I have been struggling like hell since friday (22 june'18), i was unable to receive any incoming calls and internet usage, and being a working women and this as my primary number ([protected]) is hindering my work.
I went to nearest airtel customer service center, aecs layout, in front of brookfield mall, bangalore. They checked and told me that the incoming services are inactivated and activated the same, it still did not work so they advised to take a new sim card instead, which they activated on the spot.
Even after changing the sim card, i was unable to receive incoming or internet.
I went again to the same service center and your employee named keshav, lokesh and team behaved like hooligans and refused to take the request, for which i have a video, later on which resulted in my number deactivation and when i asked, will you check whats the issue, they said we will only resolve the issue if we will delete the video.
I dont think that they have any rights to deactivate my number.
This is not the first time i am facing issues with my airtel number. Last time also, 3 months back i chased airtel for 1 month to get the things in place.
I hope this will be taken on priority and reasonable actions are taken on time.
Now i don't have access to my number, its deactivated. Earlier ateast outgoings were possible after i have the video i error oncall that my doesnot exist
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Received bill on 27 June 2018 and the website http://www.airtel.in/personal/mobile/enter-mobile-number-inactive is not accepting .78 [seventy eight paisa] so 102 rupees are paid for Airtel Mobile [protected] and Airtel account number as [protected].
On 27 June 102 rupees are paid through above link and details are given below :

Can you confirm that 102 rupees are paid and the above account and number does not have any dues and closed.
