Despite my objection to airtel unilaterally deducting roaming charges from my balance amount in my my mobile connection account they have neither refunded the amount deducted nor given any justification. My postings on their website are as follows:

What kind of customer service is this? You want to charge me for a service which i have never opted or asked for and which has not been provided to me?
I sent you an email reproduced below.
Instead of a suitable action or reply i am once again sent an sms by am-airccm on 27/5/2018 reading as follows:
"dear customer, international roaming rental charge is rs99. Due to low balance in your account, rs.0 has been deducted and balance amount of rs.99 will be deducted in subsequent recharges."
Kindly therefore restore my balance of rs. 90/- as on 27/4/2018. My number is [protected]. Kindly do not call me but correspond by email only.

Rs.220/- on 16/11/2016 and rs 50/- on 8/4/2018. My balance amount in the account was around rs 90/- when i left mumbai on an overseas trip on 27/4/2018. On 27th i got an unsolicited call through t-mobile which i did not pick up and i was charged for the same. Now i have received the above communication from you!
I do not want to use your network and neither have i sought or opted for the roaming facility at any time hence all your charges after 12.50 p. M. On 27/4/2018 are invalid & illegal.
Kindly therefore reverse all charges deducted from my account and bring back the balance to rs. 90/- or whatever it was on 27/4/2018 @ 12.50 p. M.
Please also confirm the same without fail.

I have not used airtel phone services from 27th april (When i left india) till 2nd july (When i returned to india). When i tried to make a call from the airport on 2nd july i was told my balance was less than rs. 10/- and i was not allowed to make the call. As i informed you in my earlier post of 2nd june i had a balance of rs. 90/- approx in my account as on 27th april. Where has my money gone? Kindly arrange to refund the illegal deductions which airtel has made unilaterally for no services rendered. Kindly confirm action taken by you on my no. [protected] so that i can use the services for which i have prepaid.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
