I applied for a airtel secure claim on 11/05/2018. Because of slight display screen crack on right side top edge of the screen.
Airtel secure team picked up my phone on around 20th may for repair purpose. And they delivered it to there samsung service partner.
After 2 days i got a call from airtel secure team that your phone is having local display (They said they get info from there samsung service center).
I informed them that it is not local and previously screen was changed from authorize service center only, they said they need a bill as a proof if i can provide a bill issue will be cleared and device will be repaired.
(They just wanted that phone should be repaired from authorize service center only).
On around 22nd or 23rd may within 15 hours i provided them the bill which was in my home town.
Also i called samsung india for confirmation regarding parts are all genuine or not they said everything is genuine please contact airtel's samsung service center for confirmation.
I took out number of airtel;'s partner samsung service center (Where airtel delevered my phone) i called them and ask why are you saying my part is local???
So he informed me that they never said any part is local to airtel team they just need bill of previous overhauling to confirm from there side that previous work done is authorize.
He also said please ask your airtel team to contact us back again they are in some confusion and this phone has to be repaired claim will be accepted as all parts are genuine.
I never get call from airtel secure concerned team again.
I called 121, 198, tried nodal team (More then 50 times) of tamil nadu so many times but no one helped. Rajesh, abhijeet, lincy some floor supervisor always keep on saying that concerned team will call me but no one ever called.
Suddenly one day 25th may i got a auto generated mail that my claim has been denied without giving me any reason or calling me.
Airtel team didn't even contacted me or there service partner for confirmation.
Suddenly i received a my phone from them via courier on 26th may 2018.
I opened my phone and saw that my phone screen is now broken from totally opposite side also and frame is also damaged because of improper opening using some hard sharp thing
My phone battery is loose (Shaking inside the phone)
And my phone is not even closed from back side properly using proper sealent.
They have totally ruined my phone which cost rupees 65000 only 7 to 8 month old.
I need help i need my phone to be repaired or renewed by them as they have damaged my phone from other side screen, battery loose, panel is damaged.
I have un-boxing photographs also the moment i opened it. Courier delivery timings m all record of call logs and mails and photographs before giving phone and after receiving phone. Which i am attaching with proper labels. If some one can help it will be appreciated.

Before giving to airtel there was only on small crack on display on right side top edge.
After receiving phone from airtel left side screen damage (Hole) panel scratches and small dent, also back panel not fixed properly and battery i shaking in my phone like a toy. Kindly check video also.
