Its has become habit with Airtel to inflate my mobile bills for mob. No. [protected]. Last month also, artificially inflated bill was rectified after a complaint was registarad on this portal. It seems repeated negligence on the part of Airtel, might be due to malafide intention to earn profit by deliberately inflating bills.
A proof of it is the written acceptance of faulty bill on the part of Airtel just last month & then rectifying...

The bill for 6 months was generated for which I have not opted. When I called the customer care, they kept me on hold for 30 minutes to connect to a supervisor. I had to cut the call and call back again. But of no use, I was again on hold for more than 30 minutes. I don't understand how they could give such an idiotic reply that the supervisor is busy and I have to wait without knowing how much time I will be kept on hold. Very worse service....

My data network is very much slow and it is getting very weak day by day 😐.. It is very difficult without proper internet connection at case of emergency. Please do resolve it quickly.. Dear sir,
Today, l recharged my Airtel no. [protected] with Rs. 147 in which according to the offer i should get 1gb data/day, unlimited calling and 100sms/day for 28 days. I got unlimited calling and 100sms/day but in data i only got 300mb.

I have requested my number [protected] for conversion from airtel postpaid to prepaid. I got a new postpaid sim also from airtel express store after submitting all my documents. However there are no updates from airtel that when my new sim will activate.
It has more than two weeks now. They said it will activate within 72 hours....

Myself Amarnath K, from so many years I am using Airtel and also in our village around more than 3000 peoples are using Airtel

We have a basic issue of 2G network itself, call drops so many time and you cant hear opponent voice.

Even we have complained so many times in Udumalpet Airtel office and customer care but there is no single response from anyone

So all our village peoples...

We at jk bank corporate headquarters are using airtel post paid connections under jk bank plan. But we are badly suffering due to network issue.It is very hard to make calls and listen to the voice of the caller. We are now forced and constrained to make calls from other network. It is requested to kindly resolve our matter, otherwise we may have to switch to other network.

I just re charged my mobile with 120 talk time to my shock after some time i have a balance of only 21 rupees they have charged me for services i have not asked for this is cheating and i am trying to stop this service abd losing money on messages they have not even told us how to stop these services so they can make more money. This shows that airtel is having poor service compared to other operators. I would ask you to reverse this amount...

I have recharged my Airtel Digital TV last week on 10th July after getting call from Airtel call centre. He asked me to get recharge your tv with Rs. 388/- for 3 months, which I did accordingly.
