I'm platinum customer since 1 year facing lot of internet issue, too slow, not able to work from home. I sue you people for taking customer money and not providing good internet speed, I m paying 590 every month I am sick of it. I will definitely post this in all social media and advise everyone to port out from Airtel to other networks. Every time I raise complaints they say some person will visit to install booster but till now no one has come, I raised nearly 20 complaints since last 8 months, same results.

      Was using 999 plan till last month. Suddenly received an sms stating my current plan (without plan amount) Netflix subscription is free to claim. When I activated the Netflix got the sms that my new plan as per my request is 1199+tax.

      When called customer care they informed me that 999 previous plan is no longer available and I won’t be able to switch to old plan. And also they mentioned that this information has been sent on sms thrice before 11th July 2022. Which is false as I never received such sms.

      This is clear action of cheating customers by giving misleading information.

          My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I did a recharge for Rs. 109 yesterday(20.7.22). the plan is rs 99 talktime for 30 days. but the amount did not add to my mobile account. recharge reference no is [protected].

          kindly do the needful either recharge the number [protected]. or refund the amount.

              My name is vikash kumar from sitamarhi district at bihar . I have purchased airtel xtream fibre 40mbps plan through agent registered at the name of ANITA VERMA . They installed the system at my home on[protected] at kumar chowk sitamarhi. But from[protected] till today there is no network at all . I am facing problem from the begining . There is no response from any of higher authority too. I Contacted at patna office from MR. MUKESH (CONT- [protected]) . But there is no positive response at all. This is totally beyond expectation from airtel sales and service. Please make us sure who is responsible for this mental harassment from three days . Either resolve this or initiate my refund .                     I attempted to make a recharge on my number [protected] today [19th July 2022] for an amount of Rs 319 as a part of your unlimited data and call packs. I made the payment from google pay and the money has been deducted from my account.
                    Tried connecting to the customer care and every time I have the same unhelpful response. The customer care people weren't even trying ro resolve the issue and blatantly saying "it's not in our records" while I kept repeating that I have the proof of transaction.

                    Look into this matter and please get a better customer care team where they actually listen the our problems

                      I done recharge to a wrong Airtel number through Google pay.
                      Recharge Amount : ₹479
                      I contacted Google pay helpline, they suggested to contact Airtel helpline. But no response from Airtel .
                      I hereby attach transaction details for your reference. Kindly refund the recharge money.

                        I was getting calls from Airtel and they were telling about their plans and offers.The call me everytime .I am obsessed with Airtel . Even then I ported to Vodafone Idea (VI) they called me again and again.. Till now Airtel calls me everytime.. Please solve my Problem..I will be thankful to you..

                          I booked for an airtel broadband connection but there was no airtel xstream fibre in my area so I requested for cancelation. So, no broadband connection was given to me as I request the airtel sales agent for cancelation. I also called airtel customer service few times for cancelation and they were gave me false information that it will be cancelled in a day and I will get refund.

                          But then my connection got activated although there are not broadband connection was given to me.
                          I called airtel support multiple times then they issued an cancelation but now they are telling me to wait for 45 days for refund. Without getting anything now I'm waiting for my money that I gave to airtel.
                          These people are doing unethical things and looting people money.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                It is informed that a mobile tower on the rooftop has been installed in our neighborhood at address A6/6, Surajbhan Yadav, St. no.2, Nangli Vihar, Najafgarh, ND-43 on 19.06.2022 illegally. After it was informed to the owner that it is against the law, the owner ignored and continued the process of installation with the vendor. A police PCR was called and a complaint on RWA letterhead was submitted to the Najafgarh P.S dt. 26.06.2022 under ICMS no.[protected].
                                Despite the warning of the Police neither the owner nor the vendor stopped the work of installation of tower and installed it illegally.

                                    Airtel fast tag service is the worst service, I request every one don't go with their service, I ordered on June 6th todays date is 18th of July, But I still didn't receive the tag, When ever i called to customer care service even they don't know what is the status of that, They are repeatedly giving the same explanation we will create a ticket and follow up to get the resolution, The same process has been continued from one month.
                                    Finally they closed ticket without intimating me any thing, again today I called to them talked for 2 hours but they can't resolve the issue as they don't even have their higher authority contact to speak to them and resolve the issue.

                                    Today also I received the same response validation is under progress, Worst ever company. Its a waste of time. Lets see if they take one year of time to get the fast tag delivered to me or they are just looting the crores of money in the name of fast tag service.

                                    I am in a situation that they cant cancel the order and they can't proceed further, screwing the customer not to buy the fast tag from other service provider

                                      Airtel cheated me, i didn't received my refund/replacement plan for the recharge done from my end.
                                      Ticket No: RWRTP5CHN[protected]
                                      I am Prakash, from TamilNadu,
                                      Actually i tried to recharge one of my Airtel number on 15 July 2022 for Rs.109 smart recharge plan and valid for 30days only, from Amazon UPI payment. But instead of that, by mistake, i recharged to my Airtel first mobile number, it already have the Unlimited plan and expiry date is upto month September 2022, and i didn't used any service(Calls, SMS) using the last RS. 109 recharge.
                                      Defect in Airtel system(Deadlock/delicate condition):
                                      So here, i already have Unlimited plan in my first number, Due to defect in Airtel system it is not blocking me from Rs.109 smart plan recharge, so i cannot use the Rs.109 recharge amount anyway, it is no more useful, it will expire in 30days and my money will go waste only.

                                      After the incident i have reported to customer care to refund my recharge, but they refused to take complaints and refund my amount, and no solution provided by Airtel to recover this amount.
                                      No Solution from Airtel end:
                                      After so many attempt (40mins of call), they registered ticket number,
                                      I requested Airtel to provide some solution,
                                      1.Refund Amount to my UPI or account.
                                      2.Transfer to one of my Airtel mobile number
                                      3.Exchange this to Data pack for same number
                                      Til now, Airtel not given any solution/refund and they closed ticket on next day 16 July 2022 itself.
                                      It is very much disappointing, in this defect in Airtel system and in this Deadlock/delicate condition Airtel doesn't have any protocols to follow.

                                      India's largest network, with no protocol and solution, only running for looting customer money. VERY BAD SERVICE.
                                      My Final request Airtel to come up with some protocol for this issue and provide me refund amount, it is a very BAR SERVICE from Airtel.
