Complaint against airtel services and the ph. No. [protected],

I was not getting the signal for airtel and from last 6 months i am calling airtel but they are fail to resolve the issue and on top of that they are disconnecting the call and then i started mailing them from last two months, still the issue persist, now i am being charged the rental for no services and they are charging me the rental every month. Then i was told to visit the airtel store and change the sim and i went there and took a day off my work. I was told that in 4 hours the new sim will work but it never happned, then again i send my husband and they said that come with your wife and again i took a day off my work and they took all the details and again gave me the surety that in 4 hours the sim will activate. But again the same and i went again, it was quite harassing. Then i got the call again and i was told that i will get the rental rebate for 6 months and some senior will call me, i have not received the call and i have mentioned in my complaint that i will not pay for such poor services. I got many calls and every one made false promises and they admit that there is the service issue and i said that then why i am being charged.
Being as the customer i was exploited by airtel and they are charging me for no services.
I have the chain mail from last two months and even the recordings to prove many things. Today a girl associate called me and i am having the recording also i asked her why i am being charged for no service and she said i have to pay i said send me the mail in written so that i can take legal action and she said i am free to do so. Kindly help me and i need the compensation for all this harrasment. My husband took day's off his work for this issue.
