didn't get my balance

Please i beg u that to give my balance as soon as possible. I m attaching the photo of my payment and successful of recharge. I m waiting for your result. Airtle is the best network but please sir help me....

useless deduction of money

Hi, i got a message today after the recharge that mobistore service has been renewed @ rs 20.0 for 2day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in.

However, i haven't activated any service. Later on i deactivated the service by the sms procedure. I am looking forward to get my refund.

Additionally, due to this competitive market in telecommunications...

transfer ownership

Hi,

I want to know why is it compulsory to opt for 3 months postpaid service in airtel after transfer of ownership.

If there is anything in writing for the same, provide proof. I couldn't find it on trai website.

The airtel executive had no proper answer for my question and promised to send me a mail in writing. However there is no update from the executive....

airtel is stealing from me

I'be been robbed by airtel network, they just deduct my money anyhow. I don't subscribe for something and they keep robbing me, airtel removes at least 150 from my account almost every 4 days for something i did not subscribe for and even when i send stop to what ever they force on me they still keep taking from me. Even how my data runs out is a lie...

Airtel 4g internet indoor connectin is very poor in the area welcome seelampur at the welcome puliya qabristaan near gausiya masjid. We are in the problem to this network. We are suffer in the very low speed of internet. We have need to set up network continuous immesdiately and our more time loss to with this network.

very low network and internet not working at all times

Dear airtel, i am not getting proper network in my phone in spite of calling your customer care and lodging a complaint. I am getting call drops, static in calls, internet does not work at all times and not reachable network. This is really annoying now. You should stop claiming the best mobile network service provider and accept that you are not providing a good service and start working on it. Please fix my problem at earliest.

wrong bill as fixed charges of 1298

On 20th may i visited your airtel office as well as talked to customer care regading activation of basic international roaming for rs.149 only. I specifically told him that i was not interested in any daily pack or any other international roaming pack even on your staff repeated request.
It is observed from the bill that you are charging rs. 649 daily since 20th may on daily basis. Please discontinue...

I have migrated my airtel postpaid to prepaid account and since the migration i haven’t been able to make any calls and i’m greeted with the message of sim under grace period.
I have already done a recharge of inr 448 and got the confirmation also of the same however your executives are not able to track any recharge and so is your app. I believe there is some errors in your system and the customer...

not getting 4g connectivity

The airtel sim connects to 4g network for 10 seconds and then the network drops and i get no internet at all. I have to switch on and off the airplane mode every 10 seconds to use internet. It nearly took 20 minutes to complain about this. I'm fed up of this. Be kind enough to get back to me, it's a humble request. Please kindly fix this problem, airtel. If you still don't fix this, i'm changing my network provider. Thank you....

whatsmob service

This is totally cheating. I have not activated any services. They have deducted 300 rs from my main account balance. I trusted airtel very much and keep the balance at high amounts. But they have deducted my money without activating. And they are responding as u have activated. Worst service. I recommend not to use airtel.
Aitel service plz try to readd my dedeucted amount. It is a very huge for me....

unauthorised service activation

about caller tune on my airtel postpaid number

My caller tune (Name tune) is taking my name only one time. However it is supposed to take my name at least 3 to 4 times. I called customer care 121, but no one is responding properly. They cut my call prentending they are not able to hear me. It is totally shameful. I don't expect such kind of services from airtel company. I expect now my problem will be resolved as soon as possible....

99 was deducted from my account without my consent

Today morning (25 may 2018, friday, around 8 am), i got a message saying that ₹99 was deducted from my account for activating superstore. I never activated such thing. I immediately deactivated it. I want my money back. Do it as soon as possible. I can't even complain in the airtel app. Some server error all the time. And it's hard to find customer care number....

weak network services problem not resolved

I, vinay prakash mathur, am a senior citizen and postpaid customer with airtel for decades (Current mobile n0 [protected] : bangalore based).
My complaint (Service request 82387835?) made in dec.2017 related to weak signals at my residence is not resolved yet after a lapse of 5 months.

Without any action having been taken, i was informed on 04/05/2016 that the problem has been resolved.

online mobile recharge

Myself anita mob no. [protected] i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile on dated 21st of may 2018 around 7 pm
Transaction id given via sms was [protected] of rs 448 validity for 2 months
My mob no was not recharged, but the above said amount has been deducted from account,
As i recharged via my debit card.
Kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible as this recharge has validity only for 2monthsbr...

unable to do outgoing calls from airtel number 9811620683

I had transferred my number from airtel postpaid to prepaid around 20 days back and i got the confirmation for the transfer within a week.

But i was unable to do the tele-verification for this number because of low recharge. I made small 10 rs talk-time recharge along with 6-month full talktime recharge of rs 995 to have this number active asap.
