I convert my postpaid airtel no.[protected] into prepaid on 23rd march and recd. Prepaid sim no.[protected][protected]u from airtel outlet at vadapalani. Even after lapse of 45 days the prepaid sim given to me not activated till date. Visited the same outlet number of times to get it activated.. But no response.in my last visit on 27th april i was told with in 5 days the sim will be activated.. But till date no action taken to activate the sim.. I spoke to one of your staff at vadapalani outlet mr. Mahendran in no.[protected] but no use. I don't know how long i have to wait to get the prepaid sim activated. I am giving this complaint to solve my problem at least even after this.

    I'm not able to call any other numbers because of poor network connection that too during night times the network is not working properly, i will switch off and then on the phone then only i can make calls. Then very poor 4g internet service very slow loading and can't connect to any website or bank apps in any emergency situations. Please solve this network problem immediately or else i don't have any option other than changing your network.

      I had taken rs.10/- advance talk time in the month of march 2018 it has not been deducted up to date and today after a recharge of rs. 199 your company is showing 0 balance. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Rectify this as soon asap or else i will be forced to join a different company. I would like you to make its deductions and recharge my mobile with the balance amount. Thank you.

      Tomorrow [28/04/2018] is buy a airtel prepaid card and pay the money for it.The balance was increased.But today the balance was 0 . I not speaking with anybody why the balance was missing . My Mobile number was [protected]

        Hi,

        I am using airtel number i.e. [protected] more than 8 years. However, i am facing many challenges on same number from few months, below are the issues.
        1. Network issue which incoming and outgoing calls
        2.speed.
        3. Call drop etc.

        Also, i have called many times to customer care on 198 or talked with seniors (Priyanshu) but they used to provide same resolution or team members . I raised multiple cases for having same issues to technical team where did't get any response from technical team members, below are cases details.

          I had received a call from Airtel DTH regarding an offer stating that recharge of Rs 699 in my DTH number [protected] will have a validity of 6 months. As per the offer i recharged mt DTH on April 20, 2018 with Rs 699. After few days when we called back to know about the 699 pack validity, customer care executive informed that, the pack has not been activated, we will have to do a recharge of Rs 100 again to activate the pack (can be verified from call records), we again did a recharge of Rs 100 in my Airtel DTH number [protected]. Again we called on 07.05.2018 to confirm the validity of pack, again the customer care executive informed that has not been activated because of insufficient balance, we will have to recharge with Rs 100 again to activate the pack. we felt cheated and asked the customer care people to disconnect our digital TV connection, and refund the amount, they straight way refused to refund the remaining balance. This is a staight case of cheating customers. Kindly look into the matter and help innocent customers from being cheated.

            My phone no is [protected]. There in no network since one month. Talked to customer care 121. But no respons.no in coming and no out going calls possible.we have a data card also .we are unable to use data card .we are facing a lot of problem . No engineers bother to visit for checking.
            Since I am Airtel customer for a long time. But due to this problem now I am thinking to Port to other network.
            Hope procure your kind and much needed action in this matter.

              I am an existing airtel user
              My airtel number is [protected] (Jharkhand)
              I have recharged my number with rs 448 voucher on[protected]. At that time it was showing this voucher is applicable for 82 days and 1.4 gb data per day will be available, but this voucher is expired on[protected]. This is totally not acceptable from airtel. Please check my issue and kindly update me why this happen.

                Its the worst serviced. Have ever got from any network even cant able to call dome times and newltwork goes often and issues in using internet and facing diddicukt for jncoming call to what the hell o[censored]se of all ths adds and packs when the service is not good enough i even raise the complaind thrice a month but didnt got appropriate help. So i would like to switch to vodafone and would recommend people to leave airtel bloody network, its like BJP baatein badi badi kaam chote chote. Unnecessarily we are making bloody recharges with no utilization.

Though money has gone from my BOI account, service is not available. Please help urgently. It is highly irritating to this lapse on your part. We regret to have chosen Airtel service provider by looking at your advertisements on TV.

                    I raised the complaint regarding DTH screen issue on April 19, and it is still pending since 3 Weeks.My Reference No. is [protected] and complaint number 73508489.

                    Daily I call to customer care execute of Airtel and getting same reply that will be resolve by today/very soon as we are working on highest priority of complaint.

                    Its really very pathetic response from Airtel like prestigious company and a mental harassment. Now my patience is over and I don't have other option than switch for other operator.

                    Please let me know how will get back my money what I have charged for these interrupted connection period of complaint raised on April 19. Can I get that one in Airtel money app or is there any other option for that?

                      I am writing to you with regards to reactivation of a prepaid number
                      That seems to be deactivated due to lack of frequent use. I am
                      Currently resided in dubai, uae, but using airtel services (Prepaid
                      Number services) for making bill payments for online transactions as
                      This number is connected with all banks.

                      The phone number is [protected], and its registered under the name of
                      Soura kumar ghosh and i would like to know how to reactivate this
                      Number for future use? Today, while doing some online payments, he
                      Noticed that the sim is failing to recognize the service, and
                      Therefore he could not complete the transactions.

                      When called on this above mentioned number, it says "this number does
                      Not exist".

                      Kindly note the above problem and revert soon with a probable
                      Solution. We have been trying different ways to connect with you but
                      Nothing is working, so we really need your assistance on this matter

                      My airtel bill password not sent and pdf file didn't open. So my problem is very important and this problem solved.

                        But taking 100 rupees charge for swap sim into 4g of from me to airtel store.

                        And do not give me a receipt of any rs.
                        If the urge to give my money back.

                        I have already paid previous moth Bill, still amount is added in current month Bill. I have bank transaction details for the same. Also due very poor network issue I was not used the number still I got bill Rs. 473.32. I have attached bank trasaction details screenshot. Please check and revert asap.
                        Airtel network is very weak in Lingampally, hyderabad area from past few weeks.
                        Tried calling customer care and even went to office to complaint for the same but there is no response and even the network is getting poorer day by day.
                        35 rs have been deducted for the namkeen pack by itself. Kindly refund my hard earned money.
                        Executives are soo dumb with no knowledge about airtel online store each and every executive is telling different clauses no clarity at all worst services and staff..
                        No 3G and 4G signal in my area.. . And during the call receiver can't hear (disturbances). I hope you look into this problem.

                            Sir, i facing very serious network problem in my area. I doesn't get network in my house (Which only of ground floor) and i can't make call. If call than no voice reached. And from above information you can predict about conditions of internet service. So plzz solve it.
                            After jio launch in my family 4 airtel customers but now due poor network service, out of 4 only i remain.
                            6 months before i called the customers care & said about this problem.
                            But problem still persists.
                            So i request to you solve it quickly.
                            I add a photo, this is conditions of network on rooftop or terus.

                            Super store services activated without my consent by airtel today 06.05.2018 and Amount Rs. 99 deducted from my mobile balance. Please return back my deducted amount Rs 99.

                              My name is venkatesh kontham, using airtel mobile service. Now i decided to lodge a complaint on airtel due to their bad service, no action on complaints and negligence.

                              I have lodged a complaint on airtel customer care on 18th of april 2018 with complaint no.84800467 and i spoke to the executive mr. Nilesh but from that day to till date no action was taken.

                              On 07th of may 2018 again called airtel customer care and i spoke to mr. Mahesh, floor superviosr, he is also not responding properly

                              Please take necessary action on this and help me out

                                    I am an airtel customer for more than 10 years and am out of india for sometime and i have taken the sim to london by activating international roaming. But however my sim is not seem to be working in london and then i requested my father to have a check in india while i m in london. But it was mentioned that my physical presence is required for some finger proof. I can back to india and when i enquired about my sim it was allocated to someone else. I hold this sim for more than 12 years now and have that number circulated all over that places like income tax, employer, banks and all institutions. My privacy is at a high risk now and i m really corncerned about this airtel answer of being a customer for more than 10 years. They should be checking with us by a letter before deciding on this as it s really critical. Kindly help me in this.

                                    Being a customer for this long, there should be some reason why it was not in active mode for this long and it would be of help if they check with us prior.

                                      I'am not able to view channels due to blurry vision. It gets blurred in between and is very disturbing to view. I have tried other methods also like re-inserting the card again but still there's no improvement. I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible. There is not even a single channel which can be properly watched.
                                      Please solve this matter as soon as possible

                                        Hi,

                                        I live in pedda karupamula village near peddakothapally mandal.
                                        Our mobile phones are not reachable all the time if we are inside our home.
                                        Every one in our family uses airtel. This is the major problem we are facing.
                                        Some action should be taken because there may be some emergency, if our mobiles are not reachable at that time then it may cause us something bigger.
                                        So please take some action.
