Sir, i was recharged my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] with an amount of rs. 559 on 3rd july 2018 and i got validity upto 30th september 2018. But my number was permanently delited from the records of airtel company on 24th july 2018. I request for refund of recharged amount with interest and also appropriate compensation for not providing promised services to the customers.

    My airtel dish tv # [protected]

    I received a call from [protected] on[protected] at 14:31 regarding miniplex channel information this lady said airtel is offering it for free for month and it will be activated by evening, and if i wish i could renew it, but the problem is this lady activated this for rs 65 and has even included in my monthly plan.

    Is this is what airtel encourages for their growth - cheap tactics to increase their sales.

      My number [protected]. phone is having huge network problem. its always out of service or busy but in fact i havnt used it. plz take care. even sometimes its saying switched off...
      i am a retired army person and my children are away for their jobs. i need to have network connection. my hand set also very new and of samsung company. plz take care .

        I recharged in the morning of rs147 and in afternoon again by mistake done recharge of rs147.
        Now what should i do??

        Please do something about this.
        I am sorry for my mistake.
        But i really want my money back or want to shift my recharge to next month.

          My airtel digital tv id is [protected].in the week of 23-28 july 2018, i received few calls from an executive (Told his name is himanshu) of airtel digital tv mobilizing me to make annual recharge of my existing package (Basic+top up). His last call was of 5 minutes ended at 14:59 pm on 25 july 2018 by phone number +[protected]. He has quoted rs. 4160/- for one year subscription (Basic+ top up) that i use to have for one year. I re-confirm in the discussion for the same with him and finally in next moment i re-charged my airtel digital tv with rs. 4160/-.
          Next day when i checked my account the account balance was rs.2900+ and date for validity was 26th august 2019. I contacted customer care regarding this and again next day i checked account balance which was showing rs. 1668 and date of validity as 4 mar 2019.
          Made complained on 27th of july, 2018 and one 29th i received a call from yusuf (Probably the same executive called with different name) from airtel digital tv; was renegotiating on my airtel digital plan.
          I request airtel digital to check the recording of my 25th july 2018 conversation that ended at 14:59 pm (5 minutes call) and fulfil the promise of your executive.
          Also stop fraud and cheating customers – after payment we customer become powerless and no option left with us other than copromising with your wishes.
          Please keep it in your records; i will take this issue to your higher management and bigger forum.

          No response from airtel digital on my complain... This company is started making general consumer fool... some one called and ensured to resolve the issue in 48 hours... after that no action... Stealing and fraud both are in business strategy of this company... Will explore other options to interact with this company...

          I made re-complain to Airtel digital. A kind women named Rajni called me and explained I am two months late in complaining other wise she could have found the ways to resolve my issue. Till now I have explained my complain to at least a dozen Airteldigital executives- IS IT NOT A WAY TO HARASS CUSTOMERS? ; They can check recordings of commitments given by their executive for luring for payment of Rs.4160/-. I EXPRESSED THE ISSUE IS NOT FOR RUPEES FOUR THOUSANDS. IT IS ABOUT TUGGING, CHEATING AND FRAUD BY A RESPECTFUL COMPANY.

          I WILL FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS. IF ANY OF THE FORUM MEMBER EXPERIENCED SIMILAR ISSUES WITH THE AIRTEL DIGITAL CAN JOIN ME. LETS GO TO CONSUMER FORUM TOGETHER. DON'T WORRY I WILL BEAR THE EXPENSES FOR NOW.

          It is almost a week after my complain fraud and cheating by airtel digital tv. On 28th June 2018;after putting my complain I received a call from Airtel digita tv and was told my issue will be resolved in 48 hours but I am yet to get any response.

            I am very disappointed with the service provided by airtel, sorry to say this but looks like they are running a scam by deducting 99rs from my account again and again for no specific reason. I joined airtel expecting a standard service, but seems like it was a big mistake. I stay out of the country most of the time and all my business services are linked to my airtel number but i never make a call or text when am on roaming, still they keep deducting 99rs whenever i top up, and because of this ridiculous service i miss my important texts most of the time because of the insufficient balance. This was the 4th time they deducted 99rs from my account. Consumer court should help me with this, i am really frustrated now, i want all of my lost balance to be credited back.

            Now for the 4th time airtel has deducted 99rs from my account for no reason. What kind of scam you guys are running, am really tired of your pathetic service. I never make a call or send any texts when am on roaming, but i am expecting texts for the business purpose and am not receiving any texts because you guys deduct the balance all the time. Shame on you airtel... I want all of my money back, am not letting you guys go away this time.. No matter what it takes ill keep complaining about you and your pathetic services where ever i possibly can...

              About a month back i had requested to port out my number from airtel to other operator since i wanted to switch to prepaid (Gujarat number) from postpaid (Delhi number). The airtel person at the airtel store told that wont be possible and for 4 months i need to continue with the postpaid nmber. Back in delhi (More 1 month prior to it) when i had enquired the airtel store person suggested me not to port my number from postpaid to prepaid there since i was panning to move to gujarat within 1 month so they said i can directly port my number after going to gujarat from airtel postpaid (Delhi circle) to airtel prepaid (Gujarat circle) so that i wont have to port twice. This was the first misinformation provided by airtel if i consider what i was told about portability in gujarat (That this is not possible) to be true. So i decided to switch to other opearator already feeling deceived once by airtel and could not afford postpaid for another 4 months. Then i got a call from airtel retention team and they assured me that this was possible i just had to go and say that i had a word with the retention team. They tld me that first i need to switch my number from delhi circle to gujarat circle and once this is done (7 days time) i can switch to prepaid as well. But the airtel store was again adamant that it could not be done and rudely answered me that i should call to the person who told me all this and get the work done from him only. Ofcourse the person calling me was from the retention team and i did not have their number to call back and i am sure even the airtel store guy knew this very well. Then he did not go according to what i was told by the retention team instead he probably gave a request of prt out from postpaid number and a seperate request probably for airtel prepaid number and gave me prepaid sim card. On 5th july 2018 my postpaid services were deactivated (Ported out) but since then my perpaid service has not been activated and everytime i call for verification they say "we dont have ur details, call back after 24 hours". I visited airtel store also they checkedmy details and told it might be due to some technical error and they said they have mailed my problem and it shall be resolved within 24 hours yet no response. This is my important number and it's a mental torture the company is doing on its clients. I cant even now switch to any other operator. This is not the way a big company like airtel should be playing around with their customers. If at all i can switch to other operator also now i would be glad to. Else it is at least airtel's duty to activate my number. They dont have the right to do anything (Wrong procedure) which the customer doesnot understand and block/withhold their number for no reasons. All my previous bills have also been paid.

                    It's been 2 yrs but since the unlimited schemes came to light i have never got a proper continuous internet connection.
                    I mean wherever i went hapur lucknow delhi varanasi i have faced the same problem everywhere i don't know what i am supposed to do after i paid for the plan. Every time i feel so frustrated and angry on airtel but what can i do "complain" so here i am complaining not only here but to all those whom i met on my daily life in social media but guess what it's still not solving my problem.
                    So i humbly request you either you refund my money or do something about my net connection. And the fun part is i don't face any problem regarding my calling features.
                    Plz its not the first time i'm complaining

                      I have been charged rupees 35 for 'Games fort' subscription, which I've never subscribed to or even heard of.
                      Please give prior notification even if it's a matter of 2 rupees, Airtel has been my choice since years and I have faith not only in the brand but also the costumer service team.
                      35 rupees isn't much to lose, but the question is wether you want to lose your customers for that amount.
                      Kindly look into it.

                        Dear airtel,

                        I have already mentioned in customer care call and posted a mail to airtel that i will not pay a my bill.

                        Reason - i have booked my airtel network connection problem at different date with different sr numbers.
                        But noone from airtel network team comes to my address and i was not able to use a single gb of internet and faced regular call drops.

                        From 26 june -23july i had collected 240gb data... Quite strange (Shame for airtel)

                        So please airtel i will not pay a single rupee because airtel not gives me a single network at any single day

                          Have been using airtel internet service for a while now, the customer service and the Connection is Pathetic. After getting the connection, within months our net stopped working. For a month we requested, raised complaints with senior managers, did everything possible to get the issue resolved. But all in vain, the only comment they had was it will all be resolved "tomorrow", that TOMORROW never came. when no technical team showed up, we disconnected the line and got a new Airtel connection as our building supports only AIRTEL. now, our new connection too stopped working and they are back to saying the connection will be restored TOMORROW.

                          I am much more frustrated as I work from home and my work is getting heavily affected because of this issue. I wouldn't have cared much if my internet requirement was limited to leisure purpose.

                          Such a lack of integrity is not expected from a big branded company!!!

                            My query regarding on week network bandwidth signal in my room area. Whenever i am out from room the network is fine for me. Bu in specific in my room the network is gone out. I tried other sim like vodafone, idea, jio. All operator network are fully in my room or outside.
                            So please see the towor or you technical thing to resolve my query.
                            I already raise a port request to shift in other network. But if you able to resolve my query within 2 days to might be i will retain airtel.

                              Since the last 6 days, Airtel is playing fraud with my Internet balance. In the afternoon, I use to get the sms that 90% of 1.4GB has been consumed. Today I tried to test it myself. I disabled the Internet today and used my JIO wifi (which is the best network without any fraudulent activities). And again at around 6PM I recvd the sms that 90% of 1.4GB has been consumed. Airtel is really started losing its customers, My curse to this network on this day of Guru Purnima... You would repent on your actions...hell with your network.

                                I have already raised many complaints regarding the network issue and the internet connection of my Airtel mobile connection, but nothing has been rectified. Everytime i call them the customer care will tell me that they are working on it but nothing get fixed. Its been 3 months now. I have opted for 4g connection, but the speed which i received from Airtel is less than 2G.They have not even gave me any discount for the bills i have to pay every month, doesnt matter to Airtel if i am able to use the internet or not. Pathetic service from Airtel.

                                  Few days back in our society airtel team distributed the pamphalets regarding the new broad band connection on which i like the plan and consulted the sales person [[protected] ] i don't remember his name. He told me that my new connection will be done in max 2-days so i did the payment for next 3-months [ amount rs. 2474/- ] and transaction id :[protected] but till date no one has contacted me for this connection even i tried multiple time to sales person and he is also now not picking up the phone.

                                  If this will be the service type then i don't won't to go-ahead with this connection so please refund my money asap. No one is responding and no responsibility at all.

                                  Take this request for cancelling the new connection request immediately and refund my money asap. Very bad service.

I have raised a complaint on 17TH but tilltoday there is no response and simply saying we are trying to solve. but as per our observation there was no progress and more over they are saying that we are in 4g coverage but we are not getting atleast 2g coverage. and also calls also not connection and we are very much depressed regarding

                                      They are very polite and clam while taking money and when they see that they have received the money the treat you as if you are not their consumer. And at the night times before 12 you will not be able to surf internet and after 12 they will provide a bit better internet and when our pack gets end it does't works at all. And most off the time i face network fluctuation issues. And some times the calls get connect to strangers. They worst experience that i have ever faced in ma life tata docomo was better than this

                                        Few day back I went to your Faridabad, Sarai khawaja store for activation of my old number. I have given my adhaar number there, thumb print on adhaar acknowledgement machine and I got my SIM. They said that it will activate within 4 hours. I waited for 12-18 hour then I got I call my number without activation formalities and then calling person said this my number so how can you take this number. When I call from activated number to my residence number I got to know that this is my number so how Airtel can provide any SIM after all thumb verification. I have given them print n all everything but number was not mine. Rabish store ever. Kindly appoint some good staff there who know how to talk how to behave and how to run store. ### staff .
