Hi,

I ported my nunber from vodafone to airtel 2 months ago. I complained several times about the bad network coverage and data rate but as tmsuch there was no resolution from on these issues. However now what i observed is really shocking they somehow linked another mobile number having some pending bill and asked me to clear it otherwise they will barred my services. Eventually they did so my number was barred on[protected] around 2 pm with no reason and since then this is like on&off.
I have complaint it several time ls but i am seeing no response from there side.
Please do help me on this.

    I have reacharge on my no [protected] of rs 448 but my no is not working.airtel is the worst company i have seen...even i cant talk to customer care of this company...this is the worst company...and i have 5 numbers of airtel and i will port to vodafone ...go to hell..worst network in the world...wastage of money in this network.and i want my port number

      I have forgotten my date of birth please help me to find my date of birth which I have registered in my Airtel number [protected]. I have called to customer care but my problem is not resolved they did not respond me properly, I have remembered my Mpin yet I am unable to reset my Mpin what should I do now I didn't understant...i am planning to send a copy to consumer court if my problem is not resolved and post to social media as well so that if anyone is thinking to use Airtel Payment Bank be aware of this fact . I have some money in my wallet and I am unable to recover it.

        My self manohar lal thakur, i want to port air tel postpaid number [protected] to reliance jio, i already send port request on dated 13/06/2018 and received reference number AI 781978, i have already discussed with AIRTEL representative many times through customer care and they told me that the said number within 72 hours, 48 hours . but neither port the said number nor any convey message this purpose to me . hence i request please look into the matter on priority basis otherwise i will proceed to court for legal action against AIRTEL authority.

          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 499 on 2nd july 2018 and received an sms with transaction reference bil*[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but displayed message airtel recharge not successful. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have using airtel since 7 years, and continuously encountered network issues . i have complaint several times but there is no redressal to my complaints.

          I used my number more than 5 years, I went to abroad that time my mobile number got deactivated, I connected everything for that mobile number only, Can you please reactivate my [protected] number

              Airtel dth is having worst service in this sector. I have complained thrice for not recieving signal but they are closing the complaints from service centre. They dont have a system to check the discrepencies caused by their own employees. And i am being charged for the days that i am not able to get signal. Recharge goes for a month and i have lost a weeks money without service. I have a tata sky connection also. Atleast they refund the money. But airtel is worst. Dont recommend it to anyone.

                अतः अतः इसकी जांच की जाए और ₹25 की जगह 100 रुपए क्यों लिया गया है उसकी पूछताछ करके मुझे ₹75 वापस दिलाए और इस पर एक्शन लिया जाए

                  I have never activated these services but time to time MVN games and Games Arena gets activated in my number and money is getying deducted on a regular basis. Rs 35 got deducted today. I want to deactivate these unwanted annoying services permanently and get my money back.I got the message given below:

                    Recently I am facing lot of issue with connectivity and internet data package.
                    I called airtel customer care number of Mumbai.
                    First of all its a long menu and unnecessary add promotion before you finally reach customer care.
                    I have selected my default language as "Marathi". Although the menu language is Marathi, the customer care people always speak in Hindi. Twice I asked them to transfer my call to someone who speaks Marathi and then they request to put your call on hold and then its on call with you just forcefully hearing their add promotion constantly. And after a long wait your call just ends abruptly.

                    I mean what???

                      On applying for a connection for a braodband and landline, I paid Airtel 1000 rupees which was never refunded. After a host of exchanges, their final response was that the executive was not from airtel and I could pursue legal action against the individual but not them. This after mutliple assurances that the connection would be given at the earliest. Did they not realize this earlier...

                        I have taken an airtel 4g hotspot and the speed seems to be very less. If i check the speed in the same laptop connecting my device and of my friend (Both using airtel 4g), i get half the download speed of what he gets. I have raised complient few times and it is not getting resolved. The mistake i did was to take the connection for 6 months. Its just 2 months now and i am struck with this device for another 4 more months.

                          My mobile number is [protected]. My previous plan was cug199, and had a data balance of 83gb. I enrolled into a new plan after purchasing an s9+ handset from airtel, and the new plan including my emi of 2799 rupees was activated on may 15th. As per the plan, i should be getting 80gb plus 10gb special data for six months.in the month of may and june, only 50gb was credited to my account. Why was a total of 90gb not credited per month for may and june, when you have collected the money for the same? Total gb that should be available to me is 263gb until june. The present data plan which is showing in my app is 182gb. There is a balance of 90gb data that should be credited to me, and this is until june.

                          I spoke to one of your customer care executives in the month of may regarding the data issue, they told me that the data would be credited to me in a day or two. This has not happened until date. When i called them today again, they have raised a new complaint and one of your executives from airtel customer care, called me at around 6:12 p. M. Today and told me that this issue has occurred due to some error from their end, and the plan was mistaken for something else and old data cannot be reviled for which i have paid if cant revise the data you have to refund the amount i paid other wise your are cheating me. Is this not an issue that raised from your side? And why should i be at loss for something that went wrong on your end? I should be receiving what i was promised and i have not, despite paying for it as well. Please see to it that the balance data comes to my account immediately or the refund of the same must be given.

                            30-june-2017 morning rs.75/- has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. When i enquired @ airtel customer support, i came to know that `lifestyle dressing room' is activated on my mobile number. I did not receive any call nor i activated any service.

                            Similar issue already happened to me on 26-may-2018

                            Since we feel that comparatively airtel is a secured network providing good service to it's customers, all my family members and many of my friends were using airtel for more than 10 years. No such things happened in previous years. But, now i came to know in my circle that so many people has lost their balance in the same way in recent times.

                            Some services automatically gets activated without the customer's knowledge and the amount is getting deducted. How could this be possible without the permission of the network service provider. These type of activities creates a negative opinion about airtel too.

                            These type of fraudulent is highly condemned.

                            We hope airtel will hold the responsibility and take immediate action against these services and refund our balance without delay.

                                Airtel customer care service very very very poor and very badly and irresponsibility...

                                So many times i was called to 198, 121, [protected] like this customer care service numbers but not connect to executive...

                                So pls improve your customer care service...

                                    I never asked for icon service activation. Airtel informed me through sms yesterday that this service was activated on my sim [protected] and i was deducted rs35/- for a week.

                                    I was totally shocked. This is brazen cheating. I don't even know what this icon service is supposed to be. Airtel should have first explained to us subscribers what it means and asked whether we want it or not.

                                    I want my 35 rupees reverted back to my account. Thanks

                                      I selected 599 postpaid plan for hotspot which is 4gb daily and additional of 8gb but in real they provided 12gb of data for some time and slow down the speed to 2g which is not connecting and working now. Very worst network but promotions saying very fast network. I tried so many times to customer care also and every one is singing the same song. No one is not trying to resolve the issue and resulting i don't have internet from saturday. It's all fake advertising and attracting the customers

                                        I’m currently residing in saudi as a part of job.

                                        On 30-jun-2018 my connection got deducted rs 99 saying “internation roaming rental of rs99 activated”.

                                        I did not request for any roaming packages and it was activated automatically. Kindly unsubscribe me from this automated international roaming service and refund back rs 99 to my main account.

                                        This is not at all acceptable when you deducting charges without any prior information, that too without requested by customer. As i;m staying abroad, these sort o[censored]nexpected deductions are shocking. Please don;t loose customers trust with airtel and take necessary action.
