Today[protected] @ 01:49 PM, I received a call from[protected] representing Airtel Customer service. A Female customer Service executive who spoke to me regarding, activation of new HD Sports channels as a part of Airtel DTH Offer. I just refused the offer and advised I am NOT interested in any new activation.
Around 03:48 PM, I received 2 messages from ADAIRDTH (Airtel Message service) that HD Sports channel was activated and Stopped. I was shocked to see those messages. At once, I checked my Television, few more HD channels were activated without my concern.
When I tried calling the above number[protected] it was not reachable.
Later after unnecessary stress, I reached Airtel DTH Customer service representative. He told me that my last recharge was made on 17th June '18 and latest activation was made today 26th June. I clearly explained him that, After 17th June 2018, I NEVER made any new activation till date and also asked, without my concern how can you guys activate any new channel/Pack, later the CSR apologized & deactivated my HD Sports pack channels which was activated today by an Fraud agencies/ Mystery Airtel Customer Service.
I was really surprised, who was the lady representative who spoke to me at 01.49 PM ? And why She activated MY AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION plan without my concern ?
I have heard and faced several fraudulent activities from Airtel Communication. This was unimaginable !! Just think about the poor layman and senior citizens who are been cheated by this Corporate.
Whether She is an Airtel representative or an Third party agency or some other fraud company. Who are they ?
I beg you to address this issue on high priority and take appropriate action against the wrongdoers..

P.S: **More channels (SD or HD), More burning rate**
HD Channels has more burning rate than other Standard channels. When we activate HD channels, the validity days/Burning rate will be reduced drastically. As a result, the User DTH account balance will be reduced simultaneous and has to recharge the DTH before its due date.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have recharge in my private mobile number [protected], Rs, 98 3GB per/day for 28 days on 15 june 2018 and I can use only for two days and now my data is not visible when I check it.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible
