I have raised several times mnp request to airtel postpaid connection. I have been made to visit almost 10 times to showroom due to in proper communication between airtel valsaravakkam branch showroom and airtel main office.. Mismatch in address, email ids etc. Its been more than 1.5 month, still nothing is progressed, twice my mnp got expired... Very pathetic service... If they can't do... They don't have right to say... Come join airtel through mnp... Also the courtesy they showed during each of my visit to me and fellow customers is too bad... Ppl are waiting in line for several minutes and they r playing... Chitchatting within them and no senior guy to complain or control them. No token system indeed. Pls take some measures to control the grievances of customers.

    Airtel automatically activates super store on my phone and deducted rs 113 of my account from 04 th may 2018 without my consent. On 04 it activated and deducted rs 2 from my account after that again on 06th done same. Again on 08th of may it deducted rs 5 from my account for renewal other it,. The same process is done on 10th of may after that on 12th of may yesterday they deducted rs 99 for the said program. All of this happened without any knowledge of my self.

    So kindly return my amount and deactivate the said program or i will go for t. R. A. I

      This to bring to your kind notice that the customer service in airtel is pathetic they are trying to manipulate their customers by way of advertising, in reality they are least bothered about their customers.

      First of all i called to the customer care and asked that i am using 7 connections of airtel in my home and in all the sim cards their is an offer of 99rs. Which is not available on one number ([protected]). I called the customer care to activate this offer in the above mentioned number, they strictly rejected my request that it is not in their hands.. I am getting an offer of 398 for 70days and they r giving unlimited calls and 1gb data per day, but what i am trying to explain them is it is basic phone which i am using so there is no use in providing data in this number... Its not a matter of recharging if it is useful then definitely no one will escalate but when a consumer feels cheated then and have no option left with then what should he do..

      Pls do call me if in case of any query...

        Hi,

        Airtel fraud with customers by activating 3rd party services. While i am browsing internet suddenely a page open in which highlighted. When i clicked on link a msg on my smartphone comes from hotchillies that rs-99 had been deducted from your account for activate hot chillies on your smart phone. To deactivate the service please msg stop to 155223. I send sms immediately by typing stop but today again i recieved msg that my service is renewed. Balance deduct again!! It's mental harassment to customers. Today i call to customer care but they refuse to refund money and laughing on call. Very disappointed with these type of fraud. After call i recived the below msg. Please take a strict action againt airtel to activate useless third party services without any confirmation notice.

          Airtel no: [protected]

          Reacharge was on day : 6 april

          7 times totaly done, since it was unsucessfull

          2 times we got failure recharge money

          (2 times (399+ 399) they credited back on 16 th april)

          Remaining 3 times is (399 + 399+ 399) airtel has not return back the cash

          Customer care informed us the last date for get back the lost amount was on 24 april, but then not credited the amount

          They informed again like 27 april credit the money will credited back and even said they will raise the complain against sbi but they havent done anything from there side, still i lost my money.

          If anything is possible please try out to figure my problem because its may 13 now.

            I am not receiving sms, otp etc on my mobile (Prepaid). I had lost my handset with the sim. I got another sim card today and it was activated. The sim works well but the sim/phone does not receive any sms. The sim is not sending sms also regularly, but sometimes fails and at others succeeds. I have tried to contact and get help on 121 and 198 but of no avail. Kindly take care. Ifat

              I took an airtel prepaid connection with mobile number [protected] in oct 2017 in up east circle.
              It was working fine as long as i was in up east circle.in feb 2018 i moved to pune (Maharashtra circle) keeping my number in roaming. Here, my incoming calls, data, sms all are fine except outgoing calls.
              When i call any number, the other phone rings and as soon as the other person picks the call, the call gets disconnected. So i cannot make any outgoing call. Unknown of this issue, i recharged a voice pack in feb 2018 but all of it got wasted. Since then i have made various complaints to airtel via customer care and store but no solution has been given until now even after more than 3 months are passed.
              Please fix the issue urgently.

                My airtel set of box was replaced with the swap box with 350 rupees payment.
                As per airtel the current set top box is advanced box. Unfortunately it is not having the favorites sort feature and once the power goes off the fav will be lost.

                Once it goes to the unsubscribed channel it will not allow to change the channel.

                I have eemdiately complained the local teachnicial visited multiple times and promised he will replace the set topbox. Now he is showing his inabilty to change the set top box and asked again to call to call center.

                Call center guy says he neither he will change my set top box nor will upgrade even i pay the amount also.

                I have one year subscription.

                My mom is 70 plus year and is ignorant. She is feeling loneliness due to the airtel people bad service.

                  My phone no [protected] is deactivated by company itself. This is a ridiculous act done by it. I may proceed to legal action. I was on a ongoing phone call and suddenly it got cut and network had gone. Now, if one try to call me it says that "incoming call service on this no is temporarily not available."
                  This is a kind of irresponsibility on the part of the company. How can it do this to me.

                    My dth i'd is [protected]. For last two recharge in dth, the balance got credited to account or my tv channels came after 7/8 days.. Immediately after recharge, i called your customer care and they said recharge not done.. But later the balance get low within 15 days.. When called customer care they said that the recharge was active on the day of recharge. I am facing lots of problem.. As i am using another airtel dth for so many years, it's your responsibility to keep the customer satisfied... As there are lot of competitors offering elite services.. So request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve asap.

                      I received a message around 6:27pm as follows
                      (1/2) dear customer, international roaming rental charge is rs99. Due to low balance in your account, rs.2.01 have been deducted and balance amount of rs.96.99 will be deducted in subsequent
                      .. (2/2) recharges.
                      Y did this suddenly activate and i didnt make any international call till date neither i received.
                      Please deactivate it.

                        I have been using 2 airtel both mobiles are not reachable only on 4g enabled while others trying to call. Had changed new sim card for both handset and still nothing changed. Airtel customer service advice my handset problem but my both handset are iphone8 both of them worked ver well in singapore. So i assume that airtel doesn’t maintain and their band width and they call themselves as fastest network providers... Well they are fooling everyone 😡

                          Hi,

                          I had applied for airtel broadband connection on 14th april 2018. However, the airtel is quite costly than any other broadband service and i was expecting good service from them. So, i have paid 3 months advance to get the connection. But their service was very poor. By anyhow they managed to provide me connection after delay and it was not working properly. Even i was not getting 1 mbps speed also.
                          I requested them to disconnect the service as it was not fulfilling my needs. They assured me to give my refunds after deducting amount for 7 days but now its already one month they are not giving me refund.

                          At least i have to take another connection to get my work complete. From almost one month they are assuring me for refund. Now its time to refund but they are saying again they will take 15 days. By anyhow they are managing to make it 3 months so that they don't have to pay anything to me.

                          Recently i came to know in my area most of other customers also faced the same issue and they never got good service from them.

                          By anyhow airtel is managing to survive in the market and take money by fooling their customer.

                          Can you guys be able to do something so that i can utilize my money on proper service.

                            On my airtel no. [protected] i was deducted for rs.35 4 times as a subscription of value added services but in reality i didn't subscribed for any of such services. Whenever i try to reach customer care number my call is disconnected by company. This is really very bad response from airtel please sort out this problem as soon as possible. Thanking u in advance...

                              Hello, this is to inform you that i airtel 4g signal in my complex is terrible. Can't even watch single show / video with out buffering. The signal strength is always 2-3 bars not more than that. My house which is 5mins walking distance has full network strength. Please solve the problem asap. So much adv for your 4g network speed.                                   On sunday dated 06/05/2018 i received a call from mobile no - [protected] at 11.32am, saying that i am calling from airtel and your sim will be closed and you have to change the sim from 3 g to 4g.
                                  For this he asked to send a sms on 121.
                                  Just after that my sim was blocked and no massage was coming on that.

                                  Next day on dated 07.05.2018 a fraud of rs 1, 00, 000.00 occurred in my icici bank due to this fraud and sim which was delivered to some unknown personnel without any identification.

                                  On same date we filled a complain to customer care of airtel to block the mobile no.

                                  Now you are requested to pls identify the store and person from where this sim was issued without any identification and fraud happens with me.

                                  In connection to this you are requested to pls compensate the amount of fraud and mental harassment happen to me and my family.

                                  You are requested to please clarify with documents and proof.
                                  My concern :
                                  1. How come the fraudster was in possession of new airtel prepaid sim without requesting them against any customer and submitting any document for the same.
                                  2. Are your unregistered sim available in the black market for any type of anti - social activities and it can be purchased like toffy and chocklet.
                                  3. Will you still brush-off everything claiming zero responsibilities and saying that you cannot trace sim or the owner. Being a so big company (Bharti airtel).
                                  4. What are the rules and regulations of your company to safe the private and confidential identity of the customer.
                                  5. How can we identify the fraud when the old sim was blocked and no sms was coming on that.
                                  6. You are rwquested to please identify this mob no - [protected] and file an fir against this process at your end. (We hope such a big company have some legal team of proffessionals)

                                    Writing this mail with very disappointment that i m not able to make my payment through your airtel payment bank app

                                    After talk with your concern customer care they said my account is stop due to we do not have some detail of you

                                    So my question how can you stop any customer a/c even without any intimation or information

                                    You must have inform us without any kind of stop service.

                                    If you do not have fully detail then u can inform us well in advance

                                    And most disgusting thing is even my a/c is stop why you have accept my amount in your wallet why your system is giving error that time

                                    Now after when i m going to revert that amount into my bank then your system says this is not allowed

                                    So this is not acceptable from this type of company

                                    Plz resolve this asap and inform me as i need to make payment urgently

                                      Airtel representative called me last month about to start international roaming facility and i told him clearly o don't want to start any facility right now. He suggested no worry whenever u want to start we can help you but when i received a bill amount has been credited 2999. I logged complaint to airtel and replied me to resolved your issue in next 9 days, after two day i have got call from call center and straight away said you have to pay your outstanding which is not expected answer by company. This is open cheating with post paid customer. So request you to resolved my issue.

                                        I requested for a connection for airtel broadband after paying the subricption amount for 3 months at once they said that they’re not providing service in my area, this incident took place in 2017 july and they haven’t refunded the amount till today it’s 2700 i paid to them 900*3 and they haven’t been helpful at all,
                                        The number i provided them to contact me is [protected] had followed up a lot of times from my email [protected]@gmail.com but no resolution have been provided not even by their nodal and appellate team
