I am not able to use net pack, as i connect my phone with there is no connectivity. I have called twice customer care but not got any valid answer for that and once even said that they will call me back but till than 2 days have passed but not seen any positive response, I just want to if company can not resolve my problem than refund my money i will go for other network. Very poor response from airtel not expected such response.

    I have submitted all the documents on 3rd July for new broadband connection in Kolkata.
    The person who have collected document and installation charges is Subhankar Chakranorty, his mobile no is [protected].
    He told me that on 4th July installation will be done.
    I am calling him since 4th July for the installation but he is not receiving my call.
    I have raise 6-7 complain in customer care but nothing happened so what do i do?

      Today morning I remited Rs.624/- t through online payment (Net banking Bank of Baroda retail) towards m\payment of my current bill. under transacction no. 91371838/htp://www.airtel.in but still it is not credited to my acount and in the afternoon I received reminder from your end for payment. Please verify at your end and tell me whether you received payment.

        Despite my objection to airtel unilaterally deducting roaming charges from my balance amount in my my mobile connection account they have neither refunded the amount deducted nor given any justification. My postings on their website are as follows:

        What kind of customer service is this? You want to charge me for a service which i have never opted or asked for and which has not been provided to me?

        I sent you an email reproduced below.
        Instead of a suitable action or reply i am once again sent an sms by am-airccm on 27/5/2018 reading as follows:
        "dear customer, international roaming rental charge is rs99. Due to low balance in your account, rs.0 has been deducted and balance amount of rs.99 will be deducted in subsequent recharges."

        Kindly therefore restore my balance of rs. 90/- as on 27/4/2018. My number is [protected]. Kindly do not call me but correspond by email only.

Rs.220/- on 16/11/2016 and rs 50/- on 8/4/2018. My balance amount in the account was around rs 90/- when i left mumbai on an overseas trip on 27/4/2018. On 27th i got an unsolicited call through t-mobile which i did not pick up and i was charged for the same. Now i have received the above communication from you!

        I do not want to use your network and neither have i sought or opted for the roaming facility at any time hence all your charges after 12.50 p. M. On 27/4/2018 are invalid & illegal.

        Kindly therefore reverse all charges deducted from my account and bring back the balance to rs. 90/- or whatever it was on 27/4/2018 @ 12.50 p. M.

        Please also confirm the same without fail.

        I have not used airtel phone services from 27th april (When i left india) till 2nd july (When i returned to india). When i tried to make a call from the airport on 2nd july i was told my balance was less than rs. 10/- and i was not allowed to make the call. As i informed you in my earlier post of 2nd june i had a balance of rs. 90/- approx in my account as on 27th april. Where has my money gone? Kindly arrange to refund the illegal deductions which airtel has made unilaterally for no services rendered. Kindly confirm action taken by you on my no. [protected] so that i can use the services for which i have prepaid.

          In my location (Siruseri sipcot, chennai) we facing a bad network for past 2 days. We feel like using 2g. It's were taking a long time to load a page and also some applications are not working properly due to this issue. Sometimes incoming and outgong problem also occurs due to the bad network problem. Even a kb size data takes a long time to load. Getting irritated by using this network strength

            My mobile number[protected] in the name of SURINDER KUMAR DHIR is not functioning for out going calls and sms this number was first post paid and i got it converted to prepaid on 24th MAY by paying all charges to company and even paying charges for new sim card till that date i have got it recharge for rs 131' 191 and 160 rs till date on the instructions of customer care but of no avail SO I HAVE lost so much amount kindly get resolve my issue at earliest my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com please inform me on this address about progress of my my complaint

              I had recharged for rs.110/- on 3.7.18 through your app for my phone no.[protected] but inadvertently another number [protected]. When i checked with the other customer he refused to recharge or resend the amount. Then i sent one sms to 59109 wrc (Wrong no.[protected]) transaction id[protected] gadwtfhd6 (110) (Corret no.[protected]it said that no keyword mismatch. Enter proper mismatch.

              Today i met the officials at ambattur office they also tried but said helpless. Pl help me by recharging my phone [protected].

                Hello ther, this is to inform that there is a tower just outside my bedroom window which has a generator which is noisy as anything and thereby has made my life a living hell. Moreover the tower is now in a fully residential area and now acts as a health hazard. It is therefore requested to your goodself to remove the generator asap.                   Its app stole my money.

                  I say stole because it took my money (Evidenced by money being withdrawn from my bank account), said the transaction failed (Thus did not give me a transaction id), and then every avenue i tried to reach out to was run by automated systems so there was no personalized care or anyone who could actually respond to my request for refund appropriately.

                  Through email: the automated service kept asking for the same details that i kept telling it i did not have (I. E. The transaction id), and there was no way to connect to a human being to discuss this, it seems

                  Through fb: again, automated system

                  Through phonecall: impossible

                  They're not giving my money back. And it's not theirs to keep. That is stealing.

                        The bill you have sent to is not belongs to me i am staying in maharashtra and the billing address is of indore. I should not be telling it to you... But unfortunately you don't pay any attention to the customer need to verify name of the customer, address, email, cell no. The bill before sending it to customer.

                            On 25 jun 18 i upgraded my plan from 649 to 799 with the aim to add my child number [protected] which otherwise was a prepaid number and working fine. However, the number was added but no data was allocated or wasn't available for use for 4 days i was then advised by the airtel customer care to disconnect the child plan on [protected]. Once i disconnected this number from the family plan on 29 jun an automatic 399 postpaid plan was active and began working fine.
                            I thus readded this number to child plan and hain the data on family plan wasn't available for browsing.
                            Request resolve to ensure that i get data to use in my child number [protected] while in family plan.

                            The complaint is ordinary but the customer support services seem to have no idea as to how data on the number [protected] is unavailable despite a 4G network on display. The calling from number is OK .

                                  I got a message from aiterl that you're activated lifestyle Dressing room pack..and they deducted 35rs without my permission..what is happening..I called to customer care both 121 and 198 it is not working properly..AIRTEL made big disappointment..

                                  This is not good for a company like airtel, customers wants to feel safe with your network.. service is worst...

                                  I can't able to make a call to customer care..I didn't expect this from Airtel.

                                    From last 7 days we all from gua area, unable to use internet facility. Speed of internet is about 15kbps. Insteed of 4g volte network, we the people of gua waiting for a better service from airtel. Do needful as early as possible. Earlier it works at a speed up to 2.5 mbps. Presently we have only two network in our area. First one is bsnl and other one is only airtel.

                                      I've contacted Airtel in February 18 and was promised that network related work is going on in my area. However, it hasn't been the case and there just providing fake promises to me.

                                      I've called them today and I received the same response I received in February 18.

                                      I've network problems in my area where in network fluctuates a lot.. I'm unable to access data smoothly and call drops in between as the network goes in middle of a call and I have to call back again to the concerned person.

                                      Sometimes the data speed is less than 2G speed and I'm paying more than what I use.

                                      Airtel recharges are always costly when compared to other providers and their assurance is such a ### to digest.

                                      I want this matter sorted at the earliest so that I and other customers in my area don't continue to face the same problem..

                                      No one complaints about the parachute been faulty..that doesn't mean all parachutes are perfect.

                                        I AM very much upset due to your Airtel service (121). This is my first time, I am not happy with your airtel services. Absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience with Airtel Customer care.

                                        Its almost 4 days (complained on 1/07/2018) my data stopped working (have 35GB balance). Have changed the sim to new sim and checked with other sim to find if there are issues with my handset, there is no issue at all.
                                        As per the updates from customer care issues raised with the network team and they are working on that. When I contacted 515, received a SMS stating there is no complaint registered for your Airtel.

                                        I have repeatedly called up Customer Care and they have always given me false hopes that it will be either fixed in half an hour or by evening or tomorrow etc. There has be no call-back from your organization giving me any sort of assurance or update on the status.

                                        This is indeed real pathetic and pain staking attitude shown by your organization towards your customers.
