i have had two unpleasant experience with airtel broadband.

First Issue. - I have been using this number since Sep 2017 and paid in advance for six month to avail the discount. i renewed the same in March 2018 and in May when i had purchased a flat, i asked for shifting of the phone, Airtel informed me that this is not transferable and the amount will not be adjusted after the phone is shifted and i forfeit the amount which was around 3500 /- . I was informed that the scheme doesnt permit while i was sure that i had spoken in Sep 2017 with the person who came for connection that there is no such issue for transfer of the telephone as its normal in most cases
I want this case to be heard and resolved

Second Issue - I asked for shifting of phone on 26 May and the phone was to be connected on 29 May at new site in Gurugram, I telephone installation team person promtly reached and connected the internal line and left saying the engineer will visit me in 30 mins time and for two days no one turned up, i keep contacting all the person namely, Prashant, Kundan, Bhagwan, Raghav all in Gururgram area, Till date the connection has not been made and now these people dont pick up the calls
I have made call at customer care also on 05 May and the lady informed me that the urgent complaint has been raised and things will be done by evening, Its now 9, 45 Pm on 06 Jun 18, nothing has been done

I have been informed that its related to some activation code and making me go on spin for last 10 days now, without connection

i recommend people to avoid airtel connection, be it mobile or landline,

    I have tried reaching several times about my sim which is automatically got stopped working. I have sent mail to customer service, they said ur number is given to someone else.
    I was using this sim since 10 years and my all personal and professional contact i have lost, i m currently working in dubai and can't able to come and sort out this issue, due to which i m not at all satisfied with these kind of services airtel gives to their old committed customers.

    Kindly assist.

      I am facing network as well as voice issues in my area since 2 months. I have a data pack which includes 4g service. My handset is Redmi note 3. I have checked all the pre requisites to achieve good data quality on my handset. I have filed a complaint on open network issues number as provided by the Airtel app. My complaint number is [protected]. The customer care replies with the same answer that there is network congestion. My question is, have Airtel stopped charging me data services for past 2 months?

        Me and my Friends are users of airtel prepaid and few more users in our hostel are facing severe network problem.

        I request the authority to kindly improve the network services at the earliest. If this problem continues we all are planning to switch over to other network.

          I am using airtel no: [protected] (With 275 rental) since last 4+ years.

          But unfortunately, i am receiving wrong bill details since activation. I have made lot of complaints but no improvement while it increases with unnecessary charges which i paid, like:

           hello tunes were set with any confirmation.
           unnecessary charges applied.

          Even said number services has been stopped by which i am facing lot of problem.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          We installed the airtel digital tv for 1 year.
          It started non working mode after 1 week and no proper repose from airtel .
          The most worse service in INDIA .
          No One from airtel going to give the answer properly .It is the most worse service every i seen .

            I have logged network related issue past two month before till now it's resolved.
            Even from airtel network technical engineer came to my room and checked and told me that the network is worst. Every month my bill generating with rs 100 discount. And i really don't know how this bill coming as i am not using mobile data and voice call service on that extend.
            I request just give me full discount on my bill until and unless this is resolved by the airtel.

            Issue is from 1 week but nobody is resolving it.
            I have recharged my airtel no [protected] from airtel payment bank for Rs 80. But., the amount is deducted but recharge balance is not credited.

              Dear sir/ madam
              My mob. No.[protected]
              Yesterday suddenly sim failed i remove shim again again insert shim failed after i go to customer care office person told new shim to be change. Ok you insert shim 4hrs after load. Ok 10pm shim load calls no issue.
              Incoming and outgoing sms issue. Receive and send issue. Still sms incoming and outgoing problem. Pls resolve the issue.

                Dear team, on my airtel postpaid bill for the period of 02-may-2018 to 01-jun-2018, an amount of inr 10 has been charged for sending two sms to international no[protected] which is also mentioned on the bill whereas i have not sent any such type of sms. This is totally fraud & unacceptable from a customer point of view, its a not about inr 10, its about wrong or unacceptable reason for charging extra amount.

                  The services unlimitedvids (125 rupees) and spuulmovies (60 rupees) got activated automatically and amount got deducted from my prepaid account. There is no web history for that site in cell phone too. How come u dirrectly deduct balance. Kindly look and solve the issue as soon as possible. Credit the amount back to my prepaid account.

                    Yesterday 05th june 2018 around 12:30 pm to 1 pm, one fraud transfer of 25000 rs happened from my father's icici bank account[protected] using debit card details to airtel money. My father ram achal singh already filed report in local police station.

                    That fraud person (Pankj kumar sharma name told on phone call) asked account and debit card details over phone and did this transaction.

                    Please revert this transaction.

                      Hi,
                      I recently added rs 509 currency to my dad's cell by mistake, wherein my intention was to recharge my mom's cell (Via paytm app). When i contacted customer care to reverse the same, they are saying tat my dad's number already has a package worth rs 499, which was activated just 2 days back. And so they won't be able to cancel or transfer the amount to my mom's number.
                      Very strange.. Looks like anybody can loot indians.. For me 500 is a big amount but wondering if airtel is thinking the same..

                        Hi,
                        I have raised a port request from airtel postpaid to prepaid. Currently my postpaid is not utilised as i have got my comapny mobile. On 19th may i have visited airtel store and raised a request. The store executive taken my details (Adhar verification) and gave me a new sim. He told me that it will take max 7 days.

                        Till date nothing has happened. I had to visit that store twice. I had repeatedly send emails and called customer care. Nothing has happened till date.

                          Actually last i moved fro madras to lucknow.in madras i recharged with 448 rs. Scheme which holds a validity of free calls and 1.4 gb data daily.in madras the speed was 2 or 1.5 mb/s but here in lucknow its not more than 75 kb/s. Since 1 month (25/04/2018) i am facing this problem.
                          My data is being wasted since 1 month. Please helpme with this situtation so that i could retain my speed.

                            I switch my connection from jio to airtel... I can not able to take the proper speed.. It is just 5-10kbps.. My phone can not able to catch the 4g network.. And on 3g service, my speed is just very low and cant be able to load the single page... Your coustner executive says that my signal strength is excellent.. Then why i cant be able to use the service? Airtel is just the crap.. Cant fulfill my needs and have to shut my connection early if it takes much time to recover.. Phone number is [protected]

                              My airtel dth tv monthly plan is rs 399/month 30 days. If i recharge on 6th of month my 30 days expires on 5th of next month but airtel disconnect the connection two days advance means on 3rd day of next month they disconnect the connection, which is wrong and cheating.
                              My connection should be alive till midnight 12'o clock of 5th day of next month.
                              Now its my wish when i have to recharge my connection but airtel starts penalizing the customer for not recharging the connection in two days advance as per their notification.
                              If i don't have money i am not recharging it, why i should be penalizing for it.
                              My suggestion is it must be "hourely based" monthly rental, as per customer uses like electricity bill, png gas connection, water connection so on.

                                  Airtel has activated superstore on my number without any intimation. They have deducted rs.99 for this. I have called airtel representative but he told me its non-refundable. How could airtel do this to their customers without customer's consent. I want my money to be refunded. Otherwise i am going to file a case.
                                  Please check into the matter as soon as possible.

                                    I have taken an airtel dth hd package for rs.3250/- for one year free package channels.
                                    1) my airtel digital tv id is.[protected] and the transaction id is[protected]. This was activated on 31.05.2016. The voice message i receive for the validity is up to 20.05.2019 which supposed to be up to 31.05.2019.
                                    Why this difference?
                                    2) i was promised that i would get all the channels including hindi and english along with the tamil channels. But i get all the channels except hindi and tamil channels. When i contacted the customer service, he said it is already activated and cannot help. Now i feel the very purpose of installing airtel dth is defeated.
                                    I do not need the other language channels except tamil, hindi and english.
                                    What is the use of having malayalam, telugu, kannada, oriya and bengali channels if i do not know the language.
                                    Please remove all these channels from my package and restore tamil, hindi and english channels only.

                                      I have bought a phone from airtel online store, made payment on 31st may.
                                      Airtel customer care people misguided me and informed me ill need to convert my prepaid airtel no to post paid if i want a delivery of my phone, in case i dont convert my phone will not get delivered . So i rushed to airtel store to get my no convered as today when delivery person from airtel arrived he denied to handover me phone because he informed customer care people fooled me and in order to give me phone he had to convert my prepaid no to postpaid and then he himself cancelled my order . After making me wait for 5 days i got to know i have been fooled by airtel company . I paid amount for phone that company was using for them without giving me services and now unwantedlt they converted my no to postpa. What is te use for me if i dont get phone . They are also denying to convert my no to prepaid again .

                                      They are just making money by fooling there customers there’s motive is just to steal money from customer instead of 200 forcefully i will need to pay them 400+ taxes to them each month now . Also i dint get phone for which i wait for 5 days

                                        They not providing hello tunes service properly. when we set one song as hello tune they send message that hello tune service will be activated but not deducted main balance. after few hours deducting 60+15+15rs as charges for hello tune. to check what's going on, i called 198 but they said u activate one song after that u have changed another song but actually my phone not working few side of touch so setted hello tune on web but that fellow saying that i'm activated via sms service.how's it possible when touch not working after min again called 198 they connected to senior for query but that guy saying i'm activated via web. fellow people talking non-sense again and again after few min. after long argument they saying if willing to use airtel change to other networks by simply. is this the way aitel providing customer service means finally one day airtel also down like aircel. becoz of non-sense service and customer care. finally my hello tune is not setted at first see the screen shot for further details my hello tune setted is "ennai kollathae song " but see screen shot when it is activated and they said it is activated at 12.13pm but msg time is 3pm telling it may be delayed for sms. then how it is activated before receiving sms any service is activated before 3hrs?? 2 r 3 min means acceptable but this fellow said activated at 12.13 at that time my mob bal also low then how's possible it been activated. cheating and no proper hello tune service also many more like internet service
