AIRTEL provides interrupted network and charges for ISD CALLS and SMS saying that calls were not done through internet but directly -our mobile data is on always and wi fi is present most of the time and calls are made through internet but they claim that they were made directly-this shows they are withdrawing network amidst calls and trying to profit by charging as direct calls -I had complained about it several times but they don’t agree and argue-some lady Ekkaiya argued unnecessarily and refused to credit back the charges made in the bills -she did not acknowledge her network deficiencies but blamed us for those calls .Kindly be strict with such network providers -today also I can see that have increased the data limit under the broadband plans but they fail to provide data as promised -we need to complain almost everyday and besides if wi fi and mobile data services are interrupted then how can the calls be controlled ?

    Very poor network performance in this area. I want to quit airtel network. Slow browsing. Not clear voice calling also this area pin code-848125 . I contact costumer care many time but my problem persists. I I decid to port my no.[protected]. airtel always say India's no 1 network but in my opinion it is the worst network . And worst costumer care service .

      My airtel Number has been allotted to other person. It was with me from past 6 Years. When i talked with customer care, they told that you have not used it from 90 days so they allotted it to other person.
      Number is attached with my bank account & Other personal network.

      Today before talking to airtel customer care, i visited airtel office but they didn't told be about such thing and reissued me a new sim for same number and charged me for that.

      I need that Number any how.

      Please help.

        I recharged my airtel mobile via online recharge txn ID[protected] for Rs. 249. The amount got deducted from my SBI account but the recharge did not take place .My mobile number is [protected]. I am unable to find any complaint handling system in airtel site nor any toll free number so that I can contact and explain my problem. I would like you to look into the matter and update my mobile number with the recharge amount.

          From Past one month Voice is breaking while getting/receiving call on Airtel network,
          I am very much fed-up with Airtel, Seriously want to change the network provider at Hyderabad... Voice is breaking 100 of times in one min call..
          I have 2 Prepaid sim of Airtel and both r giving worst call quality

          Thanks for 1500 ruppe Jio phone that help me reconnect the people whose voice is broken.

            Sir,
            I have recharged with 99 ₹ on 29th of June 2018 which has unlimited voice calls and 1 GB data of validity 28 days.

            As my 1 GB data is consumed by me before 13th July 2018, I have recharged with 448 which has unlimited voice calls, 1.4GB data per day, 100 SMS per day of validity 82 days. But my data services are not activated.

            When I contacted Airtel customer care they are saying that if you are using one offer then you are not eligible to activate another offer. The latter offer will be activated after termination of first offer. In this case, I am unable to use data even I have recharged my account. And there is no option of declining recharge in "My Airtel app" even if one offer is active.

            Kindly respond to my problem.

              My name is Isha .. I had put a request for a new connection for airtel DTH some 2 weeks back and to my surprise its still not installed..
              the day I had put a request online i got couple of calls and i attended them and i
              Was informed that since im an existing customer of airtel broadband, i can take the infinity pack for 5999inr with android and Hd box instead of 6999Inr .. i was like ok and asked them to call me on a friday and fix an appointment for saturday as im working from mon to fri..
              I didnot get any call at all .. someone named SHAHRUKH called from NCR office of yours and promised me that he will get the DTH INSTALLED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY .. but no call was made ..1 week is already gone now and today again i got a call from ur NCR office but from a different person and to my surprise shes telling that the offer which im looking for is not there and i have to be end up paying 7k .. Are u guys serious ????????
              U people are giving this kinda servive to your yet to be customers and once i become your customer hod knows what service will i get ??
              And that person transfered the call to shahrukh today and he said he will check on the offer and will call back in 5minutes .. its been 12 hours now .. shahrukh’s 5minutes are still not over .. i told him i will write to airtel top management still he dont call back .. how irresponsible.. pathetic pathetic 3rd class service of airtel ..
              Iam looking forward for some good offers now else i will definitely write to online consumer forum and will put all this on social media ...

                My. Balance deducted without any information..they started Value added services without my confirmation. Airtel is cheating customers .. its not good for your company .. please send my money back.. otherwise I will go to court..
                On Wednesday at 1:18 am airtel deducted RS. 35 for online gaming services without my request. I did not apply for this service. This is an auto deduction of money by Airtel. This is a matter of concern that how can a company charge from it's customer without his/her confirmation. This is an fraudulent activity by the company. I want my money back. Please consider my complaint and take an action against this.

                  My airtel digital tv customer no is-[protected] i called customer service to know abt the cheapest pln the customer service executive said 299plan in that i will get all south channels except english movies told her.then i told her to activate that plan.but she not activated my plan and my dish got suspended in 15days then i called again talked with senior he refunded me the amount and told that the plan charges has been increased to316 he told me to recharge 116rs more.then i did that recharge.but when i recharged most of the tamil channels and other channels were not coming.which the customer service agent told me it will come.now they are not activating the suspended channels.and the cs agent talked very rudely with me and the senior agent is not bothered about my problem he said jo krna hai kr lo jo ukhadna hai ukhadlo.and said nothing can be done in this

                  i am frustated with this type of behaviour

                    Namaskar
                    I have visited Air Tel Office, Sripuram, Visakhapatnam for porting my mobile no from Idea to Airtel around 1545 hrs. on 14 jul 18. But, Airtel staff behaviour was very rude and insisted for Aadhaar and I was refused to entertain. However, I have given the reference of Honorable Supreme Court Order regarding the issue, but I was denied. Please take action. I am also requesting TRAI for clarification and necessary action.

                      This is to complain about Airtel Executive Mr. Rajmit Nagpal who visited site for
                      installing Network booster at L & T site.
                      Mr. Rajmit sent the survery person for taking network reports.
                      The survey report was forwarded to some other person who didnt know about the site.
                      Mr. Rajmit did not attend calls or messages given by me from the last 1 week.
                      On the basis of airtel booster many o[censored]s have ported the no. to Airtel.
                      I request to take strong action against the airtel executives.
                      They keep on giving family and other reasons for delaying work.

                        Hello,

                        During my travel outside India, without my knowledge international roaming setting is activated from my Airtel Network on my mobile number.

                        Now, during my stay I was able to receive calls from India and answer them as usual.

                        During the usage, Airtel never intimated that the usage of Airtel services is being charged over my credit limit. Now they have billed me 5800 INR and expect me to pay.

                        I deny this as it is a mistake on Airtel that it denied informing me while approaching the credit limit or while exceeding it.

                        So, please help with Airtel in resolving my issue.

                          Hi, I received a message from airtel saying that there's a scheme in which a Hello tune could be activated in 15 rupees for 90 days. Now when I tried to activate the Hello tune in 578785 I got a play list where I selected my song. I got a message that the song would be activated in few minutes. However it was not activated although rupees 22 was deducted from my account. When I tried to take help from the so called customer care executive on 198, I wasn't answered on my query instead the SENIOR executive named Sarika disconnected my call saying that she couldn't hear my voice. I know this trick of customer care executives but this should not be the way to treat customers. This is very disappointing and now I think I will port this number to Vodafone.

                            Earlier we used to get good signal strength but now its so weak that hardly we can make any calls. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                              My airtel dth id is [protected]. I am recharging my connection regularly and but they reduce my days every time and in their customer channel they are showing that if you pay before due date your days of plan will increase but they are doing opposite and reducing my plan days. Now they said our plan price increase but I have recharged before the price hike. They said no we will charge the higher price and they reduced again my days. But they are not giving the benefit of recharging before due date. Giving very poor service.

                                  First of all this customer care people should be trained properly on how to talk to customers. The complaints i had to make on TransID[protected] and TransID[protected] recharge on my number [protected] has not been activated for 3gb but i got 1gb in both case. But the customer care guys are ignorant and proud enough to hang up the call after saying 'let me get you to customer executive' not once but twice. I have no words to describe such a huge company which is trying to connect people is only turning his deaf ear to already existing customer. Are the new customers the real customer, and the old customer is not a customer?
                                  I know these message will not even be read, and the worst is i wont even be get in touched after this.
                                  Can you help me out after all i am your sincere customer until today.
                                  Dont try to be the fastest network try to be a reliable network.
                                  The customer executives who just assisted me are the worst at their job, and why do you hang up on someone who is looking for help, all because he was fooled by the company in showing 49rs=3gb data for 1 day, i say this is scam as i did not have it.

                                    I am unable to send or recieve messages on my airtel number. It is always showing sending failed. I changed my sim as old sim was not working. Since then i am facing this priblem. As this number is my primary number and all my accounts are linked with this number, so i am facing too much problem by not sending or recieving messages on this number

                                      Hello Airtel Team,

                                      Today I am regretting for trusting Airtel and kept recharged with 968 rupees for future recharges. I was trying to recharge for 448 plan even though my plan expiry date was 14/07/2018. But when I checked my balance, airtel deducted 187 rupees from my balance without any intimation and kept on sending messages after the deduction stating that I have consumed 10 MB data from my account.When i tried to recharge 448 plan there was no option for send message.I had come back from my offer page and thought to recharge after last date.that is on 14/07/2018.But you have deducted my money.As soon as I got to know I recharged 448 plan from New offers section. After that when I started using internet after the confirmation for recharge details, airtel again deducted money from my account for no reason. I am in loss of 212 rupees now. Have I have been fooled for keeping good amount in my balance. Return my deducted amount to my balance as soon as possible as it is Airtel issue and not mine. If that is not happening I will port to the network which never cheat their customers like this.Thank you so much for the response which I got for being your loyal customer from 2009 onwards. Regret to inform you that if the same thing continues loyal customers will not be with you for future days.We already got good networks around us.And there is no number allow us to reach Airtel customer care. So no value for customer response here.

                                        I having Rs 509 for data but not able to access Internet although net work is available I amusing Airtel since 2016.. didn't have any problem till May 18 Since then I'm having this problem.. when I call Airtel they are not able to resolve this problem till date but nothing is resolved
