Just beside my boundary in front of my home your company had installed a junction withoutmy concerned which is creating a problem for me in parking my vehicle and also stopping my entry and exit from my house so kindly remove it asap else i will be taking some legal action as you are stopping my movement from my house...

Dth box faulty and no response

The dth box got faulty and it is under warranty… the service person confirmed it should be replaced and Airtel purposefully not doing it for the past 15 days. The customer care person misbehaved while raising complaint.

Pathetic. Attaching the evidence filing a complaint in consumer court soon...

Recharge yesterday Rs. 58 but didn't credited data balance

I recharged Rs. 58 for 3gb extra data balance. But Airtel didn't credited my data balance.

I am a new customer of airtel and I bought a new Sim to fulfill my work from home requirements.

All of a sudden since last 3 days I am not getting internet although it shows 4g network.

Not fixing service issue

My broadband connection has not been working for 25+ days. Complaint was raised immediately after the connection was down and was meant to be fixed within 48hrs.
I have spoken to customer service, supervisors multiple times and everytime I am told the issue will be fixed in next 4hrs. I'm writing this on 21/06/2022 (issue not yet resolved) and the complaint was raised on 26/05/2022...

I recharged airtel xstream fiber having dsl id
[protected]_dsl via airtel thanks app (Registered mobile no. Is [protected]) for rs 799 on 14 jun 2022 but the recharge got failed and money was debited from my account via google pay upi id having upi transaction id[protected]. It's been 7 days but i didn't get any refund till now....

Hi,

I have been using my phone number since the year 2003 and since then i stuck to airtel as one of the prepaid/postpaid/individual/family plans
Currently, i am in the 999 plan which gives me 3 additional voice+data numbers and 1 data-only number
I am very happy with the plan and i am using it for maybe 2 years.
Today i got this message

AD -AIRDTH Delaying refill and no transparency

I recharged for Rs 7000 for Airtel Prepaid paying cash but the message was not reflected even after two days.although i got a paper receipt (which can be misused for daily liquid cash usage by miscreats since no day to day checking) i had to follow up to recharge. I think the staff misusing customers cash. Pl check.

Airtel Black Services

We have taken an aritel black connection and now its giving a major problem and adding to frustration.
twice the broadband has been disconnected ( from the central team/ system) not by us.
After multiple calls, raising tickets and talking to multiple people in "relationship team" the problem is not solved.
I will soon have no solution but to get rid of the black connection and take up other connections such as jio, etc.br...

Amount debited but benifit not received

I have made a recharge of 98 Rs for my Airtel prepaid number from Airtel wallet money. The money was debited but the recharge was not done. This happened on 4th June 2022. I have been asked to contact the Airtel customer care and payments Bank customer care again and again. No resolution provided till now...

Money is not refunding

I recharged a number ([protected]) of 99 rs by Airtel thanks app on 23 April at 3:04pm, unfortunately my recharge couldn't completed but money debited from my account.
