Hi airtel team,

FUNNYZONE services automatically activated on my number and 15 ₹ was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my side, request you to resolve this issue at the earliest. 2-3 days ago 1 more such service got activated from its own without my permission and 7 ₹ was deducted then. After that message came and I stopped that service by following the steps mentioned in message. The same thing I did today also to deactivate FUNNYZONE service as well. Though I had never requested such services.
If these kind of issues will happen again then how the customer will keep it's account balance to perform phone calls. Please take immediate action to credit back my deducted money else I have to forcefully switch to other mobile operator.

    Sir,
    I sent rs 448 for airtel prepaid on 2.5.2018 but amount dedcuted 2 times through my sbi crrdit card. Kindly refund the excess amount or extend the voice/data facility for another 84 days. My cell no.[protected]. First i tried on www.airtel.in for payment of rs 448 it was hanging then i tried second time so i did not realise 2 times amount of rs 448 dedcuted instead of 1 time.

      Hi,

      I have applied for a airtel broadband connection online with the required details given. I didnt got any message or email regarding the request. After two days a agent said i'm calling behalf of airtel and said i'm checking for the connection for u. And another field agent called me and said that i will come and collect doc and money from you (Rs.[protected] and will give u connection within a day. Another agent called me from coimbator and asked for connection where i live in chennai. This is totally a disaster approach. And u will keep on getting message related to broadband and call.

      As per airtel coverage checking team we dont have any connection in airtel at my area for broadband /vfiber

      The agent who claim them as airtel will come and collect money with no proper bill and the ask only for cash??

      Airtel is a big company but still they dont have this organized?? And allowing agent to scam people. If considering the above, once the customer given money and realize that the connection cannot be made at the area. Call the customer care. They say money will be returned to the bank account or will send u cheque which is a false note. Also its difficult to reach any agents as the call from different number. How a ordinary customer gets the money back??

        Cant make any outgoing calls since yesterday — all my bills have been paid and that too well in advance.. And as a result of which i have incurred big monetary losses in my deals during these last 24 hrs. The last bill of rs 500 and a few paise was paid in cash way back in the 2nd week of june 2018 to aryan communications — shop no 62 — konark apt, dhole patil rd pune 411001 — [protected].
        Please reconcile immediately — failing which i am not only going to chsnge over to some other reliable provider and also take up the matter with the consumer court

          I have ported my number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
          This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

          Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

            Airtel's loyal customer since 2009. And still they loot me for a mere 150rs. That's the only balance i had in my phone. The customer care said i clicked a link and it got activated without any confirmation. How can they let a third party with this much freedom? Customer care lady also said they don't need our measely money. But still they steal from us.
            I never thought would say this, but i think i will port to another telecom network where they will be happy to have me.

              I am shaliny jha a common user of airtel i had done a recharge of 199 on my number [protected] on 2nd june 2018 in evening at almost 7:30pm and from the second day on they are deducting my data unnecessarily when i use 200 mb they show your whole today's data limit is ended. On other day on 4th of june 2018 i had opened facebook for 30 mins they showed that "you have used 90% of you daily data of 1.4gb. After then i called customer care number they don't gave me adequate information and when i asked for statement they don't gave me. They told me that your apps are updating automatically but it was not true from the first day when i bought this mobile i had switched off the auto updating mode. After ending the call i had done the recharge of rs 49 in which they normally give 2.4 gb, and i had switched on internet for only 4 to 5 mins for checking my money in on my airtel app they showed me that you have used 1.4 gb of 2.4 gb and left data was only 1gb after only 4 to 5 mins. And i had called the customer care again they talked very rudely with me. So please i request you to take my problem in consent and do the right thing against this telecommunications company.

                I have recharged my mobile [protected] by paying rs 499/- by credit card through my airtel app on 3rd june, 2018. The txn id is[protected]. Today is 4th june, 2018 but the recharge is still not active. I have called airtel and they convyed to me that they do not find any transaction or recharge attempt for [protected]. The txn no is of no use for the airtel help / customer care executive.

                This means that Airtel received the money but did not provide the intended service.

                When contacted, your local Airtel Manager Mr. Dheeraj, Manager, Airtel Office, Vikram Square, near Footi Kothi, , Footi Kothi Rd, Gumasta Nagar, Scheme 71, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452009 didn't pay any attention. This is the reason for which I had to write this complaint. Your staff and officers must be customer oriented in this fierce age of competition.

                Please either refund the money to my credit card or add balance of Rs. 499 to my mobile number [protected].

                  We have paid the amount for the connection through a cheque. That cheque has not been deposited and without our knowledge they have cut the telephone and broadband connection. It’s been 9 days since they cut the connection. After repeated calls and messages also there is no response from any of the resource people.
                  It is high time you take this problem into consideration and activate the connection as soon as possible.

                      I have call airtel customer care a lot of time regarding the problem of internet on my sim but they tell different issue all the time some time mantanice, about 3g and 4g network. Airtel says that it is the fastest network in india but i will say that it is the slowest and not working network in the india. Airtel company should be closed. Other company are better than airtel

                        This is to bring the pathetic behaviour of airtel employees under notice. I ported my number from airtel to vodafone due to network unavailablity. Post that i used to receive 5-7 calls from airtel on daily basis to port it back again to airtel.in spite of telling them every time that i donot need airtel they did not stopped calling me at any hour of the day from different numbers. Being into rotational shifts during my night shifts when i am half dead during day they call with their same frequency and expected the customer to be polite every time. Yesterday when i asked the representative from airtel that i did not want it he transferred my call to his senior and he literally used all bullied terms and it went dirty. So he shared my number with all different profiles like teachers, doctor, helper, restaurant etc and since yesterday night i have got 40+ whatsapp ping and calls. If someone does not want to be part of their network they do all this crap to irritate and annoy the customers now.. My family members back at home town all had airtel and now i will make sure my friends and family should switch to any other network as we never know when they will be trapped in such situation. Taking this to a next level now. One such example is below.

                          I made a recharge of amount 448 through My airtel app. Money got debited from my account but recharge was unsuccessful.

                          Please look into this issue ASAP.
                          Some one is using my number for booking of tickets.I am getting messages related to that.So please solve this problem.

                            I have raised a request on 2nd june 2018 for broadband disconnection. Request reference number is 96654588. I have cleared the dues and so far no action taken and when i contacted the customer care, they told it'll be disconnected in 7 days and also they said i'll receive a call. But i have not received any call so far. This is the same story i'm keep hearing from them. Please disconnect immediately.

                              I raised a request for a broad band n land line connection. They came to my place n collected my documents n 500rupees in cash on 21st may 2018. It was told to me that connection will be installed in 48 hours but nobody visited again, neither i got any call. Whenever i called the customer care centre i was told it will be done in next 24 hours for sure n finally on 2nd june i was told that for some technical reasons it's not possible. I don't understand why you advertise so much if you are not competent enough technically even. Why your team couldn't assess the feasibility before collecting my documents n money? You people call so many times for new connections, is it not responsibility to call n tell yourself that it's not feasible n refund the money you have taken. The site that was told to me to get refund doesn't work. Will any one tell me how i will get refund.

                                Soon after i recharged my airtel account today (June 3, 2018) at 9:00 pm, i got a message at 9:05 pm from airtel (At-airinf) that namkeen pack services has been renewed rs. 35.00 from my airtel mobile for 7 days. Surprisingly, i never opted for or sent activation request for namkee pack service. On calling airtel, i could not get a satisfactory reply. The customer service lady kept on telling that it was activated by some web service or so, and that airtel do not have any information on that. She told that i could stop the service by sending an sms to 155223 by writing stop. I want airtel to refund my rs. 35 immediately and credit the amount to my mobile account. Airtel should also stop this fradulent practice immediately if it intends to retain its customer base.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I purchased a 4g hotspot device ([protected]) and it was delivered yesterday (02/06/2018). Airtel representative manoj ([protected]) delivered and confirmed that it will be working by the same evening but it is not working yet. We have paid inr 4245 and he said that bill will be delivered by email, which we did not received yet. We are trying to reach same representative but he is not receiving calls and not responding to messages. We tried to reach customer care through 121 and 198, but everyone is saying that this is not our department and most funniest thing is they provided one number which is personal number for one of airtel customer.

                                  Very pathetic service from airtel. We feel like being cheated and looted.
                                  Please refund my money.in future i dont want to use any airtel products or services and will suggest to each of my friends.

                                  Today even Airtel service centre (Hosa Road ) denied the service and asked to get a new SIM rather .

                                  So in a way it would mean that I forgot amount of INR 4245 and take new SIM from them, so very unprofessional .

                                  They are not ready to register the complaint too and saying that you bought it online from Airtel site so ask them only for help .

                                  Actually none of Airtel employees are ready for help, they just want to complete target of fooling the customers .

                                    "sorry your airtel mobile online recharge of rs50 failed since payment is decline by your bank due to any of the following reasons:..."
                                    But i have tried recharging from 2, 3 different account (Money deducts) still transactions are unsuccessful every time giving the same error.

                                      The airtel signal is not reaching our locality and there are more than a couple of houses which face this problem. We have to always come out of our house and run to the street for taking a call. We believe airtel would take this seriously and act fast. Other networks are reaching here and only with airtel, we have this problem. With the kind of reputation your company has, these kind of trivial issues can dent your brand image in the long run. I request you to take immediate action.

                                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through credit card for rs. 199 on 3rd may, 2018 through credit card and received an sms with transaction successful, paid to bharti airtel. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Pl check and confirm.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
