I AM QUESTIONING TO AIRTEL, THOUGH I HAVE A 4G HANDSET, 4G SIMCARD, AIRTEL 4G TOWER IS LESS THAN HALF KILOMETRES, WHY I AM NOT GETTING 4G PREFERENCE? WHY ALWAYS I AM GETTING VERY SLOW 2G NETWORK? IS AIRTEL FRAUD? THANKS.

    Airtel has arbitrarily started a paid service on my number, charged my money and then is telling me about it. All this at 4:40am! Why and how will i start a useless paid service in the middle of the night? I have not started any service from my side. This is absolute cheating and harassment of customer.

    Please resolve this issue and refund my money ₹35. It is not about money but it is about ethics and business morals, which airtel seems to have lost.

    Here is the text of the message and i have also attached a screenshot for reference.

      I am not able to recharge my [protected] after migration from postpaid to prepaid. No is active and i can receive any incoming call but not able to outgoing. And the worst thing is that i can't even dial in to your customer care because of low balance. What a poor service provided by this. If this is not resolved in few hours better i shall migrate to other service provider. Thanks, kapil sharma. [protected]

        I wanted to convert one of my postpaid number to prepaid. I visited kamla nagar, avas vikas store for more than 10 time. Each time they told some reason that it is not possible from their end. At the same time costumer care is guiding to approach airtel store.
        Even after a lot of visit it is not converted. They are issuing any reference number also for our concern.
        After intervention of a representative and customer care they issied the sim. I submitted paper on 04th may but this store has not placed the request in system.

          Well i was thinking to stay on airtel but when i just taken a new smart phone and the airtel provide me with 30days net i appreciate for that but when i was trying to open videos on youtube or hotastar it started buffering many times and in between the videos also, i just hate that, in our area you net speed is like a #, so please i request u to improve it as early as you can... Thankyou

            I am airtel user when ppl ring me they say "i was busy" but when i really was not in a call, whats happening with airtel, indicating i am busy in call, when i am not really in call. Is i due to network errorr any such report made by others?

            There i smuch different reporting all lines are busy from the number you are calling is currently busy, kidnly resolve and let us know

                I have been using airtel postpaid sim since about 5 years now, and from 6 months i have been facing an issue of call dropping and unable to send sms to any number, i have registered a complaint about 50 times as of now, and everytime i was asked to wait till 24 hours to resolve the issue, but issue remains the same. I was asked to change the sim card as well, i changed the sim card and i changed my phone as well. Everytime i call the customer care centre i have to explain them about the issue and issue remains the same. Please help me

                  I kindly request that the people who are living here of almost 10000 peoples... Nearly surrounding of 50 villages are mainly addicted to airtel networks...
                  But nowadays the network's are busy.. Signals problem... And not even 3g networks are not reachable... So i request you to clarify and do the needful...

                    Hi

                    My airtel dish tv is not working since 3 days and i have been calling the customer care for last 3 days and no resolution have been taken yet. Everytime they say technician will come but no one visited yet.

                    They are not sharing the complaint number as well.

                    Kindly resolve the issue asap and please reimburse the per day charges due to inconvenience caused

                      I am make a call your customer care. And request to speak me local airtel call 10 paise per minute plan. Your customer give me reference 59 rupees rch am don this reachrage and i have not coming this benefit. Again i am call your customers that say me 89 recharge. Am done this recharge but not coming this benefit me. Sir your airtel company is very bad and your customers i think non sense and not educated. I am not satisfy yor customer care and your company cause your customer speak always lie. Ok

                        I 'ashish patthe' from nagpur. One week before, i had installed airtel dth at my home and told me that it will get activated after 3 hours. But it' s one week gone it still not activated. I am continuously trying to call at nagpur office "smart service" at khamla. But they are not attending my call.
                        And even continuously complaining to customer care they are also not giving me response.in these one week, i had complained 15-20 times in customer care..
                        Really very very poor service.

                          Your services are very poor even 2g network better than your 4g network. I am receiving less than 20 kbps downloading speed. I am a new customer of airtel and this is my first and last experience. I will never suggest anyone to go into airtel network. Even jio better than airtel in my area. Well i am from nohar, hanumangarh district rajasthan. I am very disappointed from this network.

                          Kindly improve your services. Your services are very costly but your network is very poor.

                            I have a postpaid connection which is not active for almost a month now but they are making me pay money to activate it. Worst thing even after full payment even when i am not using. The connection is not active.

                            I am speaking to airtel 121 almost every single day and frustrated with their fake deadline with no resolution. How to reach the next level or teach them a lesson for these crazy support.

                              I bought an international roaming pack for the usa for inr 2999 for my prepaid number [protected] which is supposed to give me call, sms and data privileges. However i am unable to make any outgoing calls and my data is not working. This puts me in a nightmarish position while roaming internationally as i can't call a cab or call someone in case of an emergency. There is no proper channel to call a number which i could find on your website and there is no way i can find help using the 'get help' option on the website. Please help asap!

                                I ordered an airtel dth connection online using their website only and i ordered a package which showed 301 sd channels and 33 hd channels on 1/5/2018. I got a phone call and i confirmed the said package. The local distributor came and installed the product on 2/5/18 and said it will be activated within half an hour and took rs 4100 and went. The activation was done and when i could not watch any hd channels, i contacted distributor and he said it will take at least 4 hrs for the hd channels to get acivated. I again phoned him next day as i could not watch hd channels, he said he will come next day as he is out of station. As i could not wait longer i contacted the customer care 4 times but they said the package is already locked and they cannot do anything. My original package costed me rs 230 and this package costs me rs 300 without any hd channels. So airtel dth has cheated me.
                                I want my original package.

                                  Hi,
                                  This is very disappointing or unsatisfactory response from airtel.
                                  I recharged my number via airtel website for 450 rs on 10th april 2018. Recharge was unsuccessful but amount got deducted. I had called customer care 3-4 times regarding refund of amount, they keep on telling dates of refund but at the end there is no refund done till date.
                                  So shameful that you keep on cheating your customers. If this continues no one would avail your services.

                                    Yesterday my subscription ended and today 5thMay2018 my account got suspended.Now I am being asked to pay Rs.15 for suspension charges. I believe this is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call. Please look into it.

                                      Im from mangalore. I filed a complaint abt my broadband on may 2nd cz its not working properly. And its been 3 days now, no one came. I called at least 2-3 times everyday to know abt my current request status. The staff always gave the same answer and gave me vague answer. If i call in the morning they will say the engineer will come in the afternoon and if i call in the afternoon they will say the guy will come in the evening. But no one came. Nobody sent me notification or text or call to update me abt my request status. Supposedly my request should be clear by may 6th at 12am. Till now still pending. The service is very bad. The worst service ive ever received. This is very upsetting. Hope someone can do something abt this.

                                        I recently received a call from your calls center proposing a plan. On reverting that i was really busy and not interested since i am not a consumer of the telecom service, the caller was really rude. He hung up the call without waiting for a reply. As a previous consumer of airtel, this call has reminded me about why i even changed the service in the first place. [protected] was the number through which i received the call.
