Dear sir,
This is to bring on record that i (Customer id: [protected]) have been calling airtel customer care no.[protected] continuously asking for a technical engineer to visit for repair of my set top box.
The first complaint was raised on 23rd july'18 wherein it was confirmed that technical engineer shall visit on 28th july'18 (Saturday) around 9 am. No engineer turned up. I again called and asked for the same. It was again confirmed that by 6:00 pm engineer shall visit. However, i called again at 9:00 pm after hours of waiting only to find out that my request has been closed giving the reason that "user is not reachable". Yet, another request was raised and assurance was given that today my issue shall be resolved.
However, after multiple calls and giving multiple assurances that engineer shall visit us by 3:00pm, 6:00 pm etc, no body has turned up till date.
I'm highly disappointed with the services provided to a customer who has purchased a new set top box on 12th feb'18. It is pertinent to mention inspite of the settop box being on warranty, i shall be paying for the engineer's visit. Also, even after multiple calls, not even a single person has turned up. Moreover, my requests have been closed without even informing me. It is my humble request to at least send us the engineer's number so that we can contact him. Also, if somehow the user is "not reachable", at least have the courtesy to check with user before closing the complaint.
Please arrange for the engineer's visit tomorrow (30th july2018) itself and arrange for a refund of my 1 week's advance pay. If not possible, then kindly disconnect the connection, pay me the dues and relieve me of this torture of being the customer of airtel dth.
