Today i am very humiliated and pissed off with airtel dth services,
I am having my corporate connection with airtel, my three other mobile connections but the services given in dth are pathetic and my confidence that airtel is a best service provider is broken.
The issue was that my dth was not getting proper signal for which i have logged a compliant in the call center with a trust that they will provide best services on friday. They told me that engineer will visit on saturday, when engineer was not visiting i have again called on the call center, they convinced me that the engineer was trying to contact you and as contact was not established that is why visit time is postponed, i have taken the phone number if engineer and he spoken to me in not a correct manner and told me that he will close my complaint without resolution,
I have again called call center and after continuous follow-up if 5hours engineer visited for 10 mins corrected something i have given 150rs as service charge but once he went away my dth was again not receiving signals
I have called your engineer 50times and requested to visit and check as my father is a handicapped person and he cannot live without tv.
The engineer did not come
In the evening when i have called call center, they told me that pls recharge by 100rs more then besides i have done a recharge of some 3000 last month
I have done that and requested him to connect to his supervisor but he was not ready, when i have shouted him in loud voice and told him that i will not diconnect my call then he connected me to mr jitendra, he again taken my request...
I want to ask that how an engineer or call center executive cannot have complete knowledge and they are fooling us day in and day out.
I will not stop here, if seniors will not listen then i will raise a compliant to nodal officer, mp govt and consumer cell
