I just want to say that on 22nd june i placed an order for iphone x on airtel, paid 29, 000 inr to them and the order was successfully placed as well.
Today its 26th june, 5th day from i placed this order and there is no further processing of the order.
I am getting harrassed because of this as the shipment was assigned to a courier company named as vulcan express, they have not picked up the order yet and the worst part is that, when i call airtel customer care they say that they do not take care of complaints regarding the order which is placed on the website, when i go to airtel website there is no such option to raise a complaint for delay in the delivery, when i call customer service of vulcan, the automated system says you do not have any order with us even when i am calling with my registered mobile number.
I am still waiting for my phone and airtel do not have any platform where customer can raise a complaint for such an issue if anyone place an order from there website, please look into this and help regarding the same.
