Respected concern,
My no. Is [protected], my balance was 106.20 inr. Today at 9:44 am suddenly i got sms that hungama services from super store automatically updated on my no. And amount 99 inr has been deducted from my balance now balance is 7.20 inr.
For your kind info i didn't use my cell since 9:00 am so how can your company cut my amount while i didn't ask for any service.
So please return my amount in my balance of i have to go through consumer court. Do the needful asap.

    The place where i live have no network. Can't call to others, even if they call i am unable to understand what they speak. I have already reported thrice to them and got no response in return. Even if i got signals in other places voice clarity is worst compared to other networks and coming to data it really do sucks, i am using 4g but i dnt even have 2g speed

        recharge refund, double recharge

        I have recharged my no with 399. Previously i had recharged with 499 around ten days back. So as my previous recharge (499) is still active. The recharge which i did today is not reflecting. So i request you to refund the amount as it is not useful to me transid[protected]. Recharge done on 5/05/2018
        Please undo the second recharge and refund my money. The payment is done through airtel app....

        My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is[protected]. For the last two days... Getting sms alerts on 10 data usage from main account. I got 4 alerts so far (On may 1st midnight and two and on may 3rd evening 2). My talktime balance has been cut for the aforesaid usage (4 times 4 * 10 mb)

        Please check that i had never used any data ever from my main account ever since i am an airtel customer from say close to 10 years now. I topped up talk time balance by rs 500 recently.

        A similar issue happened in november 2017 as well but i had not complained about. Now its 4 times in 2 days. My time balance has to be restored immediately by airtel for the mistake and the company should assure this mistake is not repeated again.

            My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is [protected]. On 2 may i received sms having insufficient balance in my talk time account to cover international roaming rental rs.99. Till that time my talk time balance was above rs 200. I never opted for international roaming. On 14 april i purchased plan 249 with unlimited talk time and free national roaming for 28 days. I also topped up talk time balance by rs 130 to make total talk time balance above rs 200. I am on 7 sisters north east india tour and never crossed indian border. Airtel has so for not rectified mistake. My talk time balance should be restored immediately.

              balance validity

              My name is mahesh.

              I am recharging my airtel no. With 448 pack actually problem is my internet and calling us stop when the validity expire date is near even 2 days is there but all services are stop... Always before the 2 days stop. Why are u behave like this cheap tricks. Very bad.

              It fell very frustating when i open google and for make call

              I will port to jio good bye airtel...

              I complained several time that I couldn't get sufficient speed so that I feel comfort in this week speed can't overtake 100kb/s
              . Now I also see that quality of voice call very very poor i can't talk with other frequently. I reacharged unlimited pack for 84 days but I am very depressed to use AIRTEL INTERNET.

              Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                Sir,
                My airtel sim with no. [protected] (Ravi kumar) was out of service without notifying me anything about it from 20 days
                I’m facing lots of problem due to this.
                I’m outside of the country for my personal work and having loss of huge amount money because of my stopped transactions.
                I want to know why this happened.
                Start the service as soon as possible otherwise it should be a problematic situation. Hope you understand better it will be start soon.

                  I change my number to your network on 1 week before .
                  One of your staff contact to me 2 days before, they ask 50 Rs for courier charge to send the son card .
                  I transferred the amount .now my previous network not working this is my office number .what I have to do this is ridiculous, I'm totally upset your service.
                  Please let me know why this is happend.
                  Please I don't need your connection .Please I want my network back.

                    I am a new customer of airtel in bangalore for broadband and dth service. I took the airtel service a month ago. I am really disappointed with the service.
                    As per my plan for broadband - i was promised to avail the amazon prime video subscription which didn't happen till date. I was also promised to avail the monthly data plan for cell phone, which also didn't happen.
                    On top of that, after repeated complaints to customer service - service requests are getting created and being closed without resolution.
                    Moreover, the local personnel for airtel are big time cheater, even they are not picking up the calls once installation is done.
                    I need help on the above matter.

                      I was a Vodafone user who was contacted by Airtel with an offer whereby I would receive Amazon Prime Membership (worth 999) for a year and 100 bucks discount on every online bill payment. Now, once the porting has occurred, they tell me I'm not eligible for those offers. The person through whom I ported is dodging my calls and customer support isn't helpful as usual.

                        I ported from Idea to AIrtel due to Network issues and realized that Airtel has the worst network. I'm thinking of Porting out again. Being fastest new work is not important as you advertise, Being Quality network is appreciated. Stop making false commitments.

                        Every-time i called (around 40 requests) to customer care they said the prob will resolve in 6 hrs and its never.
                        don't waste time of customers by false advertisement and try to focus on your quality network.

                          Regret to inform you that from 27th April (complain no.[protected]my Airtel DTH connection(customer id no.[protected]) is not working (no signal) and despite my repeated complaints to customer care nobody from Airtel visited my house and no work has been done to resolve this matter. Everyday customer care is replying me the mechanical answer that my problem will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing happened so far. It is very unfortunate that a company like Airtel with a good reputation is making so much harassment to me for last 7 days. still today same response.

                            I have a wallet balance of rs.500 in my airtel wallet.

                            But i am unable to use it.. Geeting error message as "account has debit override status"..

                            I went to airtel showroom lot of time to resolve this issue.. But they are useless to resolve the issue.

                            What to do next?

                              Airtel network always fluctuating 4g to 3g and provide inttrupted service. I want to cancel my subscription and return my money from airtel. Otherwise i will submit my application in consumer court. Your services are too badly.
                              I wants to watch movies live in airtel tv this live tv application always inttrupt the video and play again and again same content.
                              Is it 4g? Hell. I don't think so airtel has any good services in comparison to jio

                                It has been really sad to observe the worst worst worst ever services from airtel. I am user of airtel postpaid, prepaid, dth from last 6-7 years. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of april 2017. I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to improper handling.

                                So you say that only slipping of phone while walking down the stairs or removing a phone from pocket is valid? As shown in your tv ad, but insurance does not accidental damage while the person is standing or working?? Can you explain???

                                I just want to know from airtel "accidental slipping of phone from my hand is not a valid reason for claim".

                                Please don't get fooled by polite words they use. There language will be different when you raise a claim. Please stop trusting these insurances.

                                  Frequent call drops and no internet. Really frustrating. Complaints given to airtel customer care. For the name sake they told issue will be resolved in one week. No improvement. It's going bad day by day.

                                  I think airtel is expecting customers to switch to other network with kind of service they were providing.

                                  Yes, I agree with this. Here in institute there are thousand of people(Professors, Staff and students) are staying. Mostly majority of them are using Airtel network. Now a days everyone got frustrated with the kind of service airtel offering for calls and data. Some people who are using dual sim phones are finding JIO as alternative network. People who don't have option to use dual sim are thinking of switching the network.(Number Portability
                                  ). Please take a necessary action this as soon as possible.
