Dear sir,
My Airtel prepaid no is [protected] I have not been able to send SMS from this no for the past three months. However I am able 2 receive SMS. I have tried to contact customer service but to no avail. May I request you to please look into this matter.

    When i called 198 customer care executive keeps repeating words that after 4 hours of activating new sim it will take another 72 hhours . i have call recording for the proof .

    This looks very unprofessional and very fishy as other people airtel number got activated in 4 hours why my number is taking another 72 hours.

      Hi, I am using Airtel prepaid sim (+91-[[[protected]]]). At present I am using it. Today I had around 209/- Rs. balanced in my account, but all of sudden whole amount deducted and I just got 0/- Rs. balanced. I requested for STOP due to this automated deduction problem. Could you please advice on the amount deduction charges and how to avoid this? As I have not activated any service, please advice and arrange for refunding of auto deducted balance.

        Hi i am shivansh, recently i have done a recharge transaction through phonepe. But due user interface i have entered wrong no. during the transaction.

        Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
        I have already message the same information to “51619” but i got respond “no keyword found”

        Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

            Hi, I am using Airtel prepaid sim (+91-[[protected]]). At present I am using it.               In our village there is no internet service by airtel there is always nil internet speed which don’t worth our money on internet service so i kindly request you to fix this internet service in my village and deploy a better internet service by airtel so we can worth our money on airtel internet service

                In our village there is no internet connection we all phase this annoying situation via Airtel even when we have 4G data pack still not worth our money because of bad internet / no internet connection. So, i kindly request you to please deploy a better internet connection so we can do gradual use of our daily internet service

                  I paid amount through Airtel App for new broadband connection on 13th July 2022 and today's date 16th July no one responding, i don't understand whom to contact. They said within 24 hours installation done but now no one take responsibility it's been 4 days. Shame on Airtel management and customer service... There is no where I can see cancel and refund option, they just Playing with our need

                      I Contacted Airtel Customer Service Many Times but they can say wait for 48 hours. I waited But They Yet Not Started My Account. I send All KYC Documents to Airtel. Airtel Payment Bank is Fraud.

                        Airtel migrated my plan from my existing plan to a 999 plan even without informing me back in May 2021. I did not know about the plan change and paid bills every months, it recently came into my consideration that the bill plan was changed. When enquired about the same to Airtel care team, I was told that the same was done but there is a discount component added for you. I do not want any discount if I was migrated to 999, I should be getting the benifits of the plan, like the speed has to 200 MBPS of speed and other OTT platforms benifits like Netflix Amazon Prime etc, as mentioned over Airtel official website. But am not getting any of these, The speed remains within 100 MBPS and all OTT platforms still remains grayed out. Airtel failed to fix the problem and its been more than 68 days but still Airtel could not fix the problem. Airtel says OTT Plateforms benifts are for new customers only and since am 10 years old customer this cannot be claimed by me! This is insane ! Airtel should take care of old customers. And If am not claiming about it why the speed is increasing from 100 MBPS to 200 MBPS at least, on this question Airtel keeps saying there is a Technology upgrade and it would be restored soon, this is what I have been hearing for last 2 months. Sent them several @mails post querry over twitter called the team several time but no response as of now. I know they are just befooling a loyal customer and lagging behind with the promises they made to a 999 Plan customer. Its like making a fun of consumer's right in broad day light.

                          Hi i am book a cylinder at 6 July 2022 i have receive a message your cylinder booking is complete within 4 hours and now 10 days are completed my cylinder is not book but payment is deducted into my credit card amount is 1061 please provide a resolution about my request.

                              I tried to move out all my airtel postpaid connections to another service provider hence I paid 400 Rs Extra with a clearing balance for the month on 6th Jul'22 and their customer care representative split up the connections from a family plan and I got Port Code from three numbers but I can't able to get Port code since there is one number isn't released from the family plan from past 20 days even after so many followups and fake commitments by Airtel. Till now I'm struggling because of the Airtel family plan issue.

                              Today (15th Jul'22) Once again I called the customer and shouted at them but their representative transferred the call to his superior, She said I want to pay 250 Rs once again for removing that connection. Are they looting us?

                              Better Airtek can take the tray and go for begging and looting instead of looting customers, I told her I'm not going to cancel/Port the connection and not going to pay the amount.. Will see when they'll ask for payments.
