False and misleading information provided for taking services for Airtel Black Rs. 699/- package
1. Was not informed that it is copper cable. but it is a fibre cable.
when one says fibre cable, by default is means optical fibre cable. Once I dig a little deeper with him, that time he informs about it.
2. He has informed that we can choose Rs. 350 worth channels excluding the free channels. When called up with the call centre they told I can only select Rs. 197 worth channels and Rs. 153 is fixed charges.
4. The broadband guys who came to install the connected, had got an used router which is not acceptable. I have not paid for a 2nd second device. If that is so, then refund 50% of the charges what I have paid.
5. He is ready to close the connection and told me that I will be refunded full amount. So I need not worry for that.
So it seems, Airtel treats customers who questions them and avoids services for such customers.
6. First day I met him to gather the information, then I gathered the information. 2nd day I went to him, and only asked him about the paid channels selection until what amount I can select. He again told me is it worth Rs. 350.
7. I also enquired any hidden charges/conditions are there. Please clarify there itself. he said no hidden charges/conditions are there.
8. It seems he is more interested in selling the product by giving false information and misleading the customers. He damn cares for the customers. He is interested in getting his target achieved.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
