After 6 days we not connection your service and your executive phone switch off form 13.06.2018.

If your are not able doing your service please refund my payment.

Also mail to trai and service provider regular authority.

    Dear sir,
    This complaint is regarding my broadband connection:
    It's not working at since last two days and the best part is none of your customer care services are working.

    I called on 198, [protected], [protected], on line help and everything but of no help.
    On 198 when i requested for service request number or call forward to senior for help, my call was disconnected and no help was provided.

    On other occasion customer care said even without listening my problem that my problem would be resolved by evening.

    Request you to provide bit of help to me as i pay for my services to airtel.
    Any kind of help from airtel would be appreciable.

      I am Rajesh Ahirwar your airtel customer from Bhopal. I am waiting from 10:00 am morning on shop of your authorized partner at Narela Shankri Bhopal. But still his center is not open. Otherwise he give a store time from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm. But at 10:20 am his store is not open. Then how can I satisfied with your company

        This is to inform you that the new connection from airtel was installated at our office which is still not functioning. The number which was allotted to us, the same was not provided after installation, it's been a month now no one has come to give us the new number. The router is lying switched off and we have not even used a single day.
        We sent email to customer care [protected]@in. Airtel.in but there is no proper response, we guess they are just not interested to solve the issue and are least bothered.
        But must admit that airtel was best few years ago and now it's becoming night mare to deal with them.

          On 21/05/2018 (at 11:11 am) I made an online recharge attempt of my Airtel mobile no. [protected] using net banking from the website www.airtel.in. The transaction id was IGAD0KGFD4. The recharge was declared unsuccessful. But Rs. 448.00 was immediately deducted from my bank account. I very soon contacted Airtel customer care personnel. She told me that the amount would be refunded to my bank account after 10 days. She also suggested me to make easy recharge of the same mobile as their record showed no earlier recharge on that day. I made easy recharge of Rs. 448.00 on the same day (at 12:37 pm) from a nearby shop. Unfortunately till date the money has not been refunded.

          In between this time I made several contacts with the different airtel customer care personnel. Every one of them told me that they have nothing to do with it. It is only upto my bank to refund me. I inquired at my bank (SBI). My bank told me that once the money returns from Airtel it would be automatically deposited by their system into my account. Under this circumstance I am helpless and don’t know who to get back my money. At the same time I am very frustrated about Bharti Airtel.

            Hi,
            Have serious billing issue with airtel mobile. Generally - i do not care much and do not check my monthly statement. However - i got a shock with my last month's bill and hence took a deep dive on my itemized bill. Issue is with charges against my international roaming.
            - i called airtel to ask for roaming pack for europe. They suggested me options and i chose a 30 day pack for europe (My trip was for 3 weeks). Deal is 3999/- + gst for 30 day pack. And it covers (I) unlimited incoming calls (Ii) 500 min 'free' call from any country to any country within europe (Any country) and from europe to india and (Iii) 5 gb data within europe. My need was for italy, france and switzerland. And i was confirmed that with 3999/- pack, i am fully covered with above limits.
            I was told in that call that there is no other charges.

            On return - during my next bill, i was expecting a bill amount of some 6000/- or 7000/- rupees, but to my surprise, i saw a bill of some 12000/- +. So i called airtel for clarification. And as usual - the agents were not very clear on the policies and had to escalate for clarification, etc. After multiple calls and interactions - the outcome summary is that i have been charged additional for the following:
            I) calls within europe (One country to another) to be charged (Though i was told with europe - all calls are free. E. G. I was charged when i called paris from italy.
            Ii) i had been charged additional international roaming fee of 999/- + tax as extra - as my mobile got connected to internet in oman - during my transit. What the hell would my international roaming be activated. I did not ask for it - i just asked for europe pack. And if it is the process - why nobody told this to me while airtel was activating my europe pack? How can airtel activate packs without consumer consent? And then bills extra money? This is cheating!
            Iii) now to my surprise - after 1.5 month, i get my next month's bill, and i am surprised to see that i have been charged rs 999/- + tax again as my international roaming? What the heck is it? I already informed them that i am back from europe and there should not be any further charges. When i called airtel, they say it was on my return - that my phone again got connected to internet in oman, and hence my international roaming charges are applied

            This is pure case of cheating customers – that i had to pay unknowingly, and pay penalty for the ignorance of airtel agents / employees, who have misguided me during the call. And the billing team is seating like hawks – working with a policy that the sales & customer support team is probably not aware about.

            In any case – my complaint against airtel is for the following:
            - airtel cannot activate international roaming pack without my consent. Even if i switch on my phone in oman (Or any other country) during transit, data pack should not have been activated
            - airtel cannot charge extra for those inter-eu country calls (E. G. From italy to france). It was an all-inclusive pack that i booked with those limits (500 min/5gb/unlimited incoming)
            - i was charged some 7000/- extra in may and now some 1000/-+ in june. Need airtel to reverse all these additional charges as these are not legitimate, not as per agreement / contract.
            I would like to penalise airtel for such behaviour - of cheating innocent consumers. I am sure top management / sunil mittal would not like to see his company adopting such mischievous tricks and fooling common people in india. Need justice and penalise the officials for adopting such mal-practices.

              Airtel is a good network. But now a little problem in area. This problem is very danger for our business. Actually i think catch in my lovely network airtel today and tomorrow. So this issue is very important for our business. So i think chod dunga main airtel ko.
              Nahi chahta hu aisa bura network.
              Aur nahi chahiye mujhe, mujhe bhi achha network chahiye, jaise jio ki tarah aap chahiye toh aapka company ko raksha kar sakte. Network connectivity achcha nahi milega to hum log aisa complete karte rahenge hamesha... Bye bye airtel.

                  Dear Sir
                  I called customer care at 121 twice and got a thoroughly inappropriate answer "we have told you we cannot help, do not call again".
                  I had balance around 200 rs and suddenly its gone. My data connection is off, I have not made any calls in last 3 months. They checked and said it was deducted on 3rd June 2018, which I refuse to believe since I did no such thing. Its some issue in that area for all providers (Jio etc.), it shows MBs consumed for no reason, even when data is off. I got no SMS about the deduction or data usage since I get an SMS for every 10MB consumed. I have proof of such previous occurrences.
                  I demand refund and to find out where the data was used and they ask me to shut up.
                  Yes it is not possible to check personal history but how else can I prove that I DID NOT use internet services?
                  Something similar happened before and somehow I convinced them otherwise to go to police station to get the browsing history.

                    Mobile Number [protected] I was using this number for years and took this number for Life Time from Airtel and kept enough balance on the mobile as per their previous policy, I am working abroad and goes to India yearly on vacations only. Last year they disconnected my number due to inactivity without any message or call. I had sent several emails and had discussed with airtel customer care, each time they say the case is forwarded to higher authorities and still no response. I complained to TRAI with reference DS[protected] dated 22nd November 2017 still day there was no reply. Two days back they issued the number to a third party, I had given the number to my contacts, officials and financial relates. Please act on this matter asap as its considering my personal and confidential information.

                      i lodged complaint in online but they also not respond., totally vexed about airtel dth service.,

                        I was on international trip from 13th may to 10th jun 2018 for 28 days. I opted for airtel international roaming plan of 149 for my airtel number [protected] to just get text notification and incoming call alert. So i can respond back with my pre-paid international sim card bought for my international travel. But i surprised that they have charged rs 649 per day for international roaming incoming call. This is without any information or my knowledge. I am not sure how they have took that decision to charge. Airtel has charged rs 649 for 8 days total of 5192 + taxes without my consent and i would like this to be waived off from charges. My airtel credit limit is rs 1900. I am not sure how this has been applied. I request this has been handled on priority as my billing pay of date is 24th june 2018

                          I was from kerala and presently i am studying in delhi. There is no network for airtel services at my place and i temporarily want to opt other services. Eventhough im sending text stating port my 10 digit mobile number to 1900 and yet it reply’s me the same stating u have sent an incorrect code. What do you guys think, am i stupid or # to send incorrect code that many times. Look into my problem

                            I have raised my disconnection request for my Land Line number. Airtel customer care person said they deactivated my bill cycle and process will take for 7 days. I got a call after 2 days from airtel person. They would like to offer a new plan. I said I am not interested. Without my consent, they send a bill for the new plan

                            I told them clearly that I have opted for ACT broadband services. Even though, I requested for disconnection. Simply, Airtel person changed my plan. Do I need to pay for the profits of Airtel? Without my consent, how can they change my plan? They said I have given confirmation. I told them to verify your call records. the very bad attitude of Airtel. I am going to disconnect my postpaid mobile connection also.

                              I visited saibaba colony branch at coimbatore tamilnadu...
                              When i was in office an old person who had to convert his number from postpaid to prepaid visited the same office.
                              He was confused with the plans and conditions told to him. So as an old man he had to raise his voice to the customer service executive. All of a sudden mr. Arunkumar s who was the manager of the concerned office raised his voice f3lling that he also will get angry which is not a proper way to handle the customer. I would request you to kindly advice your executive to handle customer in a right manner

                                  Yesterday midnight at 01:06 am, airtel activated gamesuite, without my concern. Early, morning i had seen the messages regarding the same. They had deducted an amount of rs. 35.00 from my main account balance, illegally.

                                  Immediately i deactivated the said service.

                                  Hope this is the latest scam of airtel, to earn money illegally from its customers.

                                  Please take immediate action and i want my refund back.

                                  It may look so small to you, but if you imagine that airtel had done the same with 1, 00, 000 customer's all over india. They earned 35, 00, 000.00 in a span of minutes.

                                  I had good faith in you, that's why complaining here.

                                    This is to inform you that my name is niraj kumar singh and my mob:[protected] and this numbar i port the number from vodafone to airtel 20 months back but the after coming to airtel from sep-2017, i was facing network issue, i have given the complain to customer care on the month of sep, i got the call from customer care team and they advised me some stupid things to change the sim card, and i have did it for 7 times then they advised me to change the phone, and i have changed it for 5 mobile phone.. Finally they could not help me out again i have given the complain on jan-2018 same things repeated at this time i stop making payments on apr-2018 and given the information to customer care team and also i went to airtel service center at sahakar nager and yelhanka the staff at both service center very rude, and i asked for port back to vodafone on the month of apr-2018, but they did not relisted the port and again i called to the customer care and i have inform them very clearly i will not make the payments but again and again they was calling me back to back about payment were i have inform them am not using your service why you want me to make payments, and at any cost i will not make the payments, finely 2 days back my number got blocked, i feel very bad and i decided to raised it about it as per my knowledge airtel service is very useless in india and the west part is the customer care team also useless and this i will not leave it over here, i went police station and i have given the fir and the fir number i will proved you shortly,
                                    Advising you to kindly look in to it do whatever is in your hand because at this time i will not request to anyone, at this time i will look for justices and also want to know where is my country stand on justices,

                                      My number is [protected] and i have recently ported to airtel from vodafone. I still haven't received my amazon prime membership as promised also i'm facing major network problems and call drops. This is the pathetic service i'm receiving from airtel. Vodafone was much better than airtel. This is the third day i'm using airtel in andheri and facing such bad network problems. I want to switch from airtel with immediate effect.

                                        Sir, i would like to bring to your urgent notice that i have been visiting airtel store regularly in sarabha nagar market, ludhiana. This time i have experienced sexual harrassment by one of the male staff for the first time. Few daysback when i went to get some new prepaid connection. One of the staff a male mr harman helped me in getting me a new connection. But when i came back home he started following me unnecessarily, by calling me, sending me hi, hello messages continuously. When i asked him why he was calling me, he started telling me useless reasons. He got all my number details, and is sending me messages on all my no. S. This is really one of my cheap experience with such a reputed company
                                        Please take urgent action against him else i have to submit this complaint in police station soon.
