I have done recharge of my phone using debit card through airtel app of amount worrh rs 399 on my mobike no.

The transaction is not successful but money is deducted from my aacount.
I have talked with airtel custome care 2 times but they are delaying it by saying that please wait you will recieve refund.

Iwant my money back please help me.

    I bought international roaming plan for ₹2998 yesterday before travelling and it has not been activated on my number yet. And they have deducted all my balance plus i have no number to reach airtel customer care from greece. So basically i am stuck in greece woth no balance and no mobile number.

    My number is [protected].

    What is wrong with airtel why do i have to suffer everytime i opt there services?

    Most pathetic service providers they have become.

      I applied for a airtel secure claim on 11/05/2018. Because of slight display screen crack on right side top edge of the screen.

      Airtel secure team picked up my phone on around 20th may for repair purpose. And they delivered it to there samsung service partner.

      After 2 days i got a call from airtel secure team that your phone is having local display (They said they get info from there samsung service center).

      I informed them that it is not local and previously screen was changed from authorize service center only, they said they need a bill as a proof if i can provide a bill issue will be cleared and device will be repaired.
      (They just wanted that phone should be repaired from authorize service center only).

      On around 22nd or 23rd may within 15 hours i provided them the bill which was in my home town.

      Also i called samsung india for confirmation regarding parts are all genuine or not they said everything is genuine please contact airtel's samsung service center for confirmation.

      I took out number of airtel;'s partner samsung service center (Where airtel delevered my phone) i called them and ask why are you saying my part is local???

      So he informed me that they never said any part is local to airtel team they just need bill of previous overhauling to confirm from there side that previous work done is authorize.

      He also said please ask your airtel team to contact us back again they are in some confusion and this phone has to be repaired claim will be accepted as all parts are genuine.

      I never get call from airtel secure concerned team again.
      I called 121, 198, tried nodal team (More then 50 times) of tamil nadu so many times but no one helped. Rajesh, abhijeet, lincy some floor supervisor always keep on saying that concerned team will call me but no one ever called.

      Suddenly one day 25th may i got a auto generated mail that my claim has been denied without giving me any reason or calling me.
      Airtel team didn't even contacted me or there service partner for confirmation.
      Suddenly i received a my phone from them via courier on 26th may 2018.

      I opened my phone and saw that my phone screen is now broken from totally opposite side also and frame is also damaged because of improper opening using some hard sharp thing
      My phone battery is loose (Shaking inside the phone)
      And my phone is not even closed from back side properly using proper sealent.
      They have totally ruined my phone which cost rupees 65000 only 7 to 8 month old.
      I need help i need my phone to be repaired or renewed by them as they have damaged my phone from other side screen, battery loose, panel is damaged.

      I have un-boxing photographs also the moment i opened it. Courier delivery timings m all record of call logs and mails and photographs before giving phone and after receiving phone. Which i am attaching with proper labels. If some one can help it will be appreciated.

      Before giving to airtel there was only on small crack on display on right side top edge.
      After receiving phone from airtel left side screen damage (Hole) panel scratches and small dent, also back panel not fixed properly and battery i shaking in my phone like a toy. Kindly check video also.

        For the past 2 days i am not able to use airtel 3g/4g services from my residence. I am able to connect but no data is received. It was working fine for the past 2 months, but it stopped working on friday night. I am only able to use 2g services from my residence. There is no problem with my setting as i am able to use 4g services from other places. Nor is there any connectivity problems due to me being indoors, as i was not able to use 4g/3g even from the roof. And even from my room i get 5 bars for tower strength. This is clearly a problem with the tower nearest to my residence. I have complained about this to customer care thrice, but the # seated there only come back with templated response and are not even willing to acknowledge that there is a problem. However, i am stuck with airtel for now, as i had recharged for 3 months out of which 1 month still remains. This is my last recourse and i am hoping somebody from airtel takes notice and resolves the issue.

          Airtel — data on roaming not working

          I recharged my airtel number [protected] with 399 pack, its madhya pradesh's sim. When i came to maharashtra data is not coming even if i connect to data roaming services, please resolve my issues. I also checked the apn settings but they are all correct. When ever i come to maharashtra i am not able to use the internet on roaming is that airtels fault or the sims fault. Its not the phone fault because i used jio also on data roaming but only for airtel its not working, so i hope this problem would be resolved quickly.

          i am a customer with airtel number [protected] . i went to your outlet at Dhanbad, Bartand city centre below ICICI ATM. pin code - 826001. There i got reply that the outlet dont have rights and he wont be able to convert the sim from post paid connection to pre -paid connection after talking with your relationship officer than i got phone call from the outlet person that he will do the paper processing than i submitted my Aadhar card xerox and filled the form on 24 May at 6.30 Pm in the above outlet . same day my postpaid connection was stopped but he gave me a new sim with number[protected]U but today on 27 may your call centre updated me that my documents is not yet updated from your outlet but when i go to the outlet they repetedly tell me that they have submitted my documents .

          Now please clarify me who is giving me the currect update. and till when my number will be active as i am a working girl and my official number is [protected] . so i am facing alot of problem in communication.

            Thrice a time my airtel transaction got failured and didn't get that refunded too. I made the recharge payments through my sbi account which also notified saying the amount got debited but the amount didn't get added to my airtel recharge...

            28-02-18:rs.200
            These all are offer packs for airtel talktime.. But got unsuccessful..
            I made the payment through airtel app but i now feel unsecured to make any recharge to my phone.. I expect the amounts paid by me get refunded to my sbi account.. By the company airtel.

              Its about one message got from you yesterday 26.05.18 saying "your adhar id has been registered by"reliance jio infocomm limited" for two numbers. Sir how its happening? Without my permission how its happened? I have given my adhar number to airtel company only. Let me go for legal action. Plz cancel my adhar numbers added to those two numbers.               Why this reliance company is doing such way? I am anxious and afraid.

                Unnecessary service started without my consent
                In my cell phone received the following message
                "adofgames service has been activated @rs25 for 7 days txn id s[protected] 26 may 18 10:56 service will be renewed after validity expiry.                 I want my recharge money and company charged unnecessary charges without my consent

                  Try switching to Idea Network. Airtel does have a lot of back end technical problems which the deny but they do exists.

                    I didnt activated these service but early in the morning 5.49am they deducted from my main account.. Refund the money.. Very worst service..

                    Airtel — mobistore activation deducted Rs 20 & Rs. 70 for renewal with out my knowledge.


                    Ashok Kumar Ganguly on May 22, 2018 Rs. 20/-was deducted for activating MOBISTORE with out my concent and in spite of sending stop sms, further deduction of Rs.70/-was done on 23/05/18 for 7 days renewal. This has happened for the 2nd time. With this type of service how do you expect us to continue with your service? I have decided to go for some better service provider. I am having 3 Airtel connections. Make sure to REFUND THE MONEY at the earliest.

                        I wanted april, 2017 post bill copy for account purpose. The bill was for my wife mobile. Green park 110016 office staff refused to provide the bill copy to my staff even though to me on my personal visit. They had asked for authority or identity for both for 2017 paid bill copy. I do not understand the negative attitude of air tel staff members which clearly shows the harassment of customers and wastage of time for non productive activities.

                          On[protected] i sent 'start dnd' sms to 1909, from my airtel no. I got reply a sms as 'ndnc preference has been changed to fully blocked for your airtel mobile. Reference no. S[protected]. Changes will be effective in 7 days'. But till today i. E.[protected] i've been receiving smss continuesly. (Photos attached for reference). So what airtel did? This shows clearly how airtel is "arrogant & irresponsible" to their customer in terms of service. It's shame on their part.. Because of such a "negligence & rude" attitude of airtel most of their customers are switching to vodafone, jio. Hello airtel, can u beat the service of your competitors? No.. U can't... Even u can't imagine, in dreams also, the qualitative service your competitors are being given...
                          So airtel will soon disappeare if they continued such "wonderful service". I finally decided to port to vodafone.

                            My telephone no. Is [protected]. I have been using rs.120 centrex facility no outgoing calls plan since 2006. But on billing period 17/04/18-16/0518, you have change the billing plan to broadband without our knowledge which is totally unethical. We have not been using broadband facility at this telephone no. The billing amount is increased by 824.82 rs. Kindly refund the excess amount charged or adjust the amount in upcoming month bills. Also we require paper bill for each month since, we require it for the audit purposes. Look this matter seriously and solve the issue asap or else we have to the change operator as the service provided by you is worst compared to other operators.

                              I feel like throwing airtel sim card away.
                              Airtel internet in nagaland suck big time.
                              Time to move on jio, truly hero.
                              Perhaps in this life we are not going to witness another hero like jio, jio saved us huge money.
                              Airtel and other service provider recharge cost droped. Why? Jio is the reason.

                                My mobile number is out of service out of the blue since three days .I have being trying to contact to customer care from other numbers but there is no response . I just want the service center to look after this problem immediately . In case this problem is not fixed soon i will look forward to change my port .

                                  Since mid of may, i am facing many network issues in airtel number [protected]. This is a postpaid connection.
                                  I have complained many times on 121, [protected]. They raised some service requests :-
                                  85325948 : 16th may
                                  85344006 : 17th may
                                  85359102 : 18th may

                                  They habitually close the ticket without my consent in just 1 day. I mailed them and called them saying some miscreants have closed the ticket. They have made the 1st and 3rd ticket active again but they are still not resolved.

                                  I opted to port out of this network because i was not able to receive calls, calls would drop while talking, voices would crack, i wasn't able to use data properly. Airtel rejected my porting out request saying that i have to stay a minimum of 90 days in this network.

                                  It is already more than 10 days today. The problem is still not resolved and these people have sent me bill to pay. Why should i pay for something i did not get from them? I opted to port out on 16th may but they rejected it on 17th. They generated the bill again on 22nd and are saying we will not let you port out till you pay this bill and complete 90 days in this network.

                                  I will not pay this bill. I want to port out.

                                    Hi,

                                    My airtel no is [protected] (Postpaid data), i got my sim on 28th april. It was not working and i could not connect to internet from day1. I called cc many times and raised complaint on 14th may/no : 8529189. I could not use it and then i raised cancelation request. Now it is disconnected and i have got a bill of rs251 for services which i havent used. Plus rs200 paid during activation. Is there any resolution for this?

                                      Recently took broadband connection, airtel agents told we will get 40mbps speed but i'm getting only 16mbps in our area. They are not picking the call also. My registered number is [protected].
                                      I have lost my peace by calling them again and again need compensation.
                                      I need more speed for my official work if airtel is not providing we will go to some other network. I want to hear from you at the earliest

                                        On 24/05/18 at 12:58 pm i got a message from at-airinf as
                                        Thanks for choosing mobistore on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs60.0 for 6 days. A/c balance: rs8.73 at 12:58. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223.
                                        I have not subscribed to any of the airtel services and then how they have activated mobistore without my permission and they have charged rs.60 from my balance without my knowledge.
