This is to bring in your notice that I have recently moved out of country and am facing issue with my airtel prepaid sim .At the time of network selection it shows your sim not supported this network.

Pls note, I recently moved from post paid to prepaid.
This has resulted into no network therefore, I am unable to receive any call or msgs.

Can you please check and help me with this issue URGENTLY.

    Dear Sir / Ma’am,

    We received a wrong billing for international roaming raised in the Month of December 2021 and the same is being informed to Airtel team through mail dated 13 December 2021 and we were reminding through mails repeatedly, still the issue is not yet resolved.

    We didn't find proper responsible person from the Airtel Team, they were making us to talk to multiple persons on this issue. We don't have one accountable person, time to time we spoke to too many people, end of the day we are not getting the outcome we are expecting.

    We request you to look into the below outstanding bill related details

        I am complaining about its slow Internet speed .

        I and my family are using airtel.
        We are facing slow network bandwidth since years and now it's very slow even I can't send messages to anyone through whatsapp or other applications.

        So I wrote a complaint request to Airtel, but I shocked after so many follow-ups I didn't get a single reply from airtel.

        It seems they doesn't want to give any resolution then why everything when you call to them and try...

          I started using Airtel broadband a few months ago, and I've been using it without any problems lately. However, I have been experiencing no internet for the past five days and have filed a complaint, which has not yet been rectified. Poor service that is also not provided in a professional manner. Keeping the Airtel-related service going is annoying.

            I did recharge of amount 719 for mobile no [protected] from airtel app at 0840 hrs, Showing payment successful but didn’t received recharge. I tried to call no 1 help went to offline airtel shop they say we cant help u did recharge. Totally loting customer as we cant do aginst them.

              I have already cancelled my connection on 9th May 2022 and have a confirmation from airtel, they claim that i have been retained but i have never received any call from airtel for retention and have never had this discussion with them. Also i am continuously being charged for a service which i am not even using and they call me everyday 4-5 times to pay the bill and email me. Please stop harassing your customers like this.

                  Myself Arun Sharma, I wish to port my Vodafone (VI) sim to airtel as there service/network was good in my area as compare to vodafone.

                  So on 18th July 2022 I visited to my nearest Airtel store and they explain me how they will do it and how much time it will take, and so I said Okay proceed.

                  On 20th July 2022 I recieved a sms from airtel : We care for you! Your number [private] is scheduled for port-in to Airtel-Maharashtra and Goa tonight at 23:50:00 hrs.

                  Now it's been 20 days and no signal in my phone. I talked to customer care, store excutive who port-in my sim and both said same thing -- we can't help u sir just wait for signal or get another sim till that time.

                  Is this a service, you guys made my life miserable.

                    Airtel Business Broadband connection

                    Hello,
                    I purchased Airtel Business Broadband Plan Rs.1, 499/- on 11th June 22 and my Airtel Landline No [protected]. The sales team offered me a 6 monthly plan instead of Quarterly. Even after following up repeatedly since 16th June 2022, my plan is not changed and there are additional charges for not paying the bill and internet is disconnected.
                    I also need a refund or adjustment towards the bill for resolving the issue...

                      I have taken new airtel black connection with dth and fibernet i have rewards like ott apps in this plan but airtel is not providing ott apps for me if i raise a complaint on airtel app they willl automatically close the complaint at the end of the day i feel i was betrayed by airtel before joining they said you will get this ott apps after joining airtel no one even respond properly in airtel black they will be telling we have priority customer support trust me they will not even pick our calls properly i feel i was cheated my airtel

                        I have subscribed to Airtel Xtreme premium services implicitly it gives access to Sony LIV OTT subscription but i am unable to access Sony sports channel. I have raised this concern with Airtel Xtreme on 14th July and following up with customer support on daily basis but there is no resolution yet from Airtel extreme. Everytime I get to hear below statements from customer support.

                        We deeply apologize for the trouble it has caused you. Please be informed that we have already shared your details with our technical team and they are specially working on your complaint to make your experience better as our aim is to reach up to your expectations level.

                        Request you to please allow us some more time while we are finding a permanent solution for your complaint.

                        Your patience and co-operation would be highly appreciable.

                          I have been trying to resolve a complain regarding extremely slow internet speed but my issue has not been resolved yet.

                          This is not a first time and I am not even in the rural area where Airtel can't reach. I have surrounded with many cellphone towers but I guess Airtel is not bothering to their prepaid customers.

                          I am totally dissatisfied as to use the internet I have to walk out to other place which is not acceptable. I want compensation for that.

                            False and misleading information provided for taking services for Airtel Black Rs. 699/- package

                            1. Was not informed that it is copper cable. but it is a fibre cable.
                            when one says fibre cable, by default is means optical fibre cable. Once I dig a little deeper with him, that time he informs about it.

                            2. He has informed that we can choose Rs. 350 worth channels excluding the free channels. When called up with the call centre they told I can only select Rs. 197 worth channels and Rs. 153 is fixed charges.

                            4. The broadband guys who came to install the connected, had got an used router which is not acceptable. I have not paid for a 2nd second device. If that is so, then refund 50% of the charges what I have paid.

                            5. He is ready to close the connection and told me that I will be refunded full amount. So I need not worry for that.
                            So it seems, Airtel treats customers who questions them and avoids services for such customers.

                            6. First day I met him to gather the information, then I gathered the information. 2nd day I went to him, and only asked him about the paid channels selection until what amount I can select. He again told me is it worth Rs. 350.

                            7. I also enquired any hidden charges/conditions are there. Please clarify there itself. he said no hidden charges/conditions are there.

                            8. It seems he is more interested in selling the product by giving false information and misleading the customers. He damn cares for the customers. He is interested in getting his target achieved.

                              I’m using iPhone13 for last one year but my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number for last 2-3 months yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID and my jio number.

                              I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.
                              I’ve tried calling customer service but they are not able to resolve it.

                              Please resolve this issue asap.
