I have already raised to disconnection request, but the airtel cable was not removed and the airtel cable was touching 11000 volt electricity cable due to poor installation by airtel, major accident happened on 20 may 2018 and my fatherinlaw and my wife and myself had high volt shock, my fatherin law age 85 is sick now.

    I observed below pincode, airtel network is worst, call is not connecting and signels is very bad and keep on disconnecting. Calling parties are getting out of coverage area or switched off. Signels are very very bad. Once upon time in below places airtel was best network.
    Take care of it.in othercase subscribers will migrate to other operater (Idea, jio, vodafone).

      This is regards to the may 2018 bill cycle which enabled an international pack without my knowledge.

      I was out of country visiting china from 21st april to 7th june. We had a stop over in sri lanka outbound and inbound for a day each.

      Details of bill dated 21-may-2018 for airtel no. [protected]: total due: rs 10507.42, due date: 08-jun-2018, bill delivery date: 01-jun-2018. 15% service tax has been replaced by 18% gst. To view bill/pay online, click

      Here is my case:
      1) after my dubai trip in august i got a random call from your promotions team and was told that why don't i enable a scheme at no additional charges for free incoming free messages abroad. I remember repeatedly asking if there are hidden charges and i was told there aren't any charges to enable incoming messages while roaming internationally. So i kept my phone on.

      2) i would like to listen to the conversation which according your team happened in december where i approved of the plan. I do not recall agreeing to enabling any such plan. There has clearly been some mistake. I would like to hear the recording myself.

      3) if i had taken the pack why would i not use it. I didn't even know if it was enabled. I have not made a single call. I am being unfairly charged for entertaining random in-coming marketing messages where charges and other information is hidden and not passed on to customers. This is a clear case of cheating.

      4) if the pack was enabled i should have gotten a message from airtel as soon i landed in sri - lanka on 22nd but according to your team the first data pack enabling message was sent to me in china on 29th. If you are enabling such expensive data packs you need to inform customer upfront and not sneak behind their back enabling random packages and charging them a bomb.

      These are unfair malpractices and i will make sure to take it to consumer court if the charges are not waived. This is charging a customer without them being aware.

      We have been as a family of four have been loyal airtel's customer since 1996 with original phone number registered in our name +[protected] and have paid more than 10 lakhs in just bills.

      Even after jio was introduced we still kept loyal to airtel. We are very disappointed of this attempt to fraud the customer. We all will make sure to move to another carrier along with legal actions if this isn't rectified.

      These are unfair practices and as a company claiming to be the best you need to sort this fairly.

        I've ported my no.[protected] from aircel to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

          I an writing this issue due to airtel telecom services actually the issue is that i am using the prepaid no of airtel prepaid from march 2014 to till 2 days back but recently my phone has been lost due to stolen by someone and then i went to airtel store for reissue the same so they told me your aadhar
          Is on the name of dipesh jaiswal but your no is on the name of dinesh jaiswal and all details are same except this and they insist me for postpaid (Thana road najafgarh branch) but they earlier dont see all this when i am using the no for 4 years till yet and they reissue the duplicate sim but not working from janakpuri airtel store. I want this in a prepaid one only. And having all original proofs and this is the miatake of retailer or airtel validation team. Please do the needful for me.

            From last 1 year I am leaving in Dubai, [protected] this is my airtail no. When I came to India it's showing registration fail, I contacted to the airtail gallary( Bandra East, Mumbai near lucky hotel), Mr irfan(airtail employee) he told me first u change Ur 2G sim card to 4G, and he took 325 rs. from me and after complainting finger prints registration work, he told me within 4 hrs Ur SIM will activate. But it's not activated after 5 days I called to the custemer care that time I comes to know same no. register ed on another person. Now he (Irfan) refused to give back my money.

              I have a plan ogf daily 1 g b as it is not suffucient for me i want to take a recharge of 1.4 gb again..
              I a recharge my account with 1.4 again how much can i use my daily balance..
              Can i get 2.4 gb per day till both plans are active and after ecpirity of 1 gb per day i can continue with daily 1.4 gb..?

              So i want to recharge a new pach whic consists of 1.4 gb per day if i recharge with other plans will the bohh plans exists..?

                I surendra yadav village - bidyanagar tea estate district - karimganj, assam would like to bring to light the fact how tele service provider are cheating us. 4g mobile handset shows airtel 4g network but the actual speed is like 2g. Even net surfing is quite inconvenient in such speed. I made a complaint to pmo govt of india. As a result a team visited a few days ago with technician and showed me the better speed. And the technician team made power fluctuation the main cause of lesser speed. However after visiting technical team, 15 to 20 days speed was ok. But from 3 to 4 days its once again the same scenario. Our tower id is bdy nr1. Plase take needful step

                  An airtel sim sales person came to our house. He offered me to buy a post paid sim that will be giving me 32 gb data. I already own airtel pre and postpaid sims.
                  After getting this new sim activated, i got a message to pay the bill for the 2 gb data. So, i was being cheated that i will be getting 32 gb data while the data plan was only for 2 gb. I have never used the sim after knowing about the fraud. Now, i keep getting calls to pay the bills everyday. They simply keep adding everymonth bill amoount. Now it is 1200+. I have never used the sim and i have requested them to cancel the sim card many times. Still they keep calling me. I am very prompt at paying my other airtel bills.
                  Plz take action against them. They have started new way too exploit the consumer. They send a sales person home with the sim card with false plans and promises, then they start calling to pay bill for an unused sim card

                    Air tel no. [protected].14.05.2018 i have recharge my no. With rs. 248. But it is not working on 17.05.2018 i call in air tel care to solution my problem. Airtel executive inform me your recharge no success on your mobile. You take another recharge, your rs.248 refund on your air tel app wallet in 24-48 hours..
                    But refund money not received.
                    25.05.2018 i call again air tel care for this matter. Air tel sr. Executive listen dated 17.05.2018 call record and confirm that air tel executive gave wrong information. So that your money rs.248 refund on your air tel wallet in 24 hours & write down a complain of this regards.

                    Refund money not received so i call back again (31.05.2018) air tel sr. Executive ms. Manisha told me your money not refundable.
                    Please refund my rs.248 because air tel executive gave me wrong information regard my recharge.

                      I have recharged airtel of 399 which provide 1.4 gb 4g data per day and i cant even browse not even google. Shame on you airtel. Its a pack run for 70 days. What do i do for 70 days if i cannot even browse. You as a biggest telecom company doing such a cheap business. You have mention that if consumer do recharge for 70 days then airtel will provide slow speed. Hence recharge one months pack if need better than slow speed. You are not providing fast speed internet.
                      Such a rubbish and cheap marketing and business what airtel is doing.
                      Cheap airtel, deceiving airtel in the name of jio competition and theif airtel.

                        I have registered a complain from the beginning of this month stating that i am unable to get the network connectivity which i used to get till 30th april.

                        They contacted me stating that they were planning. And they were upgrading.

                        So, why did not they informed me prior to my recharge.

                        Just to get the same amount. Since there is a loss for me. I need rs. 448/- refund back for the recharge as compensation.

                          Dear sir / madam,
                          I had taken airtel sim a month ago, and since then i have been facing consistent problem in getting a decent network signal in my locality, which is miyapur, hyderabad.
                          The company claims in all their advertisements that they are the fastest growing network in india, and have no network issues at all whatsoever. And all the advertising gimmicks of open networks etc. (I don't know how!) but what good is it when i don't get a proper signal in a place like miyapur, and it's not that i'm expecting their perfect network coverage in some remote village of telangana.
                          I have to come out of my house, let alone my room and stand on the road of my colony (Quite literally) to make / receive calls. When i go to the website of airtel to report this issue, they expect me to call on their customer service number. Now, how i can i do it, when my basic complaint is about calls & network? Which means i have to go back on the road of my colony make a call. Can't they have a system in place, which will allow me to register a complaint by submitting it online, on their website?
                          Well, anyways, airtel really is one of the worst networks currently (At least according to my experience).

                            I am using airtel ([protected]) postpaid connection last three months and yesterday my no suddenly stop. I called customer care executive for this issue they told me your address verification pending and suggest me to go airtel store with current address proof and continue your service.

                            Now i visited airtel store (Baner, pune, maharastra) she told me your maximum (3 times) verification failed so you can only convert this sim to prepaid. If you want prepaid then i can help to convert this no to prepaid otherwise i dont have authority to start or continue.

                            So my basic question for airtel is what is this i already paid all bill on time then how can stop my number if address document (Verification) is not safisufficient then why started my no in airtel.

                            Note : no one contact me for this address verification pending part before stop.

                              My land-line is dead from the past 5 days and due to this my wi-fi connection is also not working properly. It's very disgusting that last month the same thing repeated and today when i was trying to call customer care number it was not working and it was showing a wrong no then i tried in airtel office bhopal then also no one was picking my call i mean this is ridiculous i want my problem to resolve as soon as possible or else i will remove the connection my address is 203 narmada aakriti enclave gulmohar colony bhopal and my landline no is[protected] and solve my problem as soon as possible

                                I am using airtel prepaid for the last 3 years back and my sim too upgraded from 3g to 4g with hopefully so that i can get network speed. Since from one week 3g network is full strength but very poor when using internet. I am unable to open even google search. This make me disappointed.. Request you to look into the matter urgently. I used to call the customer care service but in vain. Moreover airtel give unlimited pack but cannot avail fully due to above stated. Setting also done in auto mode 4g, 3g, 2g but in 3g network it is not working.

                                  I have raised the network issue just one year before at my home address location of kendriya vihar, sector 56, gurugram 122011.
                                  After so many reminders i am facing the same network issues. I can't even browse a single site after coming from office at evening. I have tried at mid night also for any emergency transactions or any other form fill up etc. I can't upload any single photo from my house.
                                  After using 5 years i decided to leave from airtel unless any solution within a day for getting smooth internet.

                                    Please concern about the matter in the area of galsi.. Purba burdwan... Airtel network is very poor... And in the gramins area of galsi there are no network coverage of airtel... Vilagers are facing a lot of problem to communicate with there near ones. They have to use other sim cards but not all villagers afford to buy a new sim card... So kindly take action as fast as possible — your network user

                                    They showed negative balance from 15th may onwards, so gave my 1st complain on 15th

                                    Airtel has suspended my Ac on 22nd May 2018 due to negative balance.

                                    I gave 5 complains in Airtel till now, no solution has been made.

                                    Have some respect for customers.
                                    Due to some value added services which are not active on my mobile no my balance getting deducted from last 2 recharge uptill no total amount of 90rs has been deducted.there is customer support.
                                    I need my deducted balance back.

                                      First of all, i'd like to put this to your notice, that airtel has been playing with it's customer by simply activating services without the notice of the customer. Sadly for the past few days, a service called icon service has been deducting my balance. I tried every possible way to stop this service, however airtel is not giving me any option to stop this service.
                                      Please look into this matter.
