One month back, airtel called me with an updated plan whereby i was told that, i will get an upgraded speed of 100mbps if i pay 6 months advance which was rs. 9027. I paid it via my airtel app immediately and i was told that a technician will visit my premises and upgrade the modem within 3 working days. One week passed and nothing happened. Called customercare multiple times. Everytime, i was promised that it will be resolved but nothing happened. Finally, the airtel technician from the area called and said that they cannot give upgraded connection because of technical limitations. I requested that my money be refunded which customer care agreed to and said it will be process d within 24 hours. This was 1 week back. Nothing has happened. Called them again and remided multiple times, but they rhave still not refunded the money. How can i file a case of cheating against them?
