The 13/04/2018 some technical error as per them, they credited my a/c.1049/-
when i rec the MSG and i complain immediately to 121 helpline no, then that lady told me, sir don't worry that our mistake i m reimbursing the amount, today i found my out going calls are bard, mr. surjit roy told me when you made the current dues then we restore the line, then i ask him why my due date of current bill is 25/05/2018, why i should pay now i m always make the payment on in between 20-25, then he told me no sir because of our technical fault so our system not allowing till date so i request you please make payment, when i told him if i not pay then he told till date your connection is bard.
so pl tell me where i m wrong they did the wrong on them part then why i should pay the extortion on them choice, so please me out.
