    There has been a recharge done to wrong number with the details as follows:
    Paytm Number from which recharge was done: [protected]

    Date of recharge: 01 July 2022
    Time of recharge: 8:05 p.m.
    Recharge Amount: ₹2, 999/-
    Wrong phone number: [protected]

    I have contacted the Airtel customer care through mail and mobile, but I have not received help of any kind. The wrong phone number user is not capable to pay us the amount of ₹2, 999/- but he is ready to cooperate to get the recharge undone and so that I get my money back. Please help me as it is a very generous amount. I expect such a big company must have its way to do the reversal and help me.

      It has been over 6 months we have been facing issues and airtel has failed to provide any resolution or solve our problems. The customer service ivr seems to fool you around to nit have to connect to a person on call. Without wifi being connected it just shows no network even where other network show full reception. This seems like a fraud technique used by airtel to promote use o[censored]pcoming 5g whereas 4G has downgraded to even worse than 3G.

          I recharged my prepaid mobile from the airtel thanks app through phonepe upi. I received a message stating my request has been processed and I'll recieve the confirmation within 4 hrs. It's been 4 days and the money also got deducted from my bank account.
          I tried to contact airtel support but they were not of any help. I would like to request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

            Dear Team,

            MY LANDLINE NUMBER- [protected]

            On 17th june, I inquired for Broadband connection at my house (address- E-10/1003, Siddesh jyoti, balaram street, mumbai- 400007). So your sales agent told (Roshan- Mob no.- +91 [protected]) told me to google pay 1, 000 Rs, on some random person's personal account for installation charges. I did send him google pay on that number but later realised that airtel don't charge anything for Installation. I asked him so he told me that you will get refund in working 7 days. It has been more than 7 days but still he is just delaying the process.

            I have attached all the proof chats with him and my payment screenshot, please find it. I hope that airtel can help me in getting my money back. This leave behind a very negative image of airtel as we as a consumers are getting scammed.

            If I am not able to get any help from Airtel regarding still I’ll at least post it on my social media like twitter, Instagram & facebook etc. so that other people can be saved from this scam which is being done by airtel sales agents

                I've ported my no. [protected] from jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                    We are filing complaint almost daily but no body is taking care and without any resolution closing the SR themselves. Themselves deactived the Static IP and charging me for the same. This is really ridiculous.

                      My network went down on 30 june, so my work at my office stopped without any internet.
                      Airtel promised to send someone to check for technical issues within 4 hours and today is end of the day on 4th july. its been 5 days and even the consumer complaint number at airtel has stopped my calls from directing to attendant .. I have nowhere to make my voice heard and my office and home dont have internet for more than 4 days.

                              I raised a request on 25th of june regarding change in location of my connection address. They promised that it would be shifted within 3 days. I called them daily regarding the same and they kept assuring me that connection will be shifted the next day. It is 4th of july and almost 2 weeks soon and still my connection has not been shifted.

                                I travelled out of India and inquired at the Kalkaji, Delhi Airtel shop regarding International Roaming options. They told me that basic international roaming is active on my phone and I would be charged on a per use basis. I had in mind to ONLY use it for EMERGENCY situations. Upon arrival back in India I received my phone bill where and enormous amount has been charged to me without ever having used their service. I inquired with them and they said that if ever the local wifi is weak then it automatically switches to the Airtel network and begins charging. All this is done without informing their clients. I have been charged Rs. 4000 for only half my travel because that's where the billing cycle ends. I am now afraid to find out what the next billing cycle holds for me. This is a HIGHLY UNETHICAL SCAM set up to exploit their clients. I have asked Airtel to remove these charges IMMEDIATELY. Awaiting their response.

                                        I have taken Multiple Airtel Optic Fiber Broadband connections. Last year I had avail Disney Hotstar and Amazon Prime subscription which they are offering with Broadband Plan of Rs. 999.

                                        This year I had opted for same plan but did not received that benefit. I called multiple times to their customer care center and they told they will resolve. But it didnt worked. Neither they called back nor I got their benefit. Later on when I checked on their website all terms and condition, nothing was their but in FAQ they said you can avail once only. So i changed back my plan to 499.

                                        Yesterday I checked with another Customer care agent, he said since you have another connection, you can claim that benefit. So he activated 999 plan on another number. But still it was not activated so when I had call with Customer care executive today evening, answer is very funny, as mentioned below,
                                        1) To avail benefit by subscribing Broadband plan, you need Airtel Mobile SIM. How this is logical, for broadband offer I need Airtel mobile connection?
                                        2) When I gave my airtel number he denied to activate it on my mobile number. reason is I had avail this offer on that mobile number last year.
                                        3) When I gave another Airtel number then he said Its Prepaid number, to avail this offer you need Airtel Postpaid number. (Earlier i had avail this offer on Prepaid number only)

                                        I asked that executive to share these Terms and Condition then he denied and said Sir its mutual understanding, how could?

                                        They have not mentioned in their Terms and Condition. Promoting very wrongly their product. Please take necessary action on them.
