalate the matter to higher up or court .

              1. How can Airtel generate bills without its activated and used ?
              2. How can I know that Sim which is provided to me is wrong one ?
              3. who will ensure that this Sim was even used or not? since i was not used or say sim provided to me was not in working condition ?
              4. who will bear the cost / losses for not getting through the network .

              you are requested to close this with immediate effect and refund all paid bill without any further delay.

              Kindly look into it and suggest how can i process to claim my damage and harassment due to non availability of internet services despite i have paid all generated bills till now which it has not activated till now in my system.

              your immediate attention in this regard is highly appreciated to start further course of action

                handset : working mobile was taken and damaged non working phone was returned

                Dear Airtel,

                I have recharged my Airtel Prepaid mobile [protected] on 9th August with Unlimited 399/- using my airtel app downloaded in the mobile. The amount got deducted from my paytm account and I even have received the Airtel Order ID:[protected].

                I have called the airtel customer care several times and no executive took ownership in resolving this. All they say is the above Airtel Order ID is not reflecting in their system.

                I am so frustrated with the service and attitude shown by Airtel customer care. In view of above, I would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

                  My out going calls are barred due to bill overdue.
                  But i paid all month bill on time through airtel money. One of my bill payment done through airtel money was reversed by airtel money bank and it is not created to my wallet. Because of that the bill became now overdue and out going calls barred. The bill amount i paid in the month of march-2018 but it got reversed by 30th july, 2018. I approached airtel customer care and airtel bank customer care, but i did not get proper resolutions. Now i am suffering that barred outgoing calls.
                  Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  My broadband services were stopped due to bill overdue.
                  But i paid all month bill on time through airtel money. One of my bill payment done through airtel money was reversed by airtel money bank and it is not credited to my wallet. Because of that the bill became now overdue and out going calls barred. The bill amount i paid in the month of 11 august-2022 but it got reversed.                     with due respect I like to say that I am a subscriber of airtel This Account holder Name Was Mr.Biswajit Roy and my mobile no is [protected].

                    I inform you sir that Last month I used the Internet on my mobile in this number but I do not make any calls since 5th of this month because No network is showing on my mobile. So on 6th august I call Customer Care from another Airtel number.Employ asked me what is your problem? I told about my problem. He replied me that you will go to the airtel store and You have to take a duplicate SIM with 25 repees. But I asked you sir what is the problem of my airtel sim? He told me that this is technical problem. So You have to change the Airtel SIM.

                    So I wanted to know that Suddenly, why did Airtel SIM stop?

                    If you do not solve my problem then I will sent my complaint to the consumer forum and I am fully satisfied that airtel is a cheat company

                      i am reporting from Union bank Of India, Vijay Nagar colony, Hyderabad.

                      From Yesterday we are suffering from network issue. here nobody in under the radius of this tower is able to make a call under airtel tower which is located above our bank. call is getting connected but we can't here anything, and it is getting disconnected after 12 sec with a " network error " message pop up.

                      Last week also there was issues with network, kindly take action or we we'll switch to JIO or any other network.Â

                      Awaiting Urgent attention from the Team.

                        I have complained thrice on customer care (198), whenever I make calls on bsnl landline numbers, the call is not initiated. I have complaint thrice but the customer care is so irresponsible they are very rude they say that fault is not from our side.
                        Its been 3 months my problem has not been resolved.

                        Mai jab bhi koi landline number pe call karta hu tab call lagta nahi hai.
                        Maine customer care par call kia toh unka ye kehna hai ki problen jald hi resolve hojayegi aur ye 3 mahine se resolve nahi hui.
                        Mere fone me balance bhi hai aur fir bhi call lag nahi parhe.
                        Customer care wale rukne ki kehdete
                        Kehdete thode din wait kriye
                        Kitna wait krega aadmi
                        Apne zaroori kam rok de ky.

                          I recharge my number with 448 INR but while recharge I had done a typing error due to which recharge was done on a wrong number.
                          I called at customer care but they said that they are unable to do anything.
                          Since I have transaction id and payment proof thus I require either refund or transfer the recharge from wrong number to right number.

                          I got a phone call on 12 aug and whatever they said they send a email with the same discussion here is the email content: " Dear Arsh Singh, Greetings from airtel! This is in reference to your email regarding wrong recharge done for the number ## instead of your airtel mobile number ##. At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused. As discussed iwth you on your number ##, you are not eligible to reversal benefit because you have already recharge with Rs 448 on this date & time Aug 9, 2018 8:10:24 PM with benefit of 1.4GB/day and Unlimited All calls on home and roam_100 SMS/day for 82 days. However as a onetime benefit we are crediting Rs. 448/- to your main account balance as a talktime with in 30Minutes. Further, post completion of unlimited pack on your number request you to revert with the word of conformation to activate unlimited pack from your main account balance.                               I have given my request on 6th August 2018 at 'Ground Floor, Real Tech Park, Sector-17 Vashi Navi Mumbai-400705 to one of your customer care officer her Name is POOJA had told me that I will get my number migrate in working 3 days from request.

                              Now, Today is Thursday and TAT already end however I am not get migrate my number from postpaid to Prepaid. When I called one of your customer care officer on his name is " PALWINDER SINGH" saying that we do not have get any request from your side. Even the person has asked too many question to verify that I am a true customer.

                              Why your company made this kind of policy that " your organization structure is only verify the customer detail but If customer ask your officer verification that this the right person of your company or not then your representative refuse that our company policy is not to share the detail with customer."

                              This is absolute ridicules policy from your company customer care officer. Who is verify on call our data on phone.

                              Kindly request you to understand our problem related migration my number from postpaid to prepaid.

                                Recently i ported my prepaid network from vodafone to airtel. I got message that number will be porting to airtel on 07/08/2018 (Dd/mm/yyyy) but till now i am facing issue to activate my number. Always it is showing as no service. I went to nearest airtel store to check with the status. They are responding like it will activate tomorrow and tomorrow. I went there thrice and i got the same reply from the executive.

                                  Suddenly on 7th aug, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                                  All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                                  I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.

                                  The network on phone is not good, many times network signal changed to H, 4g and sometimes it temporary booked .so I can't take call and surffing on internet .so kindly improve it as soon as possible
                                  I was having Airtel went to Vodafone and reverting back to Airtel and 7 days have passed but number is still not activated. Vodafone has already deactivated now I am having no connection.121 is having no information.even after following up for so long phone is not getting registered.

                                    I'm currently in uk. I arrived from india a few months back.. I've subscribed to airtel's 3999 ir roaming pack for uk and my phone has stopped working all of a sudden. I'm missing crucial business phone calls. My mails to airtel have gone unanswered. I'm sick and tired of this company. Please resolve asap. Not only will i not pay this subscription pack, i will take you to consumer court for loss of business. Not to mention pull the plug on all three airtel services that i currently use.

                                      Last Tuesday I used my airtel app to recharge of rs 594 and then guess what, it never came. but the money was deducted from the account, I even received a text saying that recharge was done successfully, I thought it might take some time but I don’t think it should take more than 2 day so help.
