I purchased a 4g hotspot device ([protected]) and it was delivered yesterday (02/06/2018). Airtel representative manoj ([protected]) delivered and confirmed that it will be working by the same evening but it is not working yet. We have paid inr 4245 and he said that bill will be delivered by email, which we did not received yet. We are trying to reach same representative but he is not receiving calls and not responding to messages....

I'm unable to recharge (Online) my airtel prepaid number. It's giving error
"sorry your airtel mobile online recharge of rs50 failed since payment is decline by your bank due to any of the following reasons:..."
But i have tried recharging from 2, 3 different account (Money deducts) still transactions are unsuccessful every time giving the same error.
Please look into the issue....

The airtel signal is not reaching our locality and there are more than a couple of houses which face this problem. We have to always come out of our house and run to the street for taking a call. We believe airtel would take this seriously and act fast. Other networks are reaching here and only with airtel, we have this problem. I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through credit card for rs. 199 on 3rd may, 2018 through credit card and received an sms with transaction successful, paid to bharti airtel. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Pl check and confirm....

I am airtel customer from 1 year. Recently i have converted it postpaid account for 499/- plan. I was paying my bills each month. Last month i was out of the station and sim was not with me, so unable to pay my bills. When return and see my bills got doubled ~1500/-. I requested them to reduce the bill amount but they keep on calling daily 20/30 calls. It was really frustrating and sent few emails to them to stop calling....

I requested for a broadband relocation from bangalore to chennai 10 days prior the date i need connection and i didn’t receive any update after confirming a feasibility and now they have to cancelled my request without intimating me. Now they are asking me wait for 7 days and they are not even apologetic and i have asked for disconnection of my service....

I have been trying to pay the payment for the month of april cycle for the service provided by airtel. I am receiving the msg as 'nds is not covered in the circle'.. Im not able to contact. I have been gold customer for airtel prepaid since last 8 years and now i preferred to change my services to postpaid as your 499 offer seemed very good and after changing my services i could see that this is worst service i ever had with airtel since last tenure although i should pay 3 times the amount of prepaid uses with same benifits in postpaid, i preferred for the airtel secure and amazon prize free subscription...

Actually normally most of time i m using Jio SIM, but some time I need to use airtel for calling my mom in Tibet, so whenever I recharged balance within some hours all balances deducted automatically. So I m completely upset and horrible. Why Airtel company deducte balance without notice. It is so bad n unfair trade practice....

I've been using airtel 4g sim in my 4g enabled smartphone and i recharger with rs 448/- to get 1.4 gb free per day. Everything was going great. The internet data speed was awesome. But for past 3-4 days, the speed is way too low. Only able to refresh whatsapp and that too takes significant time. Speedtest. Mobi app showing download speed of around 0.1 mbps.

Why all of sudden the speed got this low and that too for 3-4 days...

It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel with lame excuses. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of apr'18.
I have never been careless in my handling of the phone, however i met with an accident and my device got damaged due it. I applied for the claim and my device was picked up for inspection after verifying all my documents. Now after 10 days they come up with an excuse saying...

I, kapil, am a customer of airtel prepaid for the last 5 years but not now i have been facing slow internet speed since last 10 days.
