Hello, i'm nitin. My transaction for the bill payment of rs.359 was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my account. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

This is not done for the first time. The next time also the amount is deducted and transaction is not take place.

You should resolve this issue as soon as possible...

I have tried to pay final bill of my recently cancelled airtel postpaid number [protected] with relationship number: [protected] twice using paytm. Once, using my hsbc credit card and second time from my hdfc bank account linked to paytm.

Transaction has been declined twice by
Airtel and i will get my money back into my account in 7-14 days.

This is completely not acceptable. Payment due date is 21 june....

I can't use Internet, I completed many time in customers care but there is no any response from your side, and when I call in customer care he said that give 7 working days your problem will be resolved and our site engineer will call you at locations but no budy contact me and now it is almost 3 months complete but my internet problem are same....

I have broken my airtel postpaid sim... Since i dont want to use... I have broken my sim 2years ago... But airtel company gave the connection with same number to someone else who is contantly disturbing me by phone calls even he also uses it in social sites... He is harassing me repeatedly.. His number is [protected]... So i want to complaint against it... Please stop giving the used number to anyone else......

First of all, i paid for all inclusive package for a year, which guarantees all hd channels. When i didn't get a particular hd channel (288) despite of paying for it, i raised service request[protected], which got closed down without my confirmation. When i asked customer care to reopen the same request, i was told its not possible, and they have to open a fresh one. This is usual tactic to avoid flagging of tickets, which takes longer resolution...

Worst experience in my life as an airtel customer.
I had linked my bank account with the airtel no.: [protected] by the virtue of which i receive all my important calls on this number but the airtel network is not arranging my call to many helpline numbers one of them is dena bank tollfree helpline number : [protected]
And also emergency helpline number : 104
I couldn't understand such a problem because i abled to call...

Samsung is giving built in airtel set top box in its smart tv but there is no proper service provided by airtel. They are unable to provide airtel digital tv connection even after 03 days of installation of tv. Without the airtel connection, the tv is useless. It's really disappointing. I contacted airtel right after the installation of the tv and was told that i will get the connection by the next day but even after several emails there...

I got my sim card no [protected] damaged and visited your outlet at mall road to get it replaced. But i am really very sorry to see the working of your staff perhaps one of worst i have ever encountered throughout my life. A certain months ago i bought a airtel broadband connection.in the beginning the service is aceeptable but now its service is not good as much as required. The landline do not work and wifi also not worked properly. It create many problems in my business organisation process and directly affect my goodwill. So it is a humble request please tak quickly action regarding this

Message came that your porting was successful but no in coming calls or messages from other users are not coming. Outgoing calls are coming and message is being set data is working properly but no incoming calls.
When some one calls me it is saying that "the number you have called is note valid please check the number dialed"

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible...

I used to have a call daily with the customer care where in they simply make fake promises eveytime that our engineer will be coming sooner however, nobody ever visited. Somehow one of the engineer named nikhil (Wakad, pune) came and after all examination said we have to change our cable...

Hi From yesterday Airtel Sim showing No service. Recently from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka i have shifted. so i have submitted documents last Saturday i.e.9 th June 2018 from circle change till now no update regarding number port. I called customer care and they are saying u number is still Andhra circle, we cannot pull any details....

I have recharged my airtel number from my airtel app yesterday with 399 they gave discount and 359 was paid from my bank to my airtel but the recharge was unsuccessful, still my money was not refunded to me. When i call customer service they are saying it will take about 7-10days, then what the hell is happening with this my airtel app it was disgusting! So many payment apps are refunding with in minutes, but this app taking 7days, again...

I have downloaded some 300 mb videos with previous day data usage limit i. E on 14.06.18 around 23.50, but along with 300mb previous day data excess 300 mb data consumed from next day data limit. We guys are keeping trust on airtel but this kinds of disgusting activities from trusted airtel provider makes very much uncomfortable. I have attached a photo showing that at 12.01 am data consumed is 330 mb. How is this possible?. I need an explanation...

I have been trying to deactivate my post paid connection account. The number is [protected].
I keep on paying bills. Though the account has been deactivated yet the bill keeps on coming.
Worst part is that the set of people employed to make calls are abusive and they get down to misbehaving.
I wonder is this the customer service airtel provides.
How can a customer executive isbehave? Aren't...

This is for your information i am using airtel postpaid connection from last two years. I had some due with the connection. Some of your executive contacted me and he reminded for outstanding. That time my outstanding 1400 change. N he said he will waved off the hidden charges and he said pay to rs.1045/- immediately i paid 1000/- on 8th of this month then out going got released again the same same day midnight sim...

I activated a plan for call rate 1p/sec (Airtel). But plan not worked then i call customer care then he said your phone in roaming so plan can't work.
Then i ask for any other way so i can use my main account balance (94). Operator said that if your account balance is 99 or above he can activate 99 rs plan from main balance.
But when i recharge my balance to 100 and call back to customer care then he/she refused to do so.br...
