Hello,
I purchased Airtel Business Broadband Plan Rs.1, 499/- on 11th June 22 and my Airtel Landline No [protected]. The sales team offered me a 6 monthly plan instead of Quarterly. Even after following up repeatedly since 16th June 2022, my plan is not changed and there are additional charges for not paying the bill and internet is disconnected.
I also need a refund or adjustment towards the bill for resolving the issue related to Google Workspace after 01 1/2 months as I had to pay my existing hosting provider for extending their service.
My work is severely hampered due to this and nobody seems to even bother to respond or resolve. I've reached out to the below mentioned but no response.
