My airtel no. Is [protected].
On 20th may i visited your airtel office as well as talked to customer care regading activation of basic international roaming for rs.149 only. I specifically told him that i was not interested in any daily pack or any other international roaming pack even on your staff repeated request.
It is observed from the bill that you are charging rs. 649 daily since 20th may on daily basis. Please discontinue that immediately and suspend your staff or your system. Also please reduce the daily pack charge of rs.649x2= 1298 from my bill dated 22 may 2018 due on 11th june
Also ensure that rs.649 is not being charged daily from 20th may. Please confirm on my email [protected]@yahoo.com and sms on [protected].
You can check your voice recorder also that i have not asked for the daily pack. Why u activated that. I am in foreign till 10 th july 2018, do you think i am a fool to ask for rs.649 daily for 51 days. Please discontinue and correct the bill

    I have migrated my airtel postpaid to prepaid account and since the migration i haven’t been able to make any calls and i’m greeted with the message of sim under grace period.
    I have already done a recharge of inr 448 and got the confirmation also of the same however your executives are not able to track any recharge and so is your app. I believe there is some errors in your system and the customer cannot suffer for so long due to it.

    I’d like this problem to be resolved quickly since i haven’t been able to use the telecommunications for more than 48 hours and your executives are absolutely useless and providing no help whatsoever.

      The airtel sim connects to 4g network for 10 seconds and then the network drops and i get no internet at all. I have to switch on and off the airplane mode every 10 seconds to use internet. It nearly took 20 minutes to complain about this. I'm fed up of this. Be kind enough to get back to me, it's a humble request. Please kindly fix this problem, airtel. If you still don't fix this, i'm changing my network provider. Thank you.

        This is totally cheating. I have not activated any services. They have deducted 300 rs from my main account balance. I trusted airtel very much and keep the balance at high amounts. But they have deducted my money without activating. And they are responding as u have activated. Worst service. I recommend not to use airtel.
        Aitel service plz try to readd my dedeucted amount. It is a very huge for me.

          After a long time, airtel again started to activate some service and deduct amount. I have been charged 30rs for some yoga service without any notification. When i contacted customer support at 198, they say i accessed some website which activated this service. They did not provide me with the website which i accessed. Also this method itself is cheating. They say i accessed some website using airtel internet, where i clicked some link which activated this server. They also mentioned that they do not have any logs to specifically say which website i accessed.
          I am not sure how many people faced this problem. But am sure many would let it go without getting their refund. Airtel thus cheats people and earns illegally.

            My caller tune (Name tune) is taking my name only one time. However it is supposed to take my name at least 3 to 4 times. I called customer care 121, but no one is responding properly. They cut my call prentending they are not able to hear me. It is totally shameful. I don't expect such kind of services from airtel company. I expect now my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

              Today morning (25 may 2018, friday, around 8 am), i got a message saying that ₹99 was deducted from my account for activating superstore. I never activated such thing. I immediately deactivated it. I want my money back. Do it as soon as possible. I can't even complain in the airtel app. Some server error all the time. And it's hard to find customer care number.

                I, vinay prakash mathur, am a senior citizen and postpaid customer with airtel for decades (Current mobile n0 [protected] : bangalore based).
                My complaint (Service request 82387835?) made in dec.2017 related to weak signals at my residence is not resolved yet after a lapse of 5 months.

                Without any action having been taken, i was informed on 04/05/2016 that the problem has been resolved.

                Airtel customer care has been informed a number of times since then but no action to resove the issue or inform me about the status has been taken

                I face problem in incoming calls. Weak / inaudible sound, call ring not received with a missed call sign showing later etc.

                I look forward to get a response to this mail and get my problem resolved.

                  Myself anita mob no. [protected] i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile on dated 21st of may 2018 around 7 pm
                  Transaction id given via sms was [protected] of rs 448 validity for 2 months
                  My mob no was not recharged, but the above said amount has been deducted from account,
                  As i recharged via my debit card.
                  Kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible as this recharge has validity only for 2months

                    My name is rumya shanker. I am presently an airtel customer (Landline no.[protected].) i filed a request with airtel five days ago requesting for my number to be disconnected as i was leaving the country. They have not honored my request but have called me at least a dozen times a day, asking me over and over again why i am withdrawing my connection. First and foremost, it is within my right to not have a landline. Secondly, it is not my responsibility to find an alternative customer for airtel. This is not the first time i am facing harassment from airtel. I had a similar problem when i relocated from coimbatore to chennai. I had to threaten airtel with a legal notice. If this is the kind of attitude airtel is going to have towards it's customers, obviously no one wants to do business with them. Shame on you, airtel!

                        Hi,

                        I had transferred my number from airtel postpaid to prepaid around 20 days back and i got the confirmation for the transfer within a week.

                        But i was unable to do the tele-verification for this number because of low recharge. I made small 10 rs talk-time recharge along with 6-month full talktime recharge of rs 995 to have this number active asap.

                        After having made the recharge again the same problem persist and i could not do the outgoing call from this number, although incoming services are all good.
                        I went to the airtel store, they told me that they cannot do anything in this regard and i have to call to customer care number.

                        Now when i called to the customer care they told that number is partially active and it will take around 48 hr to backend team to resolve the issue, i waited for 48 hr. The given number was still not fully active. I called them again, they again told me to wait for 48 hrs, although i have lost my patience but i had no other option to wait for another 48 hrs.

                        Look what happened next, yesterday, on 24-may, when i called them again they replied this time even worst., told me to wait for another 72 hours. This time i was sadly depressed by the services they are offering to me and compelled me to lodge this complaint over public portal.

                        Sir/madma, please help me to get this number activate as soon as possible. I am using this number since last 4-5 years and can not afford to loose it. And so the reason airtel is making use of my obligations.

                        Hope this will make some impact and they will be in action to start my number as soon as possible,

                          I activated 104 new airtel connection during the month of march 2018. They assured me if i cross the limit of 100, i will get rs.100/=per new conection i. E. Rs.100x104=rs.10400/=. But on 28th april
                          2018, i received only rs.4625- rs.231 (G. S. T.)= rs. 4394/= instead of rs.10400/=.

                          In this connection when i enquired it over telephone, they agreed that i have done 104
                          New connection, but as the 12 new customers did not speak 15 minutes over telephone as soon as

                            I made a purchase from airtel online store of i phone 8 on 7th may 2018 and i did a payment of 9500/ which was immediately credited to airtel and as per airtel in 5-6 days but till date on 25th may 18 no phone is delivered
                            Since 15th may 2018 i have made complaint to appellate and nodal officer of airtel but no resolution has been done.
                            They are neither refunding my money nor they are able to do the resolution
                            They have torchered and harassed me mentally. I have to call daily to know the satus but no cal and no resolution from there end

                              I have been requesting to deactivate my airtel no [protected] but airtel is not stopping.
                              I gave forst request on 04.04.2018 so i received call back and they confirmed my number will be stopped in a week.

                              I did payment for the month of feb 2018. After payment number again activated by airtel. I received bill for april and may.

                              I asked airtel on 11.05.2018, the airtel executive told me to clear bill till april, we will waive off bill for may month and you number will be stopped.

                              I paid bill upto april 2018. But still i am geeting messages to pay bill for may month. So i contacted airtel again, this time ms. Sonia, punjb helpline, told there is no complaint registered to stop services of this number.

                              I request to stop this number, [protected], with immediate effect and waive off may month bill.

                                I am shashi prakash vasishth from brigade gate apartments, malleswaram, bangalore & facing acute problem & not able to communicate anywhere due to signals problem in mobile phone. Had i known this problem in airtel signals, i would not have opted for airtel. An.

                                Repeated Complaint made in pollachi regarding signal drop no see to take of AIRTEL Tower in pollachi Nallur area the complaint are pending from Aug 2017. ### hole people does not even bother to take complaint and resolve issue. As result I am switching to JIO Mobile connection which has tower near to my house.

                                  Dear sir i have a airtel dth tv connection with account no [protected]. I was doing a recharge on my connection by airtel website i was given a special offer by company to recharge with 4261 along with details "pay for 10 months and get 60 days free". After i done the recharge i got message that your account is valid only for 8 months with expiry date 21st jan 2019. The company has offered the scheme for 12 months and instead giving it for 8 months which is a loot for me as i would have never done such big recharge. I called the customer care where the staff had no idea about the recharge plans and had just one answer we cant help you nor can we take complaint of the issue and asked me to pay more amount to get the benefits. I even asked them to refund the entire amount so even they denied for the same. Pls help me in this issue and punish these fraudulent activities where they loot customers money and then deny all the schemes and plans

                                        My airtel mobile number [protected] while recharging for rs. 50/- i found after a second the entire recharge amount has been deducted without any reason. I request you to please delete any additional i. E. Truecaller or any sight, i just want only mobile talk. I request you to please delete if any additional facility given by you with immediate effect.
