I am a very loyal customer to Airtel.. Paid everybill within the due date..
My airtel services has been stopped suddenly on May 15th morning..
Do not know the reason for this stoppage..
I have contacted airtel customer care.. They asked me to visit airtel store for replacement..
Its very disheartening.. Its not my fault still i have to suffer to visit by customer care store.. Which will cost my one day salary to get the permission

When told the same to customer care executive on call.. He informed me to wait for 48hrs for replacement..

I have ordered phone its was out for delivery n could not make it because of my number was not reachable..

Very bad on part of Airtel..i have missed so many calls.. N have to wait for 48 hrs to get services active.. N its was not my fault..

I request to penalize airtel.. Severe penalty for providing such a poor service n making me suffer

    Iam old user. I upgraded airtel 2g to 4g. But airtel service is very bad. The company is a cheater. I complaint airtel costumer care but not solve my problems. I want leave airtel company

    In the area of dy patil clg lohegaon we are experiencing a disgusting network of airtel and call drops are being faced since 1 week the worst network it has become now shame for Airtel, Many people here are abusing Airtel due to low quality and network . Disappointed with AIRTEL
    I am using Airtel prepaid network, my number is [protected]. I face a lot of issue with network. At my current residence i am not at all receiving signal whereas other mobile networks doing good.
    I have unlimited 4g data subscription but unfortunately I am nowhere able to utilize it.
    Please respond and rectify.

    This is to bring to your kind attention that I was travelling abroad for the duration of 10-Days from 18th April 2018 till April 28 2018. I got an international roaming pack activated for 10 days for the amount of 2999 from Airtel APP and also called Airtel customer executive. The travel pack was activated and I was told specifically by the executive the pack would deactivate on its own, post expiration. I returned to Bangalore on April 28th 2018, the data pack was auto-renewed for a period of another 10 days that is from April 28th 2018, but there was no intimation by email or SMS after the auto-renewal. I had no clue about and the auto-renewal. So I have been charged twice Rs.2999 in March-April and April-May 2018.

    I paid a bill amounting to Rs.4061 on May 4th 2018, for the duration of one month from 20th March 2018 to 19th April 2018 which included IR Rs.2999. On 22nd May 2018, I got a bill from Airtel with the international roaming pack amount added again. When I tried to contact the airtel customer service regarding the same additional charges and about no information regarding the re-activation of the pack, I was in communication with Ms. Nirmala from the Airtel Karnataka circle office who told me I used a Phone call on the morning of April 28th 2018, due to which my plan was reactivated.

    As I had requested my international roaming pack be deactivated after 10 days, I fail to understand why it did not happen. And if I used data on the morning of the 28th of April 2018, it should have been included in the normal bill that I would have paid for the next billing cycle. I was duped by the executive over phone, if the pack was on auto-renewal, why was I not informed at the airport by the executive despite specifically asking regarding the same! Also after talking with the executive, I was told that I would have to pay the extra charges for which I was not informed at the while taking the IR pack or in any email/SMS. My phone number is a post-paid number, so the bill amount was added and now I have to pay charges for a pack I did not ask to be activated

    Kindly see to this lackadaisical attitude of your customer service so that these extra charges are waived off and justice is met with. This was a mental harassment to me and Ms. Nirmala threatened me about if I don’t pay they will block my number and blacklist me from Mobile usage. The lady tells me that the SMS was sent to you and you deleted your message. She was behaving with me like I was a criminal and I did some crime. The lady Ms.Nirmala tells me that go and read the terms and conditions and she is not at all interested in reading the terms and conditions and actually she doesn’t have any clue/idea about terms and conditions.

      I register complain on 14-5-18 via complain no 74572180 which you people close without attending and again register complain 74576969. I was assured that engineer will visit within 4 hrs and i called engineer and he gave me time at 2pm, he didnt turn up. I again called him and he said 4 and after that he dont pick up call and at last at around 7.30 he picked up the call and started threatening me. This is how you people treat your customers??? You hire goons as engineer so that people dont complain about your product. I dont want to get it repaired. Please dont sent any more goons at my home. I want to talk to some senior management person who is working for airtel digital tv. Your customer support is useless they dont know anything.

        Iam an airtel customer. On 14 may 2018 my balance of 35₹ was deducted unauthorisedly by activating dindaclub service. After complaining at franchisee office they made it returned to my balance. Again on 15 may 2018 they deducted 40₹ by activating nexgtv unauthorisedly. But this time they didnot agree to return my balance. Please make me some redressal.

        I woke up in the morning and found that the sim is not working.
        So I restarted the phone and it still doesn't work.
        I took out the sim, reinserted it and then restarted the phone. Still same "No Service" issue.

          Dear Sir,
          I would like to inform you about the quality of services being rendered by Airtel Co ( Bharti Airtel Ltd) recently. They have deducted unauthorised way amount from my mobile talk value balance twice. They have activated some VAS although I have never applied for the same. The details are furnished as follows.
          1)1st Deduction : On 5th May 2018 at 11 : 50 PM Rs. 35.00 ( Rs. Thirty five only) has been deducted from my talk value balance against my prepaid mobile connection. The message sent by Airtel Co is : “ FAITH service has been activated @ Rs. 35.00 for seven days. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.” TXN ID is: N[protected].
          2) 2nd Deduction : On 8th may 2018 at 03:19 AM Rs. 15.00 ( Rs. Fifteen only ) has been deducted from my talk value balance against my prepaid mobile connection. The message sent by Airtel Co is: “GAMESUITE service has been activated @Rs. 15.00 for three days. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.” TXN ID is: S[protected].
          MOB NO : [protected]. ( from which connection deduction made unauthorised way )
          After 1st deduction I recharged the connection. But surprisingly Airtel Co made an unauthorised deduction again one day later. I am suffering a lot. I can not make calls. Also I feel afraid to recharge my connection again. They will make again unauthorised deduction from my talk value.
          I would therefore request you to make the refund of talk value in my favour immediately as I never applied for such VAS. Total talk value deducted unauthorised way is Rs. 50.00 ( Rs. Fifty only). Please treat this U R G E N T.

          Again Airtel Co has activated some VASs and deducted talk value from my other Airtel connection ( [protected] ) on 28.05.2018. The matter is furnished in detail below :

          Dear Sir,
          I would like to inform you about the quality of services being rendered by Airtel Co ( Bharti Tele Services Ltd) recently. They have deducted unauthorized way amounts from my talk value balance twice yesterday, i.e. 28.05.18. They have activated some VAS although I have never applied for the same. The details are furnished as follows.
          1)1st Deduction : On 28th May 2018 at 12.07 PM Rs. 25.00 ( Rs. Twenty five only) has been deducted from my talk value balance against my prepaid mobile connection. The message sent by Airtel Co is : “ KIDS ZONE service has been activated @ Rs. 25.00 for five days. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.” TXN ID is: [protected].
          2) 2nd Deduction : On 28 th May 2018 at 08.23 PM Rs. 7.00 ( Rs. Seven only ) has been deducted from my talk value balance against my prepaid mobile connection. The message sent by Airtel Co is: “SPORTS VIDEO PACK service has been activated @Rs. 7.00 for two days. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.” TXN ID is: [protected].

          I am suffering a lot. I cannot make calls. Also, I feel afraid to recharge my connection again. They will make again unauthorized deduction from my talk value.

          Please note that no action towards refund of Rs. 55.00 which was irregularly deducted from my mobile connection has been taken till now.               I am getting sexually explicit messages from this number [protected] and sms like "Robert Crandall saying Chumps". These highly dubious people are dangerous for the society who continuously disturb the common man through regular unwanted illegal and explicit sexual messages. The number belongs to BHARTI AIRTEL LTD. (AIRTEL) and the locality circle being Chennai Metro Telecom Circle (includes Chennai, MEPZ and Mahabalipuram).
              I request Bharti Airtel in that area to immediately take action against this number and launch an FIR against the owner of this number who is masking himself as "Robert Crandall" and sending people with chump and illegal sexually abusive sms. Please have a check on this number immediately and immediately take legal action against the user who is sending such vulgar abusive sms misusing this Airtel Number. Bharti Airtel you must block this number at the earliest as these people are harmful for the society and Nation as a whole.
              Please help sir as the sms from [protected] keeps pouring in every now and then. Get hold of this bastard miscreant and block this number which is sending vulgar, sexually abusive sms and causing much harassment to many more mobile number users.

                    I held a cocp connection with pepsico india which i wanted to terminate to individual connection. I had submitted the documents at airtel store in connaught place on saturday itself.

                    It is tuesday evening and i am still struggling to use my phone. Everytime i call up, i am told details are not updated and i need to call after 4 hours. I dont understand if my previous sim card had been deactivated yesterday night itself, then why is it taking so much time to start the new sim.

                    Now i am told that the details are not submitted and i need to visit the store again. Am i fool to just go around roaming at airtel stores for a simple thing.

                    Please help sort this out on immediate basis else i want to escalate this till the highest level.

                        Airtel signal is worst in and around Gachibowli area .Inside office always there is no signal at all.
                        Near places like Financial Dsitrict, Gopanapally, Nallagandla the network is more worst.Hardly we get 2G.Dont think about 4G in these areas.Airtel network has goe worst in these areas

                          As i was travelling to philippines for 13 days, i took a plan of ir pack for 3999. On top of this, 99 was deducted for international roaming. This is fine as i wanted to receive calls from my office (Mainly), family & friends. But most of the time, i did not receive calls (That was pathetic). Further, there was no proper internet availability. I was stranded in bad situations. To make the matter worse, they started deducting my balance for every incoming and outgoing call. This was really frustrating. I did another recharge of 350 and surprisingly they ate away this as well. Finally, i had to take a local sim to make my life easy.

                          Now, the company folks are responding to emails at all. What is the use of such ir packs if they cannot provide service?

                            Doing advertising for up-gradation of sim 2g-4g but during swaping the sim taken charges. Why doing such misguiding the customers - as per your care person all such type of services is free of cost.

                            When i request the store man that it is free service. He reply rudely that no services is free and "jo ukhad pao ukhad lo". And throw my hand set on road.

                            I am receiving no signals from January onwards on my number [protected] but still i am getting a continuous bill.Could you please check this issue and cancel my subscription.

                              I have requested for reinstallation on 12th of may but till now it has been not done after many follow up and assurance.
                              Pl suggest me if i can go for other dth because i am fed up doing follow up and airtel guys make all false commitment.
                              They never try to bother for customer.
                              I have wasted my daily 1 hour doing follow up who will pay for that
                              Request to give a waver on rental as a comoensation

                              This is to inform u that in ur locality there are to many dogs, we cant handle any more, they bite some people also, so plz help sir . thank u .
                              I recharged today for one airtel number for 499 in chennai from my HDFC debit card. It showed recharge unsuccessful, but amount was debited from my account. Please let me know when it will be refunded.
                              There is very bad network service in our area. There is no 3G/4G. Only E get connected some time. Network is fluctuating always.
                              There have been an internet issue over my area for the past 3 weeks and no one can access the internet whatsoever. We've been getting only one or no signal strength this entire time. This is the second time.
                              The maintenance is so bad.
                              I am unable to recharge my number. Two days before I converted from postpaid to prepaid and then I did 81 reacharge. I am getting "Transaction failed due to incorrect telecom circle of recipient number. Please contact your telecom service provider." error.
                              From 7th of may 2018 my broadband and landline both stopped working
                              Please resolve it fast

                                No connection done till date. activation fees paid on[protected], and promiosed by executive that connection will be done positively by[protected].
                                on his promise i have submitted surrender form for MTNL braodband.
                                this connection is in my office, withour internet, my office work will hamper drastically, or i could say i will be handicapped.

                                    I had done my recharge for my prepaid mobile on the airtel website, only to find the company deducting the amount from my debit card for the opted service but didn't credit the said benefits to my mobile account . I have enclosed a screenshot that gives the transaction reference number, the mobile number which is due to receive the said benefit of Rs.219 recharge pack.
                                    Kindly look into the problem and provide a suitable solution at the earliest. ( Credit the amount back to the debit card/ Provide the said benefits to the mobile account )

                                      My number [protected] does not show the offers that are being shown in other airtel numbers of same operating circle (Region). For example, your rs. 17 tariff offer is not shown... Neither is the offer of rs. 149 ever available in this number.
                                      This problem is present ever since i ported into airtel from aircel. I think there's a technical problem associated with this number, please resolve the issue as soon as possible
