Being a customer since nearly 5 years i was highly satisfied with your service. But since last week i am unnecessarily being harassed as you are debiting my balance in the name of various packs which definitely i have not activated. More then 100/ rupees have been debited and now my balance has declined to 3/ rupees. I will silently move to some other network as you have done robbery in broad daylight. Thank you airtel & probably goodbuy...

    Namkeen pack with a validity of 3 days got activated to my airtel number. Immediately after the sim was recharged. Rs 15 has been deducted from my account. This has happend not only once but several times. As soon as i recharge my account this namkeen pack gets activated without any warning. Please ask them to deactivate at once. I wouldn't be interested in any value added services

      I have been using airtel for over 3 years now. But the way the company treats its customers is pathetic.
      They can't even provide 70kbs with their 4 g network and their 3g network is non existent.
      I am currently in aurangabad, maharashtra for 3 months and i'm now seriously considering shifting to a different service as i need a internet connection.
      Truly speaking this company doesn't deserve the amount of business it gets. It has made them lazy and unresponsive and it deserves all the loses it will get in the future.
      Even as i write this, this network is not able to load a video in 144p.
      What else can i say about india's 'fastest ' 4g network.

          Today i recharged with rs 424 in the morning. Everything was working good before recharge. But after recharge channels are not coming and showing error code-6. I have already contacted customer care for 5 times since morning and each time i got different solutions from customer care guys. It seems they are making fun out of the customer.

          Can airtel dth team check and resolve this issue or take your dabba and refund me for your garbage?

            Dear sir,

            I made a recharge on wrong number ([protected]) for inr 448 using amazon pay. After that i recharged correct number ([protected]) again as it was too urgent.

            Then i approached amazon and airtel both in next 5 minutes but both said they can not help me on this.

            Please get my money reverted in my amazon pay as a paid using amazon pay balance.

            I kindly request amazon / airtel to address my issue and get my problem solved.

              Airtel me 399 ka recharge krwaya lekin net chal hi nhi rha. Customer care wale keh reh ki thik kr rhe h lekin kb tk hoga bta nhi rhe. Daily ka 1.4gb data use hi nhi kr pa rha. Ab ye keh rhe ki tumhare area me 4G network hi nhi h. Or keh rhe aapne chek krke recharege karana tha. Jbki inki website pr 4G net available bta rha is area me. Or agr 4G nhi h to km se km 3G to chalna chahiye

                Am facing problem of call drop or call ended automatically from last 1 month. Sometimes call didn't connect, and sometimes i can't able to receive call but in message it shows miss call. I complained earlier about that but the progress is at its resting place (Zero).
                I even not able to make call during emergency time.
                I hope someone gonna listen my problem n take appropriate required action.

                  I would like to raise a formal complaint in regards to my Airtel Prepaid connection - Number deactivation. My airtel number has been deactivated since last few weeks and I have been following up with airtel customer service for more than a week without any success. I have contacted airtel customer service on Phone, went directly to the Airtel showroom and also seeked assistane on the twitter handle. I haven't got any update on the next course of action to get my Airtel number back. Airtel customer care ask me to go to showroom and in turn they ask me to contact cutomer care online. It is going in circles and the case is not progressing Could you please advise on the process to register a formal complain on this issue?

                    Since last month im facing issue with my bill & rental. I have opted the plan of rs.399 with 6 months discount of rs.100, which git expired last month.
                    I raised a mnp request but your ghys called up & said they will waive additional rs.100+18gst from my bill & keep active 100rs. discount for next 1 year. I was agreed & make the payment to continue the service.
                    But this month you guys had sent me bill with the same rental & also added last month waive off money rs.118. I had complaint on 29th june then your floor support jaikrishna committed that the last month & this month add. charge total rs.236 will waive off & also activate 100rs. Rental for one year in next 48 hours also i will get a call to confirm the same but still the chargea not waived off also plan not discounted. Im no longer want to be a airtel user, kindly disconnect my no. Im mot going to pay single extra penne over my regular charges & disconnect my no.
                    Im fed up with airtel never suggest anyone to take your connection, you guys are worst to fulfill commitment.

                      I have recharged my number [protected] with recharge of 49 rupees from paytm with details as 1. Operator Reference Number:[protected]. Recharge number: [protected] 3. Date & Time of order: 03-Jul-2018.
                      I havent received any confirmation or balance update. This has happened to me like 100 of times .You people dont have terms and condition clear. Its for one day validity, and ofcourse we cannot contact you directly and you will contact back when whole story is over. You are in industry of providing services to customer not robbing off them from their hard earned money. I would really like to hear soon from your representative

                        Sir/madam,
                        I've recharged my prepaid mobile no [protected] with 92 rupees for 6GB data-7days on 6.00pm TransID [protected]. But i didn't get 6GB data. I've checked through *121*51# and my airtel app both showing that 1.4 GB screenshots attached (my present pack is 509/- 1.4gb daily data 90days) even I've approached customer care 4 times they said to raise complaint and their answers are in irresponsible manner.
                        I've attached all the screenshots So kindly look on this issue and solve the issue at earliest possible.

                          I have recharged my DTH connection with Rs. 125 at 14th Jun, 2018 through "My Airtel" android application and as per offers applied, I should get Rs. 100 cashback but more than 15 days left and till now I haven't received this cashback.

                          They don't have any support or email link in "My Airtel" application.

                          I have tried to call customer care number[protected] which is given at https://www.airtel.in/personal/money/contact-us but its not working.

                          It says "Please check the number you have dial"

                          So I have to file complain here.

                            I was using Airtel Fixed line when I was in chennai and when I sent a request to disconnect, nobody cared. After a month, they have agreed to disconnect the connection. I have billed for this entire duration and the customer care supervisor Mr. Karthik (interaction ID[protected] dares me to take action. This is pathetic.
                            I want to the issue to be solved and action to be taken against Mr. Karthik.

                              I have decativated an hello tune amount which i did not like.
                              And choose another one. However the amount was deducted from both.

                              How to get back the additional amount that was deducted?
                              As it is supposed to be refunded after deactivating the hello tune.

                              So please put ut back to my airtel balance such that i can continue with your services.

                                I had recharged my airtel yesterday 2 July with Rs. 50 and an internet pack of 149. My balance shows 0.51. I haven't made any cells. I too received message my mobistore has been activated...to be precise this is the message:
                                MOBISTORE service has been renewed @ Rs 40.0 for 4day(s) from your Airtel Mobile. To deactivate, Call or SMS STOP to 155223.More services, click http://56789.airtel.in
                                I have never opted to this service.
                                What is happening and where does the money go?

                                  Inspite of forcefully making me change my prepaid sim ([protected]) to postpaid while porting, airtel has charged me a sum of rs 360 while converting again my postpaid back to prepaid. I didn't have any dues for previous month and also had nearly 12 days usage left with my previous payment. Such a money making process and cheating airtel does. Never ever i'm gonna recommend airtel to anyone. It's been always money loss for me using airtel sim.

                                    I am using Postpaid Connection plan ₹499/-. I am facing problems regarding Call dropping, No Internet Speed, network dropping to 2G, 3G which is disgusting.
                                    As I am complaining since 2weeks, but no response is coming from the Airtel.

                                    I pay my bill before time but Airtel services are very poor and no importance is given to there customers. I am irritated from Airtel connection and will surely PORT MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER CARRIER.

                                    From another carriers like VODAFONE, JIO, IDEA giving BEST SERVICE ON CHEAPER RATES.
                                    ASAP RESOLVE MY PROBLEM I[censored] VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS.

                                      This is to bring your notice that, i am facing

                                      huge issue with Poor Indoor Network coverage

                                      at residence Puranigudam Bhimargaon. Prior to

                                      this i made may complaints to Airtel for Poor

                                      Indoor Network coverage at residence .But

                                      every time my complaints was closed without my

                                      concern.I have been using my Airtel no since

                                      long time but now a days Airtel does not

                                      respond to customer concern at all.I used to

                                      recharge my no with Rs 448 which is my hard

                                      earn money and i am not getting value for

                                      that. Because once i entered in my room

                                      signals used to get shut down.

                                      Kindly look into the matter, if there is any

                                      hope of resolving the issue then please do it

                                      ASAP.i was so satisfied with the Airtel but m

                                      soon then I have to port my no.to some other

                                        Kind spam sms always receiving and customer care executives are helpless how can I stop such messages
