Hello, I have two post paid connections with airtel via number [protected] & [protected]. I registered a complaint with Airtel on 7th or 9th June 2018 that we are not getting airtel mobile network and internet when we are in our home (106, Legend Jagannath Apartments, SK Road, Next to Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500016). After that on 13rd June Airtel Network team confirmed that yes there is no sufficient network in this area and recommended network upgrade for the area. Post this update on June 13, 2018, every time I follow up with Airtel, its customer representative executive says that they will escalate / follow up the matter with network team and get the update. Having said that, until now we have not been made known the date & time by when the issue will get resolved. We are struggling with network coverage but it seems Airtel is not willing to resolve this issue at earliest as financially they are not impacted by this issue. They continue to charge me monthly billing & like a good customer I continue to pay them on time! Please look into the matter and help this get resolved asap. Thank you.
