The 13/04/2018 some technical error as per them, they credited my a/c.1049/-
when i rec the MSG and i complain immediately to 121 helpline no, then that lady told me, sir don't worry that our mistake i m reimbursing the amount, today i found my out going calls are bard, mr. surjit roy told me when you made the current dues then we restore the line, then i ask him why my due date of current bill is 25/05/2018, why i should pay now i m always make the payment on in between 20-25, then he told me no sir because of our technical fault so our system not allowing till date so i request you please make payment, when i told him if i not pay then he told till date your connection is bard.
so pl tell me where i m wrong they did the wrong on them part then why i should pay the extortion on them choice, so please me out.

I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel junction box in front our club. The junction box was installed in front of our club gate. The construction work is going on in our club, the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience for moment of heavy vehicles which brings construction materials and may damage the junction box.     It is very bad network and the data speed is the worst of all
    I can't call anywhere from airtel 4G sim please help me and repaire it.
    The Airtel net speed is very bad and even network is very poor . U say that we will get 4g network but we are even not getting 2g network it is very horrible and terrible network and very bad net speed . I m feed up o[censored]r network and i[censored] can help me Then its ok other wise I will change the network and last Airtel is the barest network In India .
    Please activate my simply
    Not getting proper internet in my android phone since 5 days.. such a worst nservice you are providing. If you dont look into the matter then i will port it to some other better services...shame on your self...this is really upsetting..never expected this from your side.
    I have done my recharge of 2 gb per day but its not working in a proper way.
    It stops anytime it wants

      I applied for a new broadband connection in ip extension, delhi. I chose 40 mbps plan (Rs. 899 plan) and i online deposited the advance rental of rs. 5428 against the cef number 11162114 on 6th may-2018.

      But now after making payment your representative is telling that this much speed is not available in my area.

      The representative is also picking the phone after making payment. I called 2 times to the customer care but they are not helping.

      I guess airtel is only giving service to get the amount from the customers and once the payment is done they do not bother about us. They are cheating the customers.

      I want to get my advance rental to be refunded as soon as possible.

      On 09/05/2018 for txn ID[protected] recharge amount 349/- was deducted from account but data (84GB, 3GB/day) and daily talk-time (unlimited talk-time with 349/- balance) recharge has not happened. The airtel site and app do not have options to directly address this issue. 198, customer number was also unhelpful. Kindly refund the amount.

      This number holder is mad he makes unnecessary calls and molested and misbehave. I want to warn him about unnecessary calling. after that i will complain in police

      And I am unable to call anyone.

      Please resolve this.

        This is very shame full matter for a reputed company airtel. If you believe that your company network is excellent than others companies than why your call center executives calling us continuously every half an hour... Don't you a perfect data for a updating consumers no"s to whom you have called or not.. I am extremely fad up with your executives calls for bloody airtel plan. This disturbing my work and affected.. If i am calling someone your executives calls are on waiting on every half an hour how can i coordinate my work by calls.. This very shame full & disgusting for a so called reputed company airtel... Such a useless.. This kind of things not suits on airtel. Dont spoil your name & market through this kind of work.
        Through this no m getting so many calls per day.. Just stop them..[protected]

          Airtel is a # # traitor disgusting network. Airtel must be kicked out from indian telecom market. It is the worlds useless garbage # money sucker company. All indians must never use airtel or switch to airtel service. All service center must kicked out and must given to other telecom networks. Airtel is garbage turd snail horeshit company useless service worst of worst network must get ban in india useless # network. Internet speed sucks worst than bsnl & docomo. Airtel company must shut down forever and other best companies must given chance to improve our snail network in india. Airtel is useless garbage network which is a curse to india and it's development era. Airtel must kicked out from telecom service by trai. I request every indian to never ever buy airtel in future. Airtel must get ban in india it must be shown latrine basin flush where it deserve to be forever. All towers must broken to gain land to create other useful things.

          After number portability, they have said that first recharge FRC is compulsory. But after the recharge, the recharge plan of 495 was not activated. I request to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          100kb data downloading time is 3-4 minutes. It is not tolerable. So I want to switch over to Jio...
          My suggestion is please improve your networking area. Every time Customer care told me they are still working . But result is zero...

            My number was deducted of rs 99 this morning. I do not want international roaming rental on my airtel number.
            Airtel arbitrarily initiated to deduct balance from my main account without my request for any international services.

            I do no want any international roaming or international service.
            I want to be out of your default balance deduction schemes.

            I'm reaching out here because airtel customer service has not responded within the timeline they had stipulated.

            Please let me know how to unsubscribe from your default scheme of balance deduction without any request from the users.

              This complain is about airtel internet services (Dated[protected]. I had used nearly 440 mb with 559 mb still remaining a balance of rs.42 was deducted from my account claiming that my data is over at 9:35 am. I had nearly rs 58 balance and currently the balance is rs 16. It still shows 559 mb data left.

                  I hv upgraded to a new 4g sim from 3g. Then got the sms that my new sim card is ready. Now, the problem is that my new sim card is showing signal but no incoming, out going, internet facility is working. Again and again i m receiving the sms that your services have been set. Please restart your handset. Please help.

                      Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person. Moreover taking these much amount from a common person is not the right thing. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated. A proper prior notice should be sent.

                      FITONZA service is deducted 2 time means 70rs. It's a huge amount for me. One more service is also activated AIRTEL NOW FLASH. For this also they have deducted the same amount. That means, around 105₹-140₹ is deducted from my account. I dint even know where the money is floating because I'm using unlimited pack. Please refund my amount back to my account.

                          Hi guys, airtel have started unlimited packs like jio..
                          But this is really not great plan by them..
                          They have condition through which u pay more than jio packs

                          I had done 199 one month, 28 days..
                          But after that next day they deducted 400 rs just for one day internet. Which i was totally unaware that 28 days are over..

                          So i had to pay 400 for one day.. Wer jio gives 400 for 84 days..

                          Just be beware before choosing airtel..
                          Jio doesn't cut money for net after month end...

                          Hope airtel stops playing game before they loose customers

                            As i am facing some problem in my call history i. E. My father should not know about my personal calls i am talking everyday, i wanted to erase all my call and sms history from my sim card so that i should not get caught.
                            So i have a request that please help me in above said so reason of removal of call history permanently from my sim card.

                              How can a company say fastest network of the world, ask consumers they are even not getting network coverage how can they be getting good 4g speed. I cant understand if jio ad orher networks are able to provide good speed over internet or network bars then why airtel has a problem.

                              i am a postpaid airtel subscriber and using two phone iphone x and iphone 8 plus both have airtel and both has the same issue of network..i have given many complaints about this but no answer i went to airtel store they gave me a new sim but issue remains the same.Its just the customer bas who has made airtel strong otherwise companies are already in full plannning to sye airtel . Kindly fix it

                                  Here i am sharing about 4g network at nellore (Dt), andhra pradesh... I am using airtel prepaid sim since last 10 to 15 yrs.. I love this network very much... When i changed my sim 2g to 4g then the problem was started... Sorry to say that 2g speed is better than 4g speed in nellore..
                                  A very small type of file like under 10 - 20 mb downloading it can take 10-15 min.. My friends suggest me to port to another network.. But i can't do it.. Plz.. I request to you solve the issue as early as possible.. This is not my own problem. Number of my frnds suffer with this problem.. So hopefully u can understand and rectify the problem..

                                    I requested for an airtel device on official airtel website. I got a call back from the airtel team and the device was delivered to me without any problem. During delivery i was asked to make payment to an account which had no connection with airtel. Also they asked me to pay more than what was told to me by airtel customer care.
                                    Details of the bank account that was shared to me is as follows :

                                    I called up airtel customer care but they did not register my complaint instead asked me to send an email.

                                      I did not opt for any value added service but services like kids zone charging rs. 25 for 5 days and spuul movies service charging rs. 150 for 30 days has been activated without my consent. I even tried to call the customer care but no response has been given from there side. Recently, in the morning i got a recharge of rs. 210 and now only rs. 3 is left as my account balance.

                                      What should i do now?

                                        So many times i requested for centrx number for silk market but no action was taken for my request
                                        Plz take a request to start a centerx number on my airtel landline no.[protected] as its a new connection taken a month back
