I have a wallet balance of rs.500 in my airtel wallet.

But i am unable to use it.. Geeting error message as "account has debit override status"..

I went to airtel showroom lot of time to resolve this issue.. But they are useless to resolve the issue.

What to do next?

    Airtel network always fluctuating 4g to 3g and provide inttrupted service. I want to cancel my subscription and return my money from airtel. Otherwise i will submit my application in consumer court. Your services are too badly.
    I wants to watch movies live in airtel tv this live tv application always inttrupt the video and play again and again same content.
    Is it 4g? Hell. I don't think so airtel has any good services in comparison to jio

      It has been really sad to observe the worst worst worst ever services from airtel. I am user of airtel postpaid, prepaid, dth from last 6-7 years. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of april 2017. I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to improper handling.

      So you say that only slipping of phone while walking down the stairs or removing a phone from pocket is valid? As shown in your tv ad, but insurance does not accidental damage while the person is standing or working?? Can you explain???

      I just want to know from airtel "accidental slipping of phone from my hand is not a valid reason for claim".

      Please don't get fooled by polite words they use. There language will be different when you raise a claim. Please stop trusting these insurances.

        Frequent call drops and no internet. Really frustrating. Complaints given to airtel customer care. For the name sake they told issue will be resolved in one week. No improvement. It's going bad day by day.

        I think airtel is expecting customers to switch to other network with kind of service they were providing.

        Yes, I agree with this. Here in institute there are thousand of people(Professors, Staff and students) are staying. Mostly majority of them are using Airtel network. Now a days everyone got frustrated with the kind of service airtel offering for calls and data. Some people who are using dual sim phones are finding JIO as alternative network. People who don't have option to use dual sim are thinking of switching the network.(Number Portability
        ). Please take a necessary action this as soon as possible.

          Hi i am yours more than 2 no. Of card user but now i am not satisfied with your service network in my office building. So i am apply port also. I need resolve issue otherwise i will be discontinue airtel and go with other network. I was given complaint before 1 month ago but no anyone can revert about this complaint. So i really disappointed.

            Today around 1pm i have recharged with rs 100 through net banking.in the airtel number[protected] but till now i have not get my balance. Also my saving account has been deducted. Kindly solve this.
            Early airtel network was working in remote village, but now a days it does not work properly in town area. Now a days airtel network is very bad.

              change of sim from corporate cug to personal sim

              I was allocated cug number [protected] by my company (Jk paper ltd), bhuneshwar, odisha. After my retirement company agreed to transfer this number to my personal number as postpaid. Accordingly a letter is issude by them.
              I taken this letter and submitter is one of the airtel agent at nagole, hyderabad on 19th march. Requested then to transfer this on my name and change location from odisha to andhra pradesh (Hyderabad). And issued...

              From last couple of weeks the speed of internet is getting continuously decreased. Before that the speed was so good! But nowadays its not even good! If you could resolve this issue, it would be great! Because i want to be with network provider only! My address is 19-b, sainath society, opp. S. T. Depot, mandvi, dist - surat, 394160. Please solve this issue of mine as quickly as possible! And if you can't do it, then there is no other option for me than to go to other network provider!

                I have recharged for rs 199 plan which gives me 1.4 gb per day and i stepped to 4g phone so i also got 1 gb extra for a month now iam not getting 1.4 gb per day and not even the extra 1 gb iam facing really a big problem what do now please let me have 1.4 gb correctly when i was trying to check it is showing u have used 750 mb from daily limit of 1024 but daily limit is 1458

                  Services called astro and vemes have been activated randomly on my account without consent. I have been charged for these services even after i have sent deactivation messages.
                  As i have not opt for this services, i do not want to lose any money due to these random services which i have not asked for.

                  Please look into this issue and i want to deactivate these services permanently and wish to get back my money which was unethically charged to me.

                    I had asked for disconnection of my braodband airtel no.[protected] at house no. 702, sector -8 (Ue) karnal -132001, however, the same is still running. I have paid my entire due vide last transaction id[protected] amounting to rs 1137/-. Incase, they continue with the connection, they may further bill some amount.
                    Request terminate my connection forthwith to avoid any complications in the future.

                        Hi, we have 17 numbers under account id [protected]. We had paid our amount bill on last month. But our all connection's services had been discontinue. These all numbers have been taken under corporate. Kindly resolve the issue without any delay. Why this had been done. We had no option left to opt for port in other telecom operator if this issue not had been resolved within two hours to restore our services...

                        From past 1 month there in no proper network of airtel, i m prepaid user, living in north bangalore. This network is such a worst quality that forget about 4g, #g, not even able to call. Everytime i have restart mobile to call somebody that to limited time or i have to go some rare places to call. I felt cheated by switching to airtel network from bsnl network. And everybody in this area facing same problem. I think soon we all need to switch to some other network, if situation remains same.

                          Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person. Moreover taking these much amount from a common person is not the right thing. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated. A proper prior notice should be sent.

                            I am using airtel prepaid since almost 10 years. I am staying at anjugramam near kanyakumari. Last month i approached one of your office at nagercoil, chetticulam for changing prepaid to postpaid. Your office was responded that, the said area is not possible to issue postpaid connection. Then self has given my friend address where he is staying at nagercoil proper.
                            On address verification same was informed, but they refused to convert from prepaid to postpaid.
                            I never expect this from airtel.

                              I m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently or the other party will not hear my voice and call breaks.

                              Complaint was logged on april 10th, but no proper response from the customer care. Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.

                              We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

                              Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but when checked sim card status it is showing -120 dbm 67 asu.

                              I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now.

                              I cannot disconnect this connection as this corporate connection and forced to use.

                              Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

                              Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.

                                I have ported my number from telenor to airtel. I hoped that airtel provides good customer experience, but i was wrong. I ported to airtel 4g for which the service centre took 50 rs without any reciept. After 7 days the sim got activated but it shows 3g connection. Network is pathetic. It shows no service every 5 minutes. When i asked the service centre to explain why my connection is 3g, they simply said dial 121 and see yourself. When i did that, the voice says "you have a 4g handset, upgrade to 4g, contact nearest service centre". I'm fed up with people not ready to help or respond

                                  I tried 3G and 4G still nothing works. Network shows both towers but internet is totally not working. Even now I am mailing via a Vodafone internet. Check the attached files . When I check in open networks it shows my area has excellent network . But it’s all rubbish.

                                    I was a premium user for airtel from a very long time. I heard from many user that they play cheap tricks to fool customers when they showcase something new. I dint listen to them and subscribed to 499 plan to get airtel secure benifit. When the time has come to claim the insurance they simple rejected it for a silly reason. I dropped my phone accidentally when i am getting down from my car. and they declared it as a negligence from my end and rejected the claim. How foolish is this.
                                    Let me talk about the tv ad them isnt it her negligence to walk in the same direction where other person is confrenting her. Why do you fool people? this is disappointing. I am going to spread this injustice happened to me the maximum.
