Hello team,
Train the customer executives (Ce) when they mention as everything free, mention clearly what exactly is free and what will be charged. Horrible experience with customer care. I took broadband connection for 799rs at the month of march from gangadhar j (Sr manager), without even notifying me plan was changed to 999rs. On checking in my airtel app later i found out and while checking with ce, they mentioned there will be 200rs discount every month so they didn't inform. Is that something you decide what to inform and what not to customers on whose name the connection is.
And obviously without any shame they had provided me free landline again claiming as all calls will be free anywhere across india. I asked her specifically, is it only airtel to airtel free, since i experienced same thing for postpaid connection as well. Shameless lady had mentioned no, its completely free and for this month (June) i had got charged for all my calls done from landline. This is how you provide customer service, i could understand you just want to sell off your product as much as possible. That doesn't mean by fooling people.

    Dear sirs:

    A person with the cellphone number[protected] and having a paytm account[protected], isfc # pytm123456 and claiming a name of mr. Ss has perperated a fraud on a transaction on olx. This person wanted to sell a cellphone and i offered to buy it.

    I transferred the payment in two installments to this paytm account (Inr 2000 as token advance + inr 38850 as final settlement with the courier charges) from my account with hdfc, bangalore. But the person has taken the money and disappeared and does not answer the cellphone number or the whatsapp messages sent on the same.

    This seller had provided his aadhar card and cisf id card details (Attached as photos herewith) for proof. Apparently, both these ids are stolen and i have been able to establish that the original holder, mr. Shrikant, who works as a constable with the cisf, has indeed lost them. What is disturbing is that the cellphone number[protected] shows the holder's name as shrikant which means that this cheat has been able to get a sim using the stolen cards and airtel has not bothered to verify the fingerprint ids before selling the sim or the sim too is a stolen one.

    His colleagues in this fraud are two persons claiming to be representatives of a courier company in jodhpur, rajasthan with the cellphone numbers[protected] and[protected].

    In a nutshell, the seller has got the payment but has not delivered the phone but pretended to have sent it through telephone calls received from the so called courier company representatives. This smells of a large scale fraudulent operation that needs to be nipped in the bud.

    I would very much appreciate your assistance in identifying these culprits and, if possible, assist me to get my money back. I would be happy to provide any additional details including the whatsapp exchanges with this cheat for this transaction, if required.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am your very old customer and has been using your services for more than last 18 years.

      I wish to register my complaint as i have been unable to make calls even though i have already paid for the unlimited plan which is still valid for unlimited calls for outgoing and incoming calls. I am facing the same problem on all three of my /family numbers. Also te calls are frequently dropping very often for both outcoming and incoming calls for last 6 months.

      My number is +[protected]

      It gives me a message that my balance is too low where as my plan is still valid for atleast 10 more days. This is not acceptable.

      My attempts to reaching you on 121 also failed as it didnt connected my call giving me the same message. I have to recharge first for rs 100 to connect to your customer services centre @121

      They were of no help and infact were saying that you are able to make the calls as you are making the call right now. When i tried to explain them that i am only able to make a call once i have recharged for rs 100 they were just repeating the same thing while willfully ignoring my complaint that i was not able to make a call.

      This is not acceptable and i request you to take suitable action against airtel and resolve my problem and ensure that i am able to make calls when my plan is still valid.

      This is criminal act to steal money and not provide services when you have charged for the same in advance.

        I applied for a new broadband connection from airtel's website in viram khand 5, gomti nagar area of lucknow city. As a customer scavenging response, i received a call almost instantly for sales representative (Mr. Vinay [protected]) to come for collecting documents and requisite fee on 9th june 2018.
        He promised that the connection would be installed at my residence premises latest by monday 11th june 2018. Believing airtel's, otherwise false promise, i handed over a cheque of inr 4, 189 (Including gst, vide cheque no. 115782 drawn on central bank of india) being 6 months advance payment.
        On 11thjune, after waiting the entire day, i started never ending follow up process in the evening with mr. Vinay, when on a conference call with mr. Abhishek, i was promised that the connection would be installed by 13th june 2018.

        However, being a customer, righteous to be harassed after making a payment, the chain of calls for further delays in installation started from 12th june 2018 from non-traceable numbers. Post confirmation from abhishek for 13th june, i was re-informed that connection can be done only after 14th june (Breaching 72 hours tat).

        On this i contacted airtel's call centre where i was connected to someone with the name janaki (Based out of bangalore), positioning herself as a senior member in the team. She too made a false promise for getting this sorted out and connection to be installed by 13th june first half of the day.
        Shortly after her, i received few more calls intimating that the connection cannot be installed at all.
        With context to above events, i want an explanation from airtel on the kind of services falsely promised through hooked brand promotions across various channels.
        In addition, i would also like to take this to the forum for customer protection seeking an adequate compensation for such grave mis-handling of customer.

          My internet is not working for past 4 days. I am trying to log complaint from saturday and the customer service centre doesn't allow me to connect to the service person for past two days. And, today, the person who picked the call puts me on hold without hearing me. This happened for two times. When i tried to connect to the online chat support, they asked me to validate the otp sent to my number to provide the online support. It is a four-digit number. Though i enter the correct otp, i get an error message that they couldn't validate my phone number. Is there a customer service support in airtel? If yes, please explain why i am unable to reach them. Do you actually have a team or a naam ki awaaz stunt? I tried to deactivate the internet connection and i don't find the links for that. Alternatively, there is a link for new connections and so on, i appreciate your marketing strategies. Can you please try to improve the services? Else, you will run out of your business in spite of thousand links on your site for new users and registrations. I am frustrated with you people and i believe that the other players are better than yours. And, i prefer that

          I recently ported my number from Vodafone to airtel
          to get better 4g service but 4g service is not working properly at my home.
          It's been a month that I have raised a compliant but haven't received any solution to my complaint. My mobile number [protected] and my location is in phase 7, mohali.
          Videoparlour services have been activated randomly on my account without my consent. I have been charged rs.49 for this service. I do not want to lose any more money due to these random services which i have never asked for. So please refund rs.49. Please look into this issue and i want to deactivate these services permanently.

              Within 9 months its 3rd time dat i am facing problem. Antenna is not catching signal properly again and again. Engineers come and they charge money bt don't give any guarantee and slip to me.in september 17 they changed something from antenna and still i m facing problem.                 I have pre-paid connection of airtel.
                Airtel company deducted rs. 100 from my account without any reason and when i asked the reason for it they failed to give any satisfactory response and also accusing us that we have used 10 gb internet.
                My mobile phone is nokia c1-01, a simple keypad type of mobile phone which do not even support facebook properly and they said, "you are watching youtube videos". I have not used internet since 5-6 years in this mobile.
                Please help me in this regard!

                  After surrendering my hotspot sim, i have no way to pay the bill but to visit their office. Upon visit three different times, their system was not working so could not pay the bill. Then started receiving calls from their collection team and they were talking like they were talking to a thief who has run away with their money. I still have 5 family postpaid connections, this is of no relevance to them. When i visited the tired time to hsr layout sector 2 airtel center, the person their was very rude and upon asking if there is any other way of payment he was very rude in saying that you have used the service so you have to come and pay whenever their system is working. People have their work and other engagements and visiting airtel center for paying airtel one bill manytimes is not the highest priority. They should have online mode of payment. I have not delayed any payments during the usage as i had facility to pay online, but once the sim is surrendered there is no way to pay online and when i visited their center they could not accept payment as their system was not working. They are not bothered about customers pain and they treat customers like they have given them something from their pocket.

                  Request this issue to be addressed and payment cheque collection to be arranged at my doorstep.

                    My internet and 4g net connection is not proper ... Calls are getting disconnected every time and there is no proper net, even an image is not getting downloaded ..leave apart the images there is no pinging speed to .. bad networking.. planning to change the network.if it persists .. fully frustrated .. waste network .. fake ads ..better do something..

                      It is with regard to airtel broadband junction box right in front of my house at 3rd cross, 1st block, akshya nagar, ramamurthy nagar. It was installed in front of my house without my approval. However they just installed it one fine day when myself and my family was not at home. It is not at all convenient for me due to below issues:
                      1. I cannot park my four wheeler properly in front of my house
                      2. People just throw garbage waste near it which is not at all safe for myself and my family
                      3. Rats keep on coming out near by that box which is again unhealthy.

                      Hence i request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and remove the box at the earliest. If i do not see any response or positive response/action from your end, i will escalate the issue.

                          I have been trying to port my number from vodafone to airtel from the past 1.5 months. I had bought the sim from chennai and now want to port into airtel maharashtra circle. I have generated the code 3 times in the past 1.5 months and given the porting request 5 times but still my number has not been porter to airtel. Airtel store employee says that there is no problem from their side and the same is said by the vodafone store employee. I was an airtel customer who shifted to vodafone and now wants to join airtel again and this is costing me too much of my time and energy. Airtel officials please help me.

                            I've been using airtel postpaid sim for more than a year. Because of the excessive bill charged every month inspire of not using the sim on a regular basis i decided to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid. When i enquired about the same at the airtel office coimbatore i was asked to pay my regular postpaid bill of rs. 300 along with an extra 200 for using the sim for the next 4 days. It didn't stop there!!! I was also asked to pay rs. 399 for converting my postpaid to prepaid. When other networks charge a porting fee of just rs.50 or sometimes even do it for free of cost, this kind of a service by airtel is completely disgusting.. Any network that wishes to retain it's customer for a long term would never impose such high charges for just a post paid to prepaid conversion!!! What can be a better answer you can give me for this??!!!

                              Hi, I am a dth user of Airtel, I have called customer care as my dth is not working since past 5 days, complained earlier also, the executive forwarded my call as he was enable to resolve my problem. It was forwarded to Ms. pooja( senior customer executive), I was discussing my issue with her and the conversation gets a little hyper.. She just holds my phone and use some inappropriate words, and later when I mentioned that thing on call she started laughing...i felt really sad, this is some thing that is totally not acceptable from a company like Airtel. I am so disappointed with the incident...and please Airtel don't claim that u respond and resolve the complaints in 24 hours, it took 5 days minimum... Management you really need to look out what's going on... Really upset

                                  I have an airtel postpaid connection in my 4g hotspot number with complain number[protected] &[protected].
                                  This complain is pending since 6 months.4g: does the word mean you will not be able to browse any normal page like gmail, facebook etc.
                                  It really frustrating to use such a telecom provider who doesnot have guts to tell me when is the timeline of the issue to resolve, but in the other side they have taken the payment of rs 3540 on the advance rental plan.

                                  I'm in kolkata (roaming) and am absolutely unable to make or receive calls. However I am able to use the internet as well as SMS services. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.
                                  Please roll back my MNP request because I didn't get promised offer on joining airtel network
                                  I have reharged unlimited pack of 399. Still my airtel number is blocked, No outgoing call, No incoming call, No outgoing message, No incoming message,

                                    I had activated international roaming on my number on 20th april 2018 which was activated for 10 days at the charge of rs 1149 which included data pack also. After the completion of 10 days airtel automatically without my permission activated the roaming & levied charge of rs 1149 on the bill also it had charged for data consumption of around 4 gb. I suppose that data was part of the pack activated & i was wrongfully charged for this. Airtel gave a bill of rs 8200 to be which included rs 4000 chage for data usage + 1149 for international roaming + additional roaming charges + rs 499 my monthly changes. According to me rs 499 + rs 1149 should have been the billing amount & i have paid rs 2000. I have requested airtel for reversal of charges but no response & they have blocked all my outgoing calls & data usage on my number. I want to reverse all charges & port my number to vodafone.

                                    Company give me offer of 399 ₹for unlimited 3/4 G data per day and when I activate this offer now Airtel company give me a 1.5GB per day as Airtel company cheat me l have attached here screenshot for proof
                                    I m a citizen of Bamra, Dist-Sambalpur, State-Odisha-768221.The occasion that write to u in Bamra maximum number of people are useing Airtel telecome service.we are useing 4G service of airtel but till 4/5 month airtel networ service are not working in this area.We are complain several times to the RM/ARM of airtel but no result found.

                                      My number is not working from morning internet is working but incoming and outgoing calls are not working plz solve my problem as soon as possibel its very important number for me for the busness

                                      Are u resolving it faster are i have to change the network its urs choice
                                      In this network in from atleast 5 years now i am sick of this network plz solve it as soon as possibel
