Dear team,
This is in regards with my mobile no: [protected] which was earlier with vodafone. Later i received a call from airtel representative to port the telecome services from vodafone to airtel. With this request i intended to transfer my services as discussed.
A verification guy came to meet me and took all necesaary documents post addhar authantication. I was told it will take 3 working days for the conversion of telecome services and i was given a new sim to use in future.
Its been almost 3 months, i never receive any conformation on my port request. As i was having my primary allternate no, i didn't bother to check as well.
Later this month when i visited a store at college square, cuttack-odisha. I was told that i do have an airtel no and the same is been ported from vodafone services which was processed on my request. But till date the sim is not in use. There is no network service available on my device since i was given the sim. With all the above, i came to know that there are dues pending for last two months. I gave a request at the store itself, they denied to take as it was not of odisha circle.
I have mailed a formal mail as well from my regisgetre mail id as well. No response as of now. I am getting no. Of calls for the service provider to clear my dues. When i havent used the network for once, why should i pay for the same.
Request you to look in to the matter on atmost proiorty and address this issue.
