Dear sir/mam, i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile by ₹ 399/- through my airtel app on 26th july 2018. Which is an unlimited plan, but i cannot neither call anyone nor able to use data. I complained about this problem to customer service but they're said to wait for 24 hours since 27th july 2018 till today 5th august 2018.
