I have not taken any airtel mpls connectivity, but i have received invoices from airtel [account no of airtel 20131340, bill no[protected], bill date 26-may-2018]. Earlier also around 2000 invoices was generated in my name, but i have not taken any connectivity from airtel. Misusing my name and address, even my id, which was given for airtel data card....

We bought an airtel 4g hotspot on friday, 25 may 2018. The airtel technician, mr. Rakesh tiwari, from the airtel gallery at irla, vile parle, mumbai assured us about speed, connection drops, range etc. Our office is on the 1st floor of the building. He particulary said that once activated, we will get range even at the ground floor level. It is almost 5 days now and we have been facing frequent connection drops. We cannot connect to the hotspot...

I am not able to do the recharge for my airtel number. When ever i try to do the recharge amount gets deducted but recharge gets failed. When i check with airtel team they say there are no transaction history and even the amount is not refunded.

This is very disappointing. Funny thing is my last recharge was made of 149 and if i make a call it connects one day and on other day it says no balance.

Really frustrating....

The customer care called me from airtel and told that ur free postpaid sim will arrive and our executive will call u for that i have to postpone my meeting in another state but no call from the airtel executive in call they committed that u will get a call.

I want to reactivate my airtel number. I am working in uae and i got deactivated my number due to non usage.
Now i want that number. Last time i went to customercare and they replied that you cannot reactivate this number. I am using this number right from beginning and continues for 10 years. So i want to retrieve this number at any cost and i hope you can help me on this...

I have recharged for 2999 on my airtel Indian number. For which i am not able to use the sim neither call nor sms. it is always saying not registered on network. right now I am in New Zealand. I don't know which network i should register on. i tried to register on every network nothing is working frustrated to the core. I did tried to register Vodafone NZ spark NZ 2degree nz nothing is working here. Trying to use airtel in NZ is a nightmare....

Dear sir/madam i am ramavatar sharma and i am use airtal connections. This company give best voice calls quality but 3g/4g network is very poor. Airtel give me speed 100kb/s to 250kb/s any sites browsing. So please resolve 4g speed problem as soon as possible.

For the past 3 days outgoing sms has been sent problem in my airtel prepaid number in tamilnadu. I am on a 449/- pack which has a benefit o[censored]nlimited calls, 1.4 gb data per day and 100 free sms. My mobile number is [protected]. Few sms sent with the state of tamilnadu however gets delivered but none of 4th e sms sent to other states are getting delivered....

This is the second time i am getting sms alert from airtel and i am been detected money for a value added service called bhojpuri video service which i have not subscribed ever... I need my money back... This msg have been given me too much stress for me... That too after i deactivated the service as per the sms the company had detected money for another 1 month... Kindly verify and credit back my money...

I can't make calls to some specific numbers (Std specially) when i'm on roaming. I could make calls to them few days back but now i can't.
I've tried changing every setting i could, but it just doesn't work.
I can connect to their numbers from other cellphones but not mine.
I tried to even change my operator settings but nothing works
Please help me to resolve this....

After a long follow-up with airtel customer care team, airtel’s social media team and escalation cum corporate accounts team as all of them haven’t provided the resolution for my issue.

To be frank you people should be ashamed of claiming the best service provider in india, as you have failed in the following aspects:

1. Where your team is not able to identify the address located on a prime city.

Last month suffered with same issue, informed via mail and also to customer care. This month also suffering with the same. As unable to pay against my bill and it is displaying that my number is not a post paid number. After many follow up and many calls to customer care, still waiting for the service.
Airtel is still repeating the same. I dont know why are they ignoring to serve....

I have been billed for smsing 15 times from 26th to 28th apr on[protected]. This is an international number unknown to me and see here many others have been billed for same reason. There is no record showing such number in my sms history or contact details.
This is known issue to airtel authorities and yet customers have to seek help for getting billed unaware....

I have nearly 2k in Airtel freehit winnings and redeem option is unavailable from nearly 3 weeks.
