I've contacted Airtel in February 18 and was promised that network related work is going on in my area. However, it hasn't been the case and there just providing fake promises to me.

I've called them today and I received the same response I received in February 18.

I've network problems in my area where in network fluctuates a lot.. I'm unable to access data smoothly and call drops in between as the network goes in middle of a call and I have to call back again to the concerned person.

Sometimes the data speed is less than 2G speed and I'm paying more than what I use.

Airtel recharges are always costly when compared to other providers and their assurance is such a ### to digest.

I want this matter sorted at the earliest so that I and other customers in my area don't continue to face the same problem..

No one complaints about the parachute been faulty..that doesn't mean all parachutes are perfect.

    I AM very much upset due to your Airtel service (121). This is my first time, I am not happy with your airtel services. Absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience with Airtel Customer care.

    Its almost 4 days (complained on 1/07/2018) my data stopped working (have 35GB balance). Have changed the sim to new sim and checked with other sim to find if there are issues with my handset, there is no issue at all.
    As per the updates from customer care issues raised with the network team and they are working on that. When I contacted 515, received a SMS stating there is no complaint registered for your Airtel.

    I have repeatedly called up Customer Care and they have always given me false hopes that it will be either fixed in half an hour or by evening or tomorrow etc. There has be no call-back from your organization giving me any sort of assurance or update on the status.

    This is indeed real pathetic and pain staking attitude shown by your organization towards your customers.

      Hi airtel team,
      It is totally disappointing to mention that you have deducted 99/- from my mobile balance for the services which i have not opted at all.
      After speaking to one of your representative, he claims that i have opted for the
      Service called lifestyle dressing room service. Actually what service is it. I don't know what this service is all about.
      I requested to refund back the deducted amount, however the service is deactivated after calling to customer representative but he claims that i refund cant be claimed.
      Why is airtel doing like this. I literally lost hope on aiterl service.

      Kindly help me to get the refund back.

      An international roaming charge of rs 99 was deducted without consent! I did not place a request for international roaming nor did i make a call or sms from my number
      I live near PAC colony Raebareli. 4g airtel network gone worst since 10 days. I called them so many times and I have recording of that calls.
      when I'm calling to customer service thay said all nerworks are ok but this is wrong. I'm a student and I'm very upset because of the network speed. Its hurting my studies.

        My dth customer id is : [protected]

        I got my dth reinstalled in hyderabad after shifting from gurgaon which costed Rs 650 (without new dish and old settop box).
        The airtel executive told me that HD channels will not work on my set top box, even though my set top box was HD+ (airtel) and told me it will be replaced with 48 hours.

        I waited 4 days and no response came, i tried calling the executive multiple times but he just kept delaying giving excuses.
        Finally i registered a complaint for my dth, and the call executive told me that my settop box has no problem, but connection needs to be fixed which will cost Rs 150, i agreed and waited for executive to visit, after waiting one week, i tried to call airtel again to which they said it will be resolved in 24 hours, its been 4 days now and still the issue has not been resolved.

        I have paid full HD channel subscription and my HD channels are not working. This is really pathetic customer service experienced by me by airtel, Is this the condition of Airtel in south india?

        I have attached list of service requests from airtel and last request which was supposed to be resolved 3 days back.

          My airtel mobile no. Is [protected]. I recharged it with unlimited plan of ₹399/- on 22.06.2018... No confirmatory message came... Neither any data balance credited... So i recharged again with ₹399/- this time i got a discount of ₹50/- so 349/- was charged... When i checked my card statement i found that money debited twice... Once ₹399/- and other ₹349/-

            I have shifted prepaid sim to postpaid sim your staff are taken activation fee for two times 600. But not at activated. I’m paying money to your Airtel company but no one is initiative for my problem.1st i went to panjagutta Airtel office they are cheated me.they told me your sim will work after 24/h but not done after 4days back we meet them no use in that .same day i went Begumpet office again i payed for sim activated but not at done.this is 8th day ( [protected]) ulternate nmbr is [protected]

              On 3rd july, 2018 i got a call from [protected] stating he is calling from sbi and said my debit card is going to expire so he wanted the details to renew it. Out of curiosity i gave the number and after some time i again got a call from him asking for otp to complete the process. By the time i could realize it's a fraud rs. 42880/- was withdrawn from my account in 8 different transactions.
              The transactions done were to airtel money, oxigen wallet, ola cabs and yes bank. I blocked my card immediately after i say unusual activity in my account.
              I rarely use debit card since this account is for my sip and fd’s investments. We tried to call the numbers we received but they pick up the phone and say they didn't take money from our account.
              Request you to investigate this matter and help me get back my hard-earned money and give proper punishment to whosoever did this. Also, i am getting calls since this morning from the same person asking to give my mother's debit card details for renewing it.

                Hi

                I have requested for airtel new broadband connection on 21st june, 2018 and submitted all the documents and made 6 month advance payment of Rs.6018
                and havent got the connection yet depsite multiple follow ups with customer care and sales person.

                Now, since i havent got the connection yet, thus i do not want this airtel service anymore and rather request you to initiate my refund.

                    I have been using airtel for many years. But this time when i recharge my number ([protected]) amounting to 200, my entire money got detected saying that i have subscribed for vas even though i have never applied for any services. This has happened twice before but the money which got detected this time was plenty. I didnot expect such cheap tactics from such a big company like airtel. I request you to look into this complaint and immediately issue my refund. Thank you.

                      "dear customer, we have observed no usage for your airtel mobile from the past 30 days. To enjoy continued services, please make an outgoing call /sms or use internet from your mobile."
                      This is the message i am getting daily even if i use my phone to call occationally in a month while roaming. Also i am getting system calls alerting me to make a call from my prepaid number. That costs me if i answer to those calls, since i work in another country.
                      Why do airtel pushing me to loose my money. Anyway they are deducting rs.99 monthly towards for roaming service.

                      Is looting becomes legal?

                        Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, i have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 14 june 2018 amount got deducted from hdfc bank. Payment successfully. Money deducted from my hdfc bank. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel.                           Hi,

                          I am facing an issue while trying to change my mpin as it has been blocked. I know, what is my pin but its been blocked previously so want an attempt to login again or change it with the details.

                          Issue:
                          1. I dont know what is the first name. Last name or dob. Whether it's asking details of my adhaar card when i did my kyc or something else.

                          2. I know my mpin. As you know, it's in blocked status so what is the best way to get my mpin access back.[i have my wallet money inside that. Urgent]

                            I have an airtel dth connection which i do not use much due to availability of content at much cheaper prices online. I am trying to relocate to a different house and in case i need to shift my connection, i am supposed to pay 150 rs for disconnecting here, 250rs plus cable cost for reconnecting at my new place. This is for a service i do not use at all anymore. So i thought of asking them to disconnect. The reference no. For disconnection is 77094610 for customer id [protected]. This is when i was informed that they will take back the set top box and not give me back my money. This is utter cruelty and my deposit is stuck with them for no fault of mine.

                              Hello, we have found this number sending abusing messages and calls to us. [protected] - we tracked it is in bramapur, odisha (Ankush ur, ganjam district). When we are calling back they disconnect the call. We undergoing stress because of this day to day issue.

                              We need owner name and address to file a complaint in police station. Please do the needful.

                                  You are sell us an unlimited call service against it cost n promises that you can call unlimited calls in india.
                                  But i can not even contact toll free no by your services.
                                  What's the meaning of your service, even if i can not contact to toll free no.
                                  You also promises that your network is best but it is not true.

                                    money stuck in airtel payments bank

                                    Sir,
                                    I have some money in my airtel payments bank.
                                    I want to pay with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel money or airtel onlins debit card transaction is declined and message appear as getaway error at bank or wallet.

                                    I can only recharge (Which i don't want) with this money and no other use.

                                    In other words my money has stuck on my airtel payments bank. It is attached to my mobile...

                                    I cant able to send sms for the past three months. I have contacted the customer care executives and explained the problem, more than 3 times. But the issue seem to be unresolved. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. I have resetted my mobile and have tried to send sms, nothing happened. Also tried in different mobile phones.

                                    Error code - 28
                                    This problem has been arisen after i have changed my sim card from 3g to 4g.

                                      Last 3 month:- in airtel network, i had made four mobiles portable, which i have not got any service. I am paying bill every month from 1500 to 1800 rupees.
                                      No any mobile phone is not talking properly. Call waiting and call are not possible. The company is not engaging with me properly.
                                      The company is charging me illegitimate bills.
                                      Kindly suggest me or help.
                                      For this, i need the right judge.
