Hi, i recently closed my postpaid airtel no. ([protected]) for the last bill amt i paid through online. I forgot last bill payment we need to go to the retailer. I paid through online amt went to my cug airtel no. So i did wrong payment to my cug airtel no (On 8 june 2018). I called customer on same day for refund, they said submit my transcation id and canceled cheque leaf it will be done shortly. I submitted same day. I got one sr no[protected]. Its suppose to completed on 25th june. I contact customer care on 25th then they said some issue still not processed. Again asked all details about the wrong payment and asked the same docs. Submitted all. Then given sr no[protected]. For amt transfer to my airtel no. Then july 4th. My money transfer to my closed airtel no. Now that excess money not received yet. Airtel simply lying. Whenever i asked they asking the story then 2 to 3 day no contacts from them i send 30 mails about the same... I complaint the nodal officers also... From there also no reponse. I m not getting my money back from last two months. My contact no. [protected]

    Dear sir/madam, i have recharge rs 24 the rate cutter on 24th this month. One of the condition of the recharge is first 60 sec of the day @ 1.5p/sec. But the company has applied it for the next call also. Even sometimes it applied upto third call.

    So please do the needful at earliest. And refund my money.

      I have been over billed by airtel for 2999 plus taxes for an international roaming pack which i hv not used for the days they r charging me for.
      I have used it for 10 days 7th -17th july
      Switched it off on 17 but still they are charging me for it.
      I had personally switched d pack off on 17th through app as tollfree never reachable internationally

        I have been wrongly charged for sending an international sms to the following #[protected] in my current bill when i have not sent any such message to the #. Please resolve the issue and correct my bill. I have noticed that many consumers have also complained about wrong billing. Such cheating is not expected from airtel.

          Airtel company give me an application i'd artl3696639 for installation of bts tower over my plot and also demanding a sum of rs 15000 for trai paper works and approval. Is it true or fake. That above said company first contact me over telephone then gave me an offer for security money of rs eleven lakhs and as a salary of two person of our family 25000 and monthly rent 30000 thousand

            Hi i have postpaid connection of airtel, mobile [protected].
            My contact no services have been disabled due to overdue payment.
            I had made payment of rs 500/- (Nearly) by 5th or 6th may via airtel mobile app, the bill consisted of late fee of rs 100/- also. Afterwards i called to customer care executive to update my address (As i moved to other district).
            In the may month bill the total amount came around rs 900/-, which consisted of previous month bill. Which i had already paid.
            I decided not pay till my payment problem is solved. I called many times to and requested for the payment update but i was disappointed every time.
            I wrote email several times to resolve problem of my airtel mobile kyc update. I was asked to send the screenshot, i did everything which i was suggested.
            Afterwards i received many calls from customer care executive to make outstanding payment. I informed all the times that i was being supplied the incorrect bill for payment.

            I had made payment via airtel mobile app followed by paytm followed by my sbi credit card.

            Ask me any details of payment proof, i will provide.

              I never opted for any type of international roaming on 3 mobiles nos. Under this bill. The phones remained in wifi area. An arbitrary amount of rs.18740/- has been billed to me. I tried to explain my position and issue through call centre by calling 121 but they are not taking my complaint. I have been billed way beyond my credit limit of rs. 15000/-. As i had not opted for any type of international roaming how the company can bill me for that? Please help me

                Today suddenly airtel deducted rs.80 from my main balance account, this unnecessary service started without my consent saying service will be renewed after validity expiry.

                Though i have stopped this service please ensure that this service has been permanently been deactivated

                This service also started on 7th july @ rs.60 for 15day (S), i failed to notice at that time. If my consent was taken show me the proof also show me if i ever gave consent on this suscription earlier on on 7th july.

                I also ask you if you can show any proof that this service was ever used by me till date.

                Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                  I upgrade my 2g sim into 4g becoz of internet issue. So i thought it will give better service. But upgrade it behave like same.
                  I talk to airtel call executive three time.
                  Call center executive behaviour was very rude. He had no manner to talk customers. Instead of giving me solution he said i will resolve. They were told me same thing and after that cut the call. I was very disappointed 😢. I thought airtel is good servicer but i was wrong.

                    It's been a week since i am trying to contact customer support.
                    Now i when i visited to airtel showroom udupi they asked me to call jeevan (Customer support guy)
                    Soon has he picked my call. He was so rude and aggressive and told me to contact another guy..

                    Airtel repeatedly doing call drop to the voice calls and it fail to provide 4G network for the subscribed 4G plan.

                      Always my Airtel post bill send on email but never open you can also open googal and search airtel postpaid bill detail never never only pay bill on line airtel
                      What non sence to airtel its so poor service any body if want his bill detail by which it is submit in comapany and they pay other wise it is paid by self pocket.
                      It is enough i will never pay my bill if with in three days not send to me and in next month it will be port to jio

                        I went into the airtel store to buy an airtel connection for myself, that i am going to use as my personal. Also, my existing airtel bill was pending so wanted to pay that as well. As a matter of fact, i use airtel money to do my utilities, so wanted to add some money into the account.
                        When i inquired about getting a new number, i was given a choice by the lady (Manisha) to select from a few numbers she was looking at that were available in her system. I specifically asked her for some unique numbers in the "98" series. The lady was humble enough to help me get numbers that sounded fine to me. I bought a number "[protected]" for inr 300 and got a number free "as per the system"[protected]", i claimed that too.
                        I did all the formalities as asked and happily returned with an assurance that the numbers shall be activated latest by monday (11th june, 2018) or tuesday (12th june, 2018) positively.
                        In the mean time, i feeling delighted, started circulating my new numbers among my family, friends, close acquaintances and the business associates too.
                        The number[protected] which i"luckily"got was the one i circulated & kept for my usage and passed on the other one to my operations manager.
                        Post monday (11th june, 2018), i started the verification process after ms manisha's call reminding me to get the numbers activated.
                        The nightmare begins when i call the"95095"activation number up as i was asked by your representative since she had made that ([protected]) a"parent"number.
                        The airtel people seriously need to look into your contact centre operations. You might be cost conscious and everything however, what i sense from the little knowledge i have of the sales & marketing, that airtel wants to continue being the leader in the domestic as well as the international market.
                        The kind of service your contact centres provide will someday give a heart attack to someone and the demise of the customer will be on airtel.
                        The contact centre agents, senior agents, supervisors, floor managers & the operations manager confirmed to me that my number ([protected]) is already showing activated in their system, however it seems that they are all having the ball of their life. Do a couple of random surprise visits to these places and listen to a few recordings. Leave no scope for data manipulation, you will be shocked to your professional core.
                        In a nut shell, the contact centre plays a major role in a company's good or bad reputation. I am sorry to say but airtel's rapport is majorly tarnished.
                        If i try to describe the horrible unprofessional behavior on the contact centre, then i will end up writing another long story. Maybe you should listen to the calls i have made to the contact centre if they haven't deleted the evidence for"quality assurance".
                        I received a call from the store manager ms. Ankita rawal after a few days, who sounded pretty courteous and assured me that she will get back to me in 24 hrs. However, after waiting for the turn around time as promised and after no call, i tried calling on her number. This time, to my surprise, i was blocked by the lady, my call didn't go through, so, i called on another number i had for the solan store and spoke to her (Ankita) and i was told that i will have to pay for the number.
                        Respected sir, i expect a little bit of professionalism from airtel and at least want you people to support for airtel to stick to their commitments and not cheat innocent consumers like this.
                        I feel embarrassed and cheated, as now, when i have proudly circulated this number, i am asked to pay or else i lose the number.
                        Till date, i have not been provided with a resolution even after escalating it to the ceo level. Their behavior and attitude has been utterly unprofessional.
                        This definitely isn't expected out of airtel.
                        Please guide me as to how i can get what i was committed to.

                        Dear Forum,
                        I think that you're least concerned about what the complaint is and how is it resolved.
                        I seriously doubt that you even read the complaint thoroughly, I assume that you forward it to the company it is related to & let them take a call on it.
                        Did you realize that this complaint is about " FALSE COMMITMENT, CONSUMER HARASSMENT, CHEATING & EMBARRASSMENT"???
                        It is very unfortunate that NO one is reading these complaints and is doing something about them.
                        If these were seriously done, the private companies and all the government and non-government organizations/units would've been afraid and no one would have been cheated and harassed by them.
                        Such a waste & shame.

                          Airtel deducted money thrice WITHOUT my consent for whatsmob. I contacted customer care a d complained and they promised to rectify it. But so far no amount is credited. I am among one in several lakhs of people duped by the dirty trick. Approaching concerned minister thro change.org. pl support me by signing the petition.

                            I am from hyderabad from the last three weeks my voice calls are getting dropped for every 10-12 minutes along with that i am unable to use mobile data while i am speaking over phone.

                            Initially i though it was my handset problem and i have contacted corresponding service center and i have even performed restore factory settings on my handset, as the issue still persists i put my sim in another handset and observed that same problem is replicated in that handset as well.

                            This is annoying me, please fix my network issue.

                              Dear airtel,

                              I’ve given port in request to airtel on 20th july 2018 from vodafone. On 24th july 2017 vodafone has accepted the same and airtel has sent sms stating dear customer your porting request for mobile no. [protected] to airtel has been validated by vodafone (Gsm). The number will be ported-in to airtel by 24th july 2018 22:23 pm. The second sms states once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details (Received both the sms at 08:31pm on 24th july 2018).

                              By 10.30pm my mobile displays no network and i’ve inserted airtel sim but sim not able to catch the signal.

                              If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number.

                              Till now i’m getting the same error message.

                              I tried calling airtel customer care (5 times) but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

                              Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

                              Why you have disconnected the vofafone network when you are not able give your network?

                              I want full explanation on this.

                              What is the time frame for port in process when you fixed the time at 10:23 pm port in process will start?

                              Is this right process to approach the port in process?

                              Can i get time limit that my number will be activated/grant the permission for network?

                              Due to ignorance of airtel i’ve missed important calls from my client and my manager. I did n’t expected this from airtel.

                                My airtel number converted from prepaid to postpaid : [protected].

                                But after inserting new sim it says simcard registration failed. I tried with multiple handsets and then went to airtel shop, he gave new sim and still i get the same error. Please help immediately. I raised complaint also with the customer care regarding this.

                                  In my area the airtel network is very poor. And network shows no service as a template on network bar. It's is very poor in data also. And we are calling to customer care, they ignore the our complaints and do not give any updates of our complaints. It is very unexpectable activities shows by company and i'm suffering these problems from many times and they charge money o[censored]nexpected big amount and we are give these amount on timely but they are not hear any problem

                                    My number is +91 [protected], whenever anybody calls me or i call anybody, the person at the opposite end is not able to hear me. This is only because of airtel network issues and i am facing this for the last 2 months.
                                    I also checked my headset inserting other network provider sims but all are working except this airtel sim.

                                    Requesting strict action from your end in resolving network issues as it is very difficult to reach a person when i am in serious need of somebody.

                                        I have an airtel prepaid sin card since 2016 and since June 2018 it is not connecting to the network as I work in Saudi Arabia your customer care executives have not been of much help after mailing them many times they called me for information and now the following letter they sent me.As I connect to network I get this sign🚫 before June I was able to connect to stc network in jeddah now I get the sign🚫.Is there anyone who can address my issue as I will only be back in india on October and I don't want to loose this number also it's a life time validity so how can it just stop working after having recharge amount in the card.
