        Hello,

        I am Prem spoke to your executive on[protected] at 06:12 PM when we received a call from +[protected] from Ms. Apsara. She asked me about the issues I have with Airtel and I responded that I had already informed your staff to disconnect. I said (by mistake) that I had sent an e-mail and I immediately said that I informed your people to disconnect when I spoke to them… I said I had lot of issues with the internet and I never said that I will not pay any money that I have to if there is any… She started arguing and she kept speaking continuously and never gave a chance to speak and she commands, saying “you give the answers to whatever I ask” HOW CAN SHE ORDER A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS? DO AIRTEL THIK THAT CUSTOERS ARE SLAVES? I got offended and asked her to transfer the call to the immediate Manager. She says (with a very arrogant tone) that no one else are here to talk and if you want to talk you have to talk only to me … and she started arguing with me and when I said to not argue with the customer and first listen to the customer. said that “You are arrogant and ……………” “WHAT DOES SHE THINK ABOUT CUSTOMERS?” I said I am in Visakhapatnam on my business work. I said that I am the Owner of a company and is this the way you speak and I asked for Appellate Authorities E-Mail Address and Complaint Number and she says you come to our Begumpet office, also she says “you do whatever you want”… She said these words multiple times… And she says that this is a professional call, which is very funny to here that from her… Is this the way Airtel employees speaks? I never said that I will not pay the money… IS SHE THERE TO ARGUE, OFFEND, INSULT AND COMMAND THE CUSTOMER? OR TO ADDRESS AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE? WHY SHE HAS TO TALK LIKE THIS? PLEASE DO REMEMBER, AIRTEL CUSTOMERS ARE NOT SLAVES TO SPEAK HOWEVER YOU WANT… She would had spoken properly and found a resolution… I claim an action on her as I got very disappointed and very offended with Airtel Executive – Ms. Apsara. We think there would be many Airtel Customers who might be facing these kind of issues (Harassment / Offensive Words) from Airtel Executives and also with regards to service… We dont have any issues to pay but we ask for a proper action on this executive and please do disconnect all connections we have with airtel, immediately…

        In Public interest - "We dont want any customer to face what we faced..." Thats the reason we are posting this complaint...

          Bhojpuri videos are being activated in my phone without my consent. This has happened for the second tome now. This is really frustrating. I have lost Rs 170 by now. Also once there was this message saying 'online games have been activated' costing me Rs 30.

          Please take this complaint into consideration and take the necessary action, otherwise I will be forced to take up extreme actions.

              I am User of [protected] from more than 12 years, in which 3 time lost it and reactivate it . I am using this no in vodaphone post paid but after closing this no it taken time to come back in its parent service provider.
              I never want to lost it because this is my oldest no. When i asked vodaphone for activation of this no they replied me that this no has been transfered in Airtel. Regular feedback from store and customer care was not satisfactory so i aplied compalaint on twitter, Facebook by mail then they find out my no dated as 31 july 2018 and said that to activate this no i must have to pay 25000 InR.

                There is no signal strength at all in the office area.
                Even to make calls it's difficult, there is no clarity in voice and not audible.
                Data is something which will never work here.

                Airtel states that it is the best service provider in india but it has such bad service here.

                  On 30th July 2018 I made recharge of Rs509/- h for my prepaid Airtel number. I have transferred the money through my SBI bank account netbanking and the amount 509/-, 509/- was deducted from my SBI account and at the end of the transaction the transaction was failure. Transaction ref.no[protected]IGAEBJEOM1. But the amount was not credited back to my bank account. The Transaction details were date 30 July 2018 to INB Bharti Airtel LtdPayments-

                      Dear sir,

                      This is to bring on record that i (Customer id: [protected]) have been calling airtel customer care no.[protected] continuously asking for a technical engineer to visit for repair of my set top box.

                      The first complaint was raised on 23rd july'18 wherein it was confirmed that technical engineer shall visit on 28th july'18 (Saturday) around 9 am. No engineer turned up. I again called and asked for the same. It was again confirmed that by 6:00 pm engineer shall visit. However, i called again at 9:00 pm after hours of waiting only to find out that my request has been closed giving the reason that "user is not reachable". Yet, another request was raised and assurance was given that today my issue shall be resolved.

                      However, after multiple calls and giving multiple assurances that engineer shall visit us by 3:00pm, 6:00 pm etc, no body has turned up till date.

                      I'm highly disappointed with the services provided to a customer who has purchased a new set top box on 12th feb'18. It is pertinent to mention inspite of the settop box being on warranty, i shall be paying for the engineer's visit. Also, even after multiple calls, not even a single person has turned up. Moreover, my requests have been closed without even informing me. It is my humble request to at least send us the engineer's number so that we can contact him. Also, if somehow the user is "not reachable", at least have the courtesy to check with user before closing the complaint.

                      Please arrange for the engineer's visit tomorrow (30th july2018) itself and arrange for a refund of my 1 week's advance pay. If not possible, then kindly disconnect the connection, pay me the dues and relieve me of this torture of being the customer of airtel dth.

                        I have requested for installation of digital tv connection on 16 july 2018 vide request id [protected]. Due to some reason i requested for installation on 30 july 18. I was given contact no of sr services and accordingly i contacted the gentleman and he promised me that he shall install it today on 31 july 18. He also asked me to send the details of old discontinued set up box from air tel, which i send through what asp today morning.
                        Now the issue is i am contacting him to give time for installation but the gentleman is not picking up his phone and disconnecting the phone without any response?
                        I am surprised with the attitude of your service provider? In case air tel is not interested in digital tv business it should be clear to customer so that they can look for other option. We can not do a continuous follow up nor we have time to do so.

                          My consumer id is [protected], i recharged my dth recharge on 25 july. Transaction successful, money deducted from bank but recharge not done. I again recharged on 28th july. Transaction successful, money deducted from bank but recharge not done. This time i noted down transaction reference no. I called customer care. After many unsuccessful attempts i could connect with customer care. They gave me complaint no78247581. Nothing happened. I again called customer care they again gave me complaint no 78283456. However again nothing happened,. Neither recharge not balance into account. The customer care representatives are so rude that they cut the phones if asked why nothing has happened till now.                             Hi airtel team,

                            Multiple times i am raising the complaints for network issue and its already passed 2 years. From my site there is no delay in bill amount or late fees from last many years. And even i am already paying twice/thrice amount if i compare the plans with prepaid
                            2 times network engineer visited to my house and confirmed that there is no network coverage but still no resolution is being provided.

                            I am getting very poor network. Frequent call drops and now networks are not even coming. Really pathetic experience

                            You can check my numbers into your database and would request you to please look into this rather than sending the mail or providing fake future promises which are already being heard from last 2 years

                            How can it be india's fastest network when network are not their.

                            I had recharged an amount of Rs.199 from my account using debit card today with Transaction ID[protected]. But I didn't receive the service that I was supposed to. I made the recharge using the MyAirtel App. But its not even reflected in the Transaction history there
                            It's activating automatically
                            My airtel prepaid mobile [protected] having unlimited pack validity of 10 days more, I recharged with Rs 399 ( unlimited pack of 70 days validity) .
                            But now it shows validity for 69 more days only .
                            It is not fair, pl extend my validity o[censored]nlimited plan as 10(already remaining validity ) +70 ( plan 399 )= 80 days.

                              Im using airtel sim from past 10years (Number is [protected]), but sim is not working since[protected] after noon. I went to airtel store, they said sim is blocked. Im asked to them why the sim is blocked and what is the reason, but they not said any reason. Im shout on them because i have an important call at that time because of i have an interview. My job recruiter will call to me at that time. But im very tensioned from that time because my sim is not working from that time. So im decided give complaint on aitel. Otherwise pay the compensation to me.

                              An amazing service from airtel where their network is every area but will not work in mine. Agreed it does now but it's been over 5 days no one bothered to contact me to inform my request is cancelled and the complaint team says they can't raise a complaint on my Behalf.                                 I have voice call pack and data pack both inspite of that amount is deducted from main balance. I enquired for it and your Sr. Costumer care officer SHIVANI misbehaved me instead of sorting out the solution of my problem.Advised me to take post paid plan.Argued that you have activated call forwarding service. I have not taken such service.Thanks.

                                  I was charged 1800 rupees for the internet services twice. The first time I tried paying the app showed that the transaction had failed still the amount was deducted. This happened yesterday and I have not been refunded. It was a technical glitch which I feel is the company’s responsibility.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My self vaijinath andhale my mobile number is [protected] vc. No.[protected] now am leaving in samadhan society plot no. B/2 room no.5 kalamboli dist raigad...
                                      Sir before 5 days my airtel dish tv set top box not power on then i raised a complaint... Then next day your service engineer connect a another set top box and i pay cash rs.650/- and same day at night i observed the same issue in new set box...
                                      But no any person to come resolving that issue after 2 day engineer is coming and said i will come in 1 hour with new set top box but still no any person is come to resolve that issue...
                                      At the end engineer giving me a office mobile number and address i tried a call 15 to 20 times but call is ringing but not received any person in working day and working time...
                                      Then am going at office with set top box address of "sainath apartment sector 6 b wing room number 102" there are 6 feild worker are in office and have doing time pass and playing a game in mobile"
                                      Then office executive said"i send your receiver in 1 hour at your home"but still 6 hours no any person is come at home am trying many times call on office mobile no. Is.[protected], but no any response on call once again i go at office same people are playing game in mobile,
                                      After end i seat there one hour and engineer said same issue in this new set top box, he asking for more money, then i collect one more set top box,
                                      But still no any engineer come to installation, i self am connect all connection... And see this set top box in turn on i see a remark please wait initializing...
                                      Importnat think is after one minute no any display are showing or any no remark.. That means not working video ics...
                                      After all three set top box changing i was face issues...
                                      " this is a totally bad service from your engineers no imprtance of customers and time, not given a proper service, "supply a set top box without proper check" and many problem"... Hope less service engineer and management in this office"...
                                      Do something and fix that issue fast

                                        I, on the behalf of people, from imphal, manipur, would like to state that airtel network is worst in our area. We are not able to use even a net pack of 1 gb /day to our satisfaction... The network is very slow. And this problem is faced by many airtel consumers.. I regret recharging my airtel number. Airtel's 4g speed is equal to other network's 2g speed. Please solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise airtel will lose lots of consumers
