Hi,

We have requested a reinstallation concern against customer id : [protected] on 2nd june[protected] where in till 13th nobody responded. I used to have a call daily with the customer care where in they simply make fake promises eveytime that our engineer will be coming sooner however, nobody ever visited. Somehow one of the engineer named nikhil (Wakad, pune) came and after all examination said we have to change our cable wire with the help of electrician and he will come again to connect the setup once done, we agreed and made the changes which later on identified as nevereve needed. We had to pay extra (600/-) just because of him to electrician along with his fees of 500/- and now whenever we call him, don't get any response. Its been 15 days now our tv connection is off. And now when i called customercare this morning got to know they have closed the old request raised without any notification and created a new one[protected] which i have to followup again and again and again for. Deeply disappointed, never heard of or saw this class of services. No engineer picks up the call, worst service ever.

    Hi From yesterday Airtel Sim showing No service. Recently from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka i have shifted. so i have submitted documents last Saturday i.e.9 th June 2018 from circle change till now no update regarding number port. I called customer care and they are saying u number is still Andhra circle, we cannot pull any details.

      I have recharged my airtel number from my airtel app yesterday with 399 they gave discount and 359 was paid from my bank to my airtel but the recharge was unsuccessful, still my money was not refunded to me. When i call customer service they are saying it will take about 7-10days, then what the hell is happening with this my airtel app it was disgusting! So many payment apps are refunding with in minutes, but this app taking 7days, again the recharge history in the app was showing nothing!! Waste of time & money!

        I have downloaded some 300 mb videos with previous day data usage limit i. E on 14.06.18 around 23.50, but along with 300mb previous day data excess 300 mb data consumed from next day data limit. We guys are keeping trust on airtel but this kinds of disgusting activities from trusted airtel provider makes very much uncomfortable. I have attached a photo showing that at 12.01 am data consumed is 330 mb. How is this possible?. I need an explanation for that extra data consumption from bharathi airtel. Kindly provide it as soon as possible.

          I surendra yadav inhibitant of bidyanagar tea estate post office - bidyanagar district - karimganj, assam pin 788734 would like to inform wirh very regret that i made a complainr on 31st may 2018 regarding airtel 4g network issue. But till date no step has been taken from bharti airtel. Now the network iaaue is at its pick. Becauae earliar though network showed 4g network but speed was like 2g. Presently the network shows 4g connection but speesd is totally nil since 13th june, 2018. Being a airtel customer, i expected prompt step after my complaint dated 31st may, 2018. But all in vain. As such once again i intended to bring to light such fraudulant service by the company. We regularly recharge for combo packa and company cheats us. Bdy nr 1 airtel tower at bidyanagar is always neglected towards maintenance owing to its errection at rural area.

            I tried to recharge my airtel no. [protected] with ₹399 pack using myairtel app through my bhim upi [protected]@upi..Money transaction was completed but the recharge was not completed and there was a confirmation regarding failure of recharge but ₹399 is deducted from my bank account.
            Please resolve the situation.

              Hi,

              I have been trying to deactivate my post paid connection account. The number is [protected].
              I keep on paying bills. Though the account has been deactivated yet the bill keeps on coming.
              Worst part is that the set of people employed to make calls are abusive and they get down to misbehaving.
              I wonder is this the customer service airtel provides.
              How can a customer executive isbehave? Aren't there any monitoring of calls?
              This was least expected from a brand which boasts of a service. Airtel has been continuously degrading in all front be it connectivity, network speed and the customer services.

                This is for your information i am using airtel postpaid connection from last two years. I had some due with the connection. Some of your executive contacted me and he reminded for outstanding. That time my outstanding 1400 change. N he said he will waved off the hidden charges and he said pay to rs.1045/- immediately i paid 1000/- on 8th of this month then out going got released again the same same day midnight sim got suspended. I call back to the same person who spoke to me, mr. Shiva ([protected]) again sim got activated, then again on 10th sim suspended till now it was not activated. My contact number of airtel is [protected], n my alternate number is [protected]. When ever i call to him he is telling something nonsense. Now my present outstanding is this month 30th due date. How sim will get suspended need clarity. Please reply me on my alternate number or garimella. [protected]@gmail.com looking for your faster reply.

                  I activated a plan for call rate 1p/sec (Airtel). But plan not worked then i call customer care then he said your phone in roaming so plan can't work.
                  Then i ask for any other way so i can use my main account balance (94). Operator said that if your account balance is 99 or above he can activate 99 rs plan from main balance.
                  But when i recharge my balance to 100 and call back to customer care then he/she refused to do so.
                  So, i am very dissatisfied with that type of fraud service by customer care (Airtel).

                    new airtel broadband refund

                    I have a complaint regarding my new connection of airtel cif no. 11179420. I apply for a new connection on 17 may 2018 and i paid rs. 5428 one time payment of 6 month of airtel but after 1 month my connection is still pending and because of delay i don't want any connection now, i want my money back, kindly refund my money back....

                    Hello,
                    I attempted to recharge my prepaid airtel no. +91 [protected] on 14 jun, 2018. I selected the rs.249 package and paid twice (I wanted to recharge twice for a balance of rs.498). I received 2 messages in which the txn ids and recharge amount were mentioned. It was written that the recharge had been initiated. A day has passed, still my balance is rs. 0 and 1 paise (I used 121 i. E the customer care number to get an sms containing the details of my account balance). I request you to recharge my account balance or initiate a refund for the 2 transactions of rs.249 each, at the earliest.

                      Hello,

                      Sub: value added services activated without any request

                      Today all of the sudden rs 35/- deducted without any request for some namkeenpack. I don't even have an idea what is this vas and never requested any such service today or even in past 10+ years. I called customer care but they are saying we can only deactivate the service. But they should understand when customer is calling them with 5 min of such message, how he can request any such bakwas service.

                      This is totally fraud.

                          I'm using 4g airtel sim. And for the past 1week i'm not able to make any calls or receive calls or use internet in my area (Near aadhikadu temple kollam kerala). The sim was working fine till last week. But suddenly stopped working showing no network. Sim is working fyn in other locations. No measures taken even after. Couldn't make calls or use internet. And it's really affecting my day to day life. Please do the needful

                              My company name is atff hospitality which is located at 125, xth central mall, next to d mart, mahavir nagar, kandivali west. One of yr airtel executive came from the galary which is near to xth central mall, mahavir nagar and promised us to give landline connection along with internet. He has taken money in advance full six month via cheque and only net connection done and he has also taken rs.1000 in cash for landline. Two weeks got over but no landline is given by him and no connection given by him. We told him that we dont want internet only wants landline but he said to me that internet is free with this. He is not picking up our phone and says do complaint i don't care. We want our full money back. We don't want yr landline and even internet. Please refund our money back to our account. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. His name is omkumar nirmal. When we visit to gallary then they told us we will provide u withing hour. But no person visited to us. Kindly take strong action against them.

                                I have been trying to get a postpaid connection of airtel from past 3 days and they just come back with a response that it will be given in next 24 hours which has not happened yet. I wonder how the associates can take such things so lightly. Isn't this a revenue to the company which they are letting go for no reason? Highly demotivated and casual attitude customer care who had no responsibility to help me to get a postpaid connection. On the website, they are promising delivery and activation within 24 hours and i am here waiting for some associate to call me to give a confirmation from past 3 days. I will never approach airtel ever again! Worst service provider ever.

                                  I live in chennai and went to hosur for about one and half month and when i came back to chennai on 12/06/2018 the net became slow it has been three days and the net is still very slow. I tried calling the customer care but i could not even talk to the manager or someone. What shupd o do now? When will my net speed come back to normal? Is there any way to fix the speed of my net?

                                    Hello sir as per my request no /complaint no your company not going to
                                    Take any action regarding network issue and speed from last month on 3
                                    April, when i put my this no on ad on service to get the better
                                    Network (As per your transparent advertisement) but during that day
                                    It works on 3 to four days after in this particular area i am neither
                                    Getting the simple speed network nor to download simple page from web
                                    And also facing the call drop problem. After complaining my previous
                                    Complaint 85211331 the surveyor reach at my home location after he
                                    Said the conclusion about network there is no tower. After not taking
                                    An action on my first complaint then i registered again in airtel
                                    Office sadar bazaar ambala cantt he gave me refrence no 31-[protected]
                                    I got the call from network team but again they didn't work on it, now
                                    From last month i am daily go to cyber cafe to do my usual work and
                                    Because for that i loose my 20 projects of mystery audit survey from
                                    Last month because of the network issue now i am paying for every
                                    Thing but not get the any benefit. Kindly work on this issue don't
                                    Take as a lite.
