I recharged my airtel number on[protected]. “recharge done on[protected]:55pm, mrp:rs169.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer:rs25.78, transid[protected]. To check your balance, validity, call tariff and best recharges, dial *121*51# or download my airtel app, click www.airtel.in/5/LBNV†that is the message i got after recharge. Now i can’t call to anyone nor use data. Since it is for one month, it still ended before 15 days. I want to know the reason and get my money back.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is almost a week after my complain fraud and cheating by airtel digital tv. On 28th June 2018;after putting my complain I received a call from Airtel digita tv and was told my issue will be resolved in 48 hours but I am yet to get any response.
Please suggest what to do now.
