I, Laxmi Narayan, Had a connection of airtel landline before. I was using it from past 3 years since Jio came.
So I told airtel cc To hold my connection, and then never I used their service.
In month of March, they called me to disconnect my airtel connection, I told them go ahead just disconnect it. And then they offered me 1 month free service so I said yes to reactivate.
Then later on, no services were given by them instead of attaching bill amount of March in April billing cycle which was meant to be free.
Before hold, I was having a due of 159 ₹ then they charged me approximately 2400 ₹ in just two months after reactivation according to them..
Now They are Harassing Me Day by day for bill settlement from[protected] or many phone no.s which I've never used their service for. Also Vivek Airtel Cc told me we are going to harass me until I pay their dues.
In legal way, I've only 159 ₹ to pay instead they are demanding 800 ₹.
Also many times I've told them, I could pay 159 ₹ if want otherwise don't harassing me regarding this..
I m asking you Where I could file a harassment case against Airtel company or hoping to sort my problem thru you.
To Airtel, If After this you will call me I'll definitely put you in horrible circumstances that you will have to pay in real.

Hello, i recharged my mobile no 9958230660 on 23 of march but at that time the mobike app of airtel was having some technical gluch and it was not working and it was not working even for 4-5 hours and my transaction was not getting completed so i recharged more then once initially i thought that my debit card or credit card is creating this problem, may be the gateways of these cards are not working properly but the actual issue was with the airtel app so i recharged 3 times of rs 509 which has a 90 days plan, two times with my axis bank credit card and 1 time with my icici debit card, one transaction got accepted and second one they gave it back i got the refund of 509 rs of one transaction for which i did from my axis bank account and the one transaction which i did from icici debit card they took it and never gave it back. On tge very same day i called the 198 no of complaints and they told me and confirmed me that one transaction which got accepted is currently on the run for 90 days and after the finish of this plan the recharge of other 509 rs recharge of icici debit card will start automatically and i dont have to recharge again that means i will be having 180 plan as per then but yesterday my plan of 90 days got finish up and i was waiting as when the second 509rs plan is going to start but when it didnt i called 198 one more time and now they told me as sir you recharged your account twice and one got recharged and the other one we took it because you gave it to us and i have the proof as recording of this phone call and even i have the recording of that phone call also which i made to 198 on 23 of march when they said as the second plan will aoto start automatically, so i juat want my money back of 509 rs which i did from icici debit card and which they took and now not returning.
