I have been a customer of airtel for 12 years now and i feel cheated by the company now.

I recharged my prepaid connection with the 199/- offer o[censored]nlimited local /std calls for 28days, on the 20th of april and today, the 14th of may which is only 25 days from the date of recharge i get a message from airtel saying i have low balance and need to recharge. I feel cheated. I want this resolved immediately.

    I had submitted the request to change my number from prepaid to postpaid and also change the circle from upe to delhi at5-5-18. And next day i got the new sim and submitted the documents and your person had told me that it will work on next day and from that saturday to today i had called several time to customer care they told me that i got the request and tommorow it will work but after 9 days i had not get any confirmation and i am facing several problem because of that and i would not believe that the service of airtel is so bad

      I have problem with my mobile nos +91 [protected] & [protected] that, i am not at all able to make calls to maharastra nos from both of my nos and every time i am getting an message that all lines are busy but i am able to make calls to the same no from other mobile providers.. I have made several complaint with airtel customer care but no action has been taken yet. I have been told by one of your post paid customer care executive ms. Gowri that i need to replace my sim to get rid of this issue. As per the advice. I have swapped the sim with new one. Still i am not able to make calls from both of the nos.

      Every day i am getting 2~3 calls from airtel asking the details from the basic, every time i have to explain from the basic. I request you to resolve my issue.

        There has been no network in nerul, as there are no towers right from the time company is in business, complained to airtel but there not interested for new or old client of nerul... No towers of airtel so poor service, their is no tower of airtel in palm breech road at sector 16 and 18 in nerul so their is no signal, which is also reflecting in the open network zone of nerul which shows 3 white colour tower is airtel app which informs (Tower required) which is excepted by airtel itself that due the no tower present in that zone there cannot provide any services.

          I feel like the other competitors, who became no 1 today by cheating and with full coruption in their vains as the haridity factor in their blood, you also have started walking the path on.

          I regret for using such harsh words. And do pls forgive me for the same.

          Please do deliver what you commit. The internet speed is not even 10 km near to the commitment.

            By mistake i made recharge to wrong number [protected] instead of recharging on my mobile number [protected], either reverse the refund said amount of rs.150/- to this number [protected] and concelled the recharged done to mobile number [protected], please the same with immediate effects and acknowledge to my mobile number [protected] or email me on my email id [protected]@gmail.com

              Having huge network problem not able to call and not receiving any call, putted complanit two time at airtel care no resolve on my prob, and due to network not able to use internet also and at care they say put ur network at 2g but it cant be permanently just i can adjust for a week and other 2nd time call on care she denied for a resolve and transfered my call to airtel tv not valuing their customers. I searched my area network at open area network thus i saw needed for 3g and 4g towers afterthat showing good signal how it can be possible. Please resolve this problem built up network by built-in tower in my area i can prefer my rooftop also. But next to my house construction is going on of indus tower. And having plot at mie bahadurgarh as per your requirement u can choose any of the location.

              Please resolve my problem a humble request to airtel mobile operator

                I have been charged unwanted amount for rs 105 in the name of "famino" service which i have not opted even not knowing about that service and main balance amount deducted on my airtel prepaid number [protected].
                .
                I feel in this way now airtel started cheating people and deducting balance money and loosing the trust of valuable customers.

                Please return the deducted amount to my main balance in improve your system so that it should not happen in future to any customer and gain the trust of your customers.

                  Hello, from the past 5 months i am unable to recharge my airtel mobile number [protected] from online. We tried to recharge with rs 10, rs 100, rs 448 none of them works. Each time when we try to recharge it's get failed although we have sufficient money in the bank. We also tried with paytm, friend paytm, different bank accounts, however, irrespective of payment methods it gets failed.

                  I have visited airtel store & they can not do it from online either. As an alternate they are recharging from backend. None of airtel store employees & customer services are able to help resolve this. Often time shop keepers are very rude to me.

                  I am very frustrated due to i have to visit airtel shop each time. If it can't get resolved in few days i might have to choose other providers.

                    I have contacted the technician to fix it but no action has been taken.
                    This B001 error is frequently appears
                    Please check properly and fix it permanently
                    Almost three days, we suffered without telivision

                      I registered my google pixel on airtel secure on 13th march 2018. On 2nd april i applied for my damaged phone insurance (Which damaged on 1st or 2nd april). They rejected my claim by saying "reclaiming the same damages for which claim already rejected".

                      The actual story is this :
                      At first, my phone was damaged on 2nd march and they rejected due to imei number mismatch which was their mistake because they never told me about my change of motherboard (As it was replaced by airtel only and they never sent me the details of my phone repair). So i got repaired my phone from the service center.

                      Now after my phone was repaired again i registered on airtel secure on 13th march 2018
                      I uploaded my phone pictures and everything. They successfully verified my details.
                      But now when i was claiming my insurance on 2nd april 2018 they rejected by saying i am claiming the same damage i applied before on 2nd march 2018.

                      I mean are they dumb or what. They verified the pictures and everything when i was registering their service.
                      I want my phone to be repaired. I can't bear the cost of rs. 40000

                        Dear airtel dish tv team,

                        I need to bring your a kind information that i am having a dth connection and as usual i am a normal subscriber. I have done recharge on 22 sep 2017 with 1989 rs which will work for an year. But unfortunately i got a message on my tv screen about low balance.

                        This issue was occurred due to back-end technical error which was confirmed by sr supervisor rinku pauri on 12th may. This issue was happen on 29th march 2018 at 3:48am and i haven't even requested for upgraded. I have raised a query but your technical team advice that you will loose 6 month balance so i have drop the idea and not raised the upgrade request. Before upgrade you can check that i haven't call for upgrade prior to day or two. Logically you can think that a subscriber can't call for upgrade at morning 3:48 am.

                        From last two days i have called 5 times but not get responded in positive direction. Each and every time call was forwarded to sr supervisor but the issue is still open. I have to receive call from back end to get this issue resolved but which was not yet happen. I have received two complaint out of which one was closed without getting issue resolved. Neither i got message about complaint opening nor for closure.

                        Please try to be in a position of customer if their account balance get deducted by technical end issue. Then why should customer has to suffer.

                          Hi,

                          I had done internet recharge of rupees 448 on 12th may 2018 to a wrong number. I want to reverse the recharge to another number. Is it possible to transfer i mean completely reverse the recharge amount to another number. I have tried doing sms to 59109 with transaction id, wrong number, amount and correct number but it gave me the reply as "no keyword match, enter proper message". I can provide you the transaction id if you want. Please provide me the correct way to reverse recharge done.

                            My sim card is not working so i cannot able to make any calls nor message this issue has been since from past 4 months still i'm unable to resolve it nor airtel customer care ppl are helping me with this... I don't know why i'm constantly facing this issue n why can't airtel customer care ppl make any move n we public are wasting our resources on this airtel n it just cannot help us with a small issue.. Please help with the issues and hope to get a positive reply from you

After that in morning i connect to customer care to continue my postpaid with the offer provided by airtel service team (49rental) they assure me it is possible but unfortunately my postpaid no is convert in to prepaid, pls take action and provide me 49 rental plan in postpaid

                                I requested to migrate from postpaid to prepaid for [protected] but you disconnected the number. This is illegal. This is mistake from your service center representative. He told that the same sim will work as prepaid. I got call from customer care and he offered better plan so same day even i cancel my prepaid request also. Please start the service asap. Alternate number is [protected]/[protected].

                                  I have ported my number from aircel to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                                  This is such a bad service for users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                                  Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                                    This is most unfortunate for a senior citizen who has a limited earning & found a frequent deduction from a/c against which is an unacceptable & an unwanted act by the company raise a signal of an act of "fraudulent nature" when the sms no. 155223 is also not receiving the "stop" messages from customers.                                     I have taken a new connection for airtel digital tv thru there airtel app vide consumer number [protected] on 1st april 2018, i have been informed that i will get 3 month subscription with hd channels, after installation it has been informed that i will received only 1 month subscription and 3 month hd subscription after that i have requested for disconnection of my connection vide complaint no 72773 819 dated[protected], and they confirmed that my installation amt will be refunded, but till date none of there executive turned up nor i have got my refund, after 43 days when i called up to airtel customer care executive i have been kept on hold to check the status for my disconnection for approx 20 min they disconnected my call and again when i called back i have been said by another executive that we are working on your request you will be shortly informed without knowing my full concern.

                                    Want to know that such a big company always want to cheat consumer and rob there pockets?

                                    Why is your executive have no idea about your services and products?

                                    Why does customer gets robbed by this types of companies??

                                    Even if the line is disconnected we never gets call from there executive to provide solution or to inform the status.

                                    Even they ask to pay activation fee extra other than base pack? I am really surprised to hear that i am tata sky customer from last 8 yes i have never ever heard the fee for activation.

                                    Well i believe that i have full right to get above answer and get my hard earn money back as i have been cheated

                                      Sir i gurudatt residance of rajasthan (Bikaner) did airtel recharge of 448and 499by mistake on 12may 2018 at 9.30am aprox. But i wanted to do data 499 plan. Now i tryied to contact custmer care about this issue but they didnot give any satisfactory answer just by saying it canot be reverse back. I requested them to add atleast by data plan to my number which they cannot reverse of 448 plan. But they are not doing that too. Kindly help me out in this metter... Thanking u
