On 21/08/22 I did a transaction of Rs. 549 on Airtel thanks app 2 times but msg of fail has come though amount of Rs.549 got deducted from my account 2 times. I'm not doing the recharge again afaird that they will again deduct money.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I recharged amount of rs 719 to a wrong number. Please cancel that recharge and refund the amount. Or atleast reverse the recharge to correct number.

      ​This is very shame and pathetic service of Airtel team that even after repeated complaints to you regarding the issue am facing on my 4 airtel numbers, still you are not able to clear the issues or you not taking any responsibility to solve the issue.Im not able to make any landline calls to anywhere in India on my airtel numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] for last one week and airtel support team is asking me to wait for 2 more weeks.

      Im not able to take care of my clients for two weeks and airtel team is not at all responding to my complaints
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I had made Airtel broad band bill payment of Rs 2179.44 on 18th April 2022 and letter When i got next month bill Airtel claims that they have refunded Rs 1422 on 28th April which i have not received till date.

        i have followed up with all the escalation contacts from Airtel and also visited their outlets but of no you. They say the request is still in progress and it it escalated at their end. Every time they copy paste same response.

        I need my refund along with compensation for delay and mental harassment under any valid provision under consumer act.

        If you are looking for bank details, please find my cheque details below which I have already shared with you in the past as well. Also to reiterate, this account is not all related to Airtel payment i had made . Airtel payment was made via Amazon pay wallet and i have already shared statement with you in the past. Now tell me what else do you need? Don't do Mary go round again please.

        Also to let you know, i will wait for one more week for you to resolve this issue and refund my amount which is pending for more than 100 days now. If you still fail to resolve, i will Post the whole conversation on social media and will also file a complaint against you in consumer court for harassment. Asking the same information again and again and giving the same reason that it is escalated or its in progress is not acceptable anymore.

        One the first place when the full payment was made as per the bill why did you return the funds which I never received? Where did you return the money? To which account and on what date? How much more do i need to wait for the refund?

        It's really frustrating that Airtel is taking so much time to refund this small amount.

        First of all what was the need to refund when the customer had paid the bill amount. Now that you are unable to trace where did you refund because of your systems inability why are you troubling me asking me to share the same information which is already shared.

          I have network problem from starting when I take airtel sim.
          I logged a complaint to customer care so many times
          But
          There is no solution till now and they charged me full amount every month and not giving service at all
          Please help me out.

            I have done an advance payment of 1500 Rs approximate for the UPS Product of Airtel on July 10, since then I have been following up with them for the refund for the same.
            Neither they were responding over the mail nor giving any reponse on the refund part.
            It’s now been a month for chasing them over calls n emails but no response has been received from them.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have all the proof for the same, once i get any revert here. Then only I’ll public the docx (as per situation).

A person Mr Shaik Saddam came and made me to do payment through online on 16th August and told that their persons will come and install internet connection and DTH. Till now no body came and when I'm trying to call Saddam on[protected] he is not answering my calls or messages. Such a pathetic service. I have wasted my time and money on them. I want to quit their services

                      I applied for porting request on my current operator which is airtel postpaid.
                      I wanted to port it with jio prepaid service. As per the process, i sent port requesting message as 'port ' to 1900. Then, port code is generated.
                      And, further procedure followed for the application of new operator.

                      Few days later, i got message from vodafone saying that 'your porting request has been rejected by your current operator due to the porting code does not match the allocated porting code and porting code was given which were used in applying port request.

                      Then, i found porting code which has been rejected is absolutely same as i got for porting request.

                      So, it is clear that airtel service provide knowing rejected my porting request.
                      Please find attachment for the same as proof.

                      Kindly help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Their executive has visited us two or three times but problem is not solved. I am paying my bills regularly on time. So why do i have to face this problem.                               I Already had the airtel copper internet connection which was fluctuating regularly so i raised a complaint on airtel but no one responded properly and the issue was not resolved for too many days on a highly frustrated mind I some how got the nodal officer number and informed him about it he told me that he would change the copper internet connection to fiber internet connection and i believed him but even after complaining to nodal officer number daily they told me reasons and delayed to fix the connection where I had to face loss of pay from office and had to spend for internet unnecessarily totally around Rs 6000/- I lost because of airtel and also had a heavy mental pressure as they where irritating and two weeks gone but still there is no internet again i have to face the loss again

                                My name is Manoj, and my Airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Airtel offered me an add-on number, explaining that whatever plan I chose for my primary number would also affect the secondary number, including international roaming. Recently, I travelled to Singapore. I purchased an international roaming pack for my main number, thinking that I could use this for both the numbers. I could see they charged on both the numbers ! That is absolutely cheating . When it comes to billing, they use a single number, but when it comes to service, they use two numbers. What a shame...

                                      Our family has taken an Airtel broadband connection in January last year, we've taken a 200mbps connection with unlimited data, In the beginning it worked fine for a few days, Later, we started noticing a large drop in our speed over the year gradually, whenever we made a complaint, the speeds improve for a few days and then again starts to reduce eventually. we are paying for a 200mbps plan, but we are getting upload and download speeds less than 55-50mbps every time we checked.

                                      Another major problem is that, when we've taken this connection, they said it comes with a landline telephone connection with unlimited calls. we've been waiting for it since the past one year, they always say that it takes one more month to lay the lines, but, they never decreased the outstanding amount that we pay for the whole package which includes the landline unlimited calls, a service that we are not actually receiving.

                                      Since the past one year, we've been paying for a service that we are not receiving, we are paying for a service that was not delivered to us as promised whether it is the internet speed or the telephone connection with unlimited calls.

                                      we heavily feel like we've been robbed.

                                      As an Indian consumer and a person of a tax paying family, I urge you to take this matter into serious consideration and rectify this issue as soon as possible, so that, not just our family, but many people can benefit from this who are facing the same problem.

                                        This is Sandeep Gopalasetty, a resident at Gokul Plots, 9th Phase KPHB-500085, Hyderabad.

                                        From the last 24 hours, we don't even have a single point of network in and around our localities. Please consider this as a sincere request. People are suffering here with loss of communications. Kindly check yourself if you're in this situation. We are paying money time to time for the services, however we don't even have a single point of signal. This is not the first for this location. Each and every day we are facing the same issue for the above said location.

                                        We need immediate action without fail. Treat this as a plea and kindly resolve the issue immediately. Please don't play with people's lives. Loss of communication leads to many unexpected things in people's lives.

                                        Just to call customer care, people are going to other areas and calling care people. However customer care people are not even acknowledging the concerns. And you need 5G services where you can't even provide a single point of network in a giant city like Hyderabad. Shame on your services. It is my mistake that I am continuing with your services across all my family. Will start porting and will encourage others to port to other networks.

                                        Airtel has been the worst service provider throughout the world. This has been proven many times. Worst service, worst customer care and what not.

                                        We need a permanent resolution right away. I am going to place this complaint across all media platforms, because you guys wont reply. Will proceed with my next legal steps if you don't resolve this issue immediately.
