Both the numbers have similar problems. Call drops, voice breaking, suddenly disconnects. I have 4G phones and 4G prepaid package. Internet connectivity is extremely poor. It is less than even 2G, most of the time no connection, download takes hours and roaming connection is also poor. 4G connection should have blazing speed. I have complained about your service couple of times to the Airtel Customer Care but no action was taken. Today I have to take separate Internet connection from a different service provider although I have 4G unlimited package. This has caused me heavy loss of time, money.
I considering two options:
1. Change the service
2. Before that go to Consumer Court and claim compensation.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
(i also mail the same thing to them)
PS- they said that all airtel data pack auto renew at last date(though it's nowhere mention & that's the whole point) so if anyone reading this when you activate airtel data pack use *129*000# to deactivate data pack auto renewal.
