Till march airtel was showing my data consumption at 100 odd gb everymonth. Which is impossible. An average movie is 700 mb which means i need to watch 200 movies online or download equivalent data to consume 112 gb worth of data.

Suddenly this month airtel claims that 200 gb has been consumed. Joke is... This month we were out of town for a week and for 2 days airtel broadband was not working. We complained twice. After that password was changed twice of the modem.

I complained to appellate authority and some ms priya called from there. She kept on insisting that airtel system is 100% right.. Maybe your family shared password. I told her i know that is not the case... Then she says maybe you watched lot of online content. Our system is 100% fool proof. Then i get calls and mails to upgrade and buy expensive plans.

What kind of customer service and appellate is this?

I recharge through airtel.in amount 50 rs but i used creadit card amount deduted but balance is credit my number i called u u r saying please clarify to bank i call to the bank their saying in amount is transfer to airtel i have statement also number [protected]
My phone number [protected] is a 7-8 year old sim. it is showing sim suspended.
The streaming Quality of HD Channels is very very poor. Airtel is charging tremendously for HD Channels but the streaming quality of the HD Channels, all Hindi Channels is very very poor.
My Airtel 4G number [protected] isn't showing any reception since yesterday morning, i.e. from 13th June, 2018. There seems to be no network whatsoever.
Airtel giving advertisement on TV like everywhere 4G network available but 9th June I was in mullayanagiri, chickmangalur I couldn't update anything in whatsapp status, it was bad experience with Airtel network.

    3 months back i have ported to airtel and i am getting all lines are currently busy voice message when ever i try to call to any bsnl numbers. This is happening from last one month. I have give complaint thrice but no use.
    Today i have again complained and the reference no is cogcl[protected] and they sent a sms that it got resolved with in 1 min.

      I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village.         While using the my airtel app for recharging the offer plan 399 rs/- the money was deducted from my bank account and not getting recharged. This issue has happened at yesterday[protected]:00 pm after automatically entering otp only for 2 times. While doing transaction also my internet connection is good (Speed 30mbps) but due to technical reasons in app this issue has happened and when i call to customer care they are also not responding in a good manner to solve the problem

            Sir I have 90 GB data left in my poatpaid number [protected], when I try to operate any app of play YouTube vvideos it take a lot of time to load, I have complained many times but there was no response from the team, I have called customer care as well but they said they will resolve but after a month there was no response from them. Now I need the good Internet speed to do work please solve the problem

                I have recharged my account after seeing this given by airtel on 15june2018-rs99 mein unlimited local std aur roaming call saath hi 100 sms/din aur 1gb/din data+1gb data 28 din ke liye. Shartein laagu. According to which i should get 29gb data total but they have given me only 2gb data. I am fully elgillible for getting my full data to be fulfilled. I have complsined to customer care and their website but no response came. What does it shows that we the customers are fools as it is directly proved by their behaviour and i think they understood us the rural indian as in the case which was before. It also shows that the persons who do not know this much to complain about them what will they do think as it is your country also. Thank you.

                  On 10th june airtel executive call me and ask me to port my vodafone number to airtel network we will give rental 300 plan with great benefits i. E. 40gb 4g data, unlimited outgoing calls, free amazon prime membership, free airtel secure subscription. Because of your false promise i have port my number from vodafoneindia to airtelindia and now they activate other plan (Plan details: rental 399 & features 20gb 4gdata, unlimited outgoing & incoming calls, 100 sms thats it). And when i called airtel and inform about my situation they said we don't have any employee who discuss with you regarding this specific plan and very next call that executive told me the person who sell this plan to you he's got accident and he is no more! Look how they cheat customer!

                  I have called them so many times, posted reviews on facebook page they called me and told that we can’t give you what we discuss earlier (Rental 300 plan), however we can give plan that has all this features worth rupees 499 for a year only, with 100 rupees discount.

                  I am not happy with their settlement and behavior. I just want what they discussed while porting from old service provider (Rental 300 plan with all features) also i need good compensation because of their behavior false promises and long follow ups by customer.

                    Have ordered for samsung galaxy s9 on 13.6.2018 from airtel store. Order id 10037734. Then on 20.06.2018 i got the message that my product will be delivered at anytime on 20.6.2018. I did not received any contact no of delivery person. And no one called me or tried to deliver my product. Then on 20.6.2018 at 8.10pm i got message from airtel that "hi bhabani, we tried to deliver your samsung galaxy s9 (64 gb, coral blue) but could not succeed. We will try again (Today/tomorrow)". How can i get this type of message when no one called me.. Its now 8.12 pm today 21.06.2018, i am waiting for my product to be delivered. Still no one contacting me regarding delivery. I also not getting info about the vulcan courier which will deliver my product. Gone to airtel store today at cuttack, and they said they have no information regarding this. Please help me or refund my down payment of rs.6490 which i have paid. My airtel no [protected]

                        My active number of airtel postpaid which was on my name has been transferred yesterday i:e on 20th June 2018 on some another's name without my consent. I have already mailed to appellate as well as nodal but still haven't received any revert from them. My no has been discontinued from service without giving any prior information, this has caused me a lot of inconvenience.                             Dear sir, we recharged [protected] with rs 995/- for 6 months on 4-6-2018. But data not coming, contacted call centre, benefit: 1gb data/day, unlimited calls (Local+std+national roaming) and 100 local+std sms/day with denominations rs249, 448, 499, 509 and different validity.

                            Whereas rs509/- for 90 days local+std unlimited, roaming in&out unlimited, 100sms local/national perday, 1.4gb data per day

                            Even though we are paying equal to rs509/- for 3 months, for 6 months 509+509=1018/- (6months) with thought consession of rs23/- and paid rs995/- for 6months.

                            We are ready to pay if you need rs23/- recharge to convert the plan or else kindly convert the plan to rs509/- and remain the balance to my mobile account.

                            Even though we have lost our data from recharged day to today also.

                            But call centre of airtel is refusing to convert to rs509/-plan with balance to my account. I will recharge rs23/- to convert equal to rs509/- for 6 months.

                            Above scenario explains, making encash of misleading/magically to grap the amount from illiterates (Not aware of recharge options).

                            Kindly look into the matter and settle the matter as on as possible

                                Myself tv akhil holding an airtel sim having number [protected].

                                Complaint - volte not working.

                                Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset oneplus 6 is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine. I have also switched on the volte option in my device.

                                To further rectify this issue i have inserted few other airtel sim cards on this same device oneplus 6 and the volte was working. So i understood that there is no problem with the handset which i am using. Later i have also inserted my sim having number [protected] in other volte compatible devices. But here the problem occurred in other devices also. So the volte of my number is not working in my device and also in other volte compatible devices.

                                So i came to the conclusion that the problem was only with my sim card.in this regard i brought a new airtel sim for the same number yesterday i. E 20th june 2018 as again told by airtel supervisor. They suspected that there was problem in my old sim card. But i am surprised that even the new sim for my number [protected] the volte feature is not working in my device. I have also inserted the new sim which got activated in other volte compatible devices and verifed that still the problem existed volte feature not working again.

                                All these details have been updated to the customer supervisor via 121. But till now my issue is not resolved. This problem is completely on your technical side with the number i'm using.
                                The call centre people told me that the device was not compatible every time i called but i rectified all these issues by checking with the other airtel sim cards which was working perfectly on volte in my device oneplus 6.

                                Previously i was on tata docomo and have later chossen airtel mainly because any kind of issues arised would be resolved immediately with the airtel. So i had a hope that my issue would be resolved but it is taking days together to get solved. The call centre is only asking for time to speak to technical department but not responding back to the issue. Icalled a number of times to the call centre regarding this issue and all these details you can track for ur confirmation. Now i am fed up of calling to the call centre.

                                So now i had to place this mail in order to solve my problem. I hope that you look into this matter immediately and solve my volte issue as soon as possible.

                                Airtel do not let yourself down in satisfying the customer problems on time with proper solutions. I hope that you take this issue seriously.

                                  Airtel sim is the worst sim it provide false information to the customer and when we complaint about that to the customer executive they not listen to our problems it has bad network quality and every time network switched to 2g 3g i have a very bad experience using this sim it is worst i never used this again... I have done a recharge of 169 rs with 1gb data and unlimited calling for 28 days but after recharging it says only for 14 days if you are not capable of providing services so why are you make false advertisement

                                    I have raised a request for relocation of the airtel dish tv on 12th june 2018,
                                    Engineer has fitted the dish but didn't resolve signal problem, and now engineer is saying that we need to replace setup box. I already paid the service charge and extra amount for cable and connector charges of rs.750 and also rs.150 for de-installation. My setup box was working fine before relocation.
                                    Even after complaining again and again at airtel customer center my problem is not getting resolved and they are saying that i have to pay extra service visit charges plus setup box replacement charges, even after speaking to senior executive.
                                    Its really pathetic that airtel is just keep charging without solving my same problem.

                                      I am using airtel postpaid connection since 1 year and requested for deactivation in btm layout branch opposite to btm layout bus stop last week. However my postpaid connection is still active. They told me that it will be deactivated soon and i took prepaid sim for the same number, which is still not active for the same number.

                                        An airtel service called he bollywood scoop services was activated on parents airtel number [protected]. We never asked to activate such a service. It activated on its own without confirmation and continued cutting charges for the last two months without our knowledege. One should only provide services that his customer demands. We demand a refund of rs 140 and stop this service at the earliest.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
