Dear respected airtel officials,
I am airtel post-paid user ported from prepaid (Airtel), with a big hope i opted your network but i am seriously fed up with your network.. I have raised this issue couple of times from the past 1 year. There is a network issue in my area seetharamalayam, vijayapuri south, macherla mandal, guntur district, andhra pradesh with pincode – 522439 (Hope u can track this location). I am not able to use internet services in this area not even phone calls sometimes. U are providing enough 4g signal in the forest area which is just 1km from my locality. I am requesting u to please strengthen your 4g signal as this is tourist area and with major landmarks. Outsiders are too suffering with this issue. Try to understand the severity and take proper measures, if not the entire might shift from your network. Apart from this i am paying more than the plan amount which is 530 instead of 499/- without utilizing any your service. My entire plan gb accumulated to 140gb. I think u won’t respond as u are not customer centric. We are cursed to use this kind of network.

    I have registered a complaint on 29th may 2018 and the executive said that it will be solved in 4 days after these many days still I am facing the same issues 3 days before a executive called and asked for appointment and I have given this reptedly for last three days but only appointment is given no one responded. Finally I called the customer care executive now i.e 13jun 2018 19:40 hrs but the way she ( executive) reacted to me was the worst. I felt really disappointed why I choose Airtel postpaid plan 499/- and being cheated like this. Worst response from the customer care never experienced before . My mobile number is [protected]

      I 'd like to bring to everyone's notice that I got a duplicate micro sim card on June 3 2018 and was informed that it would be activated within 3 days(postpaid to prepaid). The airtel provider in Adarsh nagar(Delhi) had changed our sims 3 times, but it had not been activated at all.However it is extremely disappointing to note that it has still not been activated after 11 days. So I can't even dial the 121 number too and file a compliant with customer care. Request you to kindly look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest.

        I enquire about no.
        Portability at your airtel store situated at chinchpokli on 26th may, then I got call on 5th of June regarding no. Portability from your executive I ask for 99 rs plan, so she said yes we will provide you this plan. After portability when I check my plan in airtel aap it's shows 499. After that I call your executive more than 10 times but she is not picking my call.

            Airtel has such pathetic service. They r unable to resolve my ticket nor the network issue. They proudly say that airtel is fastest network it is just a bull crap.               Hello,

              Please note that airtel is double charging me and also sending bills with error.

              I called 2 times in last month and got the amount waiver messages but it was never waived off.
              Each time the executive re-performs calculations of waiver and it consumes 30 minutes. Seems there is no record kept of previous correction.

              The worst part is i am not getting feedback on the queries those i raised on bill errors.

              Below bills have errors (Double charges/extra amount charged)_
              ï‚§ bill period - 11 mar 2018 to 10 apr 2018
               bill period – 11 apr 2018 to 10 may 2018

              Can you please urgently look into this?

              Please waive the correct amount and also provide a call back on my airtel number.

              I must clearly state that am tired of following up with airtel and seriously thinking now to change the service provider.

              For period 11may to 15may, why did airtel charged me as per family plan 499?
              This period should be charged as per plan 299.

              I have done ecs for last 5 years.

                I had booked an airtel broadband connection on 7th of june, 2018 and paid rs 6018/- as advance for 6 months rental. I was assured that the connection will be installed within two days i. E 9th of june, 2018.

                But after that no one is contacting me and when i forcefully register a complaint no. 96942146 after making several calls, the customer care executive only make excuse of getting the same thing resolved within 24 hrs.

                If airtel is incapable of providing the services, then pls do not make customers fool around. I am planning to port even my family mobile postpaid connection to reliance jio.

                  My complaint id with airtel is 76038067 and this is for new connection request which is pending for more than 48 hours.

                  I have called n number of times to customer care since then and no resolution.

                  This same behavior was shown last week as well.
                  I am very frustrated and disappointed with airtel service for new dth connection being so poor.

                  This is occurred since past 2 days and new connection was requested on 10th june 2018

                    Yesterday i am applied for port airtel no. To jio after paying 250 additional amount for porting period and after the process my airtel no. Was suspended within 4-5 hr of processs and that current no. Was not with jio till now so plz revert the cause of such problem.

                    As per porting rule the current network disapear after 4-5 days and new service provider sim got network but in my case airtel network was gone with in 5 hrs of process and my no. Is not yet converted to jio

                      I ordered an iphone 7 plus 128gb from airtel online store. On 28th may 2018.
                      I also requested for an mnp from prepaid airtel to postpaid airtel. I have paid an amount of 31, 000rs already.
                      Its 13th june - i have received nothing - neither the phone nor the mnp has happened. Every time i call their customer service all they say is - wait for 48hrs.
                      My order no. Is 10033794.
                      I have no where to go - and these people are not helping me at all.

                        I have upgraded my 4g phone but you are not giving me that. I have called on 51111 but the number is wrong. Before 2 days i hvae upgraded my 3g phone into 4g phone. Also my im is 4g. My airtel app is also not working properly. And my airtel app is also no see a bznner as company stated in website. I have upgraded my 2g sim into 45g sim and 3g mobile into 4g mobile.

                          Hello team,
                          Train the customer executives (Ce) when they mention as everything free, mention clearly what exactly is free and what will be charged. Horrible experience with customer care. I took broadband connection for 799rs at the month of march from gangadhar j (Sr manager), without even notifying me plan was changed to 999rs. On checking in my airtel app later i found out and while checking with ce, they mentioned there will be 200rs discount every month so they didn't inform. Is that something you decide what to inform and what not to customers on whose name the connection is.
                          And obviously without any shame they had provided me free landline again claiming as all calls will be free anywhere across india. I asked her specifically, is it only airtel to airtel free, since i experienced same thing for postpaid connection as well. Shameless lady had mentioned no, its completely free and for this month (June) i had got charged for all my calls done from landline. This is how you provide customer service, i could understand you just want to sell off your product as much as possible. That doesn't mean by fooling people.

                            Dear sirs:

                            A person with the cellphone number[protected] and having a paytm account[protected], isfc # pytm123456 and claiming a name of mr. Ss has perperated a fraud on a transaction on olx. This person wanted to sell a cellphone and i offered to buy it.

                            I transferred the payment in two installments to this paytm account (Inr 2000 as token advance + inr 38850 as final settlement with the courier charges) from my account with hdfc, bangalore. But the person has taken the money and disappeared and does not answer the cellphone number or the whatsapp messages sent on the same.

                            This seller had provided his aadhar card and cisf id card details (Attached as photos herewith) for proof. Apparently, both these ids are stolen and i have been able to establish that the original holder, mr. Shrikant, who works as a constable with the cisf, has indeed lost them. What is disturbing is that the cellphone number[protected] shows the holder's name as shrikant which means that this cheat has been able to get a sim using the stolen cards and airtel has not bothered to verify the fingerprint ids before selling the sim or the sim too is a stolen one.

                            His colleagues in this fraud are two persons claiming to be representatives of a courier company in jodhpur, rajasthan with the cellphone numbers[protected] and[protected].

                            In a nutshell, the seller has got the payment but has not delivered the phone but pretended to have sent it through telephone calls received from the so called courier company representatives. This smells of a large scale fraudulent operation that needs to be nipped in the bud.

                            I would very much appreciate your assistance in identifying these culprits and, if possible, assist me to get my money back. I would be happy to provide any additional details including the whatsapp exchanges with this cheat for this transaction, if required.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am your very old customer and has been using your services for more than last 18 years.

                              I wish to register my complaint as i have been unable to make calls even though i have already paid for the unlimited plan which is still valid for unlimited calls for outgoing and incoming calls. I am facing the same problem on all three of my /family numbers. Also te calls are frequently dropping very often for both outcoming and incoming calls for last 6 months.

                              It gives me a message that my balance is too low where as my plan is still valid for atleast 10 more days. This is not acceptable.

                              My attempts to reaching you on 121 also failed as it didnt connected my call giving me the same message. I have to recharge first for rs 100 to connect to your customer services centre @121

                              They were of no help and infact were saying that you are able to make the calls as you are making the call right now. When i tried to explain them that i am only able to make a call once i have recharged for rs 100 they were just repeating the same thing while willfully ignoring my complaint that i was not able to make a call.

                              This is not acceptable and i request you to take suitable action against airtel and resolve my problem and ensure that i am able to make calls when my plan is still valid.

                              This is criminal act to steal money and not provide services when you have charged for the same in advance.

                                I applied for a new broadband connection from airtel's website in viram khand 5, gomti nagar area of lucknow city. As a customer scavenging response, i received a call almost instantly for sales representative (Mr. Vinay [protected]) to come for collecting documents and requisite fee on 9th june 2018.
                                He promised that the connection would be installed at my residence premises latest by monday 11th june 2018. Believing airtel's, otherwise false promise, i handed over a cheque of inr 4, 189 (Including gst, vide cheque no. 115782 drawn on central bank of india) being 6 months advance payment.
                                On 11thjune, after waiting the entire day, i started never ending follow up process in the evening with mr. Vinay, when on a conference call with mr. Abhishek, i was promised that the connection would be installed by 13th june 2018.

                                However, being a customer, righteous to be harassed after making a payment, the chain of calls for further delays in installation started from 12th june 2018 from non-traceable numbers. Post confirmation from abhishek for 13th june, i was re-informed that connection can be done only after 14th june (Breaching 72 hours tat).

                                On this i contacted airtel's call centre where i was connected to someone with the name janaki (Based out of bangalore), positioning herself as a senior member in the team. She too made a false promise for getting this sorted out and connection to be installed by 13th june first half of the day.
                                Shortly after her, i received few more calls intimating that the connection cannot be installed at all.
                                With context to above events, i want an explanation from airtel on the kind of services falsely promised through hooked brand promotions across various channels.
                                In addition, i would also like to take this to the forum for customer protection seeking an adequate compensation for such grave mis-handling of customer.

                                  My internet is not working for past 4 days. I am trying to log complaint from saturday and the customer service centre doesn't allow me to connect to the service person for past two days. And, today, the person who picked the call puts me on hold without hearing me. This happened for two times. When i tried to connect to the online chat support, they asked me to validate the otp sent to my number to provide the online support. It is a four-digit number. Though i enter the correct otp, i get an error message that they couldn't validate my phone number. Is there a customer service support in airtel? If yes, please explain why i am unable to reach them. Do you actually have a team or a naam ki awaaz stunt? I tried to deactivate the internet connection and i don't find the links for that. Alternatively, there is a link for new connections and so on, i appreciate your marketing strategies. Can you please try to improve the services? Else, you will run out of your business in spite of thousand links on your site for new users and registrations. I am frustrated with you people and i believe that the other players are better than yours. And, i prefer that

                                  I recently ported my number from Vodafone to airtel
                                  to get better 4g service but 4g service is not working properly at my home.
                                  It's been a month that I have raised a compliant but haven't received any solution to my complaint. My mobile number [protected] and my location is in phase 7, mohali.
                                  Videoparlour services have been activated randomly on my account without my consent. I have been charged rs.49 for this service. I do not want to lose any more money due to these random services which i have never asked for. So please refund rs.49. Please look into this issue and i want to deactivate these services permanently.

                                      Within 9 months its 3rd time dat i am facing problem. Antenna is not catching signal properly again and again. Engineers come and they charge money bt don't give any guarantee and slip to me.in september 17 they changed something from antenna and still i m facing problem.
