From last 2 weeks, i am struggling to get internet connection, for waseting time 2 to 3 hrs, what nonsense sir.
In tv ads, you claim 4g fast, india's best
A really worst service
I totally frustrated, ad professor, professional, depend on internet fir my project, research upgradation

I will cancel it, i[censored] r unable to resolve this

    We facing network issue from last 6 years

    We are continuing complaint but airtel company not resolved our issue
    Airtel company say we are working on it but no change in our network issue

    And in our village all users are suffering for network issue
    In our village there is approximately 300+ yours
    So please help.

      Respected authority, please do take strict action on airtel services giving fake promises to costumer saying that airtel 4g is the best.in my locality visakhapatnam steel plant, township, sector 3. Airtel services are very bad complained this issue to airtel many times but i didn't found any solution.in my area airtel 4g is not at all working. Not providing proper service. Please help.

        I request trai to please ban airtel in jharkhand. It is such a fraud company luring us by sucking money for what they are not providing. Very very useless garbage company a vittal trash. Vittal trash must kicked out from our jharkhand his garbage has no right to do business with fraud intention to lure us to pay for what they are not providing. Just request trai to please ban it in jharkhand asap.

        Airtel is a very useless garbage service known for luring us to pay for what they don't provide. Airtel is # fraud company known for providing 2g speed internet on the name of 4g. Very # telecom service very useless #. It must get ban in jharkhand because in jharkhand there are too much things to do and for that we need high speed internet which airtel # # telecom sevice will never provide. Towers of airtel must be broken destroyed in jharkhand and kicked it out from jharkhand vey very useless garbage company. Very very snail beggar network too slow speed money sukers greedy dump # # liers.

          This is deepak suresh barse from vimannagar pune :-411014. Some days before i think almost 45 days back some of your representative visited our office and asked to purchased air-tel sim. And he convinced me that there is no hidden charges and no sim activation charges it is totaly free from our side and he spoke a sugar coated word taught by you. As this is your policy to attract customer by using sugar coated fake words.

          And he said that only 349 plus gst took place when the first bill genrated. Now the fine day come and i got a message from you that the bill is 703.
          And i shocked so i called your call center quickly.. They said that there is no hidden charges you have to pay sim activation charges rs 250. This is what you sales representative deceived. Cheat us because you have given training to him.. You teach them that do whatever you want but earn money for airtel

          I just want to say you that this is not ethically way to earn money.. Fear the lord he is almighty forever and forever

            Hi,

            I met with an accident and my phone is damanged due to the phone fell down aling with me and my vehical. I am covered with insurence for my bike and for me as well. When i submitted the claim for handset insurance they said it is rejected due to negligence. How the hell it is come under negligence? This is a # service providing my airtel and everytime we submit claim they by default reject our claims saying improper handling. This is really rediculas. Please never ever recommend airtel a # service provider provides very # service.

              I have been a airtel customer for almost 10 years now and recently moved to uk. Before moving to uk i wanted to convert my airtel postpaid to prepaid as i was just using my airtel sim for bank transactions. But some airtel executive called me and changed my mind to keep the postpaid as they would provide a rs 50 postpaid plan with unlimited roaming. So i thought this would work out. But as soon as i came to uk the airtel network did not register any of the available network. So i have been calling them for past 1 month but not at all getting any help from them and i have paid the postpaid bill of rs 300 which they said it will be 50.
              Now the finally as they were not able to figure out the issue, they just said that sim has problem and i have to go back to india to get a duplicate sim card. So they expect me to spend 1lakh and fly to india just for a sim card. And when i asked if a family member can take the sim card on my behalf they said that would not be possible.

                Dear sir,

                I have done a recharge in the morning of 09-june-2018 through paytm but the recharge is done for wrong number. And the wrong number that got recharged is not a smart phone which can't make use of plan credited to it. Is there any way to refund money to paytm by cancelling the wrong recharge.

                  My sim is 4g and handset too but while i was travelling from bangalore to bhubaneswar i lost signal on my phone and now it's not coming. I tried to switch on off the phone but still no signal. Please look into this i am unable to contact anyone. It's being very problematic. I am not able to understand the problem of my sim card. It has been days that i am without signal on my phone.

                    My family plan was initiated on 19th dec 2017 till now the the plan has not been changed and i have been charged for two mobiles. If am not paying the bill the service is getting disconnected and i need to go to airtel store for resolving the issue. Almost 6 months over till now the issue is not resolved and no update in emails also.. Email chain is going on for last two months with same update

                      Very worst network becoming earlier y i don't know 4g network not getting simply buffering each 5 sec. Wt is use. Better move to jio network i am feeling to go that jio network please give the root cause &target date i need reply with correct action i hope don't get problem so try to solve the problem and provide good connection

                        There is no connectivity in airtel broadband since 06/06/2018. Inspite of several complaints on telephone airtel or its employees are taking no interest. It is a cable error. Please help as i need the broadband urgently for councelling. I have called airtel complaint cell, the boy who installed the broadband and the airtel franchise. Either get my problem resolved or i will be compelled to disconnect the broadband.

                          Hi,

                          I have recharged a wrong special plan of rs.149 instead of rs.169 through paytm. There is no way to cancel my order through paytm. So i tried to contact airtel customer care @ 121 but couldn't reach any customer care executive. Please provide the airtel customer care to contact any executive or provide an option to change my plan from 149 to 169.

                            I have an airtel connection and therefore free access to airtel tv but when i try to access any shows on hooq on airtel tv it doesn’t play on my ipad. Please help. Whenever i try to access any shows on hooq the screen just gets stuck and nothing happens. For other channels though this is not an issue. Please have a look into this. I have tried to call customer care as well but didn’t receive a resolution.

                              My no. [protected] has been port from airtel to jio last month and i paid the whole outstanding bill before poting out.
                              But from last 3 days i am unable to use any services in jio sim so i called the jio operator they said that you didnt pay the airtel sim bill so i called airtel operator they said your bill is paid but have to mail us at 121.[protected]@airtel.com i mailed them but no response giving by them so please take immidiate action so i can use the services.

                              sir i already said that i paid the whole bill before porting out and airtel representative write in a mail that you have due amount of above 600rs and there is no bill sending by them on my mail id or not at my home. On that time(april).

                                I booked a broadband connection in safdarjung enclave, delhi and took a plan for 6 months and paid the company an amount of rs. 5428.

                                I was told that there is some problem in the lines of the area and the connection cant be given to you. So i had asked a refund of the amount.

                                It's been more than 20 days now and no refund has been initiated. I hv called the customer care nos. Ample no. Of times but no positive response has come.

                                    Respected sir/madam,

                                    I am using airtel mobile services since a year and my mobile number is [protected]. I was opted a plan for rs.399/-
                                    As per the plan they offered :

                                    Unlimited call (Local and std)
                                    10 gb internet usage (4g speed)
                                    And other associated services.

                                    The above are services provided by the airtel under rs.399/- post paid package.
                                    I have been impressed and attracted towards the said plan because it suits me for my professional and personal usage.

                                    But after opting the services from airtel the said services are not up to the mark. For an instance : call drops are major problem and very low signals in my area. No 4g signals at my location. Due to this i called and lodged complained couple of times to the service provider and complaint registration nos are: 81717276 dated:[protected] and 85435613 dated;[protected], they have registered my complaints and promised me to resolve the issue.

                                    But the service provider never resolved my complaint till now. Because of the unresolved issue i am paying additional payment for wifi connection at my home. I requesting you to please look into the issue and do the needful.

                                      Requested for hd upgrade and i got offer as for hd upgared only pay 350/- rs. As we are airtel digital tv customers for more than 3 years. The airtel executive done the installation and requested to give 350/- rs. As officially and asked more money for his convenience. He behaved very badly and used abusive words when we are not ready to pay more than the actual amount confirmed by airtel.

                                      As per him, the money airtel paying for him is not sufficient and that's why he asking more money from customers.. Please don't send anybody who having such bad behavior to anyone's home as there will be only old parents or only ladies will be available at home and this kind of bad behavior might scare them.

                                      I need an explanation for this bad experience with the airtel executive for my old parents.
