Dear sir,

On sunday dated 06/05/2018 i received a call from mobile no - [protected] at 11.32am, saying that i am calling from airtel and your sim will be closed and you have to change the sim from 3 g to 4g.
For this he asked to send a sms on 121.
Just after that my sim was blocked and no massage was coming on that.

Next day on dated 07.05.2018 a fraud of rs 1, 00, 000.00 occurred in my icici bank due to this fraud and sim which was delivered to some unknown personnel without any identification.

On same date we filled a complain to customer care of airtel to block the mobile no.

Now you are requested to pls identify the store and person from where this sim was issued without any identification and fraud happens with me.

In connection to this you are requested to pls compensate the amount of fraud and mental harassment happen to me and my family.

You are requested to please clarify with documents and proof.
My concern :
1. How come the fraudster was in possession of new airtel prepaid sim without requesting them against any customer and submitting any document for the same.
2. Are your unregistered sim available in the black market for any type of anti - social activities and it can be purchased like toffy and chocklet.
3. Will you still brush-off everything claiming zero responsibilities and saying that you cannot trace sim or the owner. Being a so big company (Bharti airtel).
4. What are the rules and regulations of your company to safe the private and confidential identity of the customer.
5. How can we identify the fraud when the old sim was blocked and no sms was coming on that.
6. You are rwquested to please identify this mob no - [protected] and file an fir against this process at your end. (We hope such a big company have some legal team of proffessionals)

    Writing this mail with very disappointment that i m not able to make my payment through your airtel payment bank app

    After talk with your concern customer care they said my account is stop due to we do not have some detail of you

    So my question how can you stop any customer a/c even without any intimation or information

    You must have inform us without any kind of stop service.

    If you do not have fully detail then u can inform us well in advance

    And most disgusting thing is even my a/c is stop why you have accept my amount in your wallet why your system is giving error that time

    Now after when i m going to revert that amount into my bank then your system says this is not allowed

    So this is not acceptable from this type of company

    Plz resolve this asap and inform me as i need to make payment urgently

      Airtel representative called me last month about to start international roaming facility and i told him clearly o don't want to start any facility right now. He suggested no worry whenever u want to start we can help you but when i received a bill amount has been credited 2999. I logged complaint to airtel and replied me to resolved your issue in next 9 days, after two day i have got call from call center and straight away said you have to pay your outstanding which is not expected answer by company. This is open cheating with post paid customer. So request you to resolved my issue.

        I requested for a connection for airtel broadband after paying the subricption amount for 3 months at once they said that they’re not providing service in my area, this incident took place in 2017 july and they haven’t refunded the amount till today it’s 2700 i paid to them 900*3 and they haven’t been helpful at all,
        The number i provided them to contact me is [protected] had followed up a lot of times from my email [protected]@gmail.com but no resolution have been provided not even by their nodal and appellate team

          Hi team, we have been using airtel from last 5 years and in my family everyone has airtel dth. Recently we moved to bengaluru and took airtel broadband plan which promises a speed o[censored]pto 40mbps, after we got the broadband installed we came to know from your team on call that only 16mbps speed is provided in my area where i am currently located. That’s fraud we were expecting up to 40 mbps the advertisement says 40 mbps but only 16 after getting the connection installed no disclaimer was mentioned to us during document collection. Also the internet connection does not work half of the time. We start the router multiple times in a day as while working we see that the internet is not working. So poor service, fraud about the speed. I am an airtel loyalist but now i am so frustrated and disappointed by the service. I am not expecting 40mbps speed in a village it’s a metro city and so poor service. This way you will surely loose your customers to jio or act fiber net. I am observing your service for three months then i will surely think about switching to act. Hope you act effectively this time. Also i use airtel internet tv in which net flix is not working it’s been a week only and the airtel digital tv stops abruptly many a times in normal whether conditions. It feels really frustrating in front of our guest the airtel digital tv stopped many a times. Sometimes it work well and some times stops abruptly in normal wheather. Resolve this asap. Poor products poor service. I have been using airtel dth from last 5 years this never happened in hyderabad. My parents use airtel internet tv, no service issue but with me it’s poor just poor.

Cheque has been presented to my bank and got dishonoured. Now, your social media team is saying that connection is not possible as of now and would take time. The plan provides Unlimited Local+STD calls, 1.4 GB 3G/4G Data per day for 82 days. I can make a call after recharge but mobile data is not accessible. I request to clear the issue as soon as possible.

                Hi the worse airtel network,
                These days i am not able to make calls by using your network. The worst signal in hyderabad. I made complaint to customer care couple of time, but there is no use. But you are generating the bills very promptly, at same time you are not giving proper service to the customer. I think no airtel customer is happy in hyderabad city. I dont know, whom to escalate this issue. What airtel higher management is doing or what troi is doing on this issue. They need customers money, but they dont bother about customer issues like signal problem.

                Forgot about internet, not even making calls. But you are advertising open network saying india's no 1 network. Yes you are right airtel is india's no 1 worst network.

                Airtel is the worse worse worse than any other network.

                  Airtel is fast becoming worst mobile network service provider in india, being with airtel for more than a decade as it was the best service provider in the country but from the past year or so we don't get proper reception at most of the places and day by day it's services are getting deteriorated.
                  7 out of 10 calls doesn't connect most people say they are unable to reach you on your mobile you cannot even call 121 or 198 taking your frustration levels to peak.
                  Finally making a decision to move out of airtel to something which would work.

                    My number is[protected]. I changed from bsnl to airtel few years back. Earlier your network was ok. Now (Few months) your network become worst. Wherever i go voice breaks and 4 g speed is very slow. I am carry forward my 350 gb data without using it. But the jock is you are giving amazon prime free subscription for one year. With your data speed i am able to use whatsapp. How can no watch amazon prime?

                        For last 3 days friends in my contact list received calls from my number and when they answered the call some one else is on call. And the strange thing is that i at that very time did not make any call. This has happened 4 time with me and 2 times with my wife also having airtel connection and my mother also an airtel subscriber. Call centre agents are of no help and are useless.

                          I am from kolkata. Now working in sultanpur, up. From last 6 days my sim stop working not even mine all roming sim stop working. I called customer care but no response. 6 day without your permanent contact number means lot. I get my flipkart item undelivered because no network. Lost a job opportunity because i can't receive call where i just join a interview and not able to receive confirmation call. Travel 50 km to swap sim card because custamor support told me that my sim was damaged.

                            Whats the hell is this. Fitonza i have never activated any services like this. Without any confirmation why did u diduct my balence.. 35 rs... Who is going to pay me now... I need my balence back.. Such a # services are neccessary for me.. Solve this issue asap and refund my balence amount deducted..                                   As i lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my wife personal mobile number. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my wife. when i am goes out of stationfor job purpose that person calling my wifecontinusily and when my wife dont pick that call then thet person text message on whatsapp. The number is active and when i call to him with my personel number they didnot pick the call on that time . So, it is my humble request to give the full details of the airtel mobile number. The mobile number is [protected]. Even the call is coming at mid-night also.

                                  So, pl give me full details to my mail id (dev[protected]@gmail.com).Treat, this is as my final step to stop the unwanted calls.

                                    The 13/04/2018 some technical error as per them, they credited my a/c.1049/-
                                    when i rec the MSG and i complain immediately to 121 helpline no, then that lady told me, sir don't worry that our mistake i m reimbursing the amount, today i found my out going calls are bard, mr. surjit roy told me when you made the current dues then we restore the line, then i ask him why my due date of current bill is 25/05/2018, why i should pay now i m always make the payment on in between 20-25, then he told me no sir because of our technical fault so our system not allowing till date so i request you please make payment, when i told him if i not pay then he told till date your connection is bard.
                                    so pl tell me where i m wrong they did the wrong on them part then why i should pay the extortion on them choice, so please me out.

The construction work is going on in our club, the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience for moment of heavy vehicles which brings construction materials and may damage the junction box.                                       It is very bad network and the data speed is the worst of all
                                      I can't call anywhere from airtel 4G sim please help me and repaire it.
                                      The Airtel net speed is very bad and even network is very poor . U say that we will get 4g network but we are even not getting 2g network it is very horrible and terrible network and very bad net speed . I m feed up o[censored]r network and i[censored] can help me Then its ok other wise I will change the network and last Airtel is the barest network In India .

                                      Not getting proper internet in my android phone since 5 days.. such a worst nservice you are providing. If you dont look into the matter then i will port it to some other better services...shame on your self...this is really upsetting..never expected this from your side.

                                        I applied for a new broadband connection in ip extension, delhi. I chose 40 mbps plan (Rs. 899 plan) and i online deposited the advance rental of rs. 5428 against the cef number 11162114 on 6th may-2018.

                                        But now after making payment your representative is telling that this much speed is not available in my area.

                                        The representative is also picking the phone after making payment. I called 2 times to the customer care but they are not helping.

                                        I guess airtel is only giving service to get the amount from the customers and once the payment is done they do not bother about us. They are cheating the customers.

                                        I want to get my advance rental to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                        Cancelled line Land and Brand Bond
                                        On 09/05/2018 for txn ID[protected] recharge amount 349/- was deducted from account but data (84GB, 3GB/day) and daily talk-time (unlimited talk-time with 349/- balance) recharge has not happened. The airtel site and app do not have options to directly address this issue. 198, customer number was also unhelpful. Kindly refund the amount.
                                        This number holder is mad he makes unnecessary calls and molested and misbehave. I want to warn him about unnecessary calling. after that i will complain in police
                                        Sir. Land line number [protected] and Brand band line cancelled due I have taken wire less Brand band. Plz closed my line as early as possible thanks. Already. I given companies

                                        And I am unable to call anyone.
