Since 1 week or 2 i have no network neither in my locality nor anywhere else. Even the mobile network option in data usage setting is greyed out. So what do i do? I tried to change its network settings, but to no avail could i get any positive results. On the contrary i can't click on cellular network and turn on the mobile data. Anticipating for your sincere help. Thank you

    Dear sir,

    I’m upset with Airtel. Couple of days back I had ported my Idea number to Airtel assuming the best service from you, but unfortunately all in vein.

    In short I will explain my concern. I got my Idea postpaid ported to Airtel Prepaid and got one prepaid SIM card as well and handed over the sim to my dad and Left the country.
    Then again someone from Airtel or some Agent Called my dad and he handed over one more Sim which was Pospaid.

    Now the Sim is activated and when they tried to check the balance they encountered that it’s a postpaid connection.

    My question is why you guys don’t have a control on Agents who are spoiling Airtels name.

    Now when we went back to the Airtel Store bear HBR bangalore to enquire, they said some Agent have cheated us and now we don’t have any option other than waiting for 3 months? Why do we need to suffer for your incapablities?

    I don’t want to pay a single penny and I want Prepaid connection.

    Please revert back ASAP to avoid further exclation or further action.

      I paid my bill on 24th July and services were working and out of nowhere, today on 27th July, my services were barred and when I called CUSTOMER CARE they told me that i haven’t paid my bill when I told them to recheck as I have paid my bill. They apologized and said they will resume the services and after few hours when i called them again they told me that the services are activated. Then I waited a few more hours and called them again and this time the agent on the other end said services are barred. WTF!! I missed an important meeting because of this and now they are saying that I need to go to airtel store to get it unbarred.
      I travel a lot and attend a lot of meetings. I dont have time for ### like this especially when I already paid my bill.
      i am gonna port out as soon as I get network in my sim

        I have port my number from vodafone to airtel.
        i have logged the complaint to airtel so many time but they are not solving my issue.
        I have taken airtel sim and i am not incoming call.
        Whenever someone calls me its showing switched off.
        i have informed aritel company but they are not able to solve my problem.
        Please help me to solve the problem asap.

        Airtel company is not helping me.

          the mobile No for Porting was [protected]
          My plan with vodafone postpaid for Rs 299/- Monthly, Airtel customer care have called for the better offer plan in airtel for 299 (Unlimited Outgoing, national raoming And 100 national Sms Free, and data upto 20GB per Month.
          I Thought all the offer is same but only data plan in vodafone was 15GB (4G)data and there was no Speed and no SMS facility, so i though of porting to Airtel. On 23 Jul 2018 the network been ported and when i enquired about the plan, the customer care informed as 399 plan. then i lodged the complaint through customer Care, then they changed the plan to 299 but as per 299 Plan there is only 5GB Data and rest remains the same so i again lodged the complaint regarding 20 GB Data it as not yet done till date and the speed is worst than the any other network.

          the airtel customer care cheet the people in this way, (By Offering the best what they can divert your mind and when once ported they can do as their wish. because when once porting done we cannot go for porting other network for three months

            I had traveled abroad for which i had enabled international pack in the month of may and as i reached my destination as to my wonder the service was not working and i was asked to wait for 4 hours (How stupid can that be for them to ask me to wait on the international airport for 4 hours). I anyways deactivated the service instantly. Last month i again traveled abroad and without my notice airtel activated the international pack again and charged me on my bill. This is highly unprofessional and is like fooling customers. They claim themselves to be the best network, god knows how.

              Unauthorized transactions were done on 26th july 2018 for rs 204.38. And on 23rd june 2018 for rs 149.49 without my knowledge and permission by. WWW.airtel.in(PGSI) through my sbi credit card. I have not subscribed for autopay. Or something like that. I don't know what for and the how thetransactions were made using my sbi credit card.                     Hi i have been to airtel store in erragadda, hyderabad to port my number from other operator to airtel. The guy has processed my request and then said i have to pay rupees 300 for the first recharge and without this my porting will not complete. I know that it’s in no way related to porting but still i paid them rupees 300 for my first recharge which gives me unlimited calling and 1gb 4g data for 28days. Now my porting is complete and still they haven’t recharged my number with 300 amount they have charged. I have been to the store once and they said they will process it by end of day, now it’s already been 2days and still my recharge has not been processed.

                      I just took 1 3g loan of ₹14 because i was traveling and i needed internet. Then on 25th, it deducted another ₹14. And i didn't even ask for any more 3g loans. I found nothing at their support service. I sent them email, but they haven't satisfactorily answered my query.
                      Then today, they again deduct ₹14. I found no option to deactivate this auto 3g loan service. And now i have only ₹7 in my main balance.
                      I can't loose my money.
                      I just want to deactivate that 3g loan service.

                          Sir i complaint since 2017 in airtel telecom for internet speed but also always reply our team working on better network not solve my problem i recharge 399 rupees unlimited call and 1.4gb data per day 3g 4g but airtel telecom dos not gave internet speed in our area very bad internet speed give me my airtel number is [protected] plz refund my money thank you...

                            I m using airtel number [protected] from last 2yrs but from last 2-3 months when my friends try to call me their calls get connected to somebody else and the receiver is a girl and she talks to my friends rudely saying it wrong number. i m loosing my contacts. plz look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                  It’s regarding 499 plan that I have activated for my one airtel number. Actually I had requested to recharge it for my contact number ‭+91-[protected]‬ using my airtel app but it has activated it for my another contact number [protected]. Please check why it happened on my airtel app and activate the 499 plan (2gb per day, calls and sms) on my contact number ‭+91-[protected].

                                      Sir porting of my tamilnadu sim [protected] to andhra pradesh applied on 12 july 18. But it was not done. Then your person told to give 3 days more for ticket raise. After that also till now it is not ported. Secondly neither tn sim nor new ap sim is workig. Corresponding person is not responding well to my call. Due to this i am unable to do my office work or receiving any call. I did porting from airtel shop, nad junction, visakhapatnam. Kindly resolve my issue.

                                        I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per kyc norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. My wallet is not even a month old. And got a lot of balance, and now they have blocked it. They are now asking me to send to them the sender's bank account statement. Is it even logical? Why on earth will the sender share the bank a/c statement and as we know these details are very sensitive and confidential. Airtel assured me number of times for a proper resolution. But this aint a resolution even. I run the account, the account is in my name, i am the authorized person, i have submitted my verification documents. But when the company is here to loot me, how can i save my back? If you are reading this, i earnestly request you, never ever to use airtel money. Its a big scam,
