Its been more than 2 days that internet speed is very very slow. I cn understand that net speed cn be slow for one day but hw can it be more than 2 days. This is worse. I have an airtel active 4g internet pack and mi 4 which is a 4g handset. I always get only 2g internet speed. When i called the airtel customer care, they always say that their networking team is working on the issue and they will. Resolve it soon. But nothing is happening. Airtel deducted balance of almost 280 rupees under the name of value added services which we didn't initiate and gave back 80 rupees only upon complaining.
First they deducted 80 rupees in two installments, which i didn't pay head to and deactivated service, after one week again deducted 120 and 80 rupees. Upon followup with customer care only 80 rupees were returned, they said they were not able to return remaining 200 rupees....

Some days back wap service of silk video suddenly got activated and next day when i checked balance i saw deduction of 35 rupees.
