On 1st june 2018 i have installed airtel broad band and today is 25th june out of this 25th day the net connectivity is not available whole 8 days and for this i have lodged complain with airtel nodal agency.
And for this connection i have paid advance to rs. 2480/-

Now i do not use such type of connection.

My office work was totally depended on net so i have to buy another connection.

Now i request you please advise airtel for refund my whole amount

मेरे airtel नम्बर पर आफर था 99 रुपये में अनलिमिटेड कॉल और 28 gb data 28 दिनों के लिए जो कि मैंने 15 जून 2018 को रिचार्ज कराया था जिसके हिसाब से मेरा प्लान 12 जुलाई 2018 को समाप्त होना चाहिए लेकिन आज एयरटेल की तरफ से msg और call आया कि मेरा प्लान आज ही 24 जून को समाप्त हो रहा है । इन्होंने मुझे धोखा दिया ।।

It is rediculous that some ph calls come on my ph no ...which are unkonwn..and they talk filthy words...what the hell!![protected] is an example..plz take necessary steps ...
No resolution and reply for my complaint.
I have recharged my number for internal roaming and paid Rs.3997, however roaming is not yet activated

    They are cheating me from around 1 week they deduct my data balance. and last time on 25 Jun they told me that data was used at 4:00 am which totally unexpected and can't be possible they are lieing to me. Sort this matter as soon as possible.as well my phone and installed app does not says that I have used that much of data .

      Today I received a call from Airtel Sales Team on vodafone number. She was asking me to convert to airtel postpaid while I already have an airtel post paid connection. I told her about the pathetic service airtel provides and planning to change airtel to jio or any other service she has been very rude saying I live in a rural area and cannot expect better service from airtel. The fact is I live in city but since she was not able to handle the call she thought it will be better to insult the customer than giving proper advise. This call could have been recorded and I can share the landline number from where I got this call. First of all the airtel service is horrible, despite of so many complaints nobody is bothered to take action and top of it is the horrible customer support team/sales team who do not even have common sense to speak. I waited all these days hoping the airtel service would get better but after this call I am definitely going to change my postpaid airtel connection to some other network.

      And the other thing I want to share is have some respect towards customers, people say they are not interested in your service, stop making calls on other number each and everyday. Just because you want to increase your sales, doesn't mean that you call the same customer each and everyday and bugging them. If someone is not interested and requests you to unlist their contact no from your data you better do that.

        A rate cutter service has been automatically activated to my airtel no. [protected]. I was charged rs. 99 for the unwanted offer. The price of the rate cutter is rs. 99 which was deducted from my prepaid balance without my consent. I want to deactivate the rate cutter service and get back my balance of rs. 99. Please help me to get back my rs. 99. I am looking forward to a positive action from airtel on this issue.

          On 11/6/18 balance was rs.300/-. From 12th inwards unauthorized spam airtel messages from airtel a$-tfarot deducting every 1-2 hours sms charges from.50 paise to rs.2 totaling to almost rs.10 on an average per return resulting in my balance coming down to 218 and my hard earned money is deducted unauthorized way.

          I would request your goodself to kindly look into this and arrange to refund rs.80/- deducted from my airtel prepaid balance from my mobile no. [protected]

          I am from kakori, district Lucknow. Network connection & even calling connection both are terrible since long in this region.

            I have been facing airtel network issue s in my location ie. Mg nagar kanakar bagh patna 800026 from last 5 days. I have called to customer care numbers of times even visited airtel store twice but they did not seems to be responsive at all.
            I would compliant about airtel network because the reason is giving wrong information about sim issue and giving wrong information from customer care
            service. i would mention about her name and her id as below.

            Call is not going to connect and if by mistaken call gets connected then it will auto disconnect in some seconds, no use of airtel 4G, we are getting 2G networks after paying for 4G.
            for how long will we suffer????

              I have been struggling to get a proper network and data connectivity on my prepaid number [protected].
              Multiple complaints lodged and no proper remediation provided.

              Area of residence in bangalore : kamakshipalya (Pin 560079)- here too i had attempted to notify my problems but they only said they will upgrade towers and networks here but never happened and i gave up my follow ups.

              Currently i have been attempting to get my problems in my office area addressed where data and network randomly fluctuate and go blank and switch between no network, 2g and 4 g. (Location of office : mahadevapura pin 560048)

              I have been told that its an indoor issue and i have no idea to fix my indoors as its an office bang in the main road.
              And also they informed me that the back end team has forwarded my query to survey team under #[protected] for which i was told none in the airtel as an organization can provide a time limit or eta on when the required upgrades will be done to improve the reported issues. Which means my problem is unresolved but still the 2 complaints i have lodged are closed.

              And also upon speaking to a said hemanth kumar who said he was the supervisor, insisting that he was the last level of escalation available on the phone and i could not escalate further as the issue that was reported to survey has no deadlines and none from the complete organization of airtel can provide me an answer to it.

              He mentioned my next level for to lodge a complaint on the airtel website which is useless to me as it only gives faqs of common issues and no option to lodge a complaint for my problems faced.

              Airtel as a service provide has failed to address, resolve or provide a resolution to the problems reported.

              Please advice on how to go about it.

              I used stop the net 11:56 pm but my blanced detect 430 rs and when i call customer care he want say u used 12:30 am internet using and 140 mb data use but msg show me 10 mb data used

              It started on15/06/2018, number is [protected] it started at evening when i was calling my friend it just made a beep sound and the call ended.from 15th till date now i had not called anyone.
              When ever I recharge, immediately i get a message GAMESMARKET service has been renewed @ Rs. 35.0 for 6 days from your airtel mobile. all the recharged amount is lost. My number is prepaid [protected]. Kindly deactivate once for all.
              I had made a payment to Airtel from my HDFC Account for Rs 884 on 7th June 2018 for my broadband connection No 48900034, Bangalore. However today I have received a call from Airtel asking me to pay the amount due as they have not received it.
              Airtell is providing 20 GB data in 500 rupees monthly plan. While we cannot use even 100mb data per day.
              We have high network issues in our village. our area pincode is 335073
              we have a very low 2G network and if we need to call even then also we have to go to the roof to call. so please scan our location and resolve our network issue and give our area the best 4G NETWORK

                With due respect I([protected]) and my family are in airtel since a long time... But this time I am dissapionted with airtel ...As previously I had my number in Delhi circle and approx 4 months ago I have ported my number to rajasthan circle... now the best offers provided to me are of delhi circle and are not applicable to my number...even my airtel app is showing that there are no special offers for my number...even *121*1# is also showing that we are unable to process the request... Now please tell what to do...how to apply these offers send to me via sms... sms of offer are attached in attachment section...

                  I have poted my sim from 3g to 4g and i went to airtel store in jagraon ekta communication regal market jagraon and they took 100 rupees from me to port this sim from 3g to 4g where i got message of free porting my no. Is [protected] and i want my money back or i will case on this ekta communication and i had also told them to give me this sim free but they said that we took 100 from each coustmers and they also told that ask from every shop and i asked from 2 - 3 shops and they told me that 1 took 20 ₹ another 50₹ and last told 30₹ and iwant my money back otherwise i will case on airtel as well as on ekta communication in high court

                    I have been struggling like hell since friday (22 june'18), i was unable to receive any incoming calls and internet usage, and being a working women and this as my primary number ([protected]) is hindering my work.

                    I went to nearest airtel customer service center, aecs layout, in front of brookfield mall, bangalore. They checked and told me that the incoming services are inactivated and activated the same, it still did not work so they advised to take a new sim card instead, which they activated on the spot.

                    Even after changing the sim card, i was unable to receive incoming or internet.
                    I went again to the same service center and your employee named keshav, lokesh and team behaved like hooligans and refused to take the request, for which i have a video, later on which resulted in my number deactivation and when i asked, will you check whats the issue, they said we will only resolve the issue if we will delete the video.

                    I dont think that they have any rights to deactivate my number.

                    This is not the first time i am facing issues with my airtel number. Last time also, 3 months back i chased airtel for 1 month to get the things in place.

                    I hope this will be taken on priority and reasonable actions are taken on time.

                    Now i don't have access to my number, its deactivated. Earlier ateast outgoings were possible after i have the video i error oncall that my doesnot exist

                        I have air tel post paid connection with add on card, both are rs 999 yearly packages, one is due in april payable in may and other is due in september payable in october. Both i renewed on due dates. But in may 18 bill, again i was billed with rs 999+999 for both the numbers. On constant persuasion and with agony explaining to each of the calls received for the last 20 days i fed with this type explanations. At last they have with drawn only 999 for one main number and for add on number which is due only in september 18 it is still not withdrawn. I am fed up with this type of billing and explanations. Pl do the needful.

                          This is a copy of the email i sent a couple of days back to [protected]@in. Airtel.com based on my conversation with airtels customer care.
                          Reads as below-

                          Dear sir,

                          I am using a post paid connection on an apple iphone. I have raised a complaint few weeks back stating that the outgoing sms facility is not working on my airtel. The complaint reference number is[protected].

                          Now for the past 2 days, i’m not getting on & off airtel signal and my phone says “ no-service ” from time to time.

                          I am currently in chennai and i visited a local store for sim replacement. They requested me to send this email. Could u please help me in issuing a replacement sim at a local airtel store in chennai.

                          This is because, the airtel store people informed me that a new sim will be couriered to me since it’s in the name of my company. But i am not in a position to wait for 3-4 days to get a new sim since i need my phone to use.

                          Kindly send a reference number regarding this, which i can show to the airtel store in chennai to get my sim replaced. Kindly treat this as priority because if i have to wait for 3-4 days to get a courier of a new sim, i will close my airtel connection and transfer my number to an alternate network today.

                          The reply i got from airtel is as follows:

                          Dear customer,

                          Greetings from airtel!

                          This is in reference to your email for a new airtel mobile connection.

                          I am delighted to know that you are interested in our service.

                          As mandated by department of telecommunication, to purchase a mobile connection you will need to submit the below stated documents along with the subscriber enrollment form. It is important that the proof of address and proof of identity are verified by you in person. Kindly keep the documents handy.

                          Ufff! Where did i request for a new connection? How can airtel reply even without reading my email.

                            I have no network at all since afternoon and your # airtel stores are shut down at sundays but you provide problems 24x7 you just need to solve my problem right now it's frustrating no network at all in my phone with airtel sim only when i tried with other sim cards they are ready to use can you imagine a day without using phone but having it in my pocket so many calls had come and my business has been shut down by you people today?

                              Signal lost from 2pm kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and make the network fix at the earliest and do needful, signals getting disconnected every 2 days and this is the first time the network is making so much of issue and getting irritated to the customer so kindly review the issue and do needful as the earliest

                                No network coverage in my phone. I am fed up with this connection. Kindly solve this prob or i will have to shut down this network totally. I am facing this problem on regular intervals. Once a month this prob is faced by me and there is no network in my phone, no phone calls are made and if the call is made by chance to then no voice can be heard on either side.

                                  The internet is bloody slow. Literally goes down to 500 bytes per second. Bytes per second. I get much faster 2g internet speed on #ing bsnl.
                                  And this only happens when i'm trying to download or upload files. When i'm not using any internet hungry apps, the speed spikes up to 200 kbps.
                                  This is affecting my work very very adversely. Such # service. # all network. I swear if i lose a job it's because of this stupid #ing network.

                                    I am unable to view channels after doing recharge of amount ₹357 on you people prescribed plan on 22nd june 2018. We people are crazy for fifa world cup but we are unable to view channels. How disheartening fact it is. And when i complained on same to customer care dept, first of all they are asking me to wait for 1 hr. After completing 1hr when it is not resolved, i have been asked to either recharge or to wait for 48hrs.
                                    This is not d first time that i have been harrassed

                                        After complaining to the airtel representative, they accept that the money has been deducted but they didn't provide the reason for my bal dedection..and also there behavior was not satisfactory...
