I was unable to receive international sms and i logged the complaint, the contact center was not able to resolve and the technical guys reach out without any solution asking the same questions again and again.

The problem has been escalated and was told the min sla is 4 days which in todays technology era is not acceptable and airtel service in this regard is very disappointing.

I was told to change the sim and i changed the sim and was told the sms facility would activated after 24 hours which is rediculous as the sim change was asked by the technical support team.

Today i spoke to salim in the contact center and he again asked me to explain the issue to him which every airtel person asks without checking the records. He nullifies the issue escalation date to yesterday 02aug18 and states that i had changed the sim and the sms would get activated in 24 hours which he repeats like a parrot without understanding the date on which the escalation started. I asked him to connect to his manager and he informs me that they are not available. Is this not rediculous that managers are not available to talk to customers on issues. Is this the way airtel supports their customers. Absolutely unsatisfied on the support of airtel.

This kind of support to the customer i would recommend to my friends and my contacts not to go for airtel.

Ok! I'm facing the networking issues. I don't know y u peoples r so failure to solving on this matter. Most of time my network is out of reachable n specially, when i'm using internet. It's can't reach the 4g network n wl about 3g is useless just an # hole no serving capability to load on. I know u guys r working on upgrading. But, in our region ur services is not good enough to get our flux.
An as a airtel user i hope u the people or entrepreneur ll take the responsible by initiate work for the betterment of the people. Even, for at ur self growth n fame. Not like the other pvt company lmt.

The coverage of 4g in my home is soo weak. I hv complained many times but there is no any responses comes out from airtel.

Also the data speed is very low.
The proof of airtel data speed and coverage is in the video which i hv attached.

Please sir i am waiting against my complaint for 6 months ago.

I have recently ported from Vodafone to Airtel and I feel it was a big mistake. The 4g speed of Airtel is very slow. In the same place and same phone model, Vodafone gives 30 mbs speed while Airtel gives 2 mbs speed. It’s horrible. I will port back to Vodafone as soon as possible.
I hope Airtel rectifies this or they will lose many customers.

I hv been using and recommending people airtel from last 10 years. But these guys dont miss a single chance to disappoint me.
Their network and internet sucks every time.
These guys are claiming to be the fastest network, lying on national television. Someone should take sm legal steps against these fraudsters.
If i need to go some higher authrities. I will as we are paying them and expect in return

Why are you cheating the customers on 3g and 2g internet speed. On 3g network you are providing 2g speed probably 10 to 20 kb per second and on 2g network there is no speed. So i suggest you to provide the real speed in 2g and 3g network. If you are unable to provide the real speed, why are you saying a slogan airtel india's fastest network. You should provide the service as your slogan otherwise you should giv up the slogan.

4G service stops working during the night time. It literally took me 15 minutes to load a page on my airtel application just to file a complaint. You people claim to provide the best 4G network and the download speed is even below 30 kbps during night time. I have been using Airtel Network from a long time and i am very disappointed that i cant work on my important work at night due to the poor services provided

Hi... I am using airtel prepaid connection from over one year now... I am quite satisfied with the services provided... However from past 4 days there is no 3g data working... Mobile is showing full 3 g signals however there is no internet connection.. If im at a place where 4 g signals are available its working totatly fine... Can u please solve this issue...

Scammers Beware!

I am getting repeated calls from the following numbers for last couple of months. Same scammers call me ( approx 3 people ) 20 times every day and try to sell me credit cards, offer loans and a lot of other things.

They even tried to threaten me.

I have been an airtel customer for many years now and i have just migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid for an important reason.But for nearly 3 weeks i have not been able to make any outgoing calls or sms to any number even to 121.i have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation.
I changed my sim again but still same problem exist. I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTGOING CALLS OR SMS..however my incoming sms and calls are working fine..

The customer care just does not know what the problem is and what could be the solution ..they hang up many times with rude replies(which i make a call from my freind's number ) ..i have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one knows the solution to my problem.I want an action to be taken immediately.I am fed up of this horrible service. No calls to customer care and no mails to airtel is working.

This is about my mother's prepaid no. I had got 3 recharges done: for 100 rupees on on july 28, and for 10 and 100 rupees on july 30, 2018 respectively. The sms after the first recharge said 'recharge failed'. After the second recharge that i made with a different debit card for 10 rupee, the sms said 'successful'. So i put another 100. Today is aug 2. Voice message on her phone again is 'your pack has expired. Please recharge...'. The recharge was done online. Please resolve the issue soonest because my mother is not able to make calls. And i would like to know where the recharge amount has simply vanished.

Issue in network was being faced from the last 6 months besides continuous complaints filed about the issue to the customer care but no fruitful outcome was obtained. I was assured by costumer care executives everytime but I got no solution. At last, I asked them to resolve the issue otherwise I will not pay the bill. They suspend my outgoing and incoming & have charged me for the non utilized services. Now I have been asked to pay a sum of rs 1900 for the services I haven't used.

After seeing the flat 100rs offer in MYAIRTEL app.I paid my bescom bill of above 600rs..While the offer needed min of 200rs transaction.Though it was my first airtel money transaction i satisfied all the company terms on this offer..They mentioned in there terms that the cashback will be credited within 3 working days..But today it is already a 8th working day after the recharge..No cashback credited..If the company is not willing to credit cashbacks!!Y it is showing off??Now i want the cashback..I thought it was though a reputed company but they disappointed me.I request the higher authorities to take action on these kind of fraud offers..

I have a lapu sim & i am purchase a morpho device from airtel sales manger i am paid 1100 rupees when he supply the morpho it is not connected my any android device the sales representative said i am changed it but after 4 month
He dont return morpho device this matter is also known teamleader and tm but he didnot want to return then i am decide to stop my airtel selling counter lot of call he did not receive my phone please help me any one

I was asked by the airtel agent to take their plan as it will cover mobile damage for a year. I took their plan and unfortunately my i phone got damaged accidently. Now when i claimed they rejected initially my claim and when follow up through mail and over phone they again accepted and asked me they will pick my handset from my home within 21days. Now when asked they said its is been rejected. Please take the necessary action against this fraud company and their false promises.

Recharge of rs 49 gives additional 3gb data with validity as that o[censored]nlimited pack. It is clearly shown in my airtel app. But since last three consecutive recharges of rs 49, airtel gives me this pack valid only upto 12 am in night. They loot 3 gb data continously on my number. i called customer care but they say you have consumed.These are the biggest looters.

Today airtel rejected my port request (Mobile no. [protected]) 2nd time giving reason of outstanding dues. This is to inform you that i already paid advance & my account is showing 486.89 credit balance. Moreover i have paid rs.3000 towards security deposit amount while taking this connection.
1. Rs.1000 chq no.211905 citi bank - against new connection
2. Rs.2000 chq no.224720 citi bank - national rooming deposit
Now onward don't reject my port request as you have sufficient security deposit balance to settle my outstanding if any.

Ye chore sim swap ke bhi 30 rs. Charge lete hai. Vo bhi airtel store mai. Upar se inka koi manager aya hota hai office mai sahil mahajan vo kehta hai sim swap ke to charge lgte hai. Ye kutte log apni jeeb mai paise daalte hai or airtel company walo ne in logo ko apne store mai bithaya huya hai. Aise ghtiya manager rkhe huye hai

I am holding the airtel sim vide mobile no [protected] of himachal pradesh. But now i am in coimbatore (Tamil nadu). Outgoing massage in my sim is not going last two months. I have given so many complaint by telephonic but no action will be taken till date by the company. I am also going to airtel stores in coimbatore, but they did not solve the problem and told me online complaints. I request to airtel please solve the problem as early as possible, if not, i will port the number to other company,
