I have taken airtel mobile number in June 2013 at Kengeri, Bangalore location. This number is linked to all my bank accounts, social websites and every where. In Feb 2018 I moved to United States for short period and from June 2018 my number stopped working. I came to know that my number is allocated to someone else without my notice. Now i'm not able to do anything. My apple id is linked to this number so I can not even communicate to anyone. All my bank details are going to Mr.Sudhakar Reddy. I'm in a horrible situation. I tried even calling airtel customer care and their response is worst ever expected.
I need my number back.

    outgoing calls not happening in prepaid

    Hi,

    Recently I migrated from post paid to prepaid. The connection is active since 16th and getting incoming calls. But I am not able to do 1st time recharge (FRC) and hence no out going calls or SMS. Tried to resolve the issue with Airtel customer care and Airtel out let. But they are not helpful and not even ready to help.
    Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

    I recharge yesterday for Rs 179 thinking that i will get unlimited calls+100 sms/day+1gb data/day.But my expectation was wrong. I am getting only 1gb.why you are giving 1.4 GB/day for Rs 199 and only 1gb for Rs 179?it is just difference of Rs 20.I am really disappointed today with your unjustifiable service.i think i should change my sim into jio.please do something before i change my mind.

      Please close down your company unlike aircel your company have every right to close down cause you advertise falsely about your network speed where as in my area, let's not talk about weeks or months it's almost like a years now that we don't get proper networking service students suffer business man suffer... The public have every right to arrest you for all those false promises you've advertise . This is a complain of fustration and anger

      One cell no belongs to your airtel operator being called continuously and making slang language, i noticed name doesnot display on true caller, and making harassment, please look in to matter seriously. trace the no from where from caller is calling.

      Please treat this as most urgent.

        Is this a 4G network? Waste of money even Jio is better than ur Airtel network.. all my friends have already changed network tomorrow am also changing to idea..waste o[censored]sing this anymore..it takes 5 mins to load a page while browsing..I can’t able to update apps also bcos of signal problem totally waste only using this Airtel network.. recharge amount is more but am getting proper service from this network.. so am changing for idea.. not only in my area Airtel is totally waste in many places.. am from West Mambalam, Chennai..

        I have complained to the airtel dth customer care office about the bad DTH connection, they had not took any appropriate action or any reply to me regarding this..so kindly do the needful a soon as possible.

        My airtel number is [protected] and by mistake while creating an account on Myairtel app, my friend wrote his name instead of mine.Please change the name to “NUMAN” since I am not able to do anything.So please kindly change the name from “farhan” to “NUMAN”
        I'm using 4g data plan but can't connect to the internet and even if it does connect, it's speed is ridiculously slow not even 2g speed.
        No response to customers completely...No single option works to contact the customer care person... Worst network ever..

          I never started this service nor I am using data of this SIM on my mobile.
          This is pure cheating by AIRTEL & these games sites.
          Request you to penalise the company and stop looting money of common man by these businessmen

            I started using Airtel postpaid connection in May 2018 for temporary use. After using this card I requested Airtel to disconnect this number after paying all dues. Airtel suggested to convert this postpaid number to prepaid by visiting nearest store. When I visited store they told me that It is not possible to covert or discontinue postpaid number before 90 days from the day of issue. Now I have to pay postpaid bill unnecessarily. This is very disappointing that these service providers doesn't care once the sim card is sold to the customer. I WANT TO CLOSE THIS CONNECTION BUT NOT ABLE TO CLOSE THE CARD TILL TODAY.

            This is my family reson
            Airtel fraudulently activated some game club service and thereby deducted rupees 35 from my account. I didn't opt for such service. I want refund of my amount. Else i will initiate a legal proceeding against airtel under consumer protection act for defect in services and fraud as well.

              unable to send or receive any sms on new 4g sim.

              I recently changed my old 3g sim to a new 4G nano sim with the same no. My aadhar verification was done and sim was provided from a local airtel store. After 24 hours the sim got activated and I was able to make and take calls. However the SMS services are not working. I am unable to send or receive any SMS on the number. My old sim was from Uttarakhand Roorkee, My new Sim is from Delhi. My aadhar card is from West Bengal. I don't think that...

              I have added money of 200 Rupees to my airtel payments bank wallet on 9th July 2018 through my SBI debit card. I've even received a message that the money was debited in regard of POS AIRTELMONEY at AIRTELMONEY txn#[protected]. But when I saw the wallet it is not credited with any amount. The money was not even reflected in my bank account after 8days. Please help and solve this issue as early as possible.

                I have raised complaint to Airtel through customer care on friday 13th July that DTH is not working, they gave me multiple slots that service engineer will visit and till today after 5 days none of the engineers visited and issue is still open. I have called more than 10 times to them but no response .Airtel always commited that they will send someone but its all false promises.Very pathetic service from airtel.

                  I am using the above AIRTEL connection and my house is in No 134, Sreejayam, Ist Stage, II Block, Vinobhanagar, Shimoga Pin 577202, Karnatka.
                  I am not getting many calls due to poor signal and I get a message of missed call later..This position continues for the last several months.
                  Pl set it right immediately.

                      I am completely pressure going to depressed feeling like commit suicide due because of this cheap tactics/micro conditions of AIRTEL and idea which they put me unreached/unable to send or receive messages .
                      I couldn't explain in short...pls help me asap else I will undergo depressed and feeling suicide.

                      I spoke many times they r not allowed to relieve from this -ve mood.

                        My number was in safe- custody. I tried to extend my safe custody by paying its charge at myairtel website. At that time I came to know that my number is deactivated. I contacted customer care, they told my number has been deactivated and I need to reissue my number.

                        As per rule if I had not paid safe custody charge, they should have started my services and charged on the basis of my plan. But they deactivated it on the day when my safe custody ended.

                        In addition to that, they should have informed me when my safe custody was over and they will deactivate my sim. But hey never did.

                        Now they want me to come to India from China to activate my SIM that is not feasible.

                        I paid for safe custody only to keep my number, how can they deactivate it.
                        This is totally against consumer rights. Airtel is doing whatever they want without giving prior information to consumers.

                        I am using this number for the last 10 years. If I am not able to get my SIM reactivated then I will file for monetary compensation.

I have complained with customer care no. times but all times they said will send service engineer but always do not send any one.                             I am trying to port to other company so that I send the message from my Ariel SIM card but no further UPC is coming in return. I contacted with the customer care and Ariel store too but they also sais the Same procedure. Thats why I want to complain here and want a UPC for further porting to another network. I have tried many times from my mobile message for porting but it's unable to succeed. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Because bits very urgent for me . Thank you .

                              In my Airtel prepaid sim, there is neither incoming and outgoing of calls possible, nor messages are recieved and send. But Net is working. Internet is slow but still working.
                              There is a seriously great problem of network for incoming and outgoing calls.
                              So, please solve the problem as soon as possible because it's causing a great issue. Sometimes calls are working and sometime it's been cut by showing Call Ended.

                                I recharged my number yesterday twice and it said payment declined and the amount has been refunded.
                                I tried doing that today it said aitel declined and the amount is refunded.
                                4 times payment has been taken out of my bank account.

                                And the rest two for yesterday is there in screenshot.
                                Please get this fixed . 4 times payment has been taken from my card.

                                  I received a message last month and this month that a service called Famous Games has been activated and it deducted RS. 120 from my Airtel account. I deactivated the service but lost Rs. 240 to the service. I need my money back. The Airtel customer care executive Mr. Ajay Kumar did not understand my grievance and told me nothing can be done. I need a refund!

                                    This mail is regarding my number [protected]. Which I have been using since 2017 with Airtel earlier Idea And I decided to port to airtel considering the benefits and the status airtel carries But the episode I had with the customer care executive and the airtel store is making me regret that decision.

                                    This started Month ago when due to some personal reason I was unable to pay the bill generated in the period of 3months. Due to which my outgoing was shut down which was fine by me.. Later on when I got time I paid my bill on 12/07/2018
                                    I got the receipt and the thing was settled. However, my number was deactived since one month ago and when I contacted customer care about this, they assured me that's its temporary and will be fixed but they did not. I also visited the store and they told me this number can not be release now. As far as I am concerned, any number gets blocked when it is not used for over 3 months and I am sure that wasn't the case.

                                    I approached the Airtel store located in Navyug Market Ghaziabad uttar pradesh 5 times to be exact between 10am to 7pm and to my dismay, they were rude, unwilling to help and straight up told me that they won't do anything and refused any explanation or help. Same goes with the customer care executives.

                                    I would like to mention that I have a firm and other business and as I have mentioned before also, I have been using this number for the past 20 years and I think you would understand how important this number is for me and my business.

                                    So I would like you to kindly look in the matter as this is really important for me and fix this matter as soon as possible and restore my faith in airtel brand.
