International roaming activated on no: [protected] on 7th may 2018 for 3997.
Received confirmation sms that roaming was activated.
Parents landed in us on 9th may 2018, plan is supposed to contain 500mins of free calls.
However parents got charged for incoming and outgoing calls, the balance got over and are unable to make calls now.
This is completely irresponsible from airtel side to have issues on a critical service like this.
Parents currently in cincinnati, oh, usa
Please contact me on [protected] for more details if required.
Please fix this immediately

I have been facing network problem in our area in my airtel number [protected] for voice call & browsing 4G data for last 04 months, that is why I have applied for porting. Plz solve the problem, otherwise i will compel for migrating to any other network.

    Dear sir,

    I have a mobile no. Which is [protected] have been recharged with rs.80./ and get rs.75./ but my balance has shown of rs.25./. I have tried my best to show all details after downloading airtel app but i am unable to get any details even it also not shown recharge details.
    Because of balance deduction we have not make any recharge on this no.. Some time ago i make complaint for this balance deduction and deactivate all the services and now it happen again.
    If you are unable to provide a good services to your valuable customer how can you think that you can survive on this competitive market.
    Because of your balance deduction we are avoiding to make recharge on this no. But now i am frustrated from your services.

    Just remove my all services and pay the balance of amount which has been deducted for any applying services.

    If you don't return my balance i'll go to the consumer forum for taking action against your fraud.

    Hence its a request to you that return the amount of money and deactivate all the services which have been activated by yours.

    Suddenly airtel deactivated my sim card without informing me.

    I have visited airtel store for couple of times and I called customer care but none of them are able to provide proper information.

    Sim deactivation shouldn't be done without informing customer.

      We went airtel office on 8th may 2018, behavior of airtel executive rishiraj from c-scheme branch jaipur, is very rude, when i went for an inquiry of my bill dues, i asked for my bill detail he asked me to wait for an hour. I activated international roaming plan of 2999for 10 days and by mistake of airtel they charged 2 times for same plan and even when i asked to make a call to manager, he himself was very rude krishank from bombay, really disappointed from the airtel service.         I have port my number from airtel to idea.in the last bill, they have 500 rs extra exclude my monthly rent for internet charges (Even if i have left my 35 gb data in the account)
        My number - [protected]. I go to airtel store but they said they can't raise my complaint. So please resolve my bill issue.

        The company like airtel they can make such small mistakes and i can't raise the issue in the airtel store as well.

          Informing you that, after changing the network vendor on march’ 2018 from airtel to vodafone due to their poor connectivity, airtel charge me extra without the bill. The mobile number is [protected], for which i want to launch a complaint to consumer court.

          Several times i have requested to airtel for the bill. Also, they are treating me to block my number.

          So, i would request to you please resolve the matter as soon as possible.

            I am constantly being harassed by airtel representatives for a bill payment. I had an outstanding bill of 12, 600 which i paid in april, 2018 and had requested them to disconnect.

            I have received another bill worth 8, 000 out of nowhere and now have started receiving calls from the representatives asking me to pay the bill. The representative from mumbai (That's what she said) are absolutely uneducated and speak in unacceptable ways like airtel kya apki wajah se chalti hai kya etc. When i asked them for a solution, they had no idea. Instead, she yelled saying call this customer every 2 minutes.

              I am receiving message from a$-tfarot like "callcost: rs.0.00 duration: 00:1:09 bal: rs0.00". I am worried because of this message, as i am not using the phone for calling at that time and i am receiving call usage details. Can you please help me in this as i am receiving this message sometimes during night also, while i am not using the phone. Can you look into this seriously as i think that this is someone is using the number..

                I have been using airtel postpaid services from a quite long time now. Earlier i never checked the bill details but since from the time i noticed that there are extra charges everytime, i started investigating and found the discrepancy in the bill.

                These people take complaints and waive off the fees (After a lot of discussion), but is that the correct approach. Not everyone checks the bill details every single time.

                Such a poor service!

                  Hi team,
                  I am chasing the airtel customer care service for past 1.5 years and till now i have not received any resolution.
                  I am facing some. Serious network issues on my airtel number. There customer care is the worst in the world.
                  I have filed multiple complaints with them and they gives you some amateur and unprofessional answers. I am facing difficulties in receiving calls let alone internet.
                  I am using airtel number for 7 years now. I have contacted every team possible but no resolution.

                    My airtel number [protected] has stopped working all of a sudden. On the 3rd of may i did a recharge of 200 rs to replenish the balance. But soon after recharge was done the number was rendered out of service. Received no response from airtel customer service ([protected]@in. Airtel.com) despite emailing them twice.
                    I request the resumption of service to my phone number since i'm not able to receive otp from anywhere i've given this number.

                      I have raised a complain as i am unable to use internet in my home and make calls.
                      Customer care representative advised me to to change my sim card.
                      I have changed my sim card but nothing is changed.
                      My data net speed is very slow in office too.

                        I have mistakenly recharged my number ([protected]) on[protected]Yesterday) with ₹:498,

                        The number was already recharged with the same plan 1 month ago and the plan is remaining for another 60 days. But still the company has processed my recharge request without any warning of the same plan existing in my number. This is pure business by exploiting an error that can often occur from a customer.
                        I contacted them regarding the issue and they were not giving a positive reply.

                        So, i am kindly requesting you to take necessary actions for a refund or transfer of the same plan to my friend's airtel number ([protected]).
                        Hope you will consider my request.

                          I went to airtel office ramnagar district nainital i. E green city galaxy for upgrading my 3g sim to 4g on 06 may 2018. Firstly there was no airtel employee in the office, only the merchant who has a shop of milk dairy was entertained me. He has given me a new sim and told me that it will activate in next two hours but today i. E on 08 may 2018 the sim hasn't activate yet and i went to airtel office so many times but couldn't get a satisfactory reply from anyone in the shop cum airtel office. This disgrace me and down the reputation of airtel in front of me. Still i didn't get any info about my sim.
                          Very bad show by airtel network

                            I'm not getting proper network in my area. i live in Sector 23A, Gurgaon and I only get 2 cells in my phone and most of the time only 2G or 3G signals I get that too very low signals and even when I have 4G pack i still dont get 4G services in my area. Most of the times I face call drops and I dont recieve SMS and even after complaining so many times to customer care. Please resolve this issue immediately.

                              I'm unable to make any outgoing calls. I have activated the 4000 rs international roaming pack before coming to the us. But nothing seems to work now. Unable to make outgoing calls even to local us calls. Tried everything. As of now, able to only make calls thru whatsapp when connected to wifi. But i did not pay airtel 4000 rs for this! Need outgoing calls to go through asap!

I didnt take any kind of plan related to this and due to this i have lost my airtel balance. Please kindly stop these services as soon as possible (Services which were activated like sports, etc)

                                  Respected sir/mam I am Tanka Mani Chettri humble resistance of kalimpong, west Bengal, on 8/5/18 I got call from unknow number and when I received that call he told me that he is A.Sing from Kolkata and he told me to install aitel 4g tower.first he told me that he will give me 15lakhs as soon as the works begins and rs 15000 monthly.later he told me send Id proof and documents of land in his what'sapp number .so can you please help me to decide what should I do .is it fake or it's true?

                                      Hi Airtel,

                                      This is really frustrating for me, the way you are taking revenge for porting from Airtel.
                                      I ported my airtel postpaid number "8050xxxx56" to Jio around 17th March 2018. My last billing date was 12 March 2018 and the bill amount was Rs. 278. I had around 26GB of carry forward data + 10GB of current month's data in my account. The porting was successful but after some days I started getting calls from airtel regarding bill payment. They told me that I have Rs. 325 (Rs. 625 total - 300 security deposit) of bill amount still due and I need to pay that.
                                      I had plan of Rs. 199 per month and around 36GB of carry forward data, then how come my bill can be of Rs. 625.

                                      I tweeted to airtel regarding that, and got call from them telling that I should visit airtel office to clarify about it and since I had the carry forward data, they can only waive this.
                                      Then I visited airtel office (Radha Krishna Tower, 7 & 8, Ground Floor, 154/11, Opposite IIM B Main Gate, Bann, Bannerghatta, Karnataka 560076), for this. They told that since the number is deactivated, they do not have access to the data and only Airtel Head office can help.

                                      Then I visited airtel head office (55, Divyashree Towers, Bannerghatta Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029), again I get the same reply from them, that they do not have access to my number's database and only nodal officer can help and gave me your email id.

                                      After wasting so much time here and there, I emailed nodal officer, but they also did not reply. Now I do not have any other places to go.
                                      I will wait for a few days more and surely raise this issue in consumer forum with all my details.
                                      My questions to airtel:

                                      If there is a bill due for my number, why I have not received any bill for that amount either through email or SMS.
                                      Since I already had carried-forward data of more than 36GB, and my plan was of Rs. 199 per month, how the due for 5 days become Rs. 625

                                        Without prior information they deducted money from my main balance before 3 months (every month 19 Rs), after each deduction i called customer care the told next month it will not deducted. but next month again deducted again called them same reply but not resolve problem. now every day deducted money from previous four days. Again called them they provide some complaint no. and promise me next time not deducted money. Till date i have lost total 133 Rs. from airtel. Please request you take necessary action and stop automatic deduction money from my main balance mobile No. [protected].
