I have been a customer of airtel for 12 years now and i feel cheated by the company now.

I recharged my prepaid connection with the 199/- offer o[censored]nlimited local /std calls for 28days, on the 20th of april and today, the 14th of may which is only 25 days from the date of recharge i get a message from airtel saying i have low balance and need to recharge. I feel cheated. I want this resolved immediately....

Hello, from the past 5 months i am unable to recharge my airtel mobile number [protected] from online. We tried to recharge with rs 10, rs 100, rs 448 none of them works. Each time when we try to recharge it's get failed although we have sufficient money in the bank. I have ported my number from aircel to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.
