      I have been having a Voice Plan Land Line from Airtel at Bangalore in my residence.
      I am using Plan Rs.99 + Taxes.
      However from last 5 months they are sending bill for Broad Band .
      I have never applied for Broad Band.
      AIrtel has never installed Broad Band . Airtel has never provided even Modem
      So how they can bill for Broad Band
      Unfortunately due to bank problem for 5 months the excess bill has been paid .

        I’ve submitted port in request to airtel on 18th July 2022.
        Even after 3 days, at 11pm 22nd July 2022 there is No Service on the new SIM.

        Tried calling customer service multiple times but no use, really bad customer experience.

        When will I get this activated?

        Due to the ignorant service from airtel, I’ve missed important calls, this is really annoying.

        I request airtel to activate all the services on my number ASAP

            Now I am thinking to port the network because of their network issue and for their advertisements they shows that they have the best network

              We recharged with rs 99/ on 20/07/2022 at 7.00pm in xerox center vide transction id [protected]f from the mobile no. [protected] the amount deducted but the recharge has not completed in my mobile no. [protected].

                Hi,

                I took Airtel postpaid connection from JP Nagar 7th Phase Airtel Showroom on 20th June 2022. The Sim card activated same day. Showroom people mentioned it is free and no charges are charged.

                Due to bad network, I called customer care on 2nd July and asked them to cancel. After 5 working days, they had cancelled the connection on 7th July.

                Now in the bill I see a onetime activate charges as Rs. 300 (Nobody quoted me while buying).

                  I have been a loyal customer for Airtel for so many years. Recently, I had an issue with the recharge that I did and called the customer helpline. The first level agent could not help me so she transferred to a senior executive named Ajmir.
                  Ajmir was impolite from the beginning of the call and did not listen to my concerns. He was so rude that I felt intimidated throughout the call.
                  I feel so traumatized and harrassed after the call with thim. You should not have a guy like Ajmir as a customer care executive.
                  He did not have any empathy or listening skills, he was so arrogant and tried to put the blame on me.
                  He was so determined that the fault was mine and kept shaming me with his comments.
                  I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this Ajmir.

                    I'm platinum customer since 1 year facing lot of internet issue, too slow, not able to work from home. I sue you people for taking customer money and not providing good internet speed, I m paying 590 every month I am sick of it. I will definitely post this in all social media and advise everyone to port out from Airtel to other networks. Every time I raise complaints they say some person will visit to install booster but till now no one has come, I raised nearly 20 complaints since last 8 months, same results.

                        Was using 999 plan till last month. Suddenly received an sms stating my current plan (without plan amount) Netflix subscription is free to claim. When I activated the Netflix got the sms that my new plan as per my request is 1199+tax.

                        When called customer care they informed me that 999 previous plan is no longer available and I won’t be able to switch to old plan. And also they mentioned that this information has been sent on sms thrice before 11th July 2022. Which is false as I never received such sms.

                        This is clear action of cheating customers by giving misleading information.

                            My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I did a recharge for Rs. 109 yesterday(20.7.22). the plan is rs 99 talktime for 30 days. but the amount did not add to my mobile account. recharge reference no is [protected].

                            kindly do the needful either recharge the number [protected]. or refund the amount.

                                My name is vikash kumar from sitamarhi district at bihar . I have purchased airtel xtream fibre 40mbps plan through agent registered at the name of ANITA VERMA . They installed the system at my home on[protected] at kumar chowk sitamarhi. But from[protected] till today there is no network at all . I am facing problem from the begining . This is totally beyond expectation from airtel sales and service. Please make us sure who is responsible for this mental harassment from three days . Either resolve this or initiate my refund .                                       I attempted to make a recharge on my number [protected] today [19th July 2022] for an amount of Rs 319 as a part of your unlimited data and call packs. I made the payment from google pay and the money has been deducted from my account.
                                      Tried connecting to the customer care and every time I have the same unhelpful response. The customer care people weren't even trying ro resolve the issue and blatantly saying "it's not in our records" while I kept repeating that I have the proof of transaction.

                                      Look into this matter and please get a better customer care team where they actually listen the our problems

                                        I done recharge to a wrong Airtel number through Google pay.
                                        Recharge Amount : ₹479
                                        I contacted Google pay helpline, they suggested to contact Airtel helpline. But no response from Airtel .
                                        I hereby attach transaction details for your reference. Kindly refund the recharge money.
