Number [protected] barred for not paying bill for another no. I was given plan for 4 months for [protected] of rs.2000 total. Once 4 months completed automatic rs.2000 per month plan was activated. This is clear cheating to customer to give attactive plans and charge them enormously without informing. Now customer care is harrasing me and asking me to pay 4500 to activate my current no. As this no bill not paid my no [protected] barred. And pathetic responses im getting from customer. 1 person said pay 1000 i will settle and activate. Once i paid it did not still get activated and another person says pay 2600 and settle. Itd sad how an old customer who never has defalted is being harresed like this.

    This is to draw your attention that the my number blocked by ndnc-airtel/trai without any information and without any commercial/wrong use, it is autocracy by telecom company and trai, the number is [protected] and it was very old number.

    If you really help the consumer and you are requested to pl do the needful and stop of autocracy which is being made by airtel/trai.

      I recharge my airtel no on 25/06/2018 of Rs 399- online The airtel app shows for 84 days & after i recharge its shows 70 days & net is a very slow plz look after the matter solve as early as possible if net is slow 1.4 gb per day its useless i attch herewith screeshot of airtel app shows the 399/- offer i was very disappointed from airtel

        My airtel no is [protected] and i recharged of 169 Rs it was showing in the plan of 28 days unlimited call and 1 gb data per day but after recharged i was unable to call sir i dont need data i dont have smart phone i just have to make call by profession i am driver of an officer so he suggest me to complaint here so i wish that you will be resolve my problem as soon possible because i got very disappointed response from airtel customer care talk with dinesh named executive he talk to me very rudely and didnt resolve my problem he told me that i have to recharged again of 199 RS sir i am very poor person as i told you, so 169 rs matter for me lot so kindly recharge my number only unlimited call i dont need any data sir again i request you i need only unlimited call plan so against this recharge pls do this thanks and hope that you will resolve my problem soon. thanks and have a nice evening.

          I recieved an SMS saying thank you for choosing ADOFGAMES service.. you have been charged Rs. 25 and it will be renewed after 7 days... I have not activated any such service..I've checked out on the internet and many users have reported the same issue...On calling cust care...they stopped the service bt didnt refund my money..Looks like Airtel has started fooling people

          I called the customer care again and told them i saw a lot many other users reportjng the same issue on consumercomplaints.in...nd after a bit more complaining they finally refunded my money

            I received call from your various partners for porting additional number of my son. I asked one of them to take it forward. She promised that in my existing family plan of 649/- in addition to existing child number, I can add additional number without any additional rental. I realise later that Your business partner has cheated me by giving wrong information to port my sons mobile number [protected] under family plan. As per pre porting discussion she promised no additional rentals for adding this second child number with my number [protected]. After porting formalities she changed the communication and informed that there will be additional rental of 199.

            Airtel agents are taking us for granted...

            Someone should put a control on this uncontrolled game
            I would be interesting to see what action Airtel is going to take on such unethical business practices...
            I received call from Airtel. Only lip service without any action. They have not yet taken my complaint.

              I recharged my mobile yesterday night at 1.15 am, it meens today early morning 1.15am. Amount 199 deducted from my account. and recharge had not happend. again i tried my rcharge at 1.15 pm it was success fuk.

              please return my amount back as soon as possible

                I have recharged my number online... Every thing went fine and my money was debited from my bank but the recharge was not done. Please help.. My bank bank is not refunding money and i want to recharge to be done immediately and it has been done for the first time... I want my recharge to be done immediately...                   My name is d. Sundarchand. I have applied for dnd service on 20/6/2018. Mr nikhilnaidu n, customer service advisor of airtel says that it is only one week required. One week completed today. But till today i have not yet received the dnd status from airtel. When it is expected for dnd confirmation from airtel. A lot o[censored]nsolicited voice calls/sms received every day. Waiting for their early action.

Again i do recharge but still it shows technical fail. When i saw my bank account details amount has been deducted. Please recharge my first amount and refund my second amount to my account.                       Hi this is priti an airtel user.
                      From last few days i am getting messages from a$-tfarot dat [call cost is 0.30 duration 10.30 bal. 0.00].
                      This is deducting my balance. If this continues i will stop using airtel.
                      There so many complaints i see on the same and no has any clue who is sending this sms or how its been triggering. This is annoying. Company should take this seriously. Please ask them to fix this as soon as possible.
                      If this continues company may lose customers.

                        Though i didn't activate the adof games subscription they activated it and and rs 120 get deduced from my balance and when i connected to help line number, they commented that your balance wool be refunded and some if them said that it wouldn't and today when i called them after one day then they said that your balance wouldn't be refunded... What the hell.. Without any action of activation from our side they reduced the balance on their own... Is this what they do with customers... Really hateful airtel...!!!

                          Internet is not working, although the system shows it is connected to internet, unable to open even the basic websites like google. Can't even open the airtel dongle homepage. The connection has been like this for last three days, dated 25th june, 2018. Network coverage shows availability of airtel 4g network on my mobile but the dongle isn't working anymore. Please check it asap or kindly shutdown my connection.

                            Unwanted whatsmob service auto activated and rs 15 has been deduced from balance. I havent clicked at any pop up at morning 4 am for sure to activate this. So it is a kind request to refund and deactivate this service with an apology for inconvenience. Its hard earned money donot repeat it ever again. Send and email on my mail get my number and get it corrected immediately

                              Without choosing any service on airtel I got a message stating "Thanks for choosing WHATSMOB on your Airtel Mobile. You have been charged Rs35.0 for 7days. This is not the first time. I faced the problem previously also. Same 35rs got deducted. Airtel is regarded as a big service provider and if this is the case, switching to an other network is good. So I want a refund of 35+35=70 rupees immediately.

                                I did mobile recharge on 16th june, 2018 through my airtel app via phonepe, but inr 359 deducted from my bank account and till the time, i'm not any recharge or refund?? Transaction id:p1806160054075549700226 for phonepe and please give my refund or recharge benefit. Please find attached error message at time of transaction and i already called their customer care twice but they just said that i will get my refund in 7-10 days, but that days are already passed. Please give my refund as soon as possible

                                  i accidentally recharged two times on same number with same amount 399 unlimited plan

                                  Yesterday (27/06/2018) i recharged my mobile number with 399 unlimited plan but accidentally today (28/06/2018) again i does same amount of recharge 399 unlimited plans.

                                  So, requesting you to please refund my second recharged amount or transfer benefits of second recharge, on my other airtel number.

                                  The incoming calls are not available on my number. Whenever tried by anyone theres is always a computerised voice saying that the number is not reachable or out of coverage area. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. There is no problem in outgoing or in data services but i'm just not getting any incoming call. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                    I had done a complaint to airtel customer care via mail and call before 10 month. each and every time they are telling about the open network team but till the time I didn't receive any call from their side . I'm using the same sim for last 6 years . I am facing this issue from last 10 months then also the team is not responding nor doing anything to improve the network . Its only seems that the airtel is telling a lot about open network systems are all fake . I'd lost total trust in airtel and I planned to switch to other network .

                                      For the past 1 week i am having a problem with the network. There are lots of calls that i am unable to receive even though ppl have called me multiple times. This is ridiculous as it's getting difficult to communicate effectively. I hope that you could resolve this asap. The worst part is i m not even able call the support center.. I would request immediate action on this.
