Unauthorized transactions were done on 26th july 2018 for rs 204.38. And on 23rd june 2018 for rs 149.49 without my knowledge and permission by. WWW.airtel.in(PGSI) through my sbi credit card. I have not subscribed for autopay. Or something like that. I don't know what for and the how thetransactions were made using my sbi credit card. So i wish to state that you should stop this practice immediately and refund the amount at an earliest date. My e-mail i'd. [protected]@gmail.com. My phone no.[protected]. My credit card no.         Hi i have been to airtel store in erragadda, hyderabad to port my number from other operator to airtel. The guy has processed my request and then said i have to pay rupees 300 for the first recharge and without this my porting will not complete. I know that it’s in no way related to porting but still i paid them rupees 300 for my first recharge which gives me unlimited calling and 1gb 4g data for 28days. Now my porting is complete and still they haven’t recharged my number with 300 amount they have charged. I have been to the store once and they said they will process it by end of day, now it’s already been 2days and still my recharge has not been processed.

          I just took 1 3g loan of ₹14 because i was traveling and i needed internet. Then on 25th, it deducted another ₹14. And i didn't even ask for any more 3g loans. I found nothing at their support service. I sent them email, but they haven't satisfactorily answered my query.
          Then today, they again deduct ₹14. I found no option to deactivate this auto 3g loan service. And now i have only ₹7 in my main balance.
          I can't loose my money.
          I just want to deactivate that 3g loan service.

                I m using airtel number [protected] from last 2yrs but from last 2-3 months when my friends try to call me their calls get connected to somebody else and the receiver is a girl and she talks to my friends rudely saying it wrong number. i m loosing my contacts. plz look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                      It’s regarding 499 plan that I have activated for my one airtel number. Actually I had requested to recharge it for my contact number ‭+91-[protected]‬ using my airtel app but it has activated it for my another contact number [protected]. Please check why it happened on my airtel app and activate the 499 plan (2gb per day, calls and sms) on my contact number ‭+91-[protected].

                          Sir porting of my tamilnadu sim [protected] to andhra pradesh applied on 12 july 18. But it was not done. Then your person told to give 3 days more for ticket raise. After that also till now it is not ported. Secondly neither tn sim nor new ap sim is workig. Corresponding person is not responding well to my call. Due to this i am unable to do my office work or receiving any call. I did porting from airtel shop, nad junction, visakhapatnam. Kindly resolve my issue.

                            I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per kyc norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. My wallet is not even a month old. And got a lot of balance, and now they have blocked it. They are now asking me to send to them the sender's bank account statement. Is it even logical? Why on earth will the sender share the bank a/c statement and as we know these details are very sensitive and confidential. Airtel assured me number of times for a proper resolution. But this aint a resolution even. I run the account, the account is in my name, i am the authorized person, i have submitted my verification documents. But when the company is here to loot me, how can i save my back? If you are reading this, i earnestly request you, never ever to use airtel money. Its a big scam,

                              Now I, senior citizen of Airtel mobile prepaid customer of your esteemed Airtel co. Previously, I was post paid customer and converted as prepaid customer on 9th July'18.I have deposited money for Rs220/& Rs400/ for 82 days plan which will expire on 29/09/2018. at Airtel showroom, Coimbatore, In mean while i frequently use to get Airtel SMS for new offers, plans etc without any clear cut instructions.As per Your SMS message, I want to pay advance money for extension of the plan without my stoppage of my plan and avoiding delay at the time of extension/ renewal.On the basis of that, like other mobile operators Jio, etc., I have paid the money for E recharge from my Airtel bank money for Rs399/ vide TXN. No.[protected] Dt.22/07/18 for advance extension of plan from 29/09/18. But I have not extended the plan from 29/09/18, instead on the payment day
                              it is again restarted .So, in the same month, I have paid twice the hard-earned pension money. But customer care no
                              one knows and no responsee it .They are not able to say the money neither for extension nor it won't credit to
                              my balance account like other companies as follows. They said that money won't come or credit your balance account and it is Airtel taken away. Hence I request you to credit for my balance account or recredit to my Airtel bank a/c. If you have no power to get it, please advice that whether I can seek the help from TRAI, your customer care feed back ref no.[protected]. Atleast here after you change this type of advance money payment for extension. Every thing you copied and bring the plans
                              & coupons system etc from Jio, why you have not brought this extension as they are safely keeping the customers money in credit account?. Please do the needful. Thanks sir.

                                This message came to my mobile on 26/07/2018 09:21 am .I recharged with 99 but got only 10 days validity.I told the matter to customer care, they told me RC109 plan instead of RC99 .Then why they sent this message to me.My mobile number [protected].

                                  I have made a recharge in a wrong number through SBI buddy. I tried for the wrong recharge reversal but came to no use. Kindly help as i am a student and such wastage of money is a great loss to me. I belong from a average earning family and cannot recharge my number again if the money gets wasted.                                       I have been asked to pay late charges against recharging my dth after the expiry. This is really pathetic to know that airtel is charging on such things while no other dth company are charging for the same. My request id is my contact number [protected]. Request you to remove such late payment charges immediately on airtel prepaid dth services. This will help all the airtel customer to retain with this company.

                                        I ve been using services of your company for last five yrs. However, i am very sorry to inform you that quality of your network has degraded drastically. Presently, i am residing in patiala cantt and using prepaid no [protected]. State of your network is such that you can't get through any call firstly and even if you manage to get then you can't talk to any one more than a minute. Frequent call drops, disturbing notices and poor voice quality is what you find in your network. I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and improve your standard of network otherwise there are many options available in the market. Also, this is not only my problem, the same issue is faced by all customers here in this area.
                                        Looking for some endeavors from your end.
