Respected sir,
My airtel no:[protected] orissa sim network not coming since 24th july, 2018 when i have started journey from bhubaneswar, odisha to mumbai, maharastra by konark express. Sim become disable no signal during my train journey and also same after arriving in mumbai. I am getting inconvenience and my important calls missed which cannot get while some one trying to contact me.

I request siry justice and compensation.

    I have called today customer care and told n number of times that i have changed handset and checked sms, still they say there is no issue in my area for airtel network. My number is [protected]. I am able to receive and dail calls.

    But i am not receiving any messages on my mobile number also unable to send messages through any of the handsets with airtel sim inserted.

    My address is dehu road - pincode:412101

    Even i couldnt port out of airtel as not able to send porting message to 1900. I love to be on airtel but still i have no option now if i dont able to send/receive messages. Trust is being lost.

      Sir, i hsve airtel post paid connection [protected]. I am facing network problem at my residence address 3 nehru nagar, agra. 282002. Specially inside my residence.in open everything works very well, but as i get inside i loose all signal bars. Even though the tower location as per your website shows few meters away from my house, but i cant use data and also no network inside my house.
      Kindly look into the matter. Thanks

        My sim was lost in past 2 months before and now on 29 july 2018 i purchased same number of sim from airtel gallery and my balance was not added in my sim
        And i make call to customer care then he said that i used game arena service in 19 june and i lost my sim before that and the service man name is nilesh he repeatedly said that i used that service but i m not and he was not ready to listen my any complaints and they also not refunding my balance so please help me with that else u will lost your 1 customer...

          Airtel digital tv was recharged on 27/07/2018 (For one year). And also the same tv was in use since one year.
          After reacharging the system is not activated, screen showed as "account balance on not available_ displayed on the screen."

            Hello,
            I am an airtel prepaid user with the phone number ([protected]). This number is on my mother's name i. E, geeta chhibba. We were planning to port to postpaid but for some reason we have changed our mind.

            I request you to please cancel my port request for my prepaid number ([protected]) and i will let you know if we will need to port to postpaid.

            I have also attached the screenshot of the airtel mobile app in which port status is showing. Please cancel the request as soon as possible.

              I am a resident of koldih, putulia, para, santaldih, west bengal 723155. I am not getting any airtel network at my home since last one month. Earlier network was good but now a days no network was their.
              I am using airtel mobile number from long time, earlier network was good and we can voice call easily from inside the house but from last one year there is lot of network issues. We can not make voice call from even home terrace and forget about data or internet.

                I am a user of airtel network from last 12 years. I am getting network issues specially with 4g data from lst 6 months for which i have called them 1000 times but no soultion is being provided. On top of that they keep ypu waiting for 1 1 hour on calls to transfer the calls to someone senior. I am fed up of this network and i think i should change it soon along with my 4 other airtel connections at home. I live in the legend apartments sector 57 gurgaon.

                    I recharged my airtel number on[protected]. “recharge done on[protected]:55pm, mrp:rs169.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer:rs25.78, transid[protected]. To check your balance, validity, call tariff and best recharges, dial *121*51# or download my airtel app, click www.airtel.in/5/LBNV” that is the message i got after recharge. Now i can’t call to anyone nor use data. Since it is for one month, it still ended before 15 days. I want to know the reason and get my money back.

                      I have airtel prepaid connection with 80 days unlimited calling plan and 1.5 gb data daily limit but network issues are regular and i can’t even use the services for which i have paid for. Worst mobile service provider. From 11pm last night till now i have 4g connectivity but not connected to internet. This problem is also not new as i have registered many complaints with airtel customer care helpline from where i only got a single line response “we are very sorry for this your issue will be resolved shortly” phrases like urgently were also used. As i have also attached photos of the screen where you can see full network but no internet.

                        Im getting pop ups in my mobile as "error in application" every minute due to airtel sim... Kindly disable any alerts or notification.
                        My mobile number is [protected].
                        It is very irritating when these popups occur as the videos or the games that will be playing would be stopped when they occur.
                        Kindly do something needful before i go crazy seeing this.

                          I have been calling airtel digital tv support team for past 10 days about non working of the settop box. No engineer has turned up till date. They just close the request saying the customer is not reachable. They don't bother to share the technical engineer's number or details for us to contact him. Everytime same story for past 10 days. Really frustrating!!!

I tried recharging for my friend with 399 pack for unlimited internet and call usage but it failed, the app notified me that i will get a refund in 2hr but there was no refund till date and also it is showing no transaction history on my mobile.                               Sir, i was recharged my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] with an amount of rs. 559 on 3rd july 2018 and i got validity upto 30th september 2018. But my number was permanently delited from the records of airtel company on 24th july 2018. I request for refund of recharged amount with interest and also appropriate compensation for not providing promised services to the customers.

                                I received a call from [protected] on[protected] at 14:31 regarding miniplex channel information this lady said airtel is offering it for free for month and it will be activated by evening, and if i wish i could renew it, but the problem is this lady activated this for rs 65 and has even included in my monthly plan.

                                Is this is what airtel encourages for their growth - cheap tactics to increase their sales.

                                      My airtel digital tv id is [protected].in the week of 23-28 july 2018, i received few calls from an executive (Told his name is himanshu) of airtel digital tv mobilizing me to make annual recharge of my existing package (Basic+top up). His last call was of 5 minutes ended at 14:59 pm on 25 july 2018 by phone number +[protected]. He has quoted rs. 4160/- for one year subscription (Basic+ top up) that i use to have for one year. I re-confirm in the discussion for the same with him and finally in next moment i re-charged my airtel digital tv with rs. 4160/-.
                                      Next day when i checked my account the account balance was rs.2900+ and date for validity was 26th august 2019. I contacted customer care regarding this and again next day i checked account balance which was showing rs. 1668 and date of validity as 4 mar 2019.
                                      Made complained on 27th of july, 2018 and one 29th i received a call from yusuf (Probably the same executive called with different name) from airtel digital tv; was renegotiating on my airtel digital plan.
                                      I request airtel digital to check the recording of my 25th july 2018 conversation that ended at 14:59 pm (5 minutes call) and fulfil the promise of your executive.
                                      Also stop fraud and cheating customers – after payment we customer become powerless and no option left with us other than copromising with your wishes.
                                      Please keep it in your records; i will take this issue to your higher management and bigger forum.

This company is started making general consumer fool... some one called and ensured to resolve the issue in 48 hours... after that no action... Stealing and fraud both are in business strategy of this company... Will explore other options to interact with this company...

                                      I made re-complain to Airtel digital. A kind women named Rajni called me and explained I am two months late in complaining other wise she could have found the ways to resolve my issue. Till now I have explained my complain to at least a dozen Airteldigital executives- IS IT NOT A WAY TO HARASS CUSTOMERS? ; They can check recordings of commitments given by their executive for luring for payment of Rs.4160/-. I EXPRESSED THE ISSUE IS NOT FOR RUPEES FOUR THOUSANDS. IT IS ABOUT TUGGING, CHEATING AND FRAUD BY A RESPECTFUL COMPANY.

                                      I WILL FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS. IF ANY OF THE FORUM MEMBER EXPERIENCED SIMILAR ISSUES WITH THE AIRTEL DIGITAL CAN JOIN ME. LETS GO TO CONSUMER FORUM TOGETHER. DON'T WORRY I WILL BEAR THE EXPENSES FOR NOW.

                                      It is almost a week after my complain fraud and cheating by airtel digital tv. On 28th June 2018;after putting my complain I received a call from Airtel digita tv and was told my issue will be resolved in 48 hours but I am yet to get any response.

                                        I am very disappointed with the service provided by airtel, sorry to say this but looks like they are running a scam by deducting 99rs from my account again and again for no specific reason. I joined airtel expecting a standard service, but seems like it was a big mistake. I stay out of the country most of the time and all my business services are linked to my airtel number but i never make a call or text when am on roaming, still they keep deducting 99rs whenever i top up, and because of this ridiculous service i miss my important texts most of the time because of the insufficient balance. This was the 4th time they deducted 99rs from my account. Consumer court should help me with this, i am really frustrated now, i want all of my lost balance to be credited back.

                                        Now for the 4th time airtel has deducted 99rs from my account for no reason. What kind of scam you guys are running, am really tired of your pathetic service. I never make a call or send any texts when am on roaming, but i am expecting texts for the business purpose and am not receiving any texts because you guys deduct the balance all the time. Shame on you airtel... I want all of my money back, am not letting you guys go away this time.. No matter what it takes ill keep complaining about you and your pathetic services where ever i possibly can...
