What the ### what the hell is going with Airtel service and your customer agent supervisor pavan Kumar from Hyderabad begam pet what hell he is talking with customer not even a respect to customer this what your training you will training for two months this is the training you give for two months talk irrespectively to customer for I have got angry if he is here I gonna slap him once nasty fellow I am using data by paying money not for free ok I have right to ask about what service you provide the worst service you are providing and make competition with "JIO" you cannot give service like them and your agents hell with them I couldn't use my data properly how times I have given complaint I could not clear it till now hell with Airtel service I am not gonna use this network any more I can not face this problem every time 4g Airtel 4g dirty worst network I have ever seen till now oi used jio, BSNL, idea, Airtel among them Airtel is the worst service provided for my

    I am unable to recharge my aortal prepaid number which is [protected] since last 5 days i.e from 3rd July. I tried recharging by all means, by internet banking, by my airtel app, my going offline airtel store, by paytm, etc but it fails every time and every time my money gets deducted from the account . I have raised so many complains with airtel, called customer care so many times, but every time they come up with new time line that it will be resolved in 72 hrs, in 48 hrs etc etc. Getting my money refunded is not the problem, I know I will get back those in 7-8 working days, but the problem that I am facing for last 5 days, what about that . I have given them so many failed transaction ids also . One of the complain service request number is "CPONR[protected]" ..

      I had paid Rs.1253 on July 3, 2018 to Amazon.in and the money is failed to transfer and my order is cancelled and they the Amazon are saying that they can't got the money . So, they cancelled my order but it is debited from my account . The Amazon.in customer service are saying that it is the bank issue and bank can only solve your problem and the debited transaction id is[protected] and My account no. Is [protected] from which the money is debited . So, please refund my money.

        Hi i am using unlimited calls plan of rs.399. i have been receiving messages from A$-TFAROT containing call details such as call duration call cost etc., of last call that i have not made. this is bothering me a lot. i feel that something wrong is happening with my number. please see in the matter and take some action. i have been trying to call the customer care but i couldnt talk to the customer care executive. please resolve my problem

          From the last 1year I m facing such type of poor network issue Everytime, I m living in a Porsche area and it is the center of bbsr where every other networks are good but Airtel so poor network, I m frustrated, I m Airtel user since ten years and all my friends family everyone using Airtel and have same complain, many times I have gone to Airtel care next to my home but from there no response so lastly want to change my SIM, or else do something

            Dear Sir,

            I have registered my request with reference number SR80097643 on 7/10/2017 for Deactivate my Airtel Mobile No.[protected].
            and from your side that was closed on 13/10/2017 but still the billing cycle is continue with this number, So We are requesting you that Refund my access payment from November 2017 to till date.

            This is your mistake you are not deactivate my number and I also attached the authorised letter from my Director.

            Please Refund my Access amount otherwise i will complaint against you in consumer court.

              Can you tell me the minimum and maximum speed of your 4G? Why your 4G connectivity is not consistent, it frequently changes between 4G 3G H+ no connection? Are you competing with erratic services of BSNL, as to who and how much one can irritate the customer? Have you compared your speed with that in other countries and feel ashamed?
              You say this compliant is short. Do you think I should write a book on the issue and send it to you?

              From 4weeks we not getting network or signal and we not getting any calls and internet please solve the problem it may get big issue and not getting internet connection to work since 4week we not getting any connection in airtel
              An amount of Rs5 or more was dedicated from my account continuasly everyday. I don't need this service. please refund my deducted amount else I will take legal steps against you.

                Hello, I was using the mobile number [protected] on Airtel Karnataka Network. Suddenly, Incoming service stopped working. However, outgoing was working fine. Company disabled my number without any notice. I had many email communication with them but the way they responded and ignored is not appreciated. I did whatever I could to enable the number back but Airtel doesn't bother at all.

                Please help.

                  Sir, I am a airtel prepaid customer mob [protected]. Now I am being transferred to varanasi but here there are huge network problem in airtel related to Internet and voice calling both. Automatically network dropped and call cut. I am presently residing at S- 10/6 A10 hukulganj M.A. ROAD VARANASI here the network problem enormous. Thus i want to Port my number to other companies. If also call customer care then it mean that Patthar se kuch magna.. infact i am trying to call customer care many times but unable to contact. Please look into that matter urgently basis.

                    Date 08/07/2018 ko mere mobile no.[protected] se 35 rupees ka balance kaat liya gaya hai. Jabki raat 10:30se 05:15 ke beech me so raha tha jabki 03:23am par balance kata gaya .mere dwara consumer helpline par complain ki gayi wahan se mujhe email karne ko kaha gaya aapke helpline par call karne par complain farz nahin ki gayi. Balance return karne ki kripa karen anyatha legal process ke liye badhya hona padega.

                      I am struggling with my issues with Airtel postpaid number, I raised a network/internet speed issue 4 times but there is no resolution, I didn't used the number since May 2018 still I am getting charged even after the lines are disconnected from incoming and outgoing as well. The hello tunes was cancelled from my end through the Airtel app again I was charged for the same I called the customer care they said they will cancel the service now again for the next month I was charged now when I don't have money to pay and I am asking them to stop the services so I will not be charged they are not doing that as well. I want my number back so I am calling them again and again but no use. Last week they told the number will be disconnected within 24 hours then I received a call I mentioned the issue they said they will call back but no call received. Customer service are giving wrong commitments.
                      Please help me with this I want my number back.

                        I have 2 Airtel connection earlier it was in Vodafone so i port in with airtel from last more than 7 months .but from day first i have vry bad network problem i raised complaint many times but no one going to take any action.I wrote email to Airtel but they don't care abt anything.

                          We have paid rs. 1000 for the new connection of broadband. From 1 week, executives are giving excuses. They have installed the router but there is no connection. Whenever we call, they say they are sending someone. It has been 1 week.

                            I recently got a Airtel 4G SIM replacement for my mobile number [protected] and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS. And I am unable to complete any online transactions that require OTP through SMS as this is my primary number. I can't get any OTP from any application as well . Try to Resolve this issue on priority . And let me know the update ASAP.

                                I haven't applied for any service, when i recharged my phone for Rs50, i received a message that superstore services has been renewed on your number for Rs 35. 2Months back also i have received the same message then when i applied for deactivation, i received a msg that there are no services activated on your no., then howcome you cut my balance now

                                  And my balance is actually getting deducted. I # don't know what the hell is happening with my sim card or my phone. I am getting these messages since last 1 year and a lot of money of mine has been stolen by somebody. I want it back... Just # fix this # right away airtel owners, you don't know what you'll be facing after doing this with ur customers😠😠ðŸ˜&

                                    I am having a prepaid airtel connection with number [protected]. I am a resident of kachiguda hyderabad which is in the heart of the city. There have been repeated call drops for both inward and outward calls made from my residence. Not a call lasts for more than a minute before it drops. Some times the call drop abinitio. I have made complaints to them on 25th june and 28 june and the response is a standard one

                                    "One of our Mobile cell site was closed down in your area, which may be leading to the poor network
                                    experience. While our network team is currently exploring options for an alternate cell site.

                                    We would appreciate your help in suggesting options for a new site."

                                    There has been no progress in the last fortnight while all the customers in this colony location suffer.I had been to the Airtel outlet in kachiguda area and and they also concur with connectivity issues in the area. It is ironic that they advertise about connectivity in middle of the forest and hills but fail to provide proper connectivity in the heart of a metropolitan city.

                                    I have read about an year or year and half back about service providers having to pay customers for call drops as per TRAI mandate. I think it exists only on paper

                                      Someone lured my father with fraud transaction from unsolicited phone calls.
                                      Airtel customer care is not hepful to connect me to right channel, unable to do complain for airtel money and stop the transaction immediately.

                                      121, 400 no customer care person is supporting us.

                                      Can you help asap and let me know the right contact to check.

                                        I had shifted my second number [protected] to family plan in the month of April .and paid the outstanding of both the numbers . Extra amount of charges were levied to me saying its a one time charges, which also i paid with this month charges the amount of 123 is levied again saying the outstanding of [protected] . From last two month i am paying the bills in family plan how i can get a separate bill for [protected] . Spoken to many of your Representative on phone but all in vain . so decided to port my number upto you now
