Hi i am shivaji, mob no [protected]
When i decided to leave airtel so i made request for port to another network.
Immedeatly after that i received message and call from airtel about new offer rc 99 i will get unlimited call and 30gb data with validity of 28days at 2.11on on 23 jul 2018.
Based on that i made recharge with 99. But i did not get the same offer. When i made a contact with customer care regarding this, they said above offer was not eligible on my mobile no, even i clearly told them that i have received sms they did not help me. I really had worst experience with airtel customer care representatives (Ramu and bala gopal) they are simply saying data is not updated we cannot do anything.
If customer care service is not able to help customers then when can customet get help? And where can customer can be compensate for their losses?

    I gived documents for migrating from postpaid on my number.by7o clock today evening post paid connection disconnected and when I inserted new post paid sim it does not worked I contacted customer care but their response is very bad they told me ask in store my situation is that I don't able to call or not getting important calls remember I am not migrating to other service providers just changing from postpaid to prepaid pls do the necessary with immediate effect

      Airtel 3g speed is very worst. it slower than 2g network when compare to other network like idea. but you are advertising that airtel is fastest network . I have put 3 month data pack, so I am not want to waste that money for changing the network to idea Sim.. please take step to make it speed. otherwise I have to change my network

          Hello im sorry to say ur representative dont have manners to talk dont have knowledge of service and system you use. Seems like representative want to leave the job that is why he talk like no fear and reply rude . Name of the representative is Dinesh i shared my feedback for him as well.

            I had network issue on 24/07/2018 since 10am. I went to airtel outlet which is on dindayal road, dombivli west - 421202. There was a guy whose name is sopan. I asked him about network issue. He said network issue will resolve in half n hour. So i was waiting in airtel outlet. After some time he started using bad words n threaten me. After some time lady entered in office who was franchise owner. Then he started shouting at me n that lady too was taking his side only. What kind of behaviour is this in service industry? I really felt very low that i am paying for service and if any issue arise we can not even talk about it.

              We the steel authority of india ltd, central marketing organisation, eastern region is having corporate tie-up with airtel for cug mobile connection. All the connections had been taken from airtel store at 46, everest house, j. L. Nehru road, kolkata-71. We are regularly making payment to the monthly bills raised by you within due date through neft. The utr numbers are also being confirmed to your above store. Inspite our regular payment within due date, one of your executive sri dibyendu chakraborty often send message to the subscriber bearing mobile no: [protected], sri goutam ghosh, who is in the general manager of our company.

              Today, at around 1.30 pm he send an sms in quite offensive language stating that "if this number is so important than why you not make the payment on time??? Immediately after 2 minutes he send another message"i have bar your number, please, make payment of rs 13680.53/- and call me to unbar the line. Thereafter, i spoke to your executive sri dibyendu chakraborty and found that your people didn't update the payment details in your system, for which your subscriber steel authority of india ltd is not responsible. This i have explained to him, but i was very shocked with his behaviour and his language. Rather, he threatened to disconnect the above line. Therefore i would like to know, is this your ethics and also like to know is it the way you behave with your customer.

              Hence, i am hereby request to kindly take appropriate action at your end and try to provide satisfactory service.

                I want to register a complaint against a mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building 3/9, INDRA VIKAS COLONY, MUKHARJEE NAGAR, DELHI. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it on residential tower. An no objection Certificate is taken from owners of all floors owner before installation of the tower. And the big problem here is Building is getting Damaged by Vibration of Mobile Tower Electric Generator. Due to vibration Roof is starting Leaking and Roof Lenter getting Weak. I am attaching Damaged Building Images Please do the needful to save life of people who are living there.

                    Airtel is the worst mobile operator. I switched from aircel to airtel, it was my worst decision I ever made. Every time I try to open a page on my mobile or even with computer connected with wifi. It always redirects to one.airtel.in/reconfig page. Very disturbing.

                    I can not do any single work with their internet service. I called to the customer care, they are saying they we have removed it. Please visit our airtel store.

                    Now this is a daily issue, so they want me to visit their airtel store everyday by leaving all my important work.

                    Their mobile app is highly buggy, everytime i recharge i get double cut, double data get recharged & when I try to use the data pack, I can not because of this airtel stupid redirection thing.

                    I called to the customer care, to refund my money or solve my issue. They cut my phone.

                    I lost my money (Rs.98 + Rs.48), but it is a lesson, I will soon transfer my number to other mobile operator.

                    Airtel is SCAM COMPANY. Never use their services, especially if you are targeting to use their data pack or internet services.

                      But it has not been updated and we are not getting benefit of gst claim.

                      We wonder how untrained staff is sitting at Airtel Office. Whenever we remind they demand GST related documents again and again. We have already got confirmation of registering GST numbr 4 times from your side but number are not put up on bills/ not getting credits in GSTR 2.

                      Please note we are entitled to get GST credit from you since from July 2017. It is therefore requested to either credit GST amount from July 2017 or send us cheque of same amount otherwise we shall have no alternative except to put up our claim with District Consumer Forum.

                      Please note we are taking up this matter from July 2017 itself to your department on mail ID [protected]@in.airtel.com; and [protected]@in.airtel.com. Please check from your mails

                        Sir,
                        This is to notify you that on 18th july i had asked for activation of my international roaming for 10 days costing 1199 which was unsuccessful on the first attempt. On calling up the customer care they asked me to recharge again and so i did but i still didn't receive the message for activation. So i called up the customer care again and they said both the packs have been activated and so i asked for refund for the first one which they are reluctant to give me now which is really unjustified on your part!

                        I recharged my airtel number using the online recharge app worth rs 199 the balance deducted from account but recharge was not successful. I am being fooled by your executive.no response from your side. Worst network i hav ever seen.

                          I was getting calls from this number by name of priyanka as airtel executive +[protected], for porting the number.
                          I was in favour of the plan offered and accepted the offer. Airtel executive dropped sim at my address and did formalities of sms and all to 1901 for port.
                          On which i got call from my service provider and they offered me even better plan than airtel. So i declined the airtel request for further go ahead to port my number.
                          Now this girl priyanka calls me today and behaved very unethical and abrupt in the language and also threaten me that she will make my number discontinue.
                          I want to make complaint against her for her behaviour and language. Airtel is an esteemed company and its ridiculous to hear such behaviour of its executive.
                          Kindly help me in the above matter.

                            Just a while ago received a message from airtel that adofgame has been activated in my phone which i never knew about it. They deducted my acc balance of rs 120 for the same. I want my refund of the balance decucted from my phone acc balance. This is totally a scam which has been running without the consent of the costumer. I want my refund asap

                              Airtel - one of the rising mobile communication companies of india has developed a scheme to “loot” public money. The “auto renewal system” in which they will activate a certain scheme after a certain period without even notifying you about it. They have this system for sms pack, internet pack and what not because they think public money is not a concern for public. Even after we inform clearly not to auto renew still they auto renew plan by saying we have to deactivate if we dont need... Shame on airtel to loot customer in such way

                                I, Dinkar Chitranshi am holding a postpaid Airtel number [[protected]] of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. For the couple of months I've been trying to get a booster pack of 2 GB deactivated from my plan but the airtel service people only assure me that it will be done in half hour without any credible action being done at their end. Every month I'm forced to pay Rs 117/- extra on my plan because the Airtel service people are not deactivating the 2GB booster from my plan.Currently I am outside India and there is no option while using 121 service to deactivate this booster though no internet facility at this number but still boosters is running without use.

                                You are requested to immediately cancel the 2GB booster from my postpaid plan otherwise I'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against Airtel.

                                  I had raised a request for aitel broadband, a representative from airtel followed up and and provided me the details on document required, also assured me the connection will be set up same day if the payment is done before 2:00pm.
                                  Following the instruction, i did the initial advance payment via online, after that there had been no follow up, no response to calls and text messages.
                                  What i am bothered is why a false promise was done if the connection could not have been set up on same day.
                                  Why there is no pro activeness after the advance payment, is it only to get the initial payment false promises are made.
                                  I am seriously doubting on you services and promises. First impression is bad.
                                  4530620 was the id shared for payment.

                                  If it is difficult to keep up with the services you promise, i would request for my deposit back

                                    This is to bring to your kind information that i am currently using vodafone and air tel is generating port request on its own without my consent.
                                    On call also i denied that i dont want to switch to air tel but every second day i need to message to stop port.
                                    This is mental harassment.
                                    Ans also after sending stop port messagehow can they generate port request on own. Its really annoying.

                                      I am using a Airtel 4G prepaid sim for my mobile. From past 15 days, the internet is so slow that, even an application takes so much time to open. I have recently made a recharge of 558 rs for 3gb data per day for 82 days and now I am regretting, why did I recharge rather than porting to Vodafone or some other network.
