Respect manger,
Sir, i facing very serious network problem in my area. I doesn't get network in my house (Which only of ground floor) and i can't make call. If call than no voice reached. And from above information you can predict about conditions of internet service. So plzz solve it.
After jio launch in my family 4 airtel customers but now due poor network service, out of 4 only i remain.
6 months before i called the customers care & said about this problem.
But problem still persists.
So i request to you solve it quickly.
I add a photo, this is conditions of network on rooftop or terus.

Everytime when i call to your customercare they replies make patients problem will be resolved
Super store services activated without my consent by airtel today 06.05.2018 and Amount Rs. 99 deducted from my mobile balance. Please return back my deducted amount Rs 99.

I have been facing weak network slow data speed or poor voice calling since many days . Ihabe called to your customer care number and they says don't worry, make patients the problem Will be resolved
But i m seeing no effect, no improvement to your network

    Hi,

    My name is venkatesh kontham, using airtel mobile service. Now i decided to lodge a complaint on airtel due to their bad service, no action on complaints and negligence.

    I have lodged a complaint on airtel customer care on 18th of april 2018 with complaint no.84800467 and i spoke to the executive mr. Nilesh but from that day to till date no action was taken.

    On 07th of may 2018 again called airtel customer care and i spoke to mr. Mahesh, floor superviosr, he is also not responding properly

    Please take necessary action on this and help me out

          I am an airtel customer for more than 10 years and am out of india for sometime and i have taken the sim to london by activating international roaming. But however my sim is not seem to be working in london and then i requested my father to have a check in india while i m in london. But it was mentioned that my physical presence is required for some finger proof. I can back to india and when i enquired about my sim it was allocated to someone else. I hold this sim for more than 12 years now and have that number circulated all over that places like income tax, employer, banks and all institutions. My privacy is at a high risk now and i m really corncerned about this airtel answer of being a customer for more than 10 years. They should be checking with us by a letter before deciding on this as it s really critical. Kindly help me in this.

          Being a customer for this long, there should be some reason why it was not in active mode for this long and it would be of help if they check with us prior.

            I'am not able to view channels due to blurry vision. It gets blurred in between and is very disturbing to view. I have tried other methods also like re-inserting the card again but still there's no improvement. I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible. There is not even a single channel which can be properly watched.
            Please solve this matter as soon as possible

              Hi,

              I live in pedda karupamula village near peddakothapally mandal.
              Our mobile phones are not reachable all the time if we are inside our home.
              Every one in our family uses airtel. This is the major problem we are facing.
              Some action should be taken because there may be some emergency, if our mobiles are not reachable at that time then it may cause us something bigger.
              So please take some action.

                Hello, i have been facing calling issues since 3 months. When i called customer support they are explaining some nonsense troubleshooting steps. Even the customer care number is also not connecting properly, calls are dropping in the middle of conversation and call quality is very poor. Why you are advertising like the best network in india, instead accept the truth that you are the worst network.in this website itself so many people complained about your service in a single day? I am completely exhausted with your awesome service and decided to port my number to another provider.

                  Dear all

                  I regret to inform you that your airtel service is making us annoyed.

                  Their team had deducted money immediate after post paid top_up, by last month without any information
                  I was blinking and i did not inform complaint anybody thinking as occasional error

                  This month they have deducted 99 rs immediate after top up, subsequently i received a message as detailed below

                  "classyandglamvideos" sercvice hes been [protected]@rs 99.0 for 30 day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 1555223."
                  I called them and entered my requirement to deactivate the same, sms also forwarded tp 155223, 1552230, 1909, but the reply has come asenter proper code.

                  What type of cheating is this, really i hate such this service from esteemed organisation

                  Kindly make a suitable remedial action and to revert back my money to avoid unnecessary pressure

                    I have relocated from india to australia. I have been trying to cancel my postpaid contract, but there seems to be no way to do this, and you continue to take 800 rupees from me every month.

                    Please can you cancel my contract or tell me how to do it.

                      I was talked-about said money refund to customers care service personnel (Devesh, santhosh, hithesh, & manoj) but they are not doing anything and they calling from another mobile no. And giving dumkhi at midnight time to me...

                            Hi, i am customer of airtel from last 9 to 10 years. But from last 15 to 20 days i am not able to call on few numbers. Mostly bsnl landline number and mobile numbers. Whenever i try to call within a fraction of second or even less then that, my call will cut down with a message displaying 'call failed'. Today first time i compliant regarding this issue to airtel customer care but to my surprise instead of helping with or solving my problem they told our network is good in your area and we cannot take a complain for this issue. I was literally shocked with the way they behave on call and were not ready at all to help me.

                              Well, i am using airtel network from past 8 years, but now the internet speed became too much slow, such that we cant open even a basic applications which needs internet connection. On top of that you people doing advertisement as a top speed internet provider and misleading the people.
                              Its not only in a single area, in most of the part bangalore airtel network is too bad as of now and also call used to cut several times. Its not only complaint of mine all of my friends/colleagues saying the same.
                              If this is not getting solved, we all planing to port to some other network.
                              First correct network, then do advertisements

                                My postpaid mobile number [protected] has not been activate, after 5 or 6 days and they stop my sim without any intimation. They asking for my adhare card even supreme court decision has not given adhare card after i put all formalities still my sim is not activate. I am really upset even this sim i used for long for 9 year.

                                      I have received a call by deepak (No: [protected]) claiming to be one of airtel's official. He asked for my aadhar number and rudely told me to do so within half hour otherwise my number will be blocked. I already have registered my aadhar number for more than a year and am linked with airtel for almost 17 years. Now i can't reach his number. Nobody from the customer care are picking up my call.

                                        I recharged for international roaming for Rs. 2499 using Airtel App, iam travelling to China and wanted for 1 month, but since i landed i could not get call and make call to anyone. Airtel App is uselss and does not provide any useful information, only use for selling their products and not customer friendly.
