I am a airtel 4g user and since few days the network had gone so bad that it can't even load a simple watsapp image. The problem had also seemed earlier. Kindly give some interest on my problem because i can't even open my facebook account. The internet connection had gone so bad that even if a search something on google it will not load. Please fix it soon or airtel will loose a customer. This is not the first time i am facing problems with...

My connected mobile no is [protected] recharge every month 1 gb data per day with full talk time bu due non availability of netwok and signal this may became useless. I spent money for 28 day service but this is good for nothing. Please rectify your signaling position and improve your service. Otherwise stop this service in this locality and stop cheating.

The balance has been deducted from my account yet my service has not been yet resumed.

I have requested airtel customer care to discontinue my dth connection on 10.11.2017. I had already paid for the entire 1 year subscription. They told me that hd box would be collected by their staff and i will get proportionate refund. Since that time i have called the customer care no. Of times. We had airtel broad band and airtel telephone land line. Due to improper speed and ours being a customer service outlet, our business got affected daily. Hence we opted for another network.
In this circumstances, we informed nearby airtel office and we remitted the april bill and they ensured us that everything would be disconnected, not only the broad band but also the land line.

Incoming and outgoing calls are not connected .Sometime connected and most of the times not connected.Whatever number I dial or others call me I am getting the reply 'NOT REACHABLE OR NOT CONNECTED".This problem exist for the last one week and I am totallykept out of any contacts....

The amount was credited and it was showing in my account also.
