wrong deduction of rs 50 on a/c of some super store service

Today i received sms from airtel of deduction of rs 50 from my balance against some service
Super store which i have not opted for nor i know what it is.
Tried to contact on 198 but there is no option given fora talk with customer service staff.
Tried their feed back form but after filling it, it does not get submitted.
Airtel must apolise and credit back amount....

My fixed line number is[protected] which was asked for a connection in january this year. Due to alot of issues and less signals, i made a request for disconnection in february itself. Your agents are least bothered with their customer’s satisfaction and even talk rudely. After a long talk on call, they say that the other department will make a call in 24 hours and the same department calls again. Am i liable to take all the calls now....

auto renewal of data roaming pack

I have asked for only one day of data roaming pack while in hongkong - 649/ - and after that i have not used any data at all or asked for second day of data pack.

Now i am "automatically charged" for 4 days??? Why?? If it is auto renewal why not charge me endlessly till kingdom come? Who will arbitrarily decide when to start and stop a pack on my phone?? - just a damn scam to cheat people and i have repeatedly complained and...

reg: wrongly money deducted from account

no response after paying for new broadband connection

I have applied for a new airtel broadband connection and have paid the advance rental amount of rs 7788 also. The sales person who came to sell the plan has told that it will be done withing 2 days.

But now its 1 week and i have not received any response from airtel.

regarding airtel 4g

Am using your airtel 4g network there is no 4g network working properly inside the city itself. Am not going to pay bills of my airtel unless until it get resolved. Your ad show its on mount everest. Please don't show such your network sucks..

After giving so many complaint still there is no feed back. It's not me there lot of members are dependent having this problem....

regarding dth

I had a normal connection and 2 days before i have taken 2nd connection of hd in rs.999 in which the airtel person told me that you have 1 month free hd channels. But today on my new second connection i got error code 6. And then i called customer care and they told me to recharge again with rs.351 on 1st normal connection then only your pack will restart on newly 2nd hd connection and after that i recharged then now my channels are coming....

penalty for delayed recharge

I got call from airtel representative that i will be charged rs 15 if recharge done post package expiry. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, you stop services. Since the services are stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call....

I am using airtel from around 10 yrs now, for the very first time now i am irritated with airtel signals, there are 0 signals in my home and office, i am not sure what is the point of keeping a headset if there is no signal, when ever you call customer care or raise a query on twitter, only response you get is change the sim, i am not sure, if they are even bothered about the complaints people are raising, doing advertisement...

unbarring of my mobile number

Airtel has been unable to unbar my number that had gone through a Sim Swap fraud, in spite of sending them all relevant information 4 days back and several repeated requests over the last 4 days.

Their customer care is useless, lousy and pathetic, and so are their first level escalation officers. They keep mentioning that they haven't received "confirmation from back end team" and KEEP MAKING FALSE PROMISES of a resolution...

services not started after porting, since 3 days

I had to port my number from vodafone to airtel. I have come to realize how big a mistake was that. My vodafone sim services stopped 4 days back, and this airtel people keep talking about technical difficulties and still they have not started services for my number. I have been visiting their gallery again and again leaving my job each day, and there is no resolution till now. Extremely disappointed of airtel.

broadband fraud employee.

Hello,
My complaint includes a person named lr. Kushwaha who promised me for an airtel broadband connection, came home with the cef form and charged me 500rs for the installation charges. He said the connection guy will be here in 2 hours, 3 days have passed and the person vanished. Now he's not picking up the phone and there is no address of him on the maps.

unethical deduction of balance

airtel prepaid uselessly activating services and deducting amount

I am facing this serious issue for the past two three weeks with airtel prepaid they are for no reason activating Gaming services and deducting my balance and and airtel customer care is beyond reach with pathetic IVR option they have been continuously deducting the balance money I am now going to switch to some other network fat better than this so called pathetic airtel. And will not advice anyone to switch to airtel ever....
