I had raised a request for aitel broadband, a representative from airtel followed up and and provided me the details on document required, also assured me the connection will be set up same day if the payment is done before 2:00pm.
Following the instruction, i did the initial advance payment via online, after that there had been no follow up, no response to calls and text messages.
What i am bothered is why a false promise was done if the connection could not have been set up on same day.
Why there is no pro activeness after the advance payment, is it only to get the initial payment false promises are made.
I am seriously doubting on you services and promises. First impression is bad.
4530620 was the id shared for payment.

If it is difficult to keep up with the services you promise, i would request for my deposit back

    This is to bring to your kind information that i am currently using vodafone and air tel is generating port request on its own without my consent.
    On call also i denied that i dont want to switch to air tel but every second day i need to message to stop port.
    This is mental harassment.
    Ans also after sending stop port messagehow can they generate port request on own. Its really annoying.
    Please provide solution

      I am using a Airtel 4G prepaid sim for my mobile. From past 15 days, the internet is so slow that, even an application takes so much time to open. I have recently made a recharge of 558 rs for 3gb data per day for 82 days and now I am regretting, why did I recharge rather than porting to Vodafone or some other network.

My 90 days will. Get over instead. When. I. Rechagred my money. Got. Deducted and when. I. Had talk to ur executive they all. Are jst miss guideing. Me through different excuses. Dat. Too silly.           Dear sir, i have done a transaction of 10077 rupees to a fees deposit sbi account but the amount is not credited in sbi account and debited to airtel payments bank account. I gave all proofs to airtel customer care service and an email from sbi in which they said that they have settled the amount with airtel still airtel are not giving the amount to me. Kindly help me.

              I am not able to use internet in my home and office also. It always swithes between 2g 3g and 4g. Which is very annoying and in my office there is no 4g signal which disturbs me very much bcz i m spending more time in my office and face call drops every time. Please improve ur network in the above said location otherwise i will be switch to jio bcz jio established a separate tower for our company and giving much more seamless expriences.

                My airtel mobile number is registered in himachal pradesh but i works both in himachal paradesh & chandigarh so while on roaming there is zero speed of internet. I registered many complaints about slow internet speed while on roaming but the problem still persists. So please solve my problem otherwise me & my family members will port our airtel numbers to other network.

                  I am using airtel network and i recharged for some xxx rupees 45 days ago. Today i received a promotion call from idea. The person in the call verified my name and said that i am using xxx plan from airtel and in idea they are offering the same plan for some rs. 280. I asked her how she knows what plan i am using and she said they get it from airtel database. This is how airtel shares the customer details to others?

                  I opted for Airtel broadband connection and payed a amount of 2, 829 for three months subscription.
                  But after that it was known that the connection wouldn't be feasible.

                    One month back, airtel called me with an updated plan whereby i was told that, i will get an upgraded speed of 100mbps if i pay 6 months advance which was rs. 9027. I paid it via my airtel app immediately and i was told that a technician will visit my premises and upgrade the modem within 3 working days. One week passed and nothing happened. Called customercare multiple times. Everytime, i was promised that it will be resolved but nothing happened. Finally, the airtel technician from the area called and said that they cannot give upgraded connection because of technical limitations. I requested that my money be refunded which customer care agreed to and said it will be process d within 24 hours. This was 1 week back. Nothing has happened. Called them again and remided multiple times, but they rhave still not refunded the money. How can i file a case of cheating against them?

                    It is very bad communication and false commitment from the escalation department said changing the plan and the balance transfer to my main account. but not happen till now. Today they said they not able to do the balance amount of Rs. 547 to my main account because of GST?

                      DEAR sir i am Kuldeep Gupta complaint about my Number [protected]. Sir in this number vanity charges are generated without any information to me and i didn't activate vanity plan. This is generated by your billing department thereself. In July month i requested for port because of bad network and internet services. Your executive calls me back and give me cheap plan of 349 with 100 rupees rental discount. My bill comes 12107 in the details of Bill there is vanity charges. I complaint about this many times from 7 july 2018. but my issue doesn't resolve till date. Please solve my issue. And activate my number [protected]

                        I was not happy with vodafone and decided to port my number to airtel, i also paid upfront for my package. This was done at badra communication, 253 gst road, chrompet, chennai 44 cash receipt no 11491 dt 13.07.18 for rs 495/-.

                        On the day of actual porting 19th and later on 20th when i kept calling them over phone to activate there was no response.

                        When i went in person the senior most person sitting in the shop was very rude and said that they will not pick the phone if there is a customer in front of them.
                        Fair enough but how many times i should call. Cant they call back when there is a call recd by them so many times for 2 days.

                        Arude welcome to airtel.

                          Very very worst airtel.. No 1 fraud company.. Am order google pixel 2 from july 7 mrg 8.38. Still now am didn't get any response from airtel.. My complaint still open from july 13 onwards to still july 23rd.. Am going to give complaint about my order.. Am called to airtel floor manger four times there saying simple answer u will get by within two days but am waiting more than 10 days... Fraud company

                            I had recharge my mobile no [protected] on 3rd may 2018 with rs 50.00 it was already had some balance of around rs.20. After recharge i had shut down the mobile phone device till now. Today on 23rd july 2018 when i checked the balance it is showing rs 7.77 only. What a great service? Do they charge for switching off the mobile. When contacted on customer care service at 198 a lady answered "we can tell on the problems when recharge done with in 72 hrs" and disconnected the phone. Although i dont use this number regularly but i recharged it for emergency and to keep number running. But it seems they have started to cover their loss incurred after jio entry by such tactics. Now i will not recharge it. Let it close. - h k sharma

                              First of all, i'd like to put this to your notice, that airtel has been playing with it's customer by simply activating services without the notice of the customer. Sadly for the past few days, a service called icon service has been deducting my balance. I tried every possible way to stop this service, however airtel is not giving me any option to stop this service.
                              Please look into this matter.

                                We have to inform you that we have ten connections ([protected], 32, 34...)under CUG. But we are facing lot of problem regarding network last one (1) year .

                                We have already lounged so many complaints regarding network. But the problem is as it is. All the time your Technical team solve it only for two or three days and after three days problem is same .No one solve our problem.

                                I think airtel is one of the most worst mobile networks company in our area and also you have no any trained technical person, who solve our problem

                                Please confirm us whether our network problem solve or not

                                    This network is so ### that for an otp you have to go outside of your house. You can't talk inside your house. If you want to talk walk for 500 meters to get the network. Forget the 4g. There is no G at all. Worst airtel with a poor management which can be seen while entering to this side.                                     They are playing with you. I appeal to everyone stop using airtel network and other products of airtel. I recharge each month free pack. But full of money goes to there account and I don't even get a chance to talk for 1 hr per month. How bad it is you guys can imagine. Not even an hour per month I can talk. Because there is no network in most places of Bangalore. There is no internet services in most places of Bangalore. You can't be able to see 4g internet on your mobile. Nonsense useless network and company. 😤😡

I have already registered my complaint but airtel did not provide any resolution and when i called them after 10 days they said they will look into it and not sure how much time it will take. When i asked them any tentative date they said it may take 1 week or 1 month too. On my request their representative visited my place any took all the technical details on hi equipment and said even he is not sure if someone will resolve it or it may take forever too. I did tweet too for the issue and got a message from airtel person to call customer care which i already did long back.

                                      My question is, if they are charging me full money since last 2 months then why i am not getting the expected service.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      FYI, I and many of other people have already made many complaints many times to customer support and as per so called customer support they do not know when this issue will be resolved. If this is the resolution you guys provide on your forum by forwarding complaints to the people who cause the problem then it would be better if you scrap this forum. Utter useless !

                                        i am repeatedly receiving emails about a mobile ebill which i am not the owner

                                        Hello team,
                                        From last few weeks i have received 6 emails mentioning that my bill details has now been upgraded to ebill for online and easy access. It shows a number which i am not an owner of. Infact i have last used airtel number 10 years ago. Every time i recieve this email as mentioned in the email i forward it [protected]@in. Airtel.com and every time they respond as follows
