    Hello,

    I was using the docomo sim card [protected] due to net slowness i had converted to Airtel. After change of service from docomo to Airtel it was working good for starting few months after that it is working very slow.

    I am unable to use entire my net pack due to slowness . In the mobile network it is frequently change its symboll like H, 3g, 4g and ! .
    I always preferred around 500 net pack but it is worthless. It is always finish in 2 months and daily i am able to use only 500mb data remaining 1gb data loss .

    I am unable to see 4g speed in Airtel till now after using 500rs net pack in motog4 mobile. How Airtel can say that they are providing the highest speed net in world ?

    Still I am facing the slow ness issue, more than 1 gb data is west without in use.
    If Airtel is not able to fix or provide high speed issue for my connection then I will going to change this service .

    I was trying to call with the airtel customer care no. as mentioned on this portal as well as 198 but no one is responding on that. Kindy take action on this request.

    Since 4 to 5 months I am facing same slowness issue. Registered complaint about this but not yet resolved my issue, even not properly given the update by them.

    In same area other Airtel user are able to use airtel internet service but my number is not .

      I have paid execissive regular bill of post paid mobile [protected]thrice in this month but again and again demanding dur amount which is not due. May be due to porting or hacking by someone. It should be resolved immediately. Porting processed as soon as possible.Iam paying regular bill per month nothing was due. One bill in a month is rule for post paid but four bills in a month after payment of first bill. Unauthorised billing is being done by Airtel.         I have an Airtel Hotspot connection. From past one year i am facing issues with the device. The battery is faulty and it does not work properly.

        I went to airtel store they asked me to go to service centre. When i reached there they asked me to go to "Zeta" service centre as the device has some battery issue.
        I visited a store in Noida (Sector 18) as per the list provided but there is no such service center.

        I also tried to contact another reachable store but the contact number does not exist.

        I am fed up of following on this issue. Now i want someone to get this device replaced and provide me with a new device.

        Recently my Gujarat Telenor network [protected] changed to Airtel. I receive data roaming alert every time after recharging Rs.179 from Airtel for 28 days. It takes extra charge after switching the roaming data. kindly tell why it shows roaming but still I am in my home network.it takes me all data balance.

            Hi, I have hotspot with airtel sim, number: [protected]. this number linked with my alternate number: [protected]. In april-May, i got a bill of Rs.5663.76. I called them up for asking why is that so.? There customer care executive said that i have changed my plan (which I didn't requested nor I was not informed about it ) and for that plan, bill is the annual one. So i told him, nobody called me regarding this nor i received any sms or mails. How can anybody activate this plan without my concession. I told them to block my number ([protected]) as I will not use it. I dont like this service. Please keep in mind I was still getting IVR call and normal calls to pay the bill, even though I blocked my number and I had complaint it. I did follow up on this complaint and request to block my number after 3 days and the confirmed that. BUT I AM STILL GETTING IVRS AND SMS AND CALLS TO PAY THE BILL. Yesterday I was fed up, I again called the airtel executive (NAME: AMBIKA) that I already have blocked that number, and I have destroyed the sim, why I am still getting the calls from u guys? SHE ASSURED ME THAT IT WONT HAPPEN, but its not the case. I am still getting call, and now if I block it, they are calling every hour. THEY ARE HARASSING ME. There SERVICE IS JUST PATHETIC.

              I have received a call from airtel support team when i did the port message to 1900 which was at 11th July 2018.

              I have problem with recharge scheme and network.They have promised me to give unlimited calls along with 100 SMS per day and 2 GB data valid for 28 days in the recharge of Rs.99/-.

              After that team told me to do same recharge from retailer and it would initiate to back end team once you recharge from there.

              I have done all this thing and now they are continuously making me fool, logging different tickets to resolve my issue.

              If you are not eligible to give such offer to my number so why you gave me false commitment.

              Today i have received a call and they are telling we don't have such offers u need to write a mail to nodal officer.

              After that i have had a call with Nodal officer of Mumbai, and she was telling that she verified things with concern team and they did not offer this things to you which was an answer from the nodal officer.

              That means i am lying on same and if they were not agreed on same then why i did the recharge and sending mails again and again for follow up.

              Very disappointed with the service and network with the Airtel.I thought this is the best telecom company who value their customer but its wrong.

                4g sim not delivered

                REG: Airtel 4G Sim not delivered issue

                I have ordered free AIRTEL 4G prepaid SIM online .
                I didn't received any sim but recieved message as DELIVERED AT YOUR PREMISES .
                It happened twice in a week..
                Even if I call back the number they are not responding.

                What a great SERVICE.

                Please resolve my problem ASAP

                Adofgame is a big fraud. Oneday suddenly i found out Rs120 was deducted from my account due to subscription of Adofgames which was done automatically, without my consent. This is a pure fraud and a scam. Adofgame must be shutdown immediately and all its officials should be investigated.Deduction of Rs120 for a service that i never knew about and never wanted to have is a pure fraud.

                  In the belgaum district chikodi taluka network problem is so much high, , network is very slow, calls are autometically disconnecting, , data connection is autometically disconnect or very poor data network, we recharged 4g plans but here data speed is some times only in MBPS. oterwise always its in just KBPS,

                    I have purchased samsung s9 plus from airtel online store . While purchasing the phone offer was reflecting like 80gb of data per month, amazon prime membership, 1 year mobile protection plan ...after I received the phone my plan has been automatically changed ..it became 40gb of data no membership ..No airtel secure plan ...after calling to customer care it was a worst experience no response ...as a customer I'm suffering not company ...after paying a amount of 2799 every month den also I'm not receiving the service I'm liable for ...While paying the da bill u guys never say this time we couldn't provide u better service pay less amount ...and u expect us to pay full bill amount ...and don't provide any service ..it is a fraud, misleading information given to every consumer ..please friends don't believe in airtel... they have 2 different colours...

                      Recently I have noticed that Airtel is deducting money from my prepaid balance of prepaid mobile number [protected] for a service called WHATSMOB. I am not even aware of this service, without my knowledge and consent they just started deducting the balance.

                      This is totally a fraudulent behavior of the company and they are looting the people without any ethics

                          On my phone few services are activated automatically without any subscription. Every time balance debited .
                          It feels like they are cheating and making their money from these kind of frauds. The problem is not with me because I already knows about these frauds but all this happened with my father .they are not so highly qualified and unable to know that why all these charges are debited.

                            I recharged my number with 69 rs pack (all locals and std calling free for 20 days) on 18th of july which is not activated immediately and in this perception i made some callings and i lost my balance . when i called to your customer care exective on 19th july he then activated the plan but when i asked him about reimbursing my lost balance he cut the phone abrupltly and rudely . i am sorry to say but i used airtel first time and you provide the worst service. And i will never ever use your services again.

                              Good Day!!!

                              I have submitted Porting request (Port Req Description : Mumbai Airtel to Bangalore Airtel) on last week (12th July 2018). After that airtel executive has called me and explained there will not be any discontinuation of network during morning time as well as airtel will inform prior regarding the porting activity.

                              But your technical executives did the porting on peak morning hours (ie, 11:00AM IST to 02:00PM IST) that also without any intimation. I was shocked in the morning while seeing there is no network, after that I went airtel store from there I came to know you are doing porting during morning hours, also he told me very important notice "If anybody is using Airtel Network they should have secondary number (other network) for facing airtel disaster period". Its very pathetic situation which customer cant do anything.

                              Requesting you to kindly let me know what was your downtime period? Is there is any communication regarding porting? Is it airtel will be doing porting only in the morning hours?

                              Looking forward your valuable response on this.

                                While talking in phone call sudden the call is disconnecting due to network failure ..not one time so many time this was happen ...i am very much disappointed with Airtel ..understand the problem if we are in important client call if it is sudden disconnected how you will get frustrated i am experienced about this..please take the necessary action on Airtel .

                                  I have done recharge of Rs.399/- o 12th July 2018 for the Airtel mobile number [protected] in the name of Addepalli Savitri Gowri picking it from the offers available to the number. However, it is not activated. On verification of the receipt, I found that mobile number was noted differently, i.e., as [protected].
                                  I request you to kindly rectify the mistake and arrange to credit it to the mobile [protected] at your earliest.
                                  The Transaction ID is [protected] of 12 July 2018.
                                  I have been complaining the same on [protected]@airtel.in since then for about 13 times but there is no resolution. Reply with useless of registering mobile [protected] is repeated though I have been replying that it is a wrong number and I can do that registration.
                                  Please attend the issue immediately and provide me relief.

                                    Good Evening Sir,
                                    I am not able to do online recharge of my number [protected] via any method like paytm, my airtel app, airtel website, phone, etc etc. The only way to recharge is to go the 2km far retailer store. I have called the customer 100 times but no resolution.
                                    This is the problem with my number only, I have all the recharges of other airtel numbers. So many times I have called customer care.

                                    Infact Now I am not able to port out, I give Unique port ID to IDEA to port out, but still I am not able to port even after 9 days of submitting the application. IDEA Customer care says that AIRTEL has blocked you from porting you out.

                                    In either case I am stuck.

                                      Today I went to purchase a dongle for my personal use and have to wait it for more than 45 minutes only for the telling that as of now it's not available. Then after a person came from inside and he handled over the device. Even after all this they have giv3n me hotspot device where I had asked for dongle for my laptop...It's the poorest service which I have ever received by the airtel.
