The fraud network.. Airtel charging me incorrectly. Please requesting every one who are using post paid airtel check your bill properly. These cheaters are making maximum from people. I came across this when i saw roaming usage in my bill. Again i requested to remove all boosters from my number on 16th june, the # cs guy told yes i removed. But till now these packs are activated. I got the bill for both the boosters when i ask, they are telling its flat rental if you use it for one day also you have to pay. So you dumb guys did not remove the booster and again in next cycle i have to pay for this one? Why? Any one knows where to complain for this kind of fraudulent things done by airtel? Please check your bill before making any payment. Never trust airtel

    I received a message few days back that funny zone is activated again. I did not activate any service anytime. It is not the first time as few days back comedy munch service was activated for rs 5. I did deactivate the service by calling 155223. But the service gets activated automatically.
    Seriously disappointed! Please take action and solve my problem. My number [protected]

      Hello,

      Cumer id:[protected]

      My account was suspended for a long period.

      Today 1:34pm, i got a call from the mobile number [protected].

      She asked me, why do not you recharge your airtel dth?

      She said to me, "if you will recharge with rs. 200 or higher, you will get ten 2 and ten 3 channels as free. This is a world cup offer."

      She also said that, we will add these channels if you will do recharge within 10 minitue.

      As per that lady's direction, i recharged my account immediately with rs. 250.

      But i could not watch these channels after this recharge.

      What is this? You are making fake calls for cheating your customers?

      I called to your customer care 12150 after this recharge. They replied that, this offer not available here on airtel. That call may be fake.

      If this offer is not fake and their information is not cheating, why did not add these channels?

      I am going to quit from airtel dth permenantly after this account validity date. I will not recharge.

      If this information is fake, i do not want this airtel dth connection.

      If not fake, add these channels.

      I want an answer about this fake call. You must investigate about this matter.

          There are no network bars in all airtel devices. Messages and calls are not coming neither going and its not only happening in one mobile phone that supports airtel but in three mobile phones.
          Its been happening lately, before[protected] it was working just fine but now calls are not coming or going.
          Need a quick solution so i don't have to change my network provider

            Why my services are barred despite of making payment?
            I have done a payment of rs. 555 /- on 29/06/2018 immediately as my services are barred temporarily and my outstanding is rs. 0 /- now.
            Still my services are not active. I have already logged a complaint for the same on 30/06/2018, they said it within 2 days services will get activated. Is this some kind of joke. Airtel is the popular brand and services like this from there side is never expected. I am a very old airtel user but i think i have to move to other network because the service like this is never accepted. Its a torture and i feel like a beggar to make a call in emergency from others mobile. Whats the use using an post paid.

              Hi. I'm a registered user for volte beta testing. But according to the norms i haven't received 30 gb data. First 10 gb after registration and rest 20 gb after completion of feedbacks. I didn't get any of the data. While checking on the beta page i see my number register for the same but no history of any data transferred in my account. Please help me resolve this. Thanking you in advance.

                4g data connection, mobile data shows 4g but, a small exclamation (!) mark appears in the network icon and internet does not work.
                Even if i set preferred connection as 3g network, after a while 4g gets connected automatically.

                Other airtel users in my area have no problem with the data connectivity.
                I tried using other sim cards (Airtel 4g) in my mobile it works fine,
                I tried getting new sim card still no change.

                  Hello sir/mam,
                  In april 2018, i had complaint 3 times regarding fraud transaction from my bank account using some airtelmoney mumbai code. 5, 000 rs were debited from my sbi bank account on 14 march 2018 with some code as othpg[protected] airtelmoney mumbai. I had complaint on 17 april 2018 with complaint id 1929011. I had also made complaint on 28 april 2018.
                  Till now i have not got any reply regarding my complaint from your company.

                  Kindly resolve my complaint as much soon as possible and refund my amount. Details of transaction were attached with previous complaints. I am again attaching details with this complaint also.
                  Provide me any information on my mail id given below with my name.

                    I think i have done some crime after taking airtel dth after removing dish tv.

                    Pathetic service, last week also registered complaint but no one has turned up only i received call from executive that i am coming in 1 he 2 hrs. Again facing the same issue from yesterday that we can't even see television on sunday even because of your pathetic services.

                    Let me tell u that i have registered 1 final call today again i really want it to be attend on top most priority or else u have left no option for me to take u on twitter or facebook page.

                      My sim is not activating. I lost my sim 2 months ago and i go to airtel store and get a airtel duplicate sim and they said it is been acyivate in 4 hours but that is not activated in 24 hours and again i go many of time wasting upto 200 rs in purchaising duplicate sim i have urgent work by this number and my airtel sim is not activating after taking more then12duplicate sim and more than 2 months so i am worried about this i have more then 5 airtel sim in my hone by this inconveince if my sim is not activated i will port all the sim in other networks.

                            I have been charged rs.99 for "lifestyledressingroom" and rs.6 for "apps club" reducing my prepaid balance to 0.68 paise.

                            I have not subscribed for eitherof the services.

                            What is worse when i send stop message to 1552230 as directed, it comes back with the reply which service you want to stop listing the 2 services.

                            However when i try to send an option to stop, it invariably says "invalid option".

                            I am a poor pensioner getting less than rs.2000 per month income and i cannot simply afford to throw away rs105 from my prepaid mobile balance.

                            I request airtel to immediately cancel my compulsory subscribtion to these two services and refund my money.

                            I also request airtel to desist from subscribing me for unwanted services and charging me to boot for them.

                              Hi, i shifted from jio to airtel through mnp. Both sim cards aren’t working now after airtel got in. I get lot of emails from airtel about bills and procedures but i don’t have network. I complained to them and they don’t seem to care - just sending their regular response. So many days without network this is my primary phone i couldn’t do anything without it.

                                Is it your fastest network as you say to all... I am not satisfied with your network. If my others mobile bill is due than you suspended my present airtel no which is [protected]. My old mobile [protected] amount has been paid which was 1135. And after this amoun when called to your customer care no satisactory refly was given. They said i have to wait for another 2-3 days for getting my number work. Now my question is if i have paid that amount from your airtel shop then why did not you updated it at the same time... Second thing neither your network is able to resolve network issue and data issue which i am facing since 5 to 6 month at the place of my stay. Now please tell me where is your fastest network which you claim... Please resolve my issue... My no [protected] is barred. Please help me out as i have faced a lot of problem. Thanks

                                  Its been more than 2 days that internet speed is very very slow. I cn understand that net speed cn be slow for one day but hw can it be more than 2 days. This is worse. I am not being able to connect to anything. I am planning to change my network to other operators. Been loyal for more than 7 years and this is one of the worst kind of experience i had. My number is [protected].

                                    I was not getting the signal for airtel and from last 6 months i am calling airtel but they are fail to resolve the issue and on top of that they are disconnecting the call and then i started mailing them from last two months, still the issue persist, now i am being charged the rental for no services and they are charging me the rental every month. Then i was told to visit the airtel store and change the sim and i went there and took a day off my work. I was told that in 4 hours the new sim will work but it never happned, then again i send my husband and they said that come with your wife and again i took a day off my work and they took all the details and again gave me the surety that in 4 hours the sim will activate. But again the same and i went again, it was quite harassing. Then i got the call again and i was told that i will get the rental rebate for 6 months and some senior will call me, i have not received the call and i have mentioned in my complaint that i will not pay for such poor services. I got many calls and every one made false promises and they admit that there is the service issue and i said that then why i am being charged.
                                    Being as the customer i was exploited by airtel and they are charging me for no services.
                                    I have the chain mail from last two months and even the recordings to prove many things. Today a girl associate called me and i am having the recording also i asked her why i am being charged for no service and she said i have to pay i said send me the mail in written so that i can take legal action and she said i am free to do so. Kindly help me and i need the compensation for all this harrasment. My husband took day's off his work for this issue.

                                      The number was dissconnected due to old data card number due payment actually i'm not taken any data card from airtel some agency done the fraud and activated it's used by another person then i took new sim card just one month back i'm paying the bill also the due date it's on 15th but i got message like below now i lost my business who will be the responsible for this

                                      Namaste! You have rs.2148 due for payment on your old airtel mobile number[protected]. Please pay rs.2148 immediately to resume service on your current airtel mobile number.

                                      This is the big fraud did from airtel

                                        I have an airtel active 4g internet pack and mi 4 which is a 4g handset. I always get only 2g internet speed. When i called the airtel customer care, they always say that their networking team is working on the issue and they will. Resolve it soon. But nothing is happening. My money is getting ruined in the name of internet and providing such a worst service. I am fed up of the service from airtel. Kindly take strict action against airtel.
